I am a contractor for a trucking compliant based out of Texas, came home on my home time and stayed here for a few days during that time. Had the worst experience the door was so loud all night every night slamming open and close with kids coming and going all to the same vehicle, and having vehicles pull up to that vehicle and make deals as well.

Was so aggravated, let the front office know multiple times which nothing was done and it still continued. This place is drug and prostitute ridden and run down and dirty. Even one of the housekeepers looks like a tweaker. I truly dont know where to start. I booked a room while in the Hospital. Id been hospitalized for almost year. Lost my apartment yet thought how peaceful it would be to check into an extendastay a acclimate plus go through OT/PT while resting PEACEFULLY.

This stay has been the complete opposite. Im currently calling Lawyers to see if I have a case. Im disabled and booked a room appropriate. When I arrived to check in, first I was taken aback by the appearance of the property then the Office I knew I made a mistake!!!

Since the day that we got here we have been disrespected! I filed a complaint with the BBB and extended stay corporate the second night and nothing was done. Myself and my children are homeless and have been living here and i feel that we have been truly discriminated against the whole time.

The lady Jackie at the front desk is disrespectful to guest and argumentative. i reported it. I asked for kitchen dishes and was given a cup with forks, spoons, and steak knives and a frying pan. I have four children and on Friday the 13 th their father punched me and blackened my eye at their site on march ln however I paid for reservation from 04/29/2022 to 05/15/2022 from 05/15/2022 to 06/02/2022 and now the staff here tells me my stay can not be extended I made a police report the guy has not been bk here since the incident. I wanted to reserve the conference room in their main lobby area. I tried several times by visiting the lobby desk. I was told, I could not do it now, need to talk to the manager. This was April 19 an ongoing, with no response, until April 29th, in which I was told the same response.

I was told to come the morning of April 30th, the day i needed the conference room. I did not trust the staff, because, I had to order food, plus 12 to 18 people were invited. I was afraid if their answer again is no, I could not return the food plus, getting intouch with 18 invited people.

We needed a place to stay for the night and I usually go thru third party because of the deals, so Suburban extended stay caught my eye on a deal, so I took it. While doing this I made the reservation online and went out of my way to put more money on a card because the hotel requested a $100 deposit.

So I did that and went to the hotel and nobody was around there was a note on the window of the front office and it said to call a number on there so I did and some gentleman answered the phone and I told him we were there at the hotel and I had made reservations, so I'm explaining this to him and I'm left on the phone with none there.

My booking: check in on April 11th. My credit card was charged $770.98 this date. Subscribed to enhanced wi-fi on April 12. Paid for a month of enhanced wi-fi. My second weeks charges were applied to my credit card $806.17 which included the enhanced wi-fi. Booked an additional 2 days on April 23 as my schedule has changed. Was charged $301.13

Made reservations for two rooms from April 2nd to depart on April 6 (one room) and April 5th other room. I had asked at time of reservation for a crib in one room for a one year old. I was told no problem.

I called again before the trip just to verify that a crib would be in one room. Again told no problem. Upon arrival the clerk at the desk said that they have NEVER had cribs. This was about 10PM. We had to immediately go to the nearest Walmart to buy a crib.

I was directed to call the Chester Lane # which I thought I had called (661 exchange) I was mislead by Extended Stay into believing that you would have a crib on site at arrival. I will never consider Extend Stay for a trip and will advise family and friends to not book a room at Extended Stay.

They had priceline call me to cansel reservation. I been staying here for two months at the location 7750 NW 25 St Miami Fl 33122. I had lost my home and need a place to start with my family comfortable.

I have the monthly rate from the beginning which it’s meant to be paid weekly as I was told but sometimes I have partial payments and it’s hard for them to accept it or don’t want to help people in my situation that are practically homeless.

I had never been behind on my nights or never had I owe any money. Always up to date. I am even going to receive help from Camillus for the hotel payment which I am eligible to receive just finishing up with the paperwork but I’m always threatening by the manager of kicking me out.

This was at Extended Stay America at the Brea, Ca location, The room was dirty and the dresser drawers were nasty, my sister couldn’t put her clothing inside those dirty drawers AND the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, and gross black hair on the counter, obviously it was never sanitized.

Also the front desk person never told her you would have to request a coffee pot and no bottled water provided in the room. We did not know this and when I spoke to front desk person about this she said ‘oh I meant to tell you you would need to request these because of covid. Oh come on!

October 1st 21 to present day I have been a customer in Lynnwood WA. I'm a disabled elderly minority woman placed by dr and DV advocate. October, 21, old white mgr at Lynnwood told me, I can only be therd for 28 days and I have to leave.

I reserved a room at your Wichita, KS location for 3/26 - 3/29. The purpose was to attend the Regional Sweet 16 at the Intrust Bank Arena. Because we were traveling from Joliet, IL I contacted the hotel to ask about early check in and was told that it would be fine and no charge after noon.

I was instructed to call the location ahead of time to assure that our room would be ready. On 3/26 I called the location when we were an hour away as instructed. I was told at that time that upon arrival, my card would be charged $218 for the stay (which was fine) I was also informed that an additional $200 would be charged as a deposit.

My complaint is about the rude and poor service that I received while at the 4515 NC Hwy 55 Durham, NC 27713 location. The employee that was working at the front desk on Friday March 25th 2022 at 6am was extremely rude to me.

I wish that I could give you her name but she didn’t have a name tag on, much less anything that showed she worked at your establishment. She was only wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood over her head.

I no longer live here in the Tacoma extended stay across the street from Tacoma Mall my friend still lives here they refuse to do her key so that she can get in and out of the door they're being very Petty they're locking the main door so no one can get in without a key 24 hours a day they refuse to give her any toilet paper any garbage bags or any linens.

front desk gave me another room. That room had dirt and debris all over the carpet lo luggage carts it was raining so I decided to stay in first room I was tired. Front desk assured me that someone would be coming to give me a mattress pad, clean sheets and pillow cases but didn’t come until the next morning.

I had to sleep on towels. I called front desk and complained . They told me the manager would call but never did. Walmart grocery carts all over the property, dog poop, and trash everywhere but in the dumpster. Trying to upload pics but it’s saying the file is too large.

Nobody offered to resolve my issues. I feel as though I deserve a free night. Maybe even 2.. How can a cell phone pic be too large to upload. This property is a health hazard.

If I could give this place less than 1 star , I would except Maintenance and a couple of the front desk staff are great. The manager runs hot & cold. Sometimes she's nice other times she's rude. I have been here 4 months and my stay has been good and bad.

The good: Maintenance is really good and quick abt fixing things, housekeeping is friendly and helpful. Front desk gets busy so sometimes forgets requests, but overall provide good customer service. The bad: I'm being charged a pet fee for my ESA dog, even tho I have documentation, Extended Stay doesn't recognize emotional support dogs, only service dogs, doesn't matter if you stay here for weeks, months or years, they raise/lower the room rates based on their occupancy.

I was racially profiled, overcharged, disrespected, and dismissed. The elevator has a sign that says it will be working in a month;the sign was dated a month before i arrived. I have been here over a month; its still not fixed.

because of course, they had "nothing on the first floor". They roam about your room while you are away, and make very aggressive threats about smoking in the room; they even have other guest make the threats too. on the go.

I have been staying at this hotel (Fremont/Newark, CA) for years and I have never encountered such hostility, bitterness, and unprofessionalism from your guest representative as I did today. If this was a script for guest service training, it would be denied for implausibility.

You have lost a customer. I will probably boycott all of your Extended Stay Properties from now on. I would suggest some retraining about how to deliver professional service -- without threats.

My son is staying at extended stay and I am paying for his stay there until he can move. My son is mildly autistic young man. He has been staying there for nearly 2 months. Today he came home from work to find his xbox and games as well as personal items from his drawers stolen.

We declined maid service so no one at all should have been in the room. To boot, someone ordered wi-fi and charged it to the room. Beer and and bottles were found . What did the hotel front desk say when he came down to report the theft. Absolutely nothing.

The manager ( Ron ) at The Extended stay on 2601 Appliance Ct Raleigh, NC 27604 United States keeps talking to all the young girls in a sexual way. There’s one customer in the hotel who keeps getting into fights but he won’t put them out because she has proof of them texting back and forth.

On 2/202022 I fell outside of the property and when I proceeded to inform the front desk I inserted my key to find it did not work. Instead I had to crawl on the ground because my knee was injured and go to the front entrance.

I am lot happy with the hotel not being able to make accommodations for me. I will need to seek medical attention due to this.

On Monday ,February 14th 2022, I returned to the hotel from the weekend. I discovered the ceiling above the bathtub sagging and leaking water. I proceeded to the front desk. I was told by them that there was no maintenance people and that it would be a while before it could be taken care of.

I have inquired about this multiple times. As of Saturday, February 19th 2022, it is still sagging and leaking. I am headed home for the rest of the weekend and would really appreciate it if it was taken care of before I return on Monday, February 21st 2022.

If it is not possible for this to happen I would like to be moved to a new room and a discount for my inconvenience. Thank you, Jim Pastoor

I have my since my January 28, 2020 extended uninterrupted stay here in Room 227,,, my booking agents' reservation from February 18, 2022, thru March 25, 2022 at a weekly rate of $493.00, as an already increased rate per night rate of $70.39... Hello,

Drove 12 hours and arrived at the Clarcona location around 9;30PM.

Checked in with Savon, (very nice), went back to our car to retrieve our belongings. Up to the 4th floor, opened the door, stepped in and what did we see ALL over the room, not in just one area Cockroaches and other flying bugs. Disgusting, went back down and requested our money back.

Had to scramble for an affordable place to stay for the night and regroup.

I have tried to send my message through ESA contact portal and have heard nothing for months! I don’t know who else to contact or how to get a hold of anyone by email. But I booked a 1 month stay at your ESA Roanoke by the hospital and signed up to receive your 20% off, we only stayed 3 weeks because the ESA ended up having bed bugs.

The actual living area is more than sufficient and the view of a pond across the street is pleasant. What is truly amazing is the toilet. The issue with the toilet wouldn't bother a woman, but I'm a guy. I'm 75 years old and I have NEVER encountered a toilet like this AND every room in this hotel has the same toilet.

My husband did not have a cellphone and was relying on the room phone as he was just discharged from the ER. I called the front desk and asked if she could get. Phone from another room. The sams clerk said she would go get a phone later and it never happened.

Maintenance was not working today January 16 2022

I have been in this hotel for almost three months with no issues causing no problem all to be harrassed by the assistant manager over my payment due on the day it was due she announced my business in front of other guest which was embarrassing and followed me to the ice room which we beyond ridiculous.

I always make my payment here even if it’s a day or two but always pay. I do not appreciate this kind of treatment or harassment or embarrassment in front of other guest. This assistant manager whom by the way can barley speak English has no reason to treat me this way.

I have never complained before but this was uncalled for and makes me feel very uncomfortable!!! Please do something about this!!!!

The manager is letting hackers and thieves stay there drug dealing lying to corporate office about me having a repo guy looking for my car that got totaled hidden cameras in my bedroom and bathroom and Shelly the manager calls and harasses my husband boss at work trying to get him fired cause we reported to the cops about hidden cameras from this guy whose been stalking me for 5 years drives different vehicles every day with fake plates made us sleep in a room with the toilet floating the bathroom and

Jorge Roman was a tenant at your location. He was there for almost a year and he was evicted when covid unemployment ran out. Jorge went to management and begged for you to work with him. You evicted him. I contacted your corporate office and you never called me he had to leave his food, dishes, air fryer, toaster pots and pans, trash can along with other valuables.

Middlesex county had passed an ordinance that you were not allowed to evict him. He suffered mental and physically due to your illegal eviction. He sold all the valuables he had to stay there even one more day. He laid in the bed at your hotel crying and spoke of suicide qnd he had medical issues such as diabetes and was unable to utilize the heating pads and baths that helped him soothe his pain.

Horrible experience with reservations. They messed up my reservations and then did not honor the original. After many hours of working with them they refused to honor the original reservation that I had record of before their representatives messed it up.

I cancelled all 6 rooms and took my business elsewhere. We have many choices. I will not recommend your business to anyone.

The maintenance man stole my clothes he waits until me and my daughter leaves the premises and then he goes into my room with a key pass without my permission I told them I will clean my own room ,but they disregard me. As I was leaving I left a bag they return it, but stole half my clothes also he was trying to get into my room with my daughter there and scared her. They need to be held accountable for there actions i want my money back asap

I'm very upset i relocated to tx from Alabama and was staying at the es off Greenville Ave. I was there almost 2 months and never was a problem worked all the time paid on time I met a guy around there he kept coming around n seemed like a ok person then
