They put me in 2 different rooms after booking the room in advance. The furniture was all damaged and the rooms were not clean. They tried to charge me for smoking Marijuana when it was myself and my 4 year old after entering my room before check out time.

The staff was rude and called me a "fucking liar" repetitively. I would like a full refund. There was also rat droppings in the room.

I checked into Extended Stay 10/31 while in the process of purchasing A home. I have A daily routine of walking my dog in the morning & evening, now that it gets dark around 5:30 the dog trail is dark so I walk him a lot in the parking areas.

Naturally when cars are coming & going sometimes there’s A need to walk between cars to avoid getting hit. Well on Sunday 12/26 the Assistant Manager comes outside approaches me stating someone just told him that I was breaking into cars & asked me What’s That About❓ I’m not A Criminal‼️ I’ve only mind my business & walk my dog during my entire stay.

I stayed at 6500 Poplar Ave November 11-14. On November 12th a staff member attempted to enter my room at 2am claiming to be checking for previous guests clothing. Even though I had already been there 24hrs. Upon arriving home I was diagnosed with bed bug bites that occured during my stay.

When I called to inform the hotel the front desk staff was very rude and brushed me off. I finally spoke withe office manager the following week. I was told room 316 would be investigated and I would be called back.

After waiting over a week I finally tried to call him back. I was told by a front desk staff member that an investigation dis take place and that I should be receiving a call. It has now been a month I NEVER heard back from management regarding the incident a refund for my stay or anything.…

I made a reservation for one night stay in Kentwood Michigan because I was going to visit family. We arrived in Michigan only to get a phone call stating that they couldn't keep our reservation because they were overbooked. Plus they couldn't help us find a new hotel because they didn't have a sister hotel in the area.

I am asked why then did they take my reservation and give me a confirmation number. To she rambled on and I hung up on her. That is very poor customer service. I would give you no star's if I could.

There are roaches, bugs, trash, spilled drink behind fridge, drain in shower is broken, the biggest issue is there are several hyperemic used needles lying around and caps along with trash under the bed. Rat feces. I have gotten sick in this room and refuse to pay for this room.

I am working out of town and have not been able to work and have not been able to get paid because of that. Having to sleep in my truck. No one around up front. Can't call because phone is room doesn't work properly.

Down right embarrassing and disgusting. I would like a full refund and compensation for missing work and having to sleep in my vehicle.

I'm not sure if this is correct place for my issue but I'm going to go ahead with it. On Friday November 5th 2021 at approximately 9:30 am I slipped and fell outside front entrance. It had been raining for 24 hours .

I think there should have been a mat covering that area, because apparently that area gets slippery with that much rain. I wasn't running and had slip proof sneakers on but still fell. The uber driver who was waiting for me offered his name and contact info just in case I needed it.

My fiancee David Wilkerson and I had been staying there. We booked our stay and paid in full. The manager Stephany Marshall was very kind. She extended our reservation so we wouldn't lose our room and worked with us with payment arrangements.

An employee, Jesse, then told us to evacuate when we were late on a payment after another employee had told us we would be fine as long as it was in before Monday morning when Manager Stephany Marshall arrived. I originally reserved my Reservation for Friday the 12th. That morning I submitted an online request for the Following day, the 13th. Then I called above referenced hotel and spoke with Ally at 11:24 . She sd she changed it from Sat to today. Never recvd confirmation of that. After that I recvd conf for sat checkin. Then I recvd a phone call my dad passed away.

I just chatted with Masa at Booking.com., who spoke with property mgr. Asked them to change my checkin to Fri the 19th which they did but wont refund 235.04 (117.52 no show fee for each room). My dad passed away, calling the hotel to change my checkin date was the last thing on my mind at that time. Not refunding the money is just wrong!

I arrived at the hotel to check in after calling multiple times and getting no answer, when I came to check in the front desk worker (named Indigo) was SO rude and had such horrible customer service skills that it made me walk out and get a room somewhere else even tho it was so late and I was exhausted from driving all day and

I checked in the extended stay at 1920 Ivy Creek Blvd, Durham last night. I reserved a room for 2 twin beds and was given a room with 1 bed. After checking the room I noticed how filthy the carpets were and it smelled of smoke.

The trash cans were filled and there was an extremely filthy chair in the bedroom. The carpet looked like it had blood stains and old gum all over it. I was extremely dissatisfied with my accommodations and the poor attention to providing the best services for your customers.

I would never recommend your hotel to anyone. See attached photos.

Ive been staying at this hotel for almost a month and. Ive been using my debit card to put on file. Today the manager says i need a credit card alot of my cards are scratchd up because my wallet was stolen & whoever had my cards damaged some of them.

I cant afford to be homeless so i wAs trying every card i had to see if they would accept it. Because he said it couldnt say debit on it even though it waS connected to a major bank. k.

The web site says local calls are free yet the hotel on abercorn st in savannah is charging us for the calls and also nor giving us senior discount. To top it off l had to look at a dead body in a pool of blood because of a murder outside my room.

45 Junction Rd, Madison, WI…WORST and most expensive hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. This hotel is like a drug addict/mentally ill facility. The hallways always smell like pot smoke, the cigarette stench of people smoking in their rooms permeates my room through the A/C unit.

I've been asking for room service for over 3 weeks now. I am very confused because initially I was told after 14 days. But since then, I've been told at least THREE times that "house keeping will come tomorrow." Since my time here beginning September 29th, house keeping has not come once, despite multiple requests, and the bathroom is a mess from buildup. They have no regard for my concern and I'm tired of it. Housekeeping was supposed to come today (Wednesday) and yet still, not even an explanation as to why they haven't. Was told that early check in was an option with an applicable fee. Arrive at the hotel at 1:30pm and was told that nothing would be available until 2:30pm. I called at 2:30pm to check and was then told 20 more minutes.

my husband was there a year he spent over 14k. when he requested a bill because he needed it for housing support due to unemployment ending. we noticed pet fee charges for my emotional support dog. manager said even though I did not live there the moment the dog stepped foot in he was being charged dog fees.

I have stayed here at the extended stay on Oak St & 48th St since June 2021. I always ask for a month and I pay every week on fridays. I went in October 1st to pay for the next week.

Everything went fine I paid and left. It is now October 7th and now management is telling me my checkout was today and they are going to lock me out and charge by the hour if I didn’t pay or extend my stay.

I’m confused because I specifically told them I would be paying for the week. Leslie told me it was a computer error and now I got to pay for the next 8 days which is $589. This should not be put on me.

It showed that there were two pools one indoor and one outdoor. Since the covid pandemic I decided to call to verify and make sure that the pools were open to hotel guests. My decision for booking this hotel room was solely due to having a pool.

When entering the hotel the hall smelled like cigarette smoke but I made the reservation before I went to hotel. When I went to bed after taking a shower about an hour pass and I felt like something was crawling on me or it just could have been my skin was just dry so

My complaint is very poor service, and not at all what is advertised for the particular location where I stayed. I have stayed in several Extended Stay locations in various States. this location in “Norwalk, Connecticut “ was the worst, and the location I stayed at the longest.

My boyfriend was living at the Extended stay at 5610 Vineland rd Orlando, Florida. He was arrested on 8/15/2021 from the hotel. Since then I have been trying to get his property left at the premises and I’ve been given the run around.

He is currently still incarcerated with no bond and no attorney. I have a notarized power of attorney ( notarized) but they say it’s not enough. Problem is they are saying that they will be trashing his property on 9/15th today is the 13th .

I am staying at the Extended Stay America in Hanover Park, IL. It is a horrible place - I wake up every morning with a headache because the air is stale. My first week here I woke up very early before sunrise. I walked outside to get a breath of fresh air and there were empty whiskey and beer bottles standing in the parking lot.

There are two clerks I definitely don't like - one is a woman who acts very prim and proper and will only give me the towels back I return - for example - if I give her a small dishtowel as opposed to a larger one, that's all I get back - is a small dishtowel. I have five complaints all about the Northridsge Ca. hotel. 1) The hotel chain advertises extensively that the occupants will be at liberty to cook fresh meals. This is a falisy. As when one attempts to cook the smoke alarm will trigger.

Greetings, I have been a guest and contacted worker at the extended stay Tampa Beaumont center. I worked at the location on 2 separate occasions and have had an issue with my compensation for work done to be sent to my bank account.

On August 29 a office workers name of Lisa reassured me that I’ll be getting my pay and I still have not been paid, clearly a wage violation. I will be going public and to the media with my verification video if this violation is not corrected this week.

Stayed Aug 28-29. Had 3 rooms. Had roaches and was awakened at 4am being eaten by bed bugs. After debating for about an hour with front desk, we were finally moved to another room. At 4am we were up washing clothes (at my expense)dogs, our hair, and showering.

Was given 3 receipts for 3 full credits. My bank received 1 full credit and 2 partial credits. I want my complete refund. I emailed pics to Mr. Luis, mgr. He’s ignoring my calls. Was told by front desk that a refund was given already.

I had other expenses as a result of this(medical and cleaning) but only asked for a full refund. I need this handled. Spring, Tx property.

go outside at 130am to get my blood pressure pills and got locked out until 7am when the maid showed up. No one at front desk the entire time. So I sat in my car for the 6 hrs and had to drive 800 miles the next morning.

How can a hotel have no front desk staff at all during the night????

I want to know why I never got my 3 mouths worth of taxes I pay that I'm supposed to get back by now I been here since February and I became a resident in may but never got my money back the manger page is not doing her job I payed $350 every week since may and she just says I will look into it now my toilet leaks and

she not fixing it and there is water coming out the bottom of it. She lets homeless people hang out and drink and do drugs in the parking lot and there is beer cans and needles in the property how can you let one of you're establishments treat any way the people in the front desk and manger is rude and disrespectful.

The building is full of mold too inside and outside.

These are the worst places to stay. Don't do it. My company has us stay here and I wind up staying for long periods of time. Every one of these places has problems. The washing machines don't work and they don't work for weeks on end.

The rooms are commonly dirty. The grounds are dirty, especially on the weekends. They don't have maintenance on site over the weekends so if something breaks or get plugged your sol for the weekend. They have to have corporate approval to get anything fixed.

The staff in some of the places are horrible! Mean, attitudinal, uninformed, unwilling to help. I've seen managers talk to people like t heir stupid. I saw one get down right prejudicial with one black couple. The funny thing was she was driving an old pos while this very nice couple was driving a…
