I complained about page and now she says I owe money.she put the paper on my door and left no nock or nothing I don't know what I owe money for. I never got my tax money back and I asked about it but she is not doing nothing to help me. I can't understand why a manger would make it hard for a resident.

On Wednesday August 26th around 2pm There was a fight in the hotel lobby Hotel manager Joshua ex lover Mr. Evan (Police restraining Order) came to Hotel with hostile intention. Joshua and Evan had what was described as a lovers quarrel. Another employee (Joshua Friend) engaged Mr. Evan in a bloody brawl while patrons looked horrified. The assistant manager Denise called the police. Jousha tried to break up the fight but was unsuccessful.

Mr. Evan left before the police arrived. Apparently he broke Jousha phone and stole the Hotel master keys. All this transpired on one afternoon. Imagine what else goes on at this Hotel without corporate office knowledge. In my opinion Jousha has failed to be a Manager. He only comes to work 40% of his required schedule. This is Dawn Andersons husband Mark. I booked a reservation on Booking.com for August 3rd and staying 28 days at Extended Stay Cleveland Westlake.

We have had alot of health setbacks. Most recently my wife. She has been hospitalized for several weeks with RA pain, severe anxiety and contracted Covid last week or so and on a ventilator.

Booking.com has been messaging the mgr trying to get her to make an exception for us and cxl it for no charge. She wont respond to them or myself. We have 2 rooms booked and cxl fee of 132.00 each. Or 264.00 total.

We cant afford the cxl fee due to mounting medical bills for Dawn, myself and our 2 kids. But out of our control this time.

I consider the mgr at Extended Stay of America poor customer service and demand this booking to be cxld immediately at…

It’s currently 1:30am, Id love to be asleep but the fire alarm keeps randomly going off for several seconds every few minutes. Hotel management doesn’t know why even though there are multiple police cars and a fire truck here.

I been here going on 9 moths and I been tax free since may but I have not received the taxes I payed back yet and there is a couple with dogs that bark all night in the room across from me I told page and she won't do nothing and my tolet leaks water out the bottom and all he did is put more calking around it but it still leaks I have water on my floor all the time and

there is beer cans and needle caps in the parking lot for the money it cost to stay here you think it would be better. The staff is not good they rather give you a attitude or lie or make excuses

I have been here three weeks and just checked back in for my forth week here and they have not cleaned my room. I would have thought after the first time they missed it they would of gone out of their way to make sure it was cleaned for me.

I have spent over 2000 dollars and two weeks in a row I have come back to a dirty room. I have to clean it and exchange all my towels and sheets and make my own bed. I have just been on the road for 6 hours and this is how I’m treated.

I am staying in Skokie Illinois. I am a traveling nurse and I don’t need this added aggravation and stress. The jerk at the desk doesn’t even act sorry about it. I will never stay at another Extended Stay America hotel again!

The room is also crappy! I have to rig the shower curtain with suction cup hooks to keep it…

I been a resident since may I pay on time if I'm a day late I always let them know and I pay when I say but I haven't received my taxes back and I asked about it and the manger says Im not sure I don't understand why you would treat a good tent bad and there is a lady with dogs across the hall from me her dogs bark all the time all day and

Checked in no dishes so I went to the front desk. George said he didn’t know if it was any glasses anyway he never brought any dishes or pots and pans nothing so we couldn’t cook had to go out to dinner.

The bathroom odor was so strong had to get another room the following morning. The refrigerator was not working had to get another one. Later that night a couple was trying to get in our room 3 times. Then George finally came to our room and all but said we were not in the room legally.

He was not informed that we were in the room for almost 5 minutes he just went on and on about not being informed. This was the straw that broke the camel back it was so unprofessional. Our weekend at your hotel was just unprofessional.

The Room was dirty, soiled towels left in room along with food left in refrigerator. Mold on box spring all drains clogged, guests were smoking in rooms caused my daughter to have an asthma attack. The front door remained propped open , persons were entering the facility at will, it was much like a hostile. I felt very unsafe.

The desk attendant, though friendly and accommodating often had visitors hanging about in the lobby. The television barely worked, the guests in the room next to mine were fist fighting every night. I am thoroughly displeased with my stay and I would not recommend this facility to anyone at all.

My friend, Timothy C. paid for my son and I to relocate to Kansas City on May 22nd, 2021 and paid for two months + 1 week at this Extended Stay location, first one month in advance and then the second month + 1 week in advance.

Our stay ended July 30th 2021 as I had secured private housing, but I paid for one extra night and moved out August 1st, 2021. Upon entering the room the first day, it was in disgusting condition. Timothy's wife and I "mopped" the kitchen area with sanitizing wipes as our shoes were sticking to it.

Once my son and I kicked our shoes off and walked on the carpet, it was so filthy our feet became black and felt wet because of the state of uncleanliness it was in. We never went barefoot again. I purchased my own broom and swept the room daily.

My room has not been cleaned in 2 weeks because there's one housekeeper. Today is my second week and they won't clean it because they would rather clean the rooms that checked out. There's garbage in the hallway for 2 days.

My company stays at extended stay of America all over this country and never had the rates changed weekly. This place is horrible, if something doesn't get fixed we will never do business with your company again!!!! We are staying at ESA Albany New York.

I am staying at the extended stay premier suites in palm bay fl. 4450 hollywood blvd. I have been her for a month in process of moving and for the past 2 weeks the one and only elevator has been broken, all off the washer and dryers are out of service the vending machine is out of service and

the back door lock is broken so the door is kept open. The other day I noticed a guy using one of the washers and he said it's the only one that works but dryers are all down so he said I could ask front desk to dry my clothes since they do it for him.

This morning 08/05/2021 i woke up to a mouse running around my room. called front desk and was informed that the the guy that would handle this would not here til after 9am. he arrived around 830 and immediately starting picking up trash ouside.

I called frontdesk one again and she stated the same he will be in my room soon. its now 9:10 am and no one has even came to put a trap or anything down to help the situation. i am very upset and will NEVER book at this extended stay again.

The staff at this location is terrible. From the general manager to the housekeeping staff. They are lazy and one of the assistant managers use to be a guest here and her boyfriend overdosed on drugs in the room that they were staying in.

A week later, she was hired and 2 weeks after that, she was promoted to assistant manager. They are loud, and curse constantly. Someone needs to look into this. But there was one girl named Carla that had excellent customer skills. She was just great.

To me, she should be an assistant manager.

70 year old disabled veteran who has stayed at your hotels for years. Due to a fire at our home my wife and I have been here for months we clean our place no maid we bought shampooers etc. Well tonight 750 Pm went down to the lobby for 4 things.

I'm just going to start from the beginning when I initially began utilizing your establishment. My home flooded. Therefore, it molded and had to be gutted out back in March. At that time, we stayed at your Westshore location. We stayed there for months in two suites with my Husky.

We had absolutely no issues whatsoever. We left and went to an Airbnb first in Newport Richey for a month and then Sebring for two months. We reside in St Petersburg and because the travel for my husband to get to his new job on tht beach, was over four hours daily there and back.

We decided to return to one of your locations which the first one was Extended Stay America - Tampa - Airport - Spruce Street. I booked the room through a site. The site had me down for a queen size bed.

This is the worse hotel in the world. All of the staff are so ghetto and non professional. They put no effort at all into guest satisfaction. I accidentally left some bags outside and went back to the staff for help and all they did was threatened to press charges on me for criminal trespassing.

I made reservations about two months ago for July 17th, 2021 to July 26th, 2021 at the Midtown location in Las Vegas and my reservations were canceled the day of my arrival. I was sent a cancelation letter while I was in transit.

I checked in on July 11,2021 ... It is now July 27,2021 .. I cannot get my room cleaned. I had to change my own sheets last week .. All I want are fresh linens on my bed once a week and my floors cleaned.

I have purchased the items I need to keep my room clean. Akala at the front desk .. Whom I might add knew I was on the list for maid service last week and brought me the linens to me last week told me today that due to COVID you were only allowing maid service every 2 weeks for your guests.

My family had a hotel stay and was overcharged $1500. We were charged after we checked out. After multiple visits and phone calls telling us this would be resolved we are now trying to reach corporate for resolution. It should be easy to approve we never entered the room with our key after checking out AND I have reservations at a different hotel. Please advise.

7/24/2021 I checked into Extended Stay Norcross 6640 Bay Circle 30071. My room was terrible, the trash cans had not been emptied, the floor was not swept, I found a dirty diaper at the foot of the bed, my room had no towels and

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. We are here for over a month it is costing us over 3K. They clean the rooms every 2 weeks that is unacceptable. The doors going outside in the back are very dirty. Woke up in the middle of the night covered in bed bug bites! They were all over the place. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting us into a new room at 3:30 in the morning. She complained to you and she was given a voucher for a free room in the future.

First off just like to say that I've been staying at extended stay rio rancho nm. Early this morning I wake up to find that someone had gone through my personal belongings and stoled my credit cards birth certificate and social security card. Out of my wallet.

I was attempting to book a room for at least one month. My house is closing today and I am on limited funds. The reservations clerk suggested I stay for a single night and tomorrow pay for the next minimum of a one month stay.

The problem came when I asked if your company had a secured line (computerized) to enter my credit card information. I will no longer give my credit card information to a human being over the phone again. Your company is not the only one who does not have one but it would sure be great if you did.

Booked a room for 10 days (7/7-7/17) for my sister and mother who just had hip replacement surgery and cant go to their home with a steep gravel driveway. I received a text message this morning from my mother stating that this hotel cancelled their reservation and they had to leave and to look for a different hotel since they cant stay there due to the room being cancelled.

I am staying at Boston-Peabody. I was told I would have a rate locked in of $89 per night plus tax. I am pretty much staying 30 days or more. Upon a arrival, I was told by several hotel employees that I could pay each day, each week or however it was convenient to me.

Today, my rate was close to double !! I am beyond pissed at this point. All the manager Linda had to say was when are you able to make your next payment!! I chose the hotel because of the flexibility of payments.

I am homeless due to the pandemic! Do you think I need the added stress when ALL of my unemployment goes to this hotel leaving me broke. This is unacceptable! I am reporting to the better business bureaus as well as other channels if something is not done to rectify this situation.
