I'm currently staying at your Hornsby lane location. When I arrived I was told the elevators weren't working. Me being a senior citizen informed the desk clerk I had back issue. She stated they were filled to capacity. I was placed in room 306.
Immediately I noticed there wasn't a table and chairs to eat on. I was told they couldn't find a table so I will get a 10 percent credit. I went down for breakfast and the only thing the had was granola bars.
When I ask for clean towels. I was told they didn't have any clean towels and if I wanted clean ones to put the dirty ones in the hall and when she's free from check outs she can wash them.
I am a returning customer because my past experience was good. But this is the worst experience. And I won't be returning. You've lost me as a customer .…
