I'm currently staying at your Hornsby lane location. When I arrived I was told the elevators weren't working. Me being a senior citizen informed the desk clerk I had back issue. She stated they were filled to capacity. I was placed in room 306.

Immediately I noticed there wasn't a table and chairs to eat on. I was told they couldn't find a table so I will get a 10 percent credit. I went down for breakfast and the only thing the had was granola bars.

When I ask for clean towels. I was told they didn't have any clean towels and if I wanted clean ones to put the dirty ones in the hall and when she's free from check outs she can wash them.

I am a returning customer because my past experience was good. But this is the worst experience. And I won't be returning. You've lost me as a customer .…

My 77 year old mom is in a wheelchair. She has been residing at the Extended Stay for the past 2 weeks while she is waiting for her apartment to get ready. She has been complaining about the handicap buttons to open the door to get outside not working.

Sometimes she is stick outside until someone comes along. This is against the law!

The Manager, Joy, at the Extended Stay America on Mt Pleasant, has been an issue from the time I arrived months ago. I’ve complained 2 other times about the woman’s loud, dismissive, condescending behavior toward me. This time she has made it a legal issue!

Last Wednesday evening, June 23rd, I was summonses by a new, red headed female at the front desk. When I came into the building it was around 7:00pm. She states that when she ran my debit card through that it was declined.

I said, “OK”, I just have to transfer money from my other account but it will take until tomorrow to show up. The banks are closed so I can’t go get it moved immediately. She told me I no longer had access to my room and that she would walk me to the room and just let me retrieve my dog and that’s it!!!

My husband tried to cancel our reservations (3 days prior to stay) but was told we could not. We booked this hotel with some friends and they arrive 3 days before us. I received a call my friend Alice telling me to try and cancel and book elsewhere because this place is very dirty (and she is not picky).

when my husband called to try and cancel and explained why, the guy was very rude and hung up on my husband. I'm 2 days from checking in and feeling anxious! This is our first experience staying at a Extended stay.

I am writing to lodge an official complaint about my treatment at one of your properties. My family and air checked into Extended Stay 45th Street West Palm Beach in the 16th of June 20201. I was pleased with the surrounding but did not like the fact that we were on the ground floor. The next day I called and requested to be moved to a higher floor, the receptionist advised that I should wait until check out time and come to the front desk to see what is available.

using your call center. When I arrived, i got a standard room, no coffee pot, no TV Guide (except) on TV, no paper or pen to use, and no outlet in the Bathroom to use razar, and i had to ask an orderly how to get back on the Causeway in New Orleans.

I am extremely dissatisfied with our stay at the Extended stay America in Shelton, Connecticut.

We were having our floors redone so I booked 3 rooms at the Shelton Extended Stay for my husband and myself, my daughter, Maria, and my son, Michael. Room 124 from June 17-20, room 205 from June 18-20 and room 307 from June 18-20. The first floor where my son, Michael, stayed was not as bad as the second and third floors where my daughter, Maria, stayed and my husband, John, and I stayed.

I've never been to a hotel that don't do housekeeping. We had to buy are own cleaning products. Clean are own room and bathroom. They should've told me before I paid $500 for four days. I'm so very disappointed in Extended Stay America.

Never will be back or have my family and friends stay.

The room smelled and even using my hospital grade deodorizer it still smelled. I traveled to your hotel in St. Petersburg/ Clearwater hotel from 6/11 thru 6/14 . You have homeless people living behind your hotel who wait till someone open the door and then prop it open .

You also have peopl living in there cars in the parking lot. We Were 2 women there for a funeral and we’re scatthe entire time. I could not get a room elsewhere due to they were all full. As a nurse I will be posting it for every nurse in the country not to use your hotel. They are not safe

I been staying here for over a month. Never received veteran discount and have my privacy violated by Jennifer who works here and just bust into my room where me and my husband were half dress. She has also been rude and has caused me to be publicly humiliated by police escort off property by following her information given to book room each day.

We had just checked in and while unpacking I spilled some orange soda on the blankets, so I called down to the front desk and was told they dont have extra linen and that they had to wash them. I asked if I could bring down the linen and was told she didnt know how long it would take.

On 06/12/2021 I arrived at ESA hotel to check in at 0800. I was told that all the rooms was booked on Friday and they have no beds. They said they could not check me in at that time. The housekeepers had to clean the rooms.

She stated I need to check in later and that she was going to call me when a bed was ready. Prior to this I made an appointment for early check in May. I made this appointment in advance. I am a traveling nurse with Cross Country nursing.

I am a night worker. When I come to town I go straight to work at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital emergency department at 7 pm. I have been using this particular hotel because it is close to work and I like the amenities and location.

They take a security deposit so if anything’s broken they keep it, well I recently checked out and they are refusing to give me my security deposit even tho nothing is broken after they put me through hell telling me I had to be out at a certain time when check out was the next day at 11, they said I had until 10 the night before to be out

They’re airport Ontario way location has been owing me 447$ since I checked February 4th 2021 and today is June 8th 2021. I’ve called guest relations several times and they’ve gave me the run around they allegedly sent out a check I’ve never received.

So I asked them can they cancel it because it never arrived and to send it again but with a tracking number so I can know it got sent out and actually delivered. Every time I talked to a supervisor they tell me to call in 48 hours every time I call them it’s the same thing I just want my refund .

I’ve gave them thousands of dollars over the years and they’re not trying to give me back less then 500$z it’s ridiculous.

I made reservations through your customer service line. When I went to check in at the front desk they told me that they overbooked and my room was given to somebody else. I had no other resources and ended up staying in my car for the evening.

It is the second time this has happened to me with your hotel. The first time I booked through priceline . But, this time I went directly through your company assuming you are on your own network, so I shouldn't have any issues.

Hi Ive only been here 2 days ur outside card readers dont work and the b shift desk clerk is rude and makes u wait a half hour for towels and garbage bags. The price u charge u need to do some fixing and the only person that was extremely nice was the day shift desk clerk. I work for a ihg hotel as a chief engineer and im not impressed.

We stayed in room 303 in bethpage for 8days but left 1 day early do you the conditioning of the room. The smell and condition of the rug was disgusting. The bath room was in poor shape the toilet was set to the side and I would say they are houseing homeless families witch I have no problem with but it should be told when you book.

When I arrived at the Woodbridge, NJ location on Saturday, May 22. 2021, and checked in to my room #214, the refrigirator was not working. I called the front desk and was told that the maintainance person was not in yet. On 5/23/2021, I once again went to the front desk, and yet again was told that the maintainance person was not in yet. Finally, on 5/25/2021, maintainance knockec on my door to FINALLY, address the refrigirator issue.

During the refrigirator not working, I had to throw away $20.00 worth of groceries!

During my stay at Extented Stay in America employee Tyler was very rude to me from the time I walked in to the time I left the hotel. I checked in on 5/21/21 to 5/22/21. When I walked in at Extented Stay in America in Appleton Wisconsin at around 1100pm the doors were locked.

Tyler was standing on the other side of the doors. I kept trying to open but couldn't. Tyler told me to use the card key. I told Tyler I just booked a room online and didn't have a card key but Tyler kept telling me to use the card key.

After a few minutes looking at each other Tyler finally opened the door. Tyler one last time told me to use the card key in which I told him again that I just booked a room online and didn't have a card key.

Room was dirty, bed was not made had no sheets or covers, paid for two days only showed one listed said she would take care of not to worry would let the manager that came in that next day. Next day came received a knock at the door said we were suppose to check out at 11a that day.

I had put in the notes weeks ago I needed a haircap room when I ordered the room. When we checked in no handicap said will bring in a chair so I could take a shower that morning never heard anything from them.

I usually deal with Heather when I had any issues because I had stayed there before quite a few times before Covid but they said she was on vacation. Did not feel safe or clean, there was not any tables to set your food on on front of the couch.

Very disappointed would like a refund.

We had planned for our production crew to stay at the 1031 Link, Anaheim, CA 92806 location from May 10-15. In the first night our whole group had wifi issues, unclean amenities, sketchy people roaming hallways to the point where we had to check out after the first night.

The manager on duty (Jonathan) told me that we could leave our belongings in the rooms on the 11th since we left early in the AM to get on set and that he wouldnt charge us for another night plus cancel the rest of our reservation. But after checking with our accounting dept we noticed that we were charged for the 11th and refunded for the 12th.

We have been here almost 2 weeks. Have not seen housekeeping more than 1x right after we got here. My son found a moldy banana amongst other things under the bed and dirty underwear behind the dresser and pubic hairs in the bedding.

Complained to management on site who said she would schedule someone to come clean. No one came. I had to go ask for toilet paper! But they could sure harrass us for payment. Then the night before we are supposed to finally move into our new place, they want to kick us out for not paying for the previous week!

A relative paid for my stay at your Brookhaven location in advance yet I was asked to leave the premises. The staff came up to my room with four police officers to have me removed and did not provide any details as to why this was occurring. Hello I wanted to make a couple complaints against the workers and general manager. My stay was horrible I must say. I was a resident who paid for her stay on time faithfully. Beginning with the rude and unprofessional front desk staff members from morning to the night.

Always gave my kids a hard time about getting our mail either wouldn't or would have them wait at desk until they felt it was time for them to get up to see what they wanted. Grown women rolling their eyes and asking my kids questions like they are adults about nothing they had no busy asking.
