Hello I have a few issues to address first one being that’s I stayed at 10100 N Capital of Texas Hwy Austin, TX 78759 United States for over three months, my check date was feb3 however I paid until the 5 th and did not receive my refund now the main why I am writing this is because I have not receive my tex refund.

As Texas laws stare if you stay at my hotel over 31 days you are entitled to the tax every day after the 31 days. Now I spoke to manger in regards to this matter and she was going to get back me as she needed to speak some one as I went through a third party.

Well just start when my girlfriend and I got there my room that I had reserved a few days earlier 3-4 days earlier isn't even available I purposely book an accessible bathroom as I'm an amputee in a wheelchair and I have that on my file with booking to check in person asked who would I book with and I said booking.

But he was super nice did what he could let us see a comparable room that he was going to put us in so we ended up taking it the only thing was that bathroom wasn't handicap accessible and it wasn't in queen bed they were two standard beds but besides that you know I can't blame the checking guy that was the only nice part of this day.

I have been staying in the motel Extended Stay America in Woodland Hills for almost 7 months now with my husband Albert Garcia. I had a nervous breakdown about 2 months ago. The manager thought that me and my husband got into an altercation that they removed him from my guest list and now band him from being on the property.

Workers have came and left as they know us as a friendly couple never get into anyone’s business. I have asked why he isn’t allowed on the property and no one has a clue. I have been staying here for almost a month. The manager Luli is rude inappropriate and awkward. She walked in on me showering and even open the curtain so she can see the full view. Now she’s trying to kick me out.

I have paid every night sometimes my credit card didn’t go through but I immediately put money on it and then I was able to pay for it within an hour. Maybe she wants to see me naked again!? I don’t know.

But I guess for extended-stay they’re cool with that so if you don’t mind people walking in on you showering and opening your door and opening the door to the bathroom and then pulling the curtain open to see you buck naked then I guess this is the hotel for you

I am not happy with my stay here at your hotel. I called originally to make an appointment ahead of time to reserve a room for myself, when I did that I was told A certain price. Then when I came to check in six hours later that very same day I was told a completely different price of amounts $100 more.

I had to pay it because I had nowhere else to go, that was absolute bullshit and very unprofessional! Number two when I get into my room I’m on my second night of my seven day stay and my TV just all of a sudden stops working.

My heater in my room I’m bulimic so I have to have the room warm I turn it up with the heat on it constantly blows out cool air. My windows don’t even open more than an inch or two so I can get fresh air into the room.

Need to train your attendants on reservation. I made 2 days reservation at 1221 N watson Rd Arlington Tx 76006 and all may items had been removed and taken to the hotel storage when I got to the hotel the 2nd night.

The attendant only reserved 1 night instead of 2 night. The attendant was remorseful but that messed up my night as the attendant has to look for another location for me, there was no available room at his location. At least call your customer before removing personal items, 2 items were missing when I checked.

My wife and I checked into the above Extended Stay on Saturday April 17th, room 121. When we entered the room we noticed a very musky smell, to relieve this we opened some windows and turned on the AC, hoping this would take care of the problem.

Unfortunately it did not and the smell was there all night. Then we noticed the refrigerator needed to be wiped down and the lamps to the left of the bed did not have light bulbs. Later we discovered the reason for the musky smell, I walked across the carpet bare footed and found the carpet, at least half of it, was soaking wet.

I called an hour before arriving and they said yes everything is ready. We got there and our room was given away. Only had king bed for 4 people. We had been driving all day and were exhausted. Then manager start slamming things on desk slamming doors and was very angry. Experience was very disturbing.

We got to room one towel and bathroom was not clean. It was a horrible stay.

I am staying at the Extended Stay in DTC (Denver Tech Center area, Colorado). I am here for 30 days while husband and I are waiting for house to be built. I am paying over $1800 for this stay. 5 months pregnant and its beyond hard to deal with the smell), the dishwasher is broken, microwave is broken, drawers broken, the ceiling is leaking water, the room is FILTHY, and the cops have been here at least 6 times so far.

I told the front desk about the broken dishwasher/microwave and leaking ceiling and they told me all of the dishwashers are broken. Regarding the leaking ceiling, he told me to put towels on the floor, and he will put in a work order. No one ever came.

Well to begin with my reservation was for queen size bed and they put me in a room with the full size mattress and what I call the front desk They lied and said it was a queen size In the air conditioning was not working and they told me they would send someone to check it out the next day which is when I was checking out.

i booked my reservation in march for a king suit and paid for it at 241 Arboretum Richmond Va. 23236. i arrived there on 4/8/2021 at 3:30 to check it and i was told my room was already given out.

I was told it was first come first serve. So why did I make reservations and paid for the room and my room was given away. Then i wanted to change my days . the first date was 4/8/2021 through 4/11/2021 i was told because i made them on line i could not change them .

i could leave on Saturday but i would still be charged for that day. But yet in still when I arrived to check in my room was sold to someone else. Then they tried to give me a dirty room and made no apologies for the hassle or issue I was facing.

i stay at the extended stay at 18470 dallas pkwy. i have been in your hotel since october of last year. and i have no other place to go, but after the storms hit in feburary, there are a few of us left in the building.

i have a service animal, and others have small children. but my complaint is we have no air conditioning, and the temperture has been in the 80s. i have three fans going in my room. the staff keeps telling us they dont know when it will be on, and others tell us the company that fixes it is waiting a part.

so i dont know what is going on, but this is really riduculous. i dont want to get put out for making a complaint, but it is too hot in this building. plus, they still have a sign on the front door stating "due to inclement weather the hotel is closed".

My complaint is on behalf of a friend of mine staying at your location in Rio Rancho. The "manager" Wayne, which I use that title very loosely and have read about complaints against him online. He walked into her room not announcing himself right when she got out of the shower.

She was naked, and he just stared. Never explaining why he was there, just turned and left without an apology. When she complained to another manager, and went down to sign paperwork, he cussed her out in front of customers, and proceeded to call her stupid.

Now, I have been a manager in Hospitality before, and that kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Now no one wants any kind of compensation or anything like that, what needs to happen is Wayne needs an attitude adjustment, and to apologize and mean it. Thank you.

I made reservations thru Priceline travel agency, and purchased a room at Extended Stay America in Bloomington, Mn. This was close to midnight 03-24-21, so I arrived at 12am or so and was told there's no rooms by the African American female at the front desk.

My heart dropped but I thought ok there's a solution I'll just let them fix it. I went back and forth for hours trying to get a room . Priceline blaming Extended Stay and Vice Versa! It was so unprofessional and I had to wait outside in the cold for hrs!!

The new management by the name of Darrell sucks at his job he got irritated with me because I caught unauthorized charges going through on my card from the Extended Stays behalf.

I was insulted and degraded by an employee, Nadith, who referred to me as being " hostile" during the process of getting checked into my room. Upon arrival at ESA, Anaheim, I had several questions about the condition of the room, location and noise level, pet policies, cleaning process .

I Payed in advanced for a 14 day stay because I was trying to self quarantine for the required 2 weeks after I tested positive for Covid-19. The Man at the front desk gave me the run down and even said there was no early termination fee.

I received a call this morning from my doctor that I am now clear to go back to work and no longer need to self quarantine. So I checked out today 8/10/2020 after I left I called the hotel about my refund for the remaining days and they said my reservation is non refundable.

My family and I stay at extended stay hotels frequently and have probably stayed at least 30 or more days this last year. I usually don't have anything bad to say about the hotel but I recently stayed at a location in Rio Rancho NM.

At this location I received terrible service and was treated extremely poorly including a lack of tentative service and an unfair charge to my card. I stayed for about 5 days on this stay in question and on my last day when I was supposed to depart the front desk had charged me for another day and LIED about informing me about policy.

First of all, this is my second time staying at the Extended Stay America Hotel in Merriam, Kansas. What made most of it tolerable was the Manager (Shelley), who always went the extra mile, and when she couldn't, she explained it very well. We stayed there for a whole year, and had a pretty good stay, despite other workers, like "Mel," a woman who shouldn't be allowed to represent anything having to do with providing service to others. That being said, we were assigned here again, and came back to the Merriam location thinking Shelley was still there, but she was gone, and with new people working there, you have to accept that it takes time for new people to adjust. They took money out of my boyfriend account when my debit card was on file. Up to this time the money never returned back to him. He told us he will put the money back in the card and he never did.

On July 6 at 1am I had a reservation at the nall ave location in overland Park Kansas. As I was trying to check in the lady at the front desk had an attitude as soon as she walked in the door.

She kept making loud breathing noises and rolling her eyes. She asked for my I'd and the only thing she said was" we don't have any queen rooms available". she didn't look up at me at all. She didn't ask if I wanted to change rooms size.

She acted as though she was bothered I was there. That hotel needs to retrain their employees. Not a welcoming experience considering she works at a place where people are in and out of the hotel everyday and all day.

Never again will I consider getting a room at that location ever again. I've never felt so unwelcome.

I was giving a free hour notice to pack my things and get out of the room because I have prescription diabetic needles in my bathroom. when my door card did not work I went downstairs I was told that the housekeeper said that they were drug needles in the bathroom .

The manager mark had charged my card after other arrangements had been made with the other employee which led to my card being put on hold and overdrafts my account now wants to kick me out because I can't access my card to pay till I get it settled takes up to 24 hours was very rude and rode me it was because he was tired of chasing me down for payment and if I didn't like it leave.

Most disturbing and Dirtiest rooms i have ever seen. I checked in and was given room keys to someone else’s room. I used my key and walked right into a room with people in it . After I got a different room I was appalled.

To name a few things. Nothing was cleaned, dirty used towels with hair in the bathroom, other peoples clothes left in the drawers and under the chair ... old pillow cases shoved in the night stand , and a needle tip behind the bed ...

When I reserved my room, I was asked if I had pets I said yes. He did not disclose their was a pet fee. When I checked in they did not say anything about pet fee. But 3 days later charged me $336.

I would like some help understanding a few things that just don't make sense. 1) No pets allowed. I assume this actually means no pets, but apparently I'm wrong. I pay $320 a week to live here and I am not allowed to have pets, however the lady who works at the front desk is allowed to keep her dog here. Really?

2) Again I pay $320 a week to live here and receive no housekeeping. I have to take my sheets and towels downstairs to have them washed, then I'm told my towels can't be washed because they are dirty. What?

I wish i would of known before i booked with y'all, the worst part is that i payed almost $180 for 2 nights of what i thought would be a good vacation but unfortunately it's was a disaster. Luckily i didn't get seriously hurt if not it would of been a way different story!

Booked a room here tonight around 9. Did my paperwork and etc with the lady at front desk and left. Come back to go to my room midnight and it's someone already in the room. The desk clerk booked 2ppl at the same room!

Go downstairs the system down so I have to wait. Now it's after 1am and I'm still trying to get my room. The new desk clerk puts me in a room and the keys don't work. I'm sleepy ASF and cold and she has the audacity to tell me no need to have a attitude when I been running round for hours and still have to check out at damn 11!

Ask for my money back oh it'll be 5-7days. NEVER AGAIN!

There is person with a pink hat and shirt that is living on the 1st floor of the extended stay hotel in Irving she drive Toyota aqua Corolla she has been getting people in trouble with the and the front office needs tell her to leave immediately!!!!!!! ASAP!!!!

Been at the hotel for about 3months now. About a month ago I have asked for someone to come fix the major leak in the ceiling bathroom that just pours water down onto the floor no one has yet came to even look at the problem I have asked several times over the past month if someone could come fix it because the ceiling is about to fall in. 99 why?

During a start of emergency no rates are to increase and she is upping the amount on her own. Everytime she calls she is very rude amd disrespectful and told me if I'm going to be late paying my bill to go ahead and bring a extra $10 for ever hour I'm late.

I stayed at your hotel on Friday I’m very disappointed about the service that I received there Friday evening there was a fire in the hotel and when I spoke with management about how we were going to rectify the situation he gave me a number and no one has answered this number I’ve been on the line for an hour the customer complaint number is terrible I am very displeased with the service I frequently visit your hotel

I have been staying at the Extended Stay America located at 12359 Hornsey Rd, Newport News, Va for the past 3 months for work. My stay is to end on March 2nd and I was told that all I had to do was notify the front desk before the 2nd and they could extend my stay a few days at the same rate and in the same room.

I asked the manager Xena, about extending and she told me she was not able to do that and that I would need to call reservations. When I told her what reservations said when I checked in she said all she could to was to request to review the recording of the call.

I called reservations today and they said they were not able to extend that they could only start a new reservation and that I would not be guaranteed the same room or rate and that the manager could and should extend…
