I have been a guest in the same room for more than 30 days. I know about the laws against charging taxes after more than 30 days of stay. I was charged a late checkout fee from over a month ago when I checked back into The Extended Stay, which the manager once again was aware of my departure.

The manager has also sent multiple employees to my room to do a walk through inspection dude to suspicions of smoking in the room. There was not a single trace of smoke smell or anything in my room that could make those accusations true.

I have noticed other employees constantly walking by my room or standing outside of my door and when I addressed the situation, I get nothing but complete attitude and the run around on exactly why I'm being harassed. The manager has called my room and disrespected…

i checked in at the extended stay on 13223 champions center drive houston tx 77069 on saturday febuary 15 2020. at approximately 2pm. at first i wws happy with the costumer service because i was able to check in early and i was told that the room i was receiving was newly renovated and smoke free.

when i got to the room i was greated by 1 pillow on my 2 queen beds 201 no lamp shades roaches and the bathroom had cigarette burnes all over the counter. the tv didnt work and i was scared to sit diwn.

i have never seen a extended stay as run down as this one was . this place is horrible someone needs to really fix this place up i will never use yall again

My husband and I stayed here on an anniversary trip for the weekend. We had tickets for the ballet on Saturday and got back to the hotel around 10:30pm. We found our key cards did not work. After getting new ones, those did not work either.

The guy at the front desk tried the master key and that still did not work. He informed us that the keypad entry was dead and we would not be able to get into our room for the night. A second lady that worked there tried one more time to open the door and she couldn’t.

All of our stuff was in the room and I had mentioned I have medication I needed on my luggage. The lady said “sorry you can’t get to your ‘vitamins’. ” Before this they had told us the hotel was booked and they had no other rooms for us to even sleep in.

I've NEVER experienced the level of customer service at any hotel that not only humiliated me, but attacked my character. I live three miles from this hotel, my apartment flooded badly & will take a substantial amount of time to fix.

I checked into this hotel Dec. 27, 2019 & have been here since along with my son. I pay either by the day, two days, three days or four days because I don't know exactly when our apartment will be ready.

We booked a room February 5 for one night. On February 5, I received a call from the Manager, Ella Mrie Gail Nocum @ 1:50 or so stating asking what are we going to do? This is the second time our company has used Extended Stay America and (THE LAST) the first experience was at San Jose (downtown) first the room flooded on the first night, then the once a week cleaning was carried out (not informed) on our only off day (Sunday) and we were told to "get out of the room or we will not clean it" so we stood outside in the freezing cold waiting to go back into our room. Both rooms were old, shabby and run down, the bed pillow were totally uncomfortable and there was no coffee making facility or cooking items such as pots and pans etc, only provided on request, this I find amazing, never have i know this during my stays in accommodation/hotels around the globe. There was also no where to put clothing so had to balance on the ironing board.

The manager at this establishment didn't allow me to check into a room I already paid for through a third party. com immediately. Dave course we're unable to reach anybody at the hotel to answer the phone was never answered by Staff there.

com today trying to get my refund wish I was denied after management not only said that I didn't try to check in then they turned around and changed it and said that I'm kicked out of that place which I was not informed of in any way shape or form.

The management staff refuses to give me a reason. Yet I'm being denied my refund basically robbed by that company. that's criminal and I am going to make sure that the whole world knows that extended stay America is not a good place to stay.

Mold around the tub, stained bed linen, refrigerator did not work, room was filthy and not cleaned, room smelled like strong urine and smoke, dryer did not dry clothes (took 5 hours to dry one load of clothes), black sticky stuff on the phone, roach in the room, refrigerator was not clean, stain on walls, stains on refrigerator door, black sticky stuff on rugs. Room was not cleaned at all on first day.

I had to consistently meet with and make phone calls to voice complaints, stove was not cleaned, my head would hurt every time I entered the room due to the awful smell of urine and smoke. I’m demanding a full refund of $404 spent on that room. Just horrible.

On December 8, 2019 I moved into handicapped unit #311 at Extended Stay America Hotel at 1550 E. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89119 by paying a month’s rent in advance. After I had settled in and returned the rented compact SUV back to the rental agency on the morning of December 13, 2019, the evil, racist, sexist general manager Anny Dayonet, called Me about ½ hour after I had returned, screaming that I had to leave in an hour, for NO CAUSE whatsoever!!!

I want to rate 5 stars for the service, but I have been waiting since November, 2019 for my deposit money back. I'm very upset about this! I stayed there for 2 weeks, I paid by cash, so they said they would send the cash back to my address, but I received nothing.

We booked Extended Stay America in Bensalem PA. on Tillman Dr. Everything was going well until we walked in the room...... The very first thing we noticed was a dirty rusty stove we opened the microwave and found burnt food on the plate and walls.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. When I first arrived there the initial room that I was given had such a stench the carpet was stained and the bed was far from a queen bed.

I contacted the front desk from the phone in the room which was filthy and Umar offered another room which was even worse. The linen on the bed was not clean the towels were dingy and the shower had pubic hairs in it.

We left out to go grab a bite to eat and one of the hotel guests had the side door propped open and was smoking marijuana. This situation caused me to feel unsafe. Management and staff are aware and allowing guest to participate in acts of sex and or prostitution as well as renting rooms without proper upkeep or cleaning by housekeeping. Rooms are dirty and infested with roaches. Management has been caught in rooms of known drug dealers as well as smoking marijuana on property during shift while claiming to be on break.

I witness a GM talking behind an associate back.. I thought that wasn't fair and then she called the company and lied on the worker. She new tbe worker was having a problem with a living situation.. Why the company couldn't help the worker instead of throwing her out when she doesn't have money.

I was robbed of over $3,000 in jewelry, clothing, shoes, cleaning supplies, makeup, smart tv Vera Bradley bag and Coach purse. I had an emergency to leave for a week and was coming back. I had staff lock my belongings in a locked closet and an employee who was fired for stealing and had stolen keys appears to be the one who stole everything.

The General Manager knew of my belongings being locked in the specific room and then after the theft told me that it should have been locked elsewhere. I will be moving from the extended stay and staying elsewhere as management won't take responsibility or help get my belongings back.

A police report was taken but still management refused to do a thing.

I have stayed at this hotel for several months and had various issues from other guests walking in on me because they were assigned my room even though I extended my stay, to elevator not working, to being locked out of my room because the manager wanted me to pay more money even though I had a credit balance. We reserved a block of rooms for a wedding in Stony Brook, NY. 14 of our wedding guests did stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook, NY between the dates of November 14- November 19, 2019. During that visit, there were two days (for some hours of that day) that there was an issue with the water supply and it had to be turned off.

So therefore, no toilets, no showers, no sinks. That seems to me to be a health hazard!!! There were also three incidents whereby the hotel had to be evacuated due to fire alarms going off. I can see the merit to having the alarms alert you for emergency situations, but 3 alarms in this span of time.....! UNACCEPTABLE!

For people with disabilities like mine it is not accommodating . There were stink bugs in both the rooms(204 & 202). Room 202 had a toilet that was very rusty, the shower was moldy and the heat did not work.

I was switched to room 226 and the heating system had mass amounts of mold. I called the front desk to describe my problem and room service was sent up and tried to clean the unit but could not do much.

I took the housekeeper back to room 202 to show her my issues and showed my before pictures and she stayed while I took after pictures. I was offered a room on the first floor with almost the same issues mold being the biggest problem.

I have a severe allergy to mold which requires an EpiPen. Front desk staff could not resolve the issues.

Recently, my husband had medical problems which lead to both hips and one knee being replaced. On top of that he was diagnosis with cancer at an aggressive level. He has a severe compromise immune system. In 35 years of marriage we have maybe taken less than 5 vacations together.

He wanted to visit with our daughter and granddaughter in case he wasn't able to see them again. I worked over a month of over time to pay for this trip and tried to make this a trip a memorable memory for him and our daughter who does not know the extent of his condition.

I would never recommend this hotel change. I have stayed at many of there Texas locations and they are all the same. Very poor management, the rooms are nasty, roaches, bed bugs, mold in the bathtubs. And they will charge your credit card when ever they feel like and and for way more than they are suppose to.

Given a smelly room that smelt like animals, dingy and dirty looking handicap room. Last Saturday night a large big rig was allowed to park outside my window running a loud motor all night. Not allowing me to get my sleep!!

At 12 midnight after two phone calls the workers kept on saying nonschelently we cannot find the owner. I said yeah i bet he's sound asleep because i certainly was not!!!!! Other guest calling about that and the smell of weed all over.

I checked in at the extended stay in Tacoma Washington (2120 S. 48th st 98409) Oct. 5th, 2019, i walked into my room and it was very dirty, garbage everywhere and dusty. i called down and told the employee that was working there, she came up to the room and "cleaned" the room (304)..

I recently was visiting family and stayed at the Extended Stay America - Memphis - Mt. Moriah on 6520 Mount Moriah Rd Extended, Memphis, TN 38115. Before I post any of my experience staying at this hotel online, I actually wanted to just send in a complaint.

I travel about 5 weeks a year. I've stayed at many Extended Stays all over the country, but this experience blew my mind. I understand that some rooms get worn out, but I figured they would go into a maintenance or something, not checked out to guest.

Things I found upsetting: - Lights missing covers - The refrigerator should be throws away with all the mold in it. It's better that the room does not have one if this is what's available. - The seat on the bathroom toilet was loose.

Zack, the GM at ESA in Greenwood Village, CO, is a good GM. He works hard to assist guests. In my case, I am temporarily disabled due to an injury and must use a wheelchair. Except for a few misses on room assignments, which I believe we have finally resolved after relocating me twice at my request, the extended stay here on the EPP seems worthwhile.

As a GM, Zack works very hard and diligently and is often all over the building on any day, making sure things are moving along. There appear to be either staff shortages, such as in maintenance, or an attempt to keep labor costs so low that more work is shared among management and front desk staff.

I have noticed that porters are no longer used at ESAs, who would do things like clean lobby windows and floors, start and fold laundry, vacuum…

I stayed at the Richmond, Virginia extended stay at the advertised rate on Zillow. I was told I could extend a week at a time when I first called Extended Stay. I extended my stay for two months, a month at a time.

When extending for a third month the hotel office told me I had to extend for a month, not a week as I was originally told. After making an extension on October 8th I had to change my plans 4 days into the third month.

This was for a sick family member who required me to move in with them for home care. Both the hotel office and guest relations could do nothing to credit any of my balance back to me by refund or reverse the reservation to a different rate for the first week.

On 10/04/2019 I checked into ESA Tulsa-Midtown. At the time of check in, I asked a question, “IF I was to check out early, what are the procedures. I told them If we were going to. We will come down to the front desk and will let you know.

I made a reservation at ExtendedStay north in Beachwood about a month ago, for one night on October 12-13. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the dirty entrance door. The" receptionist " was waiting on someone. She told them she had to see if their room was ready.

She proceeded take a dirty rag from under the counter to "check" the room. to be taken care of. When she returned, she didnt have my room. She said she would upgrade me at no extra charge. When I entered my credit card the price was double what I was suppose to pay.

I called to cancel a reservation before the cut off timeline and an employee told me that i did not have one; nor did i receive a confirmation letter stating i did. I was on the phone for 15 minutes making sure to get clarification that whether or my reservation was formulated or not and the employee kept stating that i did not have one.

This morning I woke up to a charge on my card from extended stay. I am requesting a refund given that I was provided false information.

Also when i called the hotel to speak with someone they were very rude, cutting me off and hung up in my face.
