I made a reservation at your facility in Rio Ranch, NM. Upon arriving at the facility to check in I was told that they did not have a reservation for my wife and I. The desk clerk said did you get a confirming email?

I stated yes, he said I have to see it or I can’t help you. I went to the car retrieved my IPad and showed him the email. He then said oh that is at our second facility. I said what does that mean?

He answered it is up the hill turn left at the light and then turn right. Nothing in my email indicated that we were to be in another facility. Upon arriving at the second facility I checked in. The desk clerk told me where the room was and where best to park.

I made a reservation for Extended Stay America St. I initially made this reservation for Extended Stay America due to my disability. I have Multiple Sclerosis, which requires me to cook my meals , due to my restricted diet. I knew that Extended Stay had a kitchen in which I could utilize for my situation.

When I arrived my room looked nothing like the images shown on the Extended Stay website for the location. When I entered the room , I did not know it was a motel-style building, the door had a 2 inch gap at the bottom which was exposed to the outside environment.

All bugs and noise can enter the room. I went to check the room and there was a crack pipe in the kitchen area with residue and substance still in the drawer. I went to the desk to get another room.

I stayed at you your Extended stay at 108000 Kanis road, Little Rock Arkansas. Phone 501-227-8689. Checked in on September 20, 2019 and checked out on September 22, 2019. I waited several weeks to allow my anger to go down before I decided to write this complaint.

Ive never really have written a complaint about any business much less a Motel. But this turned out to be the worst place to stay ever. I’m a retired supervisor from a large world wide service company with over 33 years experience.

When I pay for something a contract is made. Your company is to provide a certain level of service and I will in turn give you money for the expected service. It is a basic contract. Hi! My name is Cynthia Hass. com at the Extended Stay Bloomington, Illinois hotel for October 4th and 5th, 2019. It was Family weekend at ISU and I was trying to get enough accommodations for my whole family. m. (please view video from hotel), my husband and I checked into room 330.

We knew there was a possibility that we wouldn't need the room Friday night, but we would likely be coming on Saturday to crash and Saturday night to stay.

Yes I stayed November at the Houston Texas Richmond westchase extended stay location I checked out early and was entitled to an issued refund of about 108 dollars or 110 dollars it is now almost November of the next year 2019 originally stayed in 2018 November I've spoken to guest relations once and I had an invalid address which is why I may not have received it I got my address updated and was told it it would be sent out at the new current address.

Have been stayung here since april, received email saying if i want to extend my stay contact front desk so i did. I made arrangements to check into another location but when the frint desk said they would extend my stay at the same rate I cancelled my other reservation and stayed in the same room.

They have been charging my credit card random and large amounts whenevwr they feel like it. I have not received one receipt since i have been there. And i find out they jave been chaeging my card every 7 days for $503 and when i confronted the managers they gave a partial refund and an addituinal refund.

I arrive at the location at 5059 Arco lane, North Charleston, SC. North Charleston is a fairly safe place. Clearly does not mean all the time and when it’s not it’s really not. So normally request to be on the second or third floor as I am (or atleast feel) less vulnerable on these floors.

They said they have rooms on the third floor available and check me in. I get to my room and it is disgusting the bed is not made, white powder all over the floor the countertops are dirty. So they change my room to the one beside it.

This has to be one of the most unbearable places on the damn planet!!

First of all, the rooms are so damn outdated, they need to be remodeled. The staff and management keep changing, which is very stupid, since they all suck and won't do anything to make this hell hole livable! The police just came bursting through all the guests doors looking for a 10 year old boy! WTF! That's illegal!!!

And besides, where in the hell are the parents???? They don't keep their word when it comes to keeping your assigned rates. If you're quoted one price for your stay, then this is the price you should pay!!!! These Mofo's are always hollering about their system!

Arrived @ 1130 pm, took over 10-15 min for someone to respond to door bell,locked lobby. Room smelled, carpet stained, dirty, not even vacuumed! Walked bare foot felt slimy! Under bed dirty with old socks& papers under dust filled area. Bathroom floors dirty.

No hand soap, 1 tiny thing of shampoo only! NO hair dryer,no kitchenware, no toiletries,no coffee maker, phone broke. In am NO BREAKFAST NO COFFEE IN bathroom size lobby. NO ONE BEHIND THE DESK 90 percent of time. Grounds a mess!

I have been staying at the Hotel in Bloomington Minnesota (ADDRESS IS 7956 LYNDALE AVE. S. BLOOMINGTON, MN. 55420) for 51 current days (Checked in on August the 7th 2019 as I am in town for business. I have never ever had such horrible service in a hotel in my life.

During 2 separate stays, one at an Extended Stay in Amarillo,TX was I requested a shower chair as I have FIBROMYALGIA, herniated disks in my thoracic back and neck with limited neck and shoulder movements and needed a chair for the shower. During my stay @ 455 West Baseline Rd.

I asked for a late check out and overslept because Iv been working a lot of emergency service calls. Housekeeping tried to come in and I had the latch over the door. She opened and closed the door many times to make a banging noise.

I have been here since the beginning of August, while my husband was receiving chemo. I made an official complaint about the noise and didn’t hear back within 24 hours. I have had my room cleaned twice for free and once for ten dollars- the housekeeper merely changed the linens.

She didn’t even leave toilet paper or soap. The surfaces were cleared and there was no reason for her to not clean at all. I have not had a single thing delivered to my room. They are always out of dinnerware/cookware.

This hotel was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Drunks and kids run the hallways all night—hallways smell like dog pee and cigarettes. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and also smoke stains and used tissue on the bathroom counter.

This place needs to be shut down. It’s unsafe and insanitary. When i came in to check in they had no rooms cleaned and i couldn’t check in until midnight . I’ve contacted staff and no manger is every available.

Worst hotel please do not stay here.

However, I kept receiving push notifications on my phone for a checkout of the 22nd. When I went to the front desk they were not helpful at all. I arrived at the Tempe Extended Stay Hotel (9/20/2019) was told to wait around 15 minutes for desk personnel to check me in. After 30 minutes I was still waiting. Then some new people entered the office, who were not suppose to arrive til the next day (9/21/2019).

Desk personnel took the group to view a room; I am still waiting on a room. I am now considering canceling and walking next door to red roof and getting a room.

I made a reservation with Extend Stay for the weekend of September 13th - September 15th to visit my daughter attending Georgia Southern University. I checked in on Friday at about 7:00 with my 5 year old daughter, signed the paperwork, and got they key card.

I have been at the extended stay for about two months. When I first moved in the door that I would use to go to my room was not functioning for 11 days. I kept being told it was going to be fixed.

Finally called and it was fixed in a couple days.

Also I was told that my room would be cleaned every Monday. My room has only been cleaned twice. The second time was because I complained and had to call again. The second time my bathroom was not even touched.

Guests fighting outside my room threatening to kill each other and yelling, Cursing! One of the fighters is staying next to me. I am 119 and I believe he was in 117 or close by! The front desk knows both of them. I called 911 and called back 5 mind later to ask Front desk if they called 911 they responded with a NO! I called my MGR. That puts me and others at RISK. Where do I start.

First, the manager told me I could check in early per phone call the night before. She said she put the instructions for early check in in my notes. Got there, she said there were no notes and I was lying, and I’d have to come back in five hours.

I had dogs with me as I sat and waited in the lobby. The Staff commented on them. I paid for two weeks, then out of the blue two weeks later they tell me that one of my therapy dogs had to go and I have to pay an additional $82 a night for the dogs making the rate $164 a night .

I would like to complain about the extremely unsanitary codition of our room at the Extended Stay in Montgomery AL on September 6, 2019

As you can see from the pictures included there was blood on the curtain, the sink would not drain, the towels while washed had terrible stains on them, the back of the bathroom door had what appeared to be a brown spot of feces on it

The ceiling was stained the furniture was old and worn

Maybe I’m getting old (57) but having to pay for my room for three days up front and not excepting cash really troubled me. I’ve lodged with this company many times throughout my travels and don’t recall having to go through this.

Westmont-Oak Brook I had made a reservation in the middle of June only to get a phone call, when I'm an hour away from arriving, telling me that the room I reserved is no longer available. My family of FIVE is put in a single king bed room with a pull out couch. The next day we are moved to a double queen room that had no a/c. Had to wait 4 days until it was fixed only to be replaced with a louder than usual a/c unit. Our bathtub wasn't clean so I had to clean it myself before allowing my children to get it and the bathroom sink is clogged.

The phone isn't clean, had to clean it myself in order to put it near my face. Had missed housekeeping TWICE due to someone who had allergies not passing my room to someone else. Washers and dryers are broken off and on.. trash piles up outside with no…
