We got here and there were a bunch of cops all over the place when we arrived. We went straight to our room and some girl who said she worked here asked to charge her phone quickly. She then over stayed her welcome and when asked to leave got hostile.

My car was robbed and everything in it was taken. My laptop, my fiance's laptop, our xbox one s, 2 skateboards, all of my fiance's clothing. This isn't cool at all. And when we spoke to the front desk they acted as if there was nothing that they could possibly do to help, when the girl who robbed us applied for a job there two days prior to this incident.

i made a reservation last week to the melville ny location and when i arrived i was told it was over booked i came from far and was sent to another location to get a room.i stay at the melville location all the time and i felt bad because after driving so far i was compensated for being overbooked which it wasnt my fault.

I am reaching out again, in regards to my stay at the Extended Stay America Burbank on August 10th, 2019. I booked it online and my reservation confirmation is 145668376. I was doing repairs at my home and needed to be away for the day. Sadly, the entire experience at your hotel was a complete nightmare.

General Manager of the 1180 Doris Rd. location in Auburn Hills, MI told me it is not his job to follow up with his own schedule for room cleanings. I was also told that if I was not able to be flexible with their schedule, then my room would not be cleaned.

I have already made myself flexible to be site for THE ENTIRE DAY the same day every week (since I have a pet and they will not clean it otherwise) and now I am told that if I dont change my schedule to accommodate his incompetence its my fault. Westmont-Oak Brook I had made a reservation in the middle of June only to get a phone call, when I'm an hour away from arriving, telling me that the room I reserved is no longer available. My family of FIVE is put in a single king bed room with a pull out couch. The next day we are moved to a double queen room that had no a/c. Had to wait 4 days until it was fixed only to be replaced with a louder than usual a/c unit. Our bathtub wasn't clean so I had to clean it myself before allowing my children to get it and the bathroom sink is clogged.

The worst customer service in the hotel industry. I will never stay at another Extended Stay if i have a choice. I was in town training for a new job and I was extending my stay every two days, however i miscalculated my time to check out .

When i came back from my training i found my belongings packed up in the lobby of the hotel. No one informed me with a phone call, text message or an email that my belongings was going to be packed up and moved to a corner in the lobby.

The agent at the front desk couldn't be anymore inconsiderate than she was. I would not recommend staying at the Extended Stay 101 Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham, AL. Most of the front desk staff needs training in customer service.

The room smells horrible there is mold and filth in the bathtub. The trash does not get taken out even once a week when they do bring towels . I waited over an hour and a half to get checked in when there was only three people in front of me.

I just tried to go get a refund for probably the sixth or seventh time for my dryer money because I've tried every dryer in the laundry room over a three-week time frame. Then the same guy that works the night shift just informed me I was going to need to wait two hours while he checks all these guests in even though I got to get up at 4 in the morning and go to work.

I have been at the 9020-Church Street East, Brentwood, TN 37027 (Room 306) hotel since 2016. The room service cleaning has gotten very poor when that is included in the weekly payments. For the last 4 weeks my room was not cleaned when I arrived and its like no one cares or checks to see if its gets done.

I work in Nashville and reside in Alabama as payments are made current. I have seen management changes come and go and things still not adequate for the guests here. Someone should investigate and make sure that housekeeping is done as scheduled per room instead of guests arriving and finding an dirty room which was left over the weekdays or weekends not even touched or cleaned. I wrote a complaint in July regarding a trip with my traveling group and we went to Austin, TX. We stayed at your hotel and had a horrible experience. We rented 5 rooms and one of them was filthy and smelled like urine, so that guest refused to stay there. 10).

On Sunday Sept. 1, 2019 I had a reservation at the extended stay at Farmers branch. As I left my room at about 10pm my car broke down at Dallas Tollway and Frankford and called the office to call my girlfriend to tell her to come get me and the lady told me that she could not connect me to rm.

Freemont/newwark location where my husband has been staying for work for a couple of month is disgusting. Hallways in bldg b are always dirty like they never vacuum and smell rancid ; there has been dirty diapers out by the pool and cockroaches in areas of the hotel.

When he first got his room the cupboards were never cleaned out or counters cleaned off he had to physically clean those area; trash room doors have been open with trashed piled in them. You advertise the extend stay rooms have utensils, pots/pans and toasters but there is none of that in his room.

We are staying at your hotel at 4506 Brookfield Corporate Dr Chantilly Va 20151 if I would get my money back I would go stay somewhere else. To start off our room has a bad smell there are holes in the walls, there is mold riddled throughout the room and the sofa bed is dirty and has old food and trash underneath and there are bugs in the room.

I’m in the military and traveling to a new duty station and in my 12 years of service this has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in throughout the world. This is an extended stay hotel and have no kitchen items no cookware noplates no silverware.

We made reservations for two nights. On our third day we were going to book again online unfortunately the other lexington location was selected by accident. During this time the manager tammy kept calling our room we asked for a late check out and explained that we were trying to switch the reservation.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel 5 nights and we were treated like Shit by the people that worked the front desk and when we left they tried to say we smoked in our room which is BS we smoked but we throw the butts in the trash can inside the room so yes it smelled.

If you are going to let her try to charge my card $250 00 it should be posted and it is not the only thing that was is to smoke 100 ft away from the doors. Which if you are the same color as her she let them smoke right outside there door.

Yes I booked a room online 08/08/19. I reserved it online. Upon checking in I had been up all night tryna get money up for my room because I currently live in hotels. It gave me the option of a smoking room or a non smoking room.

I selected a smoking room. Upon checking in I was in a rush to get to my room to take a shower and eat. The booking desk currently messed up twice .

I had to pick this hotel to stay at for 2 days. Breakfast is from 630 til 9am. breakfast was gone so I asked where there any cups so I could fix coffee and the answer was no. My complaint is if a hotel is accomdating ppl have enough to until breakfast has ended!

And not to have any cups! Extended Stay make your workers work and not stand at the front and have it easy by saying no at each question. This made my second time staying there and didn't receive breakfast. PLEASE DO BETTER!

Bed Bugs Good morning, I'm writing about a concern I have with the property at 5831 Overton Ridge in Fort Worth, Texas 76132 myself and my wife check into the site on 7.29.19 for a 60 day stay with the Extended Stay America we found bed bugs in the bed and we advise management of this and was moved to another room ( which after inspection found bed bugs again ) this is very concerning to me and my wife when the slogan we hear on TV and radio is a clean comfortable room and to fine this is crazy... The room we received at 77$ per night at Louisville Kentucky on Dutchman rd was horrible . I had my disinfectant wipes to go around and clean things because we have compromised immune systems. They came out gray and dingy after wiping off surfaces.

People were BBQing in parking lot . Elevator was so disgusting looking with fingerprints , I questioned our decision to stay two days . We thought we might stay longer but I can’t wait to get out of here .

I would like to report a complaint regarding the front desk staff name Sam. He is rude, unprofessional and does not deserve to be working at the front desk to deal with guests. The worse customer service rep I have ever dealt with.

I have been staying at Extended Stay Simi Valley since 2008, I've seen employees come and gone. Some good ones had left and moved on, and some who are still employed are good as well, specifically Melanie and manager Marina.

Melanie and Marina are the greatest. They provide excellent customer service, very professional and show with care. Sam on the other hand has no manners, rude, the worse human being I have ever dealt with!

It was my worst experience in my life. I was put in a room that had problems. The problem was not resolve. I contacted Guest Relations over 4 times. Problem was ignored. I was not offered an upgrade nor a discount on my room.

Housekeeping refuses to clean our rooms. The night auditor told one of our crew members that he was getting to much coffee in the mornings. I’d make three cups, one for me and two for my coworkers. The staff is so rude that you hate asking them for anything.

I went to pick up the vacuum and when I got upstairs with it, it wouldn’t stay on cause the bag was full. Tried to get another one, I was told that they were out. Never once offers any kind of solution.

Booked a suite. Hotel gave room away. Front desk staff horrible. Tried to put 5 people into 1 room and charge for the same price as a suite. Rooms given were dirty and not cleaned. Mirror cracked in one room, shower was dirty with hair stuck to walls and shower curtain; toilet seat broken.

Other room finally given after complaining loudly so others could hear and embarrass the front desk staff, the door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t close. When I arrive this hotel I lost my cash from here . I just came from LAX by shuttel .I have money staffs . I went to the Japan and I exchanged money from yen to dollars .

My cash was envelop . I went to Walmart and only here. I checked camera at Walmart . I want to see security camera this hotel

I am staying third floor . I left my bag inside room and front desk . I want to see those security camera.

I called police already.

Please help me up . It is almost $4000

Hello, my name I James Kalkowsky, I am booked in room 329. Earlier this morning I tried booking the room for another week, I provided the money to Michelle at the register behind front desk, and the night shift cashier said that the room wasn't booked.

He wouldn't render a refund and said the room had not been booked. I asked him to review the cameras, he then told me to wait until the morning to talk to the manager. I need this issues resolved

We've been out of tv service for a month at ESA Lexington Park, MD. Senior management for this property has not shown any urgency to correct the problem. Sent a team of techs out yesterday and not only did they not fix it, but the internet at the front desk of the hotel is now down.

This is my 7th year staying at this location, each time for 90 days, but never experienced such a problem. Missed the NBA final, Stanley Cup finals, US Open (golf) and the French Open (tennis) during my stay. I also watch church services on Sundays but unable to do so.

HELP!

com. I reserved the room in his name but used my card to guarantee the booking. He checked in 12am on April 26th. He gave the attendant his credit card and license upon his arrival. According to your fine print, a customer have to submit a license and credit card when checking into the hotel.

Unfortunately the attendant did not give my friend a receipt once he checked in. Later that afternoon when he checked out, he called me to tell me that the hotel charged his credit card more than double for the one night.

They apologized and stated they would return the appropriate amount within 3 to 4 business days. My card was then charged a few days later more than…
