So I am trying to reset it... through the otp .. But I can't get the otp in my registered mobile number. So I can't login my Facebook

I have been trying to reach Facebook as my son's account has been taken over by a random person. The self help options do not work as he is unable to reset his password. He has emailed support at Facebook and we still have no response.

Meanwhile a random person has access to all of his personal photos and friends on Facebook. He even emailed Facebook a copy of his dl to prove his identity and still no response. Lin Gary. The account was and still should be Alec Uselton.

I sold 4 items on marketplace. They tried to say they paid me, marked me paid on all 3. I got nothing!

Finally after an insane fight, they admitted to and paid me for one, after I sent them my receipt for mailing and a screenshot of my attached card account. 61 for the other 2. Ice done the same, sent statement from the whole week and beyond the date they said they paid me, NOTHING!

Something went wrong on my Facebook and I tried to change the password, on the process my account was disabled, may be Facebook thought it was a scam.. but I have disagreed and done all the verification they asked me to, but yet the account is still disabled.

Had to factory reset my phone. When trying to add Facebook they now require government id to reclaim your account... even with correct login info. I try to add messenger and get "something went wrong". I decided to take a photo of my driver's license and redact all info they do not request and have no need to know, my address, license number and class, my year of birth, expiration and issue dates. These are not necessary...

I was hacked and they changed my account phone number to theirs. I have a separate page that I have begged to have deleted, but no answer. Now, after providing 3 forms of ID countless emails, etc... they deleted the account that got hacked and left the one I wanted gone months ago.

I applied to have a commerce account to open a shop on Facebpok and Instagram from my business pages. I was approved for Instagram shopping and I opened a shop on there. Then a few days later I was rejected for Facebook shopping so they took my Instagram shop down.

I was suspended without any question when someone reported my comment as promoting violence when it was actually quite the opposite. I was not even given an opportunity to explain myself and the Facebook review committee doesn’t ask for clarification before suspension.

What they have done is unethical and a violation of my rights. You don’t suspend users for violating community standards without giving them the opportunity to defend or clarify their comment. Frankly, I would like to sue for undue trauma, humiliation and stress.

Somehow, an image of a check I sent to someone through the Facebook messaging app got posted to a "story" of mine although I had never posted a "story" on Facebook in my life. The results are horrific, as the image is I've attached show: I am disabled and I will not get my SSDI check in time to pay my rent for April because I had to close my bank account to keep that check from being taking advantage of.

And now it may take months for social security to change the account number to which they send my check (their website says up to 2 months).

It all started Monday as I recieved an email saying my facebook was being accessed from a different location and later on my password and my email were changed without my knowledge. As I took a couple hours to read my email, by the time I realized it, it was too late and I could no longer access my account.
