I have tried endlessly to log on to my account. I redo the password then I put a code in. The code is never accepted. Then I ask to resend and it can't. I have been try to get into my account for two weeks to no avail.

Fb was the one place u could go to be with my friends and family as I am disabled . I have been so depressed over this. can I get some help here ? I even sent my photo ID which they said was not accepted .

I got a new phone and transfered data over and FB would not transfer over with my password so I had to make a new password . I hope you can help than you.

Facebook accused me of posting or sharing content that violates their guidelines. I haven't posted in at least 3 years. I only use facebook for birthdays and to buy stuff off market place. Fortunately I do not rely on facebook and the interruption in my service does not affect my work.

Marketplace is not user friendly. No phone customer support. They restricted my Kyle Morgan account saying that someone logged into my account and posted illegal videos I'm the only person with access to my account. I have called several technicians at the customer service center and they won't help me.

I seem to have 2 FB accounts . 1 on my iPhone which uses my cell phone # as my user name. Another on my PC & IPad that use my email for user name. Both have different passwords. I have started the deletion process of the cell phone account and now I am worried that my PC & IPad accounts will also be deleted.

I don’t like that I can’t “edit” a post once it’s been commented on. This is absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes I’ll post something and then realize I left out a word, or got a date incorrect, NOW I can’t edit my mistake.

I sold stuff through Facebook Marketplace offering shipping. The first shipment went out which was $23 and I was paid. I then had three other separate shipments totaling around $300. I opened another account and that was hacked 3 days after I opened it. I notified your customer help again and again nothing done to help me. Facebook has become a pile of hot steaming garbage. For the past three weeks, I get locked out of my account almost DAILY. Then -- in order to get back in -- I have to review everything that they "claim" has been posted by someone "pretending" to be me.

The support team totally ignored these two messages in my response to you, and to them proving that these two pages were verified in 2018 by Facebook Support worker Elliot. I even circled the words “approved” and “page has been verified,” and nothing!

My reels and other videos have been blocked there was a message left about me using another person music which is used on all most all of the reels. I need someone to explain to me why the option for me to post reels have been removed the button isn't there as if there is no such thing as reels.

On July 23 I submitted an ad to Facebook for an event coming up on August 21. The event is a wine tasting. Facebook rejected the ad because the targeting included 18 and over. Facebook only allows alcohol advertising to people 21 and over in the US.

However, Facebook waited until today, August 17, just four days before the event, to notify us that the ad was rejected. The documentation shows the ad was reviewed and rejected on July 23. Had they notified me in a timely manner, I could have easily corrected the problem and resubmitted the ad.

Now, it is pointless to do so. Facebook has essentially killed our event.

Very sensitive on restrictions, would block you for no reason even if you don't agree with it, recommend not downloading Facebook.

You have come up with an excuse to block my account yet again and it would seem that you now require documentation to unlock it for which you have no legal recourse to ask for. I suggest that my E-mail or number has always been sufficient and my ID, Passport or driving licence is not necessary and also an illegal request as such documents would allow you to steal my identity.

I hope you resolve this matter soon as I will have to inform the authorities here in Indonesia and back in the UK of your blatant attempt to gain information to which you have no legal requirement.
