The manager, Norma Baker, of your store on S. Broadway in Johnson City TN is very rude to the customers and her staff. I witnessed her yelling and belittling a staff member and being ridiculously rude to the customers. I have seen this on several occasions and I know the store has lost several customers because of her attitude.

My family used to go to store #2746 quite frequently, one of the gentlemen that works there (I believe he is one of the managers) became very upset with my sister-in-law, accusing her of stealing and got upset because she and I both purchased cigarettes and I asked her a question while asking him for the cigarettes.

He proceeded to yell at my sister and my daughter, telling us that my daughter was trying to steal this big LOL doll that we paid for, so my sister yelled back at him and told him to watch how he talks to her niece and we don't have to steal anything as much is not a problem for us.

He said to her that she was not allowed in the store anymore and another customer became upset with him and was like dang all of this over a doll that you all just paid for? A day or so later I…

The store located in Sanford North Carolina at the Lee avenue location had a lady working there who as soon as I entered the door was rude from the start. She nearly hit me with the buggy which was filled with items she was stocking in the freezer and the person I was she actually did bump them with the buggy and continued with her bad attitude towards us our entire visit in the store.

She then snatched the bag that he paid for saying he stole something and proceeded to call the police. Once they arrived they found that we infact did Pay for all of the items and not sure what her motive was but if someone doesn’t handle this it’ll be handled in court

The shelves in the store on Oglethorpe Ave. are never stocked properly. The employees are rude as well as lazy . This store should be completely overhauled with new employees.

The Family Dollar store in Savannah Ga. Ogelthorpe Ave. Closes whenever they feel like it. The stock sits blocking the alise for several days most times until the next week's truck arrives and beyond. I wouldn't even give Pittsfield NH branch a one. This store is for the community and for customers to come in to shop. That's what I thought until this past year or so. At first the manager Nancy you couldn't even see her eyes as her hair would not on be in front but under her glasses.

Her demeanor is grouchy and says she's tired because she says she has to do all of it alone but what I've seen is her working another job besides this one and running around circles nothing gets accomplished. I am an employee at Family Dollar, and I have experience with a unprofessional store manager, who downplays his employees, doesn’t help his new ones and allows his favorite employee to come on the job under the influence. I had also had problems with Dustin Holtzbacker, the store manger who threatens to write me up for family urgency call offs and tells me I don’t need a job!

He lets his white employees get away with calling off but when I need to actually help my poor and old grandparents, he threatens to “correct my behavior”! I placed an online order for 360 units of random Pokémon card packs totaling $388.65 on 7/27/23. Delivery estimate was 7-10 days and I received a box a week later on 8/2/23. That’s unfortunately the only good part of the story.

When the product arrived, the box looked like it had been kicked around. In addition to that, I’d only received half my order with no notification on the status of the other half.

I always shot at family dollar, but recently it just keeps going downhill. They don’t value there customers. I have the app and I clip coupons. Today i clipped a coupon for $5 off of $25.

Also, I clipped another one for spend $25 on gain, get $5 off. The women told me I could not do that. Even tho it stated no where on there that I couldn’t. Everytime I have coupons it’s an issue (and only at this store).

I visited family $ 7/27/2023. This family $ Is my go to for 95% of my needs. I left behind 3 items by accident. I am disabled, in constant pain so your cashiers with help me when I'm the only one at the moment.

I believe that Family Dollar located at 597 S Idaho St, Wendell, ID 83355 may be conducting illegal business. They have taken it upon themselves to put a tiny homemade hand written 2 hour parking sign up. It looks like a child wrote it with a crayon/highlighter marker then proceeded to put it very far away from the store, on a small picket fence, in an area that most people don't even enter into the store parking lot.

The sign is so small, the writing is faded, and it is placed in an area that the Family dollar employees know that the majority of people will never see it, especially if it's dark out. It is obviously not a refective sign.

At the Family Dollar location at 548 Lefferts Ave Brooklyn,NY, which is store # 07005, I was harassed by two employees. Alice, the cashier and the other employee, Eya Makeba would not stop staring me down wherever I went in the store.

I asked both of them to stop and they refused. When I asked what the issue was, there was no response and just more staring and following. I have been a loyal customer for decades and have never been mistreated this badly.

On one day last week I noticed that one of the employees had a device attached at the point of sale. After I purchased my groceries he typed in a few numbers then swiped one of his credit cards. I feel that they are using a skimmer at store#03885 108 W. Main Street Duncan, Ok.

Good afternoon, I have a complaint against the North Branch, Minnesota Family Dollar store #10244. I am a very good loyal Family Dollar store customer and frequent the store often. ($100 per shopping trip minimum) I usually stop at my local Family Dollar store on Wednesday evening as I am returning home from a weekly function.

I stopped last night about 7:30PM and was just taking my time shopping. I was in no hurry and felt no reason to rush. The store was not busy. Store #13328 is that every employee with the exception of two (felicia and lexi) are rude and grumpy and always standing around but too busy to assist customers The store is gross and it looks halloween decorations on the windows outside and in.
