I normally don't do this but I go to this store several times a week and I am concerned about things I see when I am there. #1 they opened this location earlier this year and they have never had a full staff.

Lately I only see 1 person working by themselves and she and 1 other lady, the hiring manager are always there, I joke with them both about living in the stockroom. #2 the floors are horrible, I witnessed a lady in her 40's that works there almost fall because the flooring is peeling up and is a major trip hazard, she fell but claimed she was ok.

The manager, Matt, has always been, and continues to be, incredibly rude. I have been going to this location for a decade, minus the last year or so, l because Matt kicked me out for NO GOOD REASON, but he didn't get a no trespass against me.

I waited a year before i went back into the store (i am disabled and this is right next to my apartment, making it much easier for me), i saw Matt several times, i always said hello, but he didn't say anything until today, when he acted like it was the first time, saying you're not supposed to be in here.

I purchased a flashlight that had two batteries already inside of the flashlight. Got ready to leave the store. Decided to open up the flashlight to make sure it worked. Notice. When I opened up the flashlight it clearly says that you have to unwrap the batteries that were inside.
