Family Dollar

If I could give less stars I would. I shop at Family dollar at least 3 times a week. I shop here to purchase cleaning supplies. I own a cleaning business. Store #1776 located on Liberty Heights in Baltimore. I'm literally standing in line at the back of the store.

They have 2 lines open and one line is ONLY accepting cash. Now I may have worked for Family dollars years ago, but I'm sure the protocols are still the same. When you have more than 4 customers, you call for another associate.

Unfortunately this is no longer the case. Their is a spill of bleach in aisle 22 and no one has wiped it up YET! Im appalled and as a regular consumer I like to be in and out not standing in line for 1 and a half hours.

On 9/23/23 I sent my adult son to Family Dollar in Gary New Duluth to pick up some soda that was in their ad for 3/$13. I gave him $20. To pick this up for me. He comes back and said the $20. Was not enough!! I said what??

There is NO WAY there was $7. In tax!!! I asked if he got a receipt he said yes. Upon looking at the receipt I noticed he was charged full price!! 95 a 12 pack!! So I called the store and spoke to ASM LISA she stated she was unaware of any pop sale, that there was no sign!!

01 I handed the manager a 20 dollar bill and proceded to take a penny out of my pocket whereupon he told me that he already had rung up 20 and would not accept the penny as it would dirupt his money cash flow in his register. I proceded to dispute his claim that it wouldmake a difference and he heatedly told me that if I did not like it I could not come to the store again.

I asked him for his manager and he said he was the manager so why don't I just leave the store. Other custumers witnessed this transaction and told me I should contact the district manager of whom I could not reach.

I ama consistant customer of Family Dollar and have never had a problem before but this (YOUNG MALE) manager was rude and Obnoxious and should be reprimanded for his approach to a customers request.

I went to the local store to get toilet paper and two employees are standing outside smoking! So I wait patiently at the register and there comes a man behind me(I’m a woman) the clerk comes in says I can help u on one and the man cuts in front of me and the clerk doesn’t say anything so I dropped the toilet and left!

My elderly mother has a problem with accessing digital coupons as she’s 84 . Why isn’t there a card she could use for the coupons? The cashiers move so fast at ringing things even if she did have access she couldn’t be fast enough.

She lives on a low fixed income in an area that has limited access to shopping. Your coupons would help her and others like her greatly as the area she’s in is considered low income ( Virginia mountains). I feel this is discrimination towards elderly that can’t afford a newspaper every week or can’t access digital coupons

Cockrellhill road Dallas,Texas. I walked up at 9:30 pm & doors were locked. This has been happening alot lately. The sign on door say 9am-10pm. Apparently they close when they feel like it. I hurry & walk up there so I can get there with plenty of time to shop but the store closes early & the people working just sit & ignore me like I'm not trying to get their attention.

I have a complaint regarding the location located at 46 N. 11th St. on 9/11/23 between the hours of 6p and 7p, I entered this location to return 6 rolls of wallpaper. The manager (a gentleman) immediately started accusing me of stealing the items.

The asm at the Bradford store in Marion Indiana 46952 is very rude to customers. so she could leave. She is bullying the other employees. She's been rude to me at times when I have forgotten something and had to come back say oh you are back again I live close to this store and don't want to go to other places when I need a few things.

The store in Raton New Mexico is poorly managed. Constantly having to walk through the smelly smoke of employees leaning against the building smoking. Inside there is plenty of work if there was a manager, not a friend of the other employees.

Prices are incorrect on the shelf. If you tell them that the price is different on the shelf, you get I don't know how to fix the issue or a deer in the headlights. Stock is on carts blocking the isles for shopping, not to mention the fire hazard.
