I was treated very rudely. She did not acknowledge me . She did not greet me or ask me if I wanted any bags she just started bagging. I asked her if she greeted her customers and she replied yes with an attitude, still ignoring my presence by having a side conversation with a coworker.

I am customer of the Family Dollar on 6th Ave. in Watford City, ND. I have been in a lot of Family Dollar stores in my lifetime, but I have to say this by far the worst I have ever been in.

They never have anything stock d on the shelves, everything is always on carts in the middle of the isle, boxes stacked everywhere. When they do happen to have what you need, you have to move carts and boxes to even get to what you need.

The employees are always on their phones and are very rude. This is the worst Family Dollar ever. It should just be shut down and every single person fired. Thankfully we have a Dollar General opening up next door, I will be taking my business there and hopefully they are nothing like this Family Dollar

I’m writing to make a complaint about your store on Northern Drive Troy NY store. I was in the store Tuesday October 24th there were 4 people standing in line to check out including myself, there was no employee on the floor we were ringing the bell and yelling Hello when a girl finally showed up.

I shopped at Family Dollar store number 07061 216 Bussey St. in Dedham MA. I have the Family Dollar app installed on my phone. The prices in the app were different from the prices that were on the shelves. I asked the Family Dollar associates if the prices that were in the app could be honored.

The lady at the cash register changed one of the prices with the assistance of the other Family Dollar associate. She proceeded to ring the items and a few more items had wrong prices. I asked her if she could change those prices to what was in the app.

She said she couldn’t, and called the manager. The manager comes over. He had a very nasty attitude. he changed the prices and went back to stocking shelves. There was one more item that came up wrong for the price. 80.

Many time in the past month I've gone to the store only to find them. Closed and it isn't even time for closing yet. When I asked they said they get off work at 10pm. Now it all my time working I've never work for a place that served the public and gotten off work at exactly the hour they close it would always be about 15 to 30 mins after the place of business closed their doors to the public.

Every time I go to store to add funds to my emerald cars, I have to wait for management who is usually outside smoking. Tonight I went in an hr before closing & management said I had to wait 20 min until she was off of her break.

The cashier felt terrible she wasn't authorized to help me! Management explained there was nothing she could do if she was on break or she would get fired! I'm truly upset that this is the only store I ever have issues with adding money to my card at!

I am writing to you because many, many people here in Pollock Pines are really angry that Paul and Kim were fired. As the manger, Paul kept that store running like a top. Last winter in the horrible snow storms Paul walked to work instead of calling in sick.

Kim worked her butt of keeping the shelves stocked and the store clean. She has awesome customer service abilities. You come into the store now, and every isle is clogged with boxes and push carts. You have to move the stuff out of the way to get to the item you want.
