I just purchased 3 boxes of clear mini light set green wire and 3 boxes of multi mini light set green wire on 12/12/2023 from 810 Caddo Street and I stringed them up and not one of the lights came on….I’ve been trying to call the store to let them know so I can bring them back and I can’t get a answer. What shall I do?

I would like to know why Family Dollar puts and marks items as "reduced price" when the products are priced the same as the same item not with a " reduced price". I will include pictures. I've seen this several times.

My name is Deborah and I live in Monticello Arkansas. We have a beautiful family dollar store that is so packed full of stuff you cannot walk down the isles I love going into that store but if somebody doesn’t come down and straighten the store out it’s not gonna be there long.
