On family dollar store ad it says Dr Pepper products on sale three for $12. I went in store to buy a Dr Pepper 12 pack a Mountain Dew 12 pack and a crush 12 pack and she told me the lady at the register that I could only get Dr. peppers.

Why would the ad say all products and she would not let me get but only Dr Pepper that isn’t fair

I am filing a complaint due to not being fully informed about the requirements of purchasing a product. I purchased a prepaid cell phone, Verizon Moto E for $74. I was not told that the only way I could use the phone was to purchase a phone plan prior to activation.

I was told that if I purchased the phone, and already had a plan that I would be okay. The next complaint is when attempting to set up the phone, one option for phone screen lock is index finger for security.

Store #9184 in Utica OH has a horrible record of closing the store early due to staffing issues or "server is down" as per hand written notes on the door, for several days at a time. Why are they the only business in town that cannot operate due to technical difficulties over and over again.

You'd think they would fix it so that it is not a repeated failure.

Also, it is frequently out of stock of items very soon after refilling shelves with there being no replacement shipments for several days at a time. This is a small store that has never been successfully run with consistent managers.

When I entered the Bruce, MS location today, the employees had a local r&b station on. The music was entirely too loud, I couldn't hear my sister talking to ,e in the store. The employees were huddled together on one isle looking at their phones.

On June 15 2023 Myself and my family went family dollar on Kurth Dr(11652) where I was approached aggressively by an employee by the name of Dorthy Robinson and she preceded to tell me that she had a problem with me . The very next day I went back to this same store because it’s the closest store and this time she was rude and curse at me and my husband.

I was hurt in one of the stores on Memorial Day. I went to the ER the very next morning and also went to get the receipt for my ring that broke during the accident. I was told to call the 1800 number by the mgr at the store where the accident occurred.
