The manager at the store was rude. I took my scooter Inside and walked to get ice cream went to the register and she told me that I cannot bring my scooter inside I told her I'm not leaving it outside it will get stolen I ll put it by the register she said " that's not her problem and

I will not be telling her where I can leave my scooter" I said ok well if my $1000 scooter gets stolen then it will become your problem. Paid for my stuff and walked out. She had an attitude from the get-go.

I’m at the register is a long line ! I’m talking to my cashier and her supervisor asks her did she scan the juice as if I’m trying to steal but if she was paying that my attention she would’ve saw it was already scanned I asked her her name she ignored me I pulled out my camera she covers her face and run !

The woman who was supposed to open at 8 was standing outside talking to someone in a car at 830 a d kept saying she would be there in a minute to open the store. This was the family dollar on 5440 Prospect Ave Kansas City, Mo.

She also had an attitude when I looked at the times they were supposed to be open. She said she knew it was supposed to be open already. We just needed some dramomine. We won't be going there again as long as she works there.

June 1, 2023 I’ve been a customer for store number 06413 in Pompano Beach for over 25 years I was discriminated today in the store. I went to family dollar on Lorain Ave in cleveland ohio store number #4807 at 9:50pm. The store doesn’t close until 10pm. I repeatedly knocked on the door and the manager and workers refused to open the door as they stood behind the register and laughed and sat on their phones.

There was also another customer who was at the store at 9:40, 20 minutes before closing and the refused her as well. If it is advertised that you are open until 10pm then customers should still be serviced before closing time.

I am new to the neighborhood and I visited your family dollar today 05/31/23 at 12pm. Store # 06602 2010 Atlantic ave Brooklyn. There was a young lady on the the register that was very nasty. I asked her for an item she told me I don’t know what you talking about with an attitude when I explained she said check in the aisle with the pillows miss.

On May 30, 2023 at approximately 5:00 pm I walked into the Family dollar store on Landover Road in Landover Maryland and all I smelled is gas, I left the store because the smell was so strong I could not stand it. Every time I enter the store it is always dirty and not stocked.

I live in Salton City, California. Our local Family Dollar store is an unmitigated disaster and has been almost from the time it opened. There's been a significant turnover of employees, and managers since the beginning so I doubt there's much on-the-job training and/or continuity.

The people who work there are kind, courteous, and helpful, they just seem overwhelmed. Almost every aisle is piled high with unopened stocks making her virtually impossible to shop. Even if you can get through an aisle, you won't be able to shop for items behind it.

We needed your store here and I'm glad it happened, but it could be so much better with some active management. I can't imagine you're not losing money to the clutter and chaos.

I am a regular shopper at the Family Dollar store in Yuma, AZ at store #09187. I love that store. I just have one question, why does the company refuse to fix the air conditioner for the store. In the last two weeks, the air conditioner has not been working.

Fans do not help when it is 90° outside. Can you imagine the heat inside the store. I like to think that your company isn't totally aware of this, because it is inhumane to treat your employees, people, like this.

It still has not reached 100° degrees , yet. I can't imagine going in the store when it gets much hotter in a few weeks. That extreme heat is not only bad for humans but what it is doing to the products in the store.

My daughter was accused of shoplifting of an item that she didn't even have in her hand. My youngest daughter had the item at the register to pay for it and the Store manager/security person who I have seen several times when shopping in that store myself who is not friendly at all. Told her she had stole the item, it is a way to handle a situation very unprofessional and serious accusations like this should not be said without proof.

I was shopping at family dollar located at 74 S Green St Ridgeland SC 29936, yesterday (5/25/2023). While I was in the store, my 9 year old said her stomach was hurting so I sent her and her sisters to the car.

A few moments later, my 9 year old came back to me crying saying that the woman didn’t believe her that her stomach hurt which confused me for second. I was purchasing merchandise that was ringing up for $1.00. as per the brand Hanes and Gildan the merchandise was being reduce to a $1.00 so its old items. The store manager and owner both told me that they will not sell me the merchandise for $1.00. The manager and owner started to state that there was a family dollar cliché which is not true. There are a couple of people working at the Montpelier, Idaho store who are very rude - one in particular - her name is Laurie Jenkins. She is snappy and speaks very rudely to customers. The store was receiving a shipment one afternoon and she was standing by the front door.

I was just an employee at the Family Dollar in Temple Tx 1510 South 1st Street 76504. The manager Nemeir fired me and based me from shopping their. He sent a message to all the employee's that I am fired and that me and all the crackheads I associate with are based.

Hi you have an employee named Jamika Hayes, who’s an assistant manager at 401 E 7 mile rd Detroit Michigan. She was only stealing money out the cash register, but once she became manager she started stealing from the safe.

I arrived at family dollar store#59 #6163 on May 16th around 3:00-4:00 to make a purchase. The line was being held up because the 1st cashier had a child scanning customers items which delayed the line. The manger and her were currently in a conversation while customers were waiting.
