I payed for prepaid visa one casher who work there stole my card number and my 400. Now I am Hav trouble get it back

I have been waiting outside of family dollar for about 30 minutes and the doors are not open. A lady just came to the door with a red shirt on and tried to go in but the doors are locked. It is several people in the parking lot waiting for it to open

m. on May 16th 2023. I wanted to return a pair of curtains that I was not happy with I still had the box it was ripped open because I was going to hang them but when I went to open them they were Dusty and just not what I thought they were.

I had taped up the box and I had just purchased them from a different family Dollar in the same town on that day and I went to return them later in the evening to a store closer to me but still in the same town. I also had the receipt I had folded up the one curtain that I did unfold nice and neat and put it back on the original hanger and had the box as well as the receipt with me.

Y. I was with my granddaughter on the opposite side of the store froml registers. I heard yelling which made me nervous having a 4 year old with me I had no idea what was happening. As I approached the registers the yelling was coming from a young woman who seemed to be the manager.

I over heard an older woman (employee) saying very calmly she was put on the schedule Sunday but put in for the day off. The manager yelled you can not put in for the day off unless you do it online.

On 05\11\2023 at 18:03 (6:03 pm) I walked into Family Dollar store # 08896, at 921 Manton Avenue, Providence, to purchase an item. I had just previously purchased a small 4 pack of wine at nearby liquor store, and I was carrying it by the little handle. I grabbed a pkg. of toilet paper and went off to the register. Stepped up to be cashed out... put the toilet paper down for her to scan (she scans it) and then she reaches over and tries grabbing the four pack of wine.

ME: What are you doing? And I pulled it back.

Wrightsville, Georgia Family Dollar Employees are always rude to customers. I went right before Easter to pick up few items for baskets and after I had picked up items and headed to check out, the girl working told me to put it back.

She said I told the manager I was sick and she told me to take some medicine and stay at work. She said I'm not staying, I'm locking the door and going home. She not only locked door behind me but also with customers coming up to door.

I had another incident yesterday. I sent my daughter in law to look for grill. The one she got was to small. The family dollar on John t white and sandy lane closes or should I say locks there doors at 9pm the employees tell you there closed but online it clearly says there open tell 10. To be fair sometimes they stay open tell 930 but that's the latest they are ever open.

I've made so many trips up there between checking online to see if there still open every time there closed and I always see other guests just as upset. This store almost always rings up more than the sign says. I've had other people tell me that too.

I picked up 2 rolls of toilet paper. The $1.00 price was printed on the package, plus the sign had a dollar sign. It rang up $1.15. I told the cashier, and she said that the price went up. I took a picture of the sign to show her, but she said it didn't matter, that prices are going up. I walked out the store without the items, because I am getting tired of the store constantly ringing up more than the signs say. I won't be going back to that store.

I went into a Family Dollar to buy a Starbucks coffee and I got accused of stealing a iPhone charger and a car charging port there was a lady that brought the cashier 2 empty box’s and neither box was for a iPhone charger or a car charging port and the lady at the cash register took both of those items from me even though neither box was for a car charging port or a iPhone charger I would like to be reimbursed for those 2 items

The store is ALWAYS FILTHY. The store manager Cheron is extremely RUDE. This store is going to have major issues when someone gets hurt and files a lawsuit because of the isles being full of boxes that the employees NEVER put away.

There are several elderly people who would shop at this store if they were able to get around and look. There is no way a handicapped person is able to shop at this store!!

There's 2 employees that have been dating and living together since February 2023 once Myra Halusewa started at Vanderwagon. There names are Floyd Josh Jamon and Myra Halusewa these two have the same shift schedule. I have told the Store Manager Sheila Daiz but she is not doing anything to them she is talking for them and covering up.

This is the second time I have experience unauthorized charge on my debit card. I think your workers on the evening shift on the weekends have a remote card reader. Why I think this. com to pay a bill. This needs to be investigated so at least to throw a scare into them.

Hello, Approximately 7:15p on 5/7/2023, I went to my local Family Dollar store: (3419 Gulf Fwy, Dickinson, TX) where I have shopped for the last several years. The cashier was terribly rude and disappointingly disrespectful! As she cashed out my purchase, she was packing frozen food with my dry food.

I asked her if she would separate the items. She rudely stop packing and told me "if I have a specific way to pack them, then pack them yourself" I immediately stopped my husband from paying and walked out! This is unprofessional and poor customer service!

And should be immediately addressed, before you loose more dedicated customers!

I purchased the KIND Granola Bars and became ill (diarrhea) after consuming one bar. I checked the date and found that it was expired (Jan 2023). I returned the product to the store to request a refund and I was denied a refund, even after I explained that the product cause illness due to expired date.

I was then offered to get the same product for an exchange, however, the rest of the products (KIND Bars) was also expired. I do have photos of all expired products for evidence. I was then forced to find another product I did not want of equal value for exchange.

When I visited Family Dollar store#11662 on Blue Hill ave Dorchester, MA I grabbed a few items I was looking for with no problem and went to the register to pay and load cash on my card as well.

I had bought a pair of "HO YB BLACK WATERSOCK" today, April 30,2023 at 11:18:19 and the size was too small so I returned to the store at 2pm to ask for a refund with the receipt, unworn, intact pair of watersock, but the price tag must have fallen off and the exact same cashier, assistant manager refused to accept the refund.
