I have been with MyFamilyMobile for 5 yrs. They changed from T-Mobile to Verizon. It took 11 hrs talking to multiple customer service to even get my phone working. I also paid two months with my renewal date in July.

I'm now being told my phone number has expired and I must pay for a new month starting June 4th. The problem has not been resolved, my voice mail is still not working. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.

I recently bought a brand new phone and service with Walmart family mobile and I haven't been able to access the Internet since I got the phone and service activated I have called them 27 times my issue still isn't resolved I have spoke to managers I have been hung on but my issue never has gotten resolved. We had 2 lines with Walmart Family Mobile for 7 years. Today Sunday November 26, 2023, we parted ways forever. Why? Because every time you call customer service you cannot get to speak to a live person. They are buying time because they cut corners on saving money and hiring staff who believe or not us the custombers pay their wages.

Then when you finally do get a live person they either do not speak english or they lack the customer service skills to help their customer base. We were trying to use one of the phone numbers we had with Walmart Family Mobile to take with us to Mint Mobile.

I have been trying for 2 days to swap my number to my new phone. I don't have access to the old phone it was stolen. And I have tried over and over again to try and remember numbers and I can't.

Poorest service I have EVER received! If I could give Family Mobile (currently being bought out by Verizon) zero stars, I would. I received several messages saying I could get 4 free new Verizon sim cards for my 4 phones on my Family Mobile account in preparation of the switch.

I called to ask if this was mandatory and also to see if I could pause one of the lines temporarily. But as the conversation progressed, the woman repeatedly refused to help me any further saying I have no account.

On Thursday the 17th, I had to call many times and got many different representatives. My issue was my internet not working. My calls were from somewhere between 6:00 pm-well after 7:30 pm. I don't know why one of your female foreign reps advised me to click the on-button rapidly 5-10 times after hanging up with her and when I did this, this action sent an emergency 911 call from my phone to when Washtenaw County Sheriff's Dept.

After that, when I called, the reps hung up on me until I got Christian and he explained that I needed to call from another phone.

Unable to transfer new phone to my Family Mobile Account using the same number. Don't have account #. Lost my cell phone but have a replacement phone w/o service You repeatedly send a text to a phone that is lost.

You say you are unable to verify my account but don't give a reason, despite having my phone # and PIN. You have no problem taking my money and apply it to the account you say you can't verify,, for continuation of service. You repeatedly disconnect me.

I am in Europe right now and they cannot provide me a roaming service and will not unlock my phone so that I can provide a chip so I can get around Rome and Spain so they are literally leaving me stranded with no connection to any services. I highly recommend do not touch family mobile because they do not give a crap about their customer or their safety

Customer service is terrible and will not connect you to a supervisor. I have been disconnected 12 times in 2 hours. Problems with my phone aren't fixed. They just keep repeating themselves. Which is very annoying and frustrating.

I was in the middle of texting someone and all of a sudden I had a feature telling me that I could not send out messages that I have message blocking active. I called customer service and they tell me it’s nothing I can do about it except for buy a Sims card.

No one let me know that this change is happening. No one told me anything about we had to purchase new Sims cards so we can continue to message anybody. This is a scam and I’m sick and tired of family mobile.

By far, the worst service i've ever received by a phone service provider in my entire life. While transferring my phone, the way that a family mobile service representative told me this turned into a 4 day process. The 1st day being 11 hours straight on the phone only to be told.

I need to go purchase another $49 SIM card. And by the time we were done I did it by another phone and then my service got screwed up again. Then I wouldn't bought a Samsung phone. Then. It worked for 3 days now.

I have issues again and all I can get. Is the automated line trying to tell me what my choices are? And I try to get a service rep and finally transfer me then it goes, hang on why I trust you to use service wrap and then it goes, click and hangs up.

88. Each and every time I only am able to use 20GB of 40 which is ridiculous. I pay for 40GB I expect 40GB not 20. I would hope they will fix this because this isn't the way to do their customers. Way to go familymobile.

I had horrible customer service from a manager named laspr ,ID number 510498 I called to have my network unlocked and was asked for my pin and I gave it to them and it was correct but he continued to ask what numbers were frequently texted or called I gave him them all then he said he couldn't authenticate my account then proceeded to tell me they can't verify the questions because it had been over 6 months so

As of March 2002, I signed up for automatic withdrawal every month $25. On April 5 they disconnected me they did not withdraw the money. Which they in fact, had all the information there. I went back-and-forth with them. I got disconnected four times in 10 days.

From April 6 through April 16. Customer service was terrible. They cannot speak proper English. Then they get upset with you the consumer. because you cannot understand them. One lady that helped me kept raising her voice at me and telling me pay my bill! My bill was paid.

Today I realized I did not receive important calls at work. After troubleshooting on my time I found that my number was changed to a diiffernet number. No notification from Walmart Family mobile. Not exceptable that my business phone for emergencies now has a new number that nobody knows.

After calling customer service I got the answer of yeah that happens and we can't help you change it back to the number it was. What kind of business of does this? Unexceptable. When I tried calling the number to cancel my service the options do not include a place to cancel.

I got a email from walmart family mobile saying they were switching to verizon and they were sending me and my husband a new chip. I put mine in first and it doesn't work. So twice I was on the phone with tech support they couldn't get it to work.

I have 2 no contract service lines with WFM. I already owned my 2 unlocked moto g phones before I started using WFM. The service is bad. Cust. Serv. Rep was extremely rude and refused to let me speak with a supervisor employee # 513339.

I was told I had to pay $90 each line to unlock it and cancel WFM since I haven't had it for 12 months. I do not have a contract & WFM has no right to lock my phones!

Paid for my service on December 11th. Less than a week later my phone was shut off because they told me that they had changed providers and my SIM card would no longer work with the new provider. They were supposed to send me a new SIM card before Christmas. Never got one.

Got a new provider and phone number and canceled my Myfamilymoble account because I was without a phone for over a month. I called numerous times to get a refund for the service I paid for and they said that they couldn't give me one because the debit card I used was hacked and my bank issued me another card.

My phone's service has quit and I've tried to transfer to a new phone with no success. Calling customer service gets me nothing but trying the same procedures with checking the IMEI over and over again. I've been polite and courteous, but your Filipino agents just hang up on me after they feel like they've done enough.

I contacted Walmart Family Mobile because the company sent me a new SIMS card. I was told I had to change to a new SIMS card. I had to contacted WFM tech support for help to get the new SIMS card working.

It worked for 3 weeks and it suddenly shut down. I was given a message to call 611 for support. I called and my account was wiped out. No Account. " As I am calling them on My WFM phone.

Today 1/30/23 my phone shut off. I dialed 611 and started the process to get my phone working from 2pm- 7pm. "Upgraded" from T-Mobile network to Verizon network. I have almost no data connection where I live with Verizon. Family Mobile refuses to let me go back to my old sim. Everyone else in my house has at least 20 Meg download speeds with their family mobile phones on the T-Mobile network. 5 Meg download speeds.

I am having several issues and will be changing to another server again. This is there third chance and I have had enough games from them. I paid for the 29 dollar plan last mo. and received no data. Then I received a text that they were switching to Verizon as there parent co.

And I needed to call and order a free sim card for a free mo service. I ordered it and they said 3-5 days shipping. No sim and fake tracking #. Then I received a text saying they need to upgrade my phone for there new service and to track that shipment a link that was down. Fake also.

What a waist of time 40 min to order sim. And was never informed I needed to upgrade my phone. I quit them in the past because pmy voicemail changed itself to another language and it took 3 reps and 2hrs to fix it.

I have called Myfamilymoble several times to fix the issue with my text messages. I cannot send text messages to android phones and some iPhones. Myfamilymobile representatives claim nothing is wrong on their end. I have called and taken my phone to Apple and they have concluded that it is an issue with the carrier.

Myfamilymoble refuses to take care of the problem-pointing the finger at others. Rotten service in my opinion. It sounds like time to find a new, honest carrier.
