During my call I had asked kathy to transfer me to a manager, as she was not answering my question, she refused to transfer me to a manager because she said she was trained to answer my questions...I asked 18 different times to speak to a manager and all she could do was say no because she was trained to answer my questions....would love a call back from a manager but doubt I ever will. I am transferring my phone # to Lively. I have spent hours on the phone trying to do that. The staff is rude. They reject all requests for one reason or another. This has been going on every day for a week.

I called in to upgrade my internet service the agent was very rude did not allow adequate information. He even called me back being rude and when I requested a agent he told me no and hung up. I literally hate dealing with this company and I will be changing services.

I can't get phone activated because I can't remember who I called a month ago. Tried calling Corporate but it's the same number as customer service. So now I have all this money invested in the phone that I can't use because one person, who has the answers in front of them and I don't, won't transfer to a supervisor.

How about a SSN or something I know. Who did I call before losing phone is not right. Family mobile will not help if you don't have a good memory. BEWARE.

I was double billed for my monthly service plan! Asked for a refund i recieved that and the next day they took out the payment again called was told it would be taken care of in 6 days. Yesterday was day 6 no money on card so called again was told I had already received refund and only allowed 1 that’s all they could do.

Well I never was on auto pay so I’m just out 40 dollars which I live on a fixed income and that money I needed to purchase my medications so I guess I’ll do without so the crooks at family mobile can pay for there immigration cards Definitely cancelling this shit!!!!

I have tried to pay my bill for 5 days and the place your order does not work. I have called 3 times and this last time was told let me get my tools ready to help you? when I asked if the4 website was down was told yes, that I could give them my card number.

I dont know who is on the other end of the phone and if you need tools to help me on a website there is an issue. I have been a customer for a number of years and have never had this kind of service.

Since my phone will turn off on Sunday I am forced to move carriers to keep my phone active.

I think when I tried to sign up the phone to the email they did not get the email right because they are trying to send me a pin through my email because I no longer have the phone they’re telling me that it was sent but yeah I’m not receiving it in my email I also had T-Mobile send me an email I got theirs but not family mobile highly Disappointed in the customer service

I cannot get into my account I cannot change my password I cannot update my information without going through a representative the 3 representatives cannot do anything with my account and will not let me speak to a superior or anyone else. You can ask them all day to talk to a superior a manager or a boss and they will say no.

They clearly were trying to get my account information and possibly steal financial information or identity. Felt very uneasy with the very first representative and by the third I was just very angry and got absolutely nowhere. I would not give Walmart family Mobile any stars if that were possible I would not recommend it I will not use it any longer I will pay a little more to get better customer service.

I payed my bill but only one line has service. Called Walmart family Mobile and asked them to put service on the other line that I paid for and she refused me she refused me a supervisor and she also refused me of corporate's number wants me to pay more for our phone to get my other line to be serviced I'm getting nowhere she said she's qualified for the job but she's not getting anywhere she's not we're not resolving this issue.

I was just trying to transfer my service to a new phone I purchased. I ended up on the phone for three hours talking to agent after agent and being, at best, told repetitive actions to take to get my phone working when it did not work the first time.

At the worst, I was straight up lied to just to get me off the phone. I was given a "direct number back to us" by an agent which went to Fox Racing Support. There is no one past the poorly trained, barely able-to-understand agents. This is horrible.

I did not scream or curse once - except on the inside. They could care less.

I ran out of data so I called paid for more data and it's been more than 24 hours and the data has still not been added to my account I have now missed two full days of work missing out on $400 falling behind on bills and being absolutely completely and utterly useless because my only job is through a gig app on my phone called doordash I have called customer service to try and resolve the issue and

I have spent 2 days on the phone and online trying to get an issue with my text messaging fixed and they just keep telling me they will resolve the issue but haven't. Two of the agents hung up on me.

Family mobile is apparently the one who blocked my text messaging because I did not. There's not even an option on my phone to block it, just to block individual numbers not the entire messaging. They will tell me the issue is fixed to just reboot my phone and they will call back to see if its resolved.

It doesnt get resolved and they dont call back when they say. Ive talked to at least 15 people on the phone and several online in chat. My service is still not fixed. So as of tomorrow August 1 I will be taking my business else where.

Sim Card problem, Ordered 2 sim card, on different dates, 1 on June 19, the company crushed that one, family mobile said they would replace that one, never got it, second sim card purchased by me, because, I never got the one from you guys. Still couldn't get the 2nd sim card to work.

Poor service, not helpful, gave phony dates for sending the second card. I have 2 lines with you. The phone # with problem is 346 372 9078. Very poor service, I should be compensated, for this, phone was out of service for about 3 weeks.

This is not good service. I have proof for both sim cards.

İ bought walmart familymobile phone and unlimited prepaid simcard.

However i i had a lot of trouble during and after activating my plan. Eventough ive managed to activate the line and be able to talk and masage , i havent been able to connect data for since the purches.

Reacing Coustomer service is extreamly hard and if u can, they will hang the phone up to your face after useless advises like rebooting. 30 hour and close th3 phone off to my face one time. Stay away from this company.

Since I last changed my ph. no. this co. has instituted an entirely customer unfriendly "verification" system for my "own security" which I never had any trouble with in the past. It consists of texting codes and ridiculous questions such as "2 most frequently called ph. s".

I can't get the code without hanging up my flip phone to go into my texts for the code. THEN I have to call back, go through the crappy prompt systen, and then sit on hold. s, their "system" doesn't recognize the numbers.

I pay my bill monthly with cash, so I have no "credit card for them to look up. Level upon LEVEL of operators making me go through the SAME questions when I asked for the TOP level to assist me the first time. & W.

I have been on the phone for over 2 hours not understanding why my bill is suddenly due twice a month for the past few months. I am a widow on a fixed income and this is not right for me, finally to find out it was a computer generated bill and I was paying for 10 days.

Since I needed service I was given a 1 time 5 day extension. Did what I was told only to have to call back to be told that the extension was not added and that she would do it. Not wanting to be rude I said never mind I will get another phone company.

I'm a current customer with a two line family mobile plan and I've requested on numerous occasions that the billing due date of both phones on my account to be the same. I prefer to complete one transaction to pay my account however this issue continues to be an inconvenience by making me constantly contact customer care and support to try fixing the issue only to have it reoccur the following month.

I paid 41 for my service and cannot get internet or text. When I call I get someone overseas with bad connections and they cannot help you have another phone. You can barely understand them . I am done with Wal-Mart Family mobile and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and any other source th st deals with customers who are being RIPPED off by celluar companies.

My phone has been stating "No Service" since 5:30pm 4/15/20. I called customer service SEVERAL times and no on could tell me why. I advised the reps that may be they transferred my number by accident. Sure enough that is what happened.

When I was ask to verify the sim number on my phone, it was a different number that they had on file. They tried twice to put my number back on my sim card and it would not let them.

I have been transferred, hung up on, placed on hold and hung up on several time! Here it is 1:21 am 4/16/20 and STILL, I have no service and now the department is closed! I dont know what to do!!!!

On May 11th At 7:15 pm I called to have 2 separate phones with 2 separate plans changed. The man I first talked to thought he could change it the way I needed, but apologized and said he’d transfer me to someone else.

I ended up having to dial different numbers. After explaining that I needed the number ending in 0619 deactivated because my daughter has not used it; however, I needed the number ending in 3419 switched to the plan of the 0619 the woman still chose not to listen.
