I have been with MyFamilyMobile for 5 yrs. They changed from T-Mobile to Verizon. It took 11 hrs talking to multiple customer service to even get my phone working. I also paid two months with my renewal date in July.
I'm now being told my phone number has expired and I must pay for a new month starting June 4th. The problem has not been resolved, my voice mail is still not working. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.
