I established a credit account with the company and because I'm Physically Disabled Paraplegic the branch manager Patty Graham out to my home to assist with the application. I assumed it was a good company. The first purchase was a TV that the screen went out.

Next a riding Lawnmower that the wheel broke and the battery always died despite excellent storage conditions. Then a Recliner/Area Rug the control switch broke and the rug is flacking needing to be swept daily. Last a Refrigerator that is leaking water and because I'm Physically Disabled Paraplegic I fell and bursed my arm/hip ( Went to the hospital but they refused to help me despite warranties purchased !!!

I bought top of the line mattress. During the sale I was promised help in loading if I were to pick it up myself on the day of arrival. When it came time to pick it up, the man stood there and watched me try to load a king size firm mattress without his help with mud all around me.

I have very bad back issues and a senior citizen. Very poor service. We are friends with Deborah, your previous manager in Eufaula and had she been there to this never would’ve happened. The sales girl was sufficient when buying so kudos to her.

Makes me think twice about purchasing anything else from Farmers. My wife wants a new bedroom set. SAD!

The staff are very rude especially the ones that work in collections. Very rude when theu call constantly harassing and threatening you about payments. Even the store manager is rude amd calls your family and friends and threatens them about your payments that they have nothing to do with.

I got my furniture delivered a month ago and the love seat was broken. I got the power recliner set but the loveseat wouldn’t recline or anything. So they said they would come fix it and that never happened. Then they said they would send me another one and they haven’t done that either.

They are not communicating with me, I can barely get them on the phone. But if I don’t make my payment next week I bet I’ll be getting all the phone calls in the world. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay for something that I can’t even use.

Also I’m very frustrated that it’s been this long and they still haven’t fixed my love seat.

I need a member of management to please help me with this situation. I placed an order with farmers furniture and I ordered a black 20 cubic ft Frigidaire refrigerator. When I arrived, I was curious about a lower price, so I got talked into getting a crossley brand and was told it was cheaper. It was not.

At the time, I had a $1000 credit and the Frigidaire was on sale for$800. The crossley refrigerator I have does not cool enough and I just want the black one I originally ordered.

Im actually an employee of Farmers Furniture have been for over 13 yrs. Hired as a collector Well I been looked over for a position 3 times but people that were just hired that had to be taught to do the job they doing wen I already know how to do most of it .

Inman sc store. We bought a tractor from you with service contract. We are left without a tractor fir 3 weeks now. They ordered parts 2 guys came over on sat to try and fix it they didn’t even have tools to take parts off. They took the tractor.

I had an employee to discuss that my payment was due for July which that person(s)was not listed on my account to be discussed and I also was sent facebook message not knowing rather that was me or not, employee just assumed based off of birthday listed. This occurred at the Perry Ga location. Unprofessional especially if you were told payment would be made at the end of July.

I bought a living room couch in July of last year from farmers furniture was guaranteed warranty on the couch. The lever of my couch quit working. In March I made my first complaint trying to get it fixed. It is now July I still have a unusable couch.

This is absolutely ridiculous to pay so much money for something an have no help to fix it. Something needs to be done about this. I want my couch fixed or knock money off for a broken couch that can't be used.

I had got a living room set with the couch and loveseat, not 2 months passed and my couch broke horribly in various spots. I’ve been trying to get a new couch since. The only one they could find was an old one with a tare in two spots.

It also doesn’t come with pillows or cushions. As for getting anew one, this particular set has been discontinued due to it being poorly made. I had a choice to find another set but tack on more money. The lady was rude and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say about the matter.

I tried to call plenty of time to talk to the manager and she wasn't calling and I kept calling there. I got I'll call you back and then when I called again she stepped out. And I like what we don't know when she's gonna.

Come back left my phone number never called so I could call the next day. And then she said that they won't take my furniture back.

I'm buying a washer and dryer from them been had since February 2022 and have a warranty on it. The washer stop working in April and I called and they sent two different guys out and they said I would have a washer yesterday and they didn't bring one and they think I'm going to pay for something I don't have uses to.

The local branch where I use to live has harassed me for months , constantly calling and told me I was 2 months behind. I offered to pay half of the amount before it got behind and pay the other half the next week and was told no I couldn’t do that.

I even told them to come get the appliances because I don’t have a job and currently looking for one and they just give me the run around. Now they send it to legal even after I told them to go get the appliances.

The refrigerator stopped working don’t know why so had to get another one.

The store manager stated week of 3/13-17/2023 on Wrightsboro Rd branch in Augusta Ga told me that I would be getting a check from the fire (3/7/2023) claimed that was filed. He stated that was the fastest that claims was processed.

He stated that once the check comes in that he would give me a call. I have called him several times and left message with the store account manager for him to call. I asked the account manager about the check she stated she think it came but let her talk to the store manager to confirm but he still have not contact me.

I feel like I'm getting the run around. I have been a good customer to this branch. I don't deserve the run around. My plans was to purchase a dryer for my daughter as I'm living with her as I get back on my feet from this fire.

I bought a stove from your Monticello Kentucky store. It tore up and frigidaire replaced it. The replacement stove tore up doing the exact same thing in less than two weeks. Frigidaire will not fix it and I took out the extra warranty with the store and the manager refuses to fix it with a part costing less than 100 dollars.

So I will have to fix it myself and there are consumer laws in such cases but my main complaint is with the attitude the store manager and some employees took towards me. Having said that your company will not be having a repeat customer in me and I am not the only one in the community that the manager and some employees have had an attitude before so in other words you are losing business because of this.

On August 18, 2022, I purchased a chair from Farmers Furniture in Jackson, TN. I picked up the chair on August 25 or 26. After getting home with the chair I I realized the arms of the chair were defected.

I returned to the store on Monday, August 29, and spoke to the salesperson and the store manager about the situation. I asked the store manager if I could get a replacement chair. She told me that there were no more of this chair in the warehouses, and would no longer be in the stores.

Bought sofa and loveseat Saturday. Was supposed to be delivered Monday. Delivery guy called Monday and said help didn't show. Now it's Wednesday and he called and said store is closed. Will be delivered sometime this week. I had this same problem with a table several months ago.

I ended up going and getting the table and bringing it home myself. It's an ongoing problem. If it's not delivered by Friday I will be getting the $600 I paid down back and cancelling my purchase. Thank you for you time.

The Manager Chase Lindsey called me being very rude and nasty on 1/9/23. Me and my husband went in on 1/4/23 and picked out a dinette set and bedroom set that was both available in the store at the time.

My husband put the contract in his name because a few we purchased furniture previously in his name and it was still on file and I put $400 down on it that day. but the real delay was they gave part of our furniture away.

They repeatedly call me and the business i live next to. They have called even when im current on paymemts. They start calling a week or 2 before payment is even due. When i unfortunately fall behind it may not even be a full month behind.

Also they come out knocking on front and going to back yard knocking at back door and have even tried to open my door. I heard them do this and a neighbor also told me they saw them attempt to open my front door.

What can i do about this. Please help. I am on disability and the stress is making my Lupus progress.

My husband and I went to pick up but to our disappointment, it had never been ordered. Their excuse was,NEW HIREES. I had knee surgery and we had to sleep in chairs for 8days/nights. In addition to knee surgery, I have 4 herniated disk.

The only thing I got was,I am sorry,new help.

My spouse and I recently just got our first home and we have been on the hunt for furniture reasonably priced and durable, we came across Farmer’s, so we decided to follow through with you all.

I purchased a living room suit from your store in Brownsville Tennessee. The arms on the couch have absolutely no padding you can feel the plastic form under the cloth material and when you rest your arm on it it you can feel the form hit the wood under it.

It is a piece of garbage. I contacted the store the first month they sent a man to my house from the store. He took one feel and said awww no I would take this back. The arms on the sofa and love seat are the same.

I have made my payments on time every month and the lady at the store is telling me that we have to wait for someone from the manufacturer to call us. That’s been going on for almost 4 months. I even took out an extended warranty when I purchased it.

Rockingham location keeps reporting false information to the credit bureaus. Reporting a closed account that I never received furniture for and the manager Lori assured me it would not reflect on my credit. Since the new manager has been working I keep getting closed accounts popping up on my credit that should not be there.

Their was a guy from farmers in Seneca Sc to my door demanding payment. And refused to leave off my porch till I tell him exactly what he wants to hear. But see the thing about it is u bought support to have been a brand new stove that with in 3 weeks the oven tore up and still is not fixed.

I told him the could have the broken oven as a reply was all that’s gona do is keep from the police having to come with me and refused to take it back. They have continuously called me and left demanding messages to other people and called me people names I don’t know who they are.

I have been out of work recently with Covid I try asking if my insurance would cover? No answer no warranty phone number so I have came to the conclusion I’m calling my lawyer thanks good day.

Put on hold numerous times for 20 minutes. Told I was past due and also received a letter stating I was even though we refinanced 5/14/2022. I was told if we waited one more day our payment wouldn’t of been due until July but was not told this when ordering the furniture.

We did not receive the furniture until the next week anyways.. I was hung up on a few times then asked for the corporates number and given the wrong number twice. We shave always been on time making payments and never had an issue with our account.

I had gotten behind on my payment due to a hardship and having covid and being out of work put things in a bind for us. The store manager sent us the most nasty letter and SHOWED UP AT MY HOME.

This is the worst Place we have ever purchased anything from. Our stove has broke twice, and they has delayed fixing it for months. We have to call and beg anyone to help us! DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH RUDE WORKERS AND EXPECIALLY MANAGEMENT.

I purchased a catnapper reclining sofa and it was delivered Monday and reclining mechanism pull out broke. I have left 4 messages for manager to call me. No return call. I didn’t make this purchase lightly. 00 and financed part of it thru you.

I am totally disappointed in this sofa. There was another sofa in store that was same price that I would rather have. I was contacting manager because she waited on me. She knows what I looked at. A new sofa should not break 2 days in having it.

I bought and financed two recliners at the Opelika, AL. 00 down as a deposit on this order. The date of transaction was Feb 24, 2022. We were charged $89 for a delivery and were told it would be approximately a week for delivery, since the items were not in stock at their location. Satisfied we departed .

I have overpaid 2 pmts on my account and they pretend they can’t find those pmts. My checking account was drafted each month for the pmt but the first two months I also paid two additional pmts and I made them on line.

I have my bank statements that prove it. All they say is, they are working on it. So now instead of having this account paid in full they will end up drafting my account again for another two pmts. I will never use them again.

My father passed away on Sept. 1, 2021 due to Covid. He had a long standing history of getting furniture from the Farmers Furniture in Humboldt, TN. In addition to my father passing away quite unexpectedly, my mother also had Covid.

Despite being sick and having just lost her husband, my mother called Farmers Furniture and told them to just come get the items my father still owed money on, however when I became aware of all of the above, I spoke with my mother about taking over the furniture payments myself, with her ok, I then called Farmers Furniture and explained to them that I would make the furniture payment for my father, at which point I was informed that despite my father having passed away on September 1st, his payment was also due on September 1st so

Purchase end table with cocktail table in November during sale. I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery along with sofa and recliner. Upon arrival the table set was damaged I advised delivery guys of such. One of the items was a candlestick that was broken.

I went into the store to get another one and they had glued it together and offered to me. The service is the worst I have seen in a long tome. There is no need to talk with management they are awful as well.

I will NEVER purchase furniture from them again.

This Furniture Store has aweful bussiness dealings and they do not stand by their warranty. They also always seem to forget or the famous over look their warranties and what the warranty intells: A warranty is paid for and this store has to provide by that paid for warranty but they do not.

Nor do they take care check up on when a called in complaint. They are very rude and do not provide the service they advertise. They promise you things and say they stand by their policy but it all depends on who you talk to that day.

This bussiness needs to be checked into because they are making money off of warranties thst they do not stand by and you also get the run around. One front desk girl their will take the order and then seem to 3 and still 4 weeks later say who did you talk to.
