I understand my payments are late. But they are late due to the fact that Liz the store manager and Carla have been nothing but rude as hell to me since they took over that store and especially since they started trying to get my daughter fired or to get her to quit her job which she did in the long run.

I have been buying from Farmers in Lavonia for years. Our chair is falling apart. Called. Waiting for the comparing of the chair to come. It’ll be 3 weeks. Called again. Guy said they are ordering the pairs, said it was the frame. Ok.

How do you know it’s the frame. Know has been out to check it. So we talk to the manager. She was very rude. I know of several people in the area that has had they’re furniture fall apart. We bought a mattress.

We had a problem with it. They replaced it. But now every time you move it creeks and pops. I know times are hard. But you need to be nice to customers. I really not satisfied. We are not trying to get anything free.

We just want what we pay for to last. I pay my bill all the time. Do something about this store.

I told David to not call me anymore on the phone I told his employees not to bother me. I deal with mrs Tonya from Pell City she is much nicer. David has not called me for 6 months now, about two months ago he starts calling me again this is when I told him to stop and he knows that he is being disrespectful he continues to call me.

I have talked with the DM before he gave me Pell city and told me not to deal with Besseemer. This is Harassment!

I am filing this complaint because i am a customer of Farmers Furniture from orange city I am not happy the way they do things i have pay my payment online or by phone and its very crazy how i have made payments online on the 29 of the month or the 30 and they still get report late to my credit I don't think this is right .

in the month of April I did 3 payment and then i get a phone that i was still past due when that was not right so still went and did a forth payment online and i made the payment the 29 of may and orange city store still reports my pay late i will never buy anything in famers furniture i think they should not to this to customers we work very hard and

I am disappointed with the quality of the furniture I have purchased. Every piece of furniture or item is broken. Of course my warranty had ended when the items broke but I'm still paying for the furniture. When I called my local store to get items replaced I was told that my warranty had just ended.

This has been ongoing but I am now filing a complaint and probably a lawsuit. It does not make sense how the furniture breaks after warranty. It almost seemed that there is a known time limit on furniture purchased and how long it will last and it is always after the warranty.

I'm a paid out customer. I applied for financing of a lawn mower. You manager called me to discuss my application . Stating that you where late a few times, per manager. If you make the money on your application why can't you pay cash.

We had a lengthy argument. Mind you that I paid my account good enough that she approved the application. But the next day I decided that I didn't want to deal with farmers again and canceled my contract. 00 cash down.

The sales lady was super nice we purchased a sofa and loveseat recliner and table and chairs.

However when we got to the counter to do all the paper work the lady was very rude slamming her papers down and giving us attitude when asking simple questions she treated us like we were dirt i was very offended i recommend not giving farmers furniture in Washington north carolina your hard earned money and time.

I have an ajoint account with my spouse. Months ago he got an entertainment center. The lady that grew up with him let him take my form home for me to fill out. I didn't fill the forms out. He did, I didn't know anything about it till I got home from work.

Today I tried to get my daughter a new bed. They would not let me take the form to him. If they are going to let one take the form home they should let all. Instead of listening to me they acted like that never happens then I got on the phone with him and they didn't want to listen to him agreeing with me.

I contacted this company on June 25, 2020 about a problem that I had with a dresser. The young lady that handles problems at the store in my town told me she will call me back Friday, June 26, 2020.

She didn't return my call on Friday, June 26, 2020. Therefore, I went to the store Saturday, June 27, 2020 to make a report. I was told to bring the dresser in on Monday, June 29, 2020. My husband took the dresser to the store Monday, June 29, 2020 around 11:00 am.

He was told to pick up the dresser Friday, July 3, 2020. When we arrived to the store I was given a used dresser that was on display. I told the young lady to give me the old dresser back, because I don't want anything used.

My mom does business with the farmer's furniture in Dunn Nc. She is 71 years old and your staff their is not friendly at all. She paid 2 payments in May which mean her next payment was due in July and they saying she didn't pay and they know she did but she paid again but

I bought furniture about 4 months ago and its broken. Been lied many times for someone to come out and fix unit. Never called or anything. When I call the store all I get from mgr is that I'm sorry.

Spoke to district mgr and and he is not there to answer any questions. Store mgr said they would refund money but after they pick up furniture then check will be issued out in 10 days. That's not right that I have to wait for days for a check to come before I find something else.

I suggested to ship check to store NDA and they can come and get furniture when check comes in. Thats only fair. I should not be punished for all of this. I'm tring to be fair and corporate is not.

Furniture Rent-A-Center Customer Service Bedroom Set Rent-A-Center — Bedroom Set Add a Comment I have been a LOYAL customer at this location and ON TIME with ALL my payments. The manager (Evilio) and his staff were accurate, upfront and cooperative with ALL agreement I've done with him and his staff. I took out an Agreement in May, 2019 on a bedroom set as I was having surgery. I made an agreement with the NEW staff for reasonable payments, ONLY to find that the app had not alerted me that I am soon to be finish because it stated i had 8 more payments which was NOT the agreement. I then called RENT A CENTER and he advised me that it was a mistake and i had until the 4th of November 2019 to pay $230.00 or i would have to pay the normal price. WOW

My husband needs a lift chair to go from a seating to standing position. The reason I bought the lift chair at Farmer's and purchased the warranty so he would still be able to get up.

However, this has not been the case. I have had more trouble with getting this chair repaired and losing money because I have had to take a day and 1/2 off of work SO FAR and it is still not fixed.

I am typically not one to complain, however, this is ridiculous! The service man (Fast Furniture) told me to call The Glass agency. The Glass Agency told me to call the store. The store told me to call the Glass Agency.

I purchased a new Frigidaire and made one payment on it. The seal around the door is peeling off. I called to have it replaced. The service department called, said they would mail me a seal for me to put on it.

I have had issues with this particular farmers since the management has changed. When Bonnie was there the people were friendly, prompt to provide service, and knowledgeable about the products that are offered. Since the current manager has been in this office I have had nothing but poor service unless it’s to make a payment.

She is rude, a micro manager, doesn’t deal with customers makes her employees cry, argues with them within ear shot of customers and is generally a witch. I had nothing but excuses from her for over two months on trying to get a love seat repaired/replaced that was covered under the warranty.

I went into my local store to make a payment. The girl behind the counter was nice, took my payment, gave me a receipt, and asked when would I be making another payment. I told her I could not give an exact date, but would get it in as quickly as I could.

Keep in mind I was now current with my account, made my first payment on time, ran into some difficult times, and was late on the second payment, but it was now paid, and my account current. The owner, Donna, came out of her office, did not greet me, or thank me for my business, but instead, wanting to know what was going on and if I had a job.

The manager Ginger Smith was extremely rude, and unprofessional during the duration of our phone call. She called me names, spoke with prejudice. She could not confirm or give any accurate details as it pertains to my account. She began to go on and on about how how bad of a customer I am.

I Kimberly Johnson have been doing business with farmers furniture for many years. I have referred several customers to this company out the store in Lyons Ga. In the beginning I ran into some hardships and wasn't able to able as promised , but I resumed payments and paid merchandise off as required.

My experience with this company has not been good. 00 in the Clinton NC location. I purchased a living room suite and a 80 in entertainment center with a fireplace insert. 1st incident was the location didn't have a box truck so my sofa, love seat, and chair were delivered on a rainy day in the back of a pick up truck, with my couch standing on it's side and extended in the air.

I was told the entertainment center would have to be delivered later as it had not been assembled yet. The very next morning I received what I would later discover was the floor model from the store with tons of damage.

Location (Hwy138) Stockbridge Ga. So unfortunate that you just cannot find good customer service. The kind that once the sell is processed or when you think its processed that you actually get accurate status and communication on your merchandise. We purchased a product on 2/14, was told first 4-6 weeks delivery and then was told 6-8 weeks delivery.

Only to find out that it WAS NOT EVEN ORDERED. EVER!!! They took our money on 2/14 but never processed the order . It only gets better, even when I went there in person twice and called multiple times they repeatedly stated that they will reach out to Corp for the eta of arrival but will be in soon. Livid and beyond!!!!!!!!!!

Have been calling since October 2018 about a piece broke off my bed and the whole bed broke. When the piece broke everything fell and broke ( box spring, slacks) and no one has called nor came out to look at it.

I pay my bill every month but the wanna call when I'm a day late but can't anyone get in contact with me about repairing my bed. What's the point in paying insurance or all the other things they add in if they are not gonna fix the problem.

I’m a customer of Farmers Furniture but when I saw one of their employees posting ugly comments on a neighborhood watch page about giving people heads up of road blocks. She was so disrespectful. so I decided to look at her page of course most her stuff is hateful and disrespectful language.

So then I see she’s employed in the by farmers furniture. Why would anyone hire someone who is that disrespectful and see it ok to warn a drunk driver to avoid the road block that just might end up in car accident killing themselves or other innocent people? Road blocks saves lives,.

My daughter and I have been Farmers Customers for awhile. We have bought numerous things from the Pell City, Alabama store. I have never had any problems until now. I purchase a queen size adjustable bed from the Pell City store for my daughter and son in law a month ago.

My daughter ended up at the doctors office with numerous bites on her body and severe swelling on her face after sleeping on the bed. My son in law also suffered from bites on his legs. When she came home from the doctor, she removed the bedding to find several bed bugs on the mattress.

Very disappointed and need some one that cares about loyal customers. The Athens Al store is very uncomfortable and not trustworthy. They want me to pay for insurance that I did not want and I never purchase when I get a new contract.

I always pay on time and payoff earlier and now new employees are in store and do not know how to explain contract to customers and also rest of paperwork you sign very unsatisfied!!!

I bought a frigidare washer from farmers in 08/2015, the washer would not finish the wash on any cycle. I called for repairs starting back in August of 2016, they didn't find anyone to repair it until November 2016, manager Karen told me it was the drain pipe that was the problem and it was sitting too low for the water to drain out.

I received the washer back a month later and it's in worse shape than it was when I sent it, the tub is leaning and it will not move, and the tub is chipped on the inside. I refuse to pay anything for something that is not working.

I have lost money going to the laundry mat!

I've been a customer for 4 years now. Never been late and have paid stuff out several times. I go in last Friday to pay off my account and to get something else. The item was $1299 after taxes $1500, I don't know how then financing charges took it to $2000.

Farmers had 0%financing for 12 or 24 months. They said I didn't qualify for it. I called on the phone. The system is set up by phone number she didn't ask me my name nor number told me to hold on came back less than a minute saying I didn't qualify.

How did she check it and I didn't qualify? Please explain to me. This was at the furniture store in Dunn NC. I want the system with 0% financing for 24 months, if I can.

Well we been having problems with farmers customer service for a while now. I'm the first to admit we have gotten behind with them but they called my grandmother running their mouth about our account with her.

I let it go a few weeks ago someone we know who works out there as a sales person brought us a letter from them. I didn't think nothing about it and the other day a mutual friend between me and my husband and that women who works out there. Now this mutual friend we never told we have an account out other he came up to my husband and asked if we got everything straightened out with them. I'm sorry but even if we did get a little behind with them its not right for their sales person to broadcast that with anyone.

This is on my mother's behalf she went to the store on the 5th to rent a fridge everything was fine they delivered the fridge. Eight days later we had to call to have the fridge picked back up for repairs in.

When they came for the fridge, water rushed out the bottom. Now five calls in and a week from the first payment the fridge is still at the store and we have recorded are phone calls with the store. We were told by Farmer's and another worker the fridge wasn't ready in the part was on a back order.
