I live at 604 Cox Ferry Rd Salem, IN 47167. I've received several packages through Fedex and the person that delivers to me, I don't know his name, but he's cussed at me and leaves my packages at the end of my drive up by the road.

My packages are always damaged and I've got to return the items due to damages received by rough handling and just not caring about other people's packages. I find this very disrespectful and uncalled for!!

I did call the customer service line as suggested about delivery of tracking # 745053428881 where driver just disregarded signage and walked into a manager's office. The customer service person said nothing she could do but make a note of it.

We are supposed to have notes on our account as this has been an ongoing issues with your drivers. We have signs posted with specific instructions and a doorbell when a signature is needed. No courier driver should ever walk into someone's office uninvited mess less one of our Upper Management staff that may have confidential information laying on his desk.

If this behavior continues we will fix it where you cannot access the foyer without ringing a doorbell. We cannot have just anyone walking around our offices that is a security breach based on…

I order online alot. With all the theft going on now days, I prefer my packages be put on my back porch. I have a note on my mailbox (picture as attachment), that states to please put all packages on back porch. Your delivery drivers continue to ignore my message about my packages. They continually leave my packages on my front steps. If they look up, my message is right there on my mailbox. What more do I have to do to get my packages delivered where they are safe from thieves? Your delivery drivers really don't seem to care about the customers request for their deliveries! Very disrespectful of the customers requests. I think it just comes down to pure laziness that they have to walk a few more steps!!! Thank you

Well this won’t take a hundred words but I live at 1290 deel fork rd. Grundy Va 24614 I had a package delivered yesterday by a fed x truck I seen him pull in by the time I come out side he was gone the package was on the hood of my 38,000 dollar car and it was heavy had no rite putting that on my hood of my car now I’m gonna see if I’m gonna have to paint it see who’s going to pay for it.

94 at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 8603 S Dixie Highway, Suite 103, Pinecrest, FL 33156. The expected delivery date was February 20th, 2024.

However, on February 20th, we received an email from FedEx stating, “Hi, Your package is delayed. ” Then, on February 22nd, we received another message from FedEx stating, “Hi, Your package is delayed. ” The emails did not provide reasons for the double delay and failure to deliver on time.

The recipient was scheduled to leave the country on the night of February 21st. Consequently, I had to visit the FedEx center to inquire. The agent checked their system but directed me to call customer service myself. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was unhelpful and unfriendly.

Tracking Number:727067802412 I know this is a 7 day delivery, tomorrow is the 7th day. Everyday since I placed my order I have received a tracking notification that the package will be delivered the next day. I now have 6 notifications to that effect.

I do not care that the delivery will be made within the time frame. What I do care about is being told it will be delivered the next day making arrangements for the delivery than receiving another text for the next day.

DO NOT SEND DELIVERY NOTIFICATION UNTIL THE PACKAGE HAS REACHED THE DESTINATION TERMINAL. You do nothing but cause hate and discontent with your customers. This is by far the worse delivery I have ever had from FEDEX

My package was misdelivered by the driver. My claim was approved, but I was unable to speak with a real person from the shipping company, there was no phone number and the email was only an automated response. FedEx closed my claim and denied it because they were unable to contact the company, same as myself.

I called customer service (claims dept) multiple times and they refused to assist me since neither of us were able to get in touch with the company. I asked to speak with a supervisor and every time they told me there aren't supervisors, then I was put on hold for 10 minutes before it was disconnected.

Due to their misdelivery, I am out a product and refund.

The FedEx terminal in Madison Alabama is very incompetent, they have left my package at a different address several times, say they can't find address well if they wouldn't haul ass down the road they would see my address displayed plainly on the side of my house in 3 inch numbers every time the Madison Alabama terminal delivers always a problem, however the Rainbow City / Gadsden Alabama terminal is great never have a problem but FedEx is closing that terminal and everything will be going thru the Madison Alabama terminal.

Why would you choose to close the terminal that actually knows how to read the addresses on the house, and doesn't leave packages at random house somewhere on your road. Poor decision on FedEx part and some of the businesses that ship using FedEx will probably loose…

They think that virtual help can solve everyone's issue but it CAN NOT FIX EVERYTHING. My package has been delayed 2 times now and it was international priority. Cannot find out where it is. It is taking longer to travel from Memphis TN.

m. on Dec 8th a FedEx driver a black man probably early 30s pulled up next to my house ( 539 29th ave south and Lane street 98144)with the doors open on the FedEx truck blasting music so loudly that it was vibrating my house.

we were trying to have a peaceful evening and watch a movie. I walked outside for a moment to take my dog out and I asked him to please turn his music down. He looked at me and said f*** you f*** off have a Merry Christmas.

The driver left my package outside of the entry door. I just happen to get home just in time due to people walking on the side walk tried to get my package. I grabbed it just in time. Our enty door is not lock due to it being broke. This is unacceptable.

Too many thieves work at fed ex. I've had multiple packages stolen or "lost". This time I insured my package for its value . Filed a claim weeks ago. With repeat calls and emails to them absolutely nothing has been done.

I call them everyday and the claim is still under review. How can these criminals get away with this.?! My advice- go with ups. I've never had any problems with ups or usps. Only FedEx

I ordered a pair of speakers from Japan. They were to be shipped to an audio equipment service facility in Columbus, Ohio. There were two tracking numbers for the two speakers. Number 773201730660 was delivered. Number 773402396871 was returned to Japan.

At no time was I contacted about problems with the delivery. What kind of morons are running this company? My number is 614 623-8640.

Ordered a couch from Wayfair. They ship it out through FedEx. I paid FedEx extra money for a certain delivery date and time slot so we could be here to receive the delivery since there were 11 boxes. On the set delivery date that I paid for I get an email stating there was a delay in shipping yet FedEx still charged my account for that time slot.

So I called FedEx that same day told them the next day it was shipped out it still needed to be the same time slot so we could be home they said they put a note in the system and everything should be fine. Today I start getting emails saying that our couch would be delivered in the morning again not the time slot I had paid for.

Even better 10 of the boxes were placed on the truck and the 11th box was placed on another truck that was supposed to…

FedEx delivered 2 packages to the wrong address. The picture on the delivery notice was unreadable. They left the boxes in the rain too. Fortunately, a very kind person notified me that my packages were their doorstep. I had to drive cross town to pick up my own packages.

FedEx customer service was non-responsive. Very difficult to use web-site to resolve and file claim. Very difficult to reach a live customer service rep.

I had a package on 9/9/2023 TK#783379656912 which had medication in it, the driver left it on the side of the road where anyone could pick it up. This is not the first time this driver has done this. I have reported this before and nothing has been done.

He could have driven up in the yard and we would have come out and gotten the package. Something needs to be done about this driver cause if he is doing it to me he is doing it to other people.

If I have to I will contact Fred Smith and see if he can do something.

9/5/2023: The driver is not supposed to drive on the walkway; rather to make deliveries to a cluster of homes via stopping at one of three gates to deliver the package (unless the package is particularly heavy). I asked the FEDEX driver drives for TL MCCLEARY INC (subcontractor, Hagerstown, appears under the giant FEDEX logo on truck) was asked not to drive through the walk ways.

We have not had a problem with other delivery FEDEX people, including UPS, to stop at gate and walk deliveries to homes. The three gate areas allow delivery with a longest walk of perhaps 50 yards maximum. After I asked him to not drive on the walkway he said, "Tough I ain't going to do it.

Fed ex drivers routinely ring your bell and run back to vehicle before a customer can reach door. Then they lie about multiple attempts in order to force the customer to drive to their warehouse to retrieve their package. This is fraudulent business practices No stars is what they deserve.

Fedex Laos in VTE Wattay Airport never gives the same calculated rates as mentioned online, there are always excuses. Most common but not limited to : Different province in China, Extra Fuel charge etc. When asking for payment details, operator gives personal name account and amount in LAK instead of USD. Stay away if you want a correct courier. DHL Laos is correct, as is Fedex Thailand where our BKK office does a lot of business with.

Fedex Laos simply doesn't have an online payment option and operators / Managment use it to charge extra comission for themselves.

Hope corperate office in USA solves this scam.

I received notification of my package being delivered. Came home to check and it was not there. Checked tracking information and it showed a picture of tracking and a picture of delivery confirmation. For one I do not own a fence.

I don't understand how they could miss my address because it is clearly on my mailbox. This is happening more and more to people in my town and surrounding towns. I filed for a lost package and they close it without ever speaking to me and tell me to file with the person I ordered from.

I have had nothing but trouble with your delivery people. One man pulled things off the shelf and then stood on them to search the shelves while we watched him. Same man came down the driveway with the cargo door open and then on the edge.

When he got to our door,, he searched and could not find the package so reported it as damaged and returned it. I am sure it was lying at the side of the road nearby. Then same man took our package down and threw it up to the driver;s seat and the walked up to the package and kicked it out the door while we watched. Then a new driver.

I just had a horrible experience with an associate at the 59th (btw Park & Lexington Ave) location. As I walked in, the associate looked at me up and down which did not make me feel welcome at all. She asked with an attitude what did I need help with.

I told her I needed to create a label for a shipment. It was my first time so I wasn't very savvy with where the machine was or how to use it. She directed me to follow the directions above the refrigerator and watched me looking for the fridge.

I couldn't find it and she kept saying closer. When I found it she said follow the instructions and then go to the other machine to have it printed. Waiting for a package, today is Saturday. Sitting at home, tending to household tasks while waiting on a hot day. Waiting, waiting. At 1 pm, check tracking and find it listed as Delayed, with the claim that delivery was attempted and hour earlier, while I was RIGHT HERE.

Go outside and there is no hang tag or note. Call customer service, listen to computer tell me pick up at "designated location" between 3 and 5 pm. What is that location? Apparently that would be on the hang tag that I DON'T HAVE BC THERE WASN'T ONE.

Had to drag an address out of customer service agent. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM FEDEX. DO BETTER!

Horrible customer service and delivery service. I'd give the 0 stars if i could. I have personally stopped using them years ago due to packages being late or lost. Unfortunately i cant control who the company I'm purchasing from uses.

00 worth of Medical equipment and the items were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, No delivery. No delivery on Thursday, I checked the tracking first thing on Friday morning , it said it was delivered and signed for on Thursday evening.

The name of the person who signed for the package is not anyone who works at our office. I called customer service to figure out where my package is at. after 10 min of dealing with the automated "robot" i finally got a live person.

One of our customers returned a small piece of machinery to us via FED X tracking # 772076373110 on May 9, 2023. We didn't know that customer had shipped it until June 22nd. At that time, we tracked it using your tracking # and found out that it was supposedly delivered to our location at 1840 South 19th Street, Harrisburg PA on May 11, 2023 and signed for by "SSteven". We do not now, nor have we ever had an employee by this name. Fed X will tell us NOTHING because we are not the shipper. I must rely on my customer (Pain D'Avignon in Hyannis MA) to file the claim (which he has done).and chase down this package. Unfortunately, he has been unable to get any info from FED X in his area either.

Fed X's lack of attention to this matter is APPALLING.

FULL OF BULLSHIT. Excuse my French. I’ve called numerous times on one package and still don’t understand where my package is. It always updates early in the morning saying it’s on the truck and by the end of the day it goes back to being in the pending status or delayed it’s not updating the dates right that’s for sure.

TRACKING NUMBER 781385314998. On 1st Aug we received a quote for customs clearing due, however incorrect company and a totally incorrect value. Our company registration & tax certificate was shared and a corrected quote requested. NOTHING. On Monday 08/08 we proceeded to pay the correct amount, shared the POP and requested a corrected invoice and critically urgent spares delivered.

Fedex is a horrible irresponsible delivery company! I have had UPS,Fedex and USPS deliver my packages to the wrong address,and even UPS and Fedex say they can't deliver my items because they were damaged in transit,and I have had damaged broken,ripped open packages delivered from Fedex! Months ago Ebay and Target kept saying on their sites that my order was delivered,but there was *nothing* outside my front or back door apartment building.I told them that I was telling them the truth and about a week later a maintenance man knocked on my door and said he had two packages for me that were delivered to the wrong building next door!

Walmart,Fedex,and Amazon.com delivery drivers have also delivered my items to the wrong building and took a picture of a blank wall of my out side apartment…

We do not have a standing pick up with Fed Ex, we take our outgoing items to our local Fed Ex retail location. We are continually being billed for pick up service at the rate of $3.42 per package!

I dispute these charges but my dispute is denied. We have a credit card on file so they just charge it and deny our dsiputes. They have incorrectly charged us hundreds of dollars. I am certain we are not the only customer they do this to.
