I have used the FEDEX Delivery Manager for years. Basically requesting deliveries to my front door, protected and out of the weather. FEDEX never delivers to the front door. My name is Charlie Hoback. I am sick of the poor service.

I call customer support but can't get any one who can speak English well enough to understand. Frankly, a bunch of damn "gooks". My father fought them in WW2 and I fought them in Vietnam. never any resolution to my complaints. They are useless.

Anytime I can, I do not choose FEDEX for this reason. Your drivers are lazy and can't read. Anyone but FEDEX from here on. I don't expect you will pay any attention to this but the next FEDEX driver I catch in person will get an earful, at the very least!

Our home sets a short distance back from the street. Up until a short while ago when a new driver (Hayne - last name) started delivering in our neighborhood, the drivers walked up to the house and placed the delivery on the porch.

The new delivery person, Hayne, just drops off the packages on the street below the mailbox. UPS and USPS all bring packages to the front door. With package theft being up and we not being accustomed to looking for packages left by the side of the road there is a concern that theft may occur.

Talked to the driver, she was pleasant, but the packages need to be delivered properly. Thank you.

Why cant your drivers deliver packages to the right address. Today I am missing another package even thou I have put my street number in large bright numbers on both sides of the mailbox and they still don't deliver correctly.

What does it take yo get them to deliver correctly? Ups and usps doesn't have a problem

Every day at the above address a FedEx delivery vehicle drives through the neighborhood. The FedEx delivery truck is EXTREMELY NOISY, apparently due to a bad muffler. The noise from the FedEx delivery vehicle is unacceptable and probably illegal.

Please take this delivery truck out of service and have it repaired, so that its noise level is at an appropriate level.

I was supposed to get a package from my work second day delivery by Federal Express on Tuesday. I live in a very rural area on 5 acres . My home is about an acre and a half from the road for reference .

He (the driver) and I’ve exchanged words before because he left my computer monitors in the middle of my yard. He asked me to put my dog up. I did. I shut the door. She’s a sloppy slobbering St. Bernard that I rescued.

She was inside the door. He still refused to come any closer stating that my dog might tear the door down. I am probably not too far off when I say 90% of the people in my area own a dog.

I told him he was an ass. He called me a bitch. I would say fair enough, except for we all have to remain professional even me on my job when a customer says something you might not like.…

Drivers drop packages outside gate instead of using gate code to get onto property. After I spoke to the driver about finding a package out in the road and verifying that he had the gate code, the next package was just thrown over the gate.

Multiple calls to the FedEx number resulted in no improvement. When I finally found the local carrier that contracts with FedEx, the carrier manager fixed the problem. Next, I had legal docs overnighted fro FL to AR. They did not arrive on time.

Tracking indicated an attempted delivery, but my driveway cam and porch cam showed no such attempt. Called the FEDEX number as express delivery is not the same local contractor. Told it would be delivered the next day. The next day tracking indicated delivery between 8:10 and 12:10.

I ordered a bank check in 1 day delivery . Tracking number =638885232090, the delivery guy dropped it in a different house - the front picture he took is not of my house. I dont have his name or phone number.

Today is Friday, i did speed delivery of bank cheques with 45$ fees cause its was very urgent. Not only i will be unable to deposit the check this week ( as the business is closed in sat n sun), some unknown strangers are having my bank cheque as I type this complaint here.

There is no place to lodge a complaint in the delivery tracking page or to write that the picture is not of my porch! Disgusting service and i am feeling so disturbed right now as my bank checks are with someone unknown because of wrong delivery. Really disgusting .

I'M FILING COMPLAINT, BECAUSE MY PACKAGE THAT TWICE HAS BEEN IN A SEALED ENVELOPE HAS BEEN THROWN OUT UNDER MY PORCH AND ONE TIME STUCK UNDER MY PORCH POST, TODAY UNDER THE OPEN CARPORT WHICH IS WET DUE TO THE RAIN TODAY, AND NEIGHBOR'S DOGS COULD GET THE PACKAGE AND TEAR IT UP.

THERE IS A BENCH ON FRONT PORCH THE PACKAGE COULD BE PUT ON,OR PLACE UNDER THE CARPORT TO PUT THE PACKAGE TO KEEP FROM GETTING DAMAGED. I HATE ANY DELIVERY FROM FEDEX DUE TO THE DELIVERY PERSON JUST THROWING THE PACKAGES OUT IN THE YARDS, DRIVEWAYS, CARPORTS ( GROUNDS).

PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR DELIVERY EMPLOYEES OF IMPORTANCE OF DELIVERING THE PACKAGES TO CUSTOMERS.

Fedex needs to hire reputable, smart people. You all are dumb on how you operate your lost packages department, and truth be told one of your own employees are stealing ordered merchandise!!!!! Implement a way that fedex can check by name and address for a tracking number, when customer has no tracking number.

Giant fed ex truck backing into my driveway even though I have reflectors and a cone and I live on a circle!! My sprinkler heads have been run over multiple times by delivery trucks and I’m going to start making them pay!!

The first complaint is that we had 2 packages that were to be picked up on June 20th and they never showed, called on the 21st and they said they would be here on June 22. They failed to show up.

We called again on June 23 and they said they would be here on June 26th. They did show up on the 26th and took both packages. One weighed 135 lbs and the other was 145 lbs. The packages were delivered to their destination on June 29, 2023.

56 for the 145 lb package. 20 lbs. I understand that there could be a discrepancy of a small amount on weight but not to that extent. 20 lbs over. 2 ounces. 02 per ounce extra to ship the package.

There was no notice that the package was over weight, just simply send it and charge the exorbitant amount of money on a package that you are ASSUMING was over…

FedEx is by far the worst at delivering to my address. They constantly annoy my neighbors by dropping packages off at the wrong address. Their Pittston, PA location has terrible drivers that can not find addresses correctly. USPS, Amazon, UPS all have no problem finding me....

I was expecting a package today (7-11-2023) and when I checked the tracking number it showed out for deliver. When I hadn't received my package by 2 pm, I checked the tracking number again and it showed that delivery exception. There was a note that showed that customer not available or business closed. First, this is not a business and second, I have been at home all day. This driver lied when he said the customer not available. The driver never came by here to leave a package.. And I don't like being lied to because they didn't want to deliver the package. Fed Ex , if you can't make sure that your drivers do their job, then you might as well look for another profession. After repeated failures by another shipping carrier, we resorted to a very expensive overnight shipment through Fedex. We had a technician on-site awaiting the part that had already been shipped incorrectly twice. Part was shipped the wrong direction (North to Massachusetts, instead of south to Florida, where it was for a full day) (according to tracking), then finally turned to the right region.

A full day late, the driver claimed they tried to deliver, waiting 10 minutes, and no one was around. I called the recipient, and he laughed. There is always someone there. This is a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The package was out on the truck, and no one was willing to reach out to the driver to get it turned around and delivered.

We had a FedEx Express pass us on the right side of a two-lane road then cut in front of us nearly hitting us. Then I followed him trying to get vehicle information. He sped through a school zone. When he stopped to deliver a package, my wife got the license plate number and DOT number from the vehicle, and we left.

Before we left the driver was following us and tail gating us and flashing his lights. We drove on making lefts and rights until he finally left us alone. I even have a photo of the plate number and DOT number.

Any interaction with a FedEx employee whether by phone or email is challenging. They’re difficult, lack basic knowledge and experience, and are rude.

Where is the help??? Companies such as FedEx pride themselves in advertising their reach stating how big the company is or has become. Unfortunately, the quality in service through their employees is not present. Between spending several months and followed up messages to have simple things resolved to having the flustering encounter with a difficult rude phone associate the quality and value of the customer experience is not apparent.

I ordered a parcel and when it arrived in my town I tracked it and they told me it was delivered twice but it had the wrong address on it. I reached out to your AI and changed the location and told them I would pick up the parcel at one of your depots.

The next day it arrived and I got it. I just wanted to let you know that it DID NOT have the wrong address on it. I don't know why they didn't deliver it but it wasn't because the address was wrong.

Our shipment from Sentrilock (7701 Service Center Drive, West Chester, OH, 45069) to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (1870 W 122nd Ave #600, Westminster, CO 80234) shipped on June 2, 2023 and delivered on June 5, 2023. These two boxes were left at the wrong office suite, #100.

Requested AM delivery to our merchant business address in 40503, before 10:30 are never delivered on time, often 2 hours or more late. We request AM deliveries for specific reasons, and tracking always tells us they’re out for delivery we’ll before 8:30 AM. No reasonable excuses, it’s a service you offer and charge extra for, we should expect this to be corrected.

Synchrony bank had a breach and someone got my credit card for Sam’s Club and Lowe’s. I canceled both cards. My re-issued Sam’s Club MasterCard was sent to the fraudulent address. Cancel that had a new one overnighted to me.

Fed Ex tells me it’s going to be here by noon Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, has not been delivered. After I contacted FedEx on Wednesday, found my rear shoot card has been pulled for suspect fraud. Signature required. I have waited four days to receive. My card.

Card is in Olive branch Mississippi in security due to possible fraud. Thank you Fed Ex. Synchrony Bank will not call FedEx. FedEx will not call synchrony bank. My card sits there. Costco here I come.

A package was delivered to the wrong address and the tracking stated the package had been delivered at 1133AM. I searched for the package and it hadn’t been delivered to my house. Tried to contact fedex and couldn’t speak to a representative but that their info showed it had been delivered.

Around 230pm the package was delivered and the worker took a picture of the box upside down because the package had been opened and I am still unable to reach fedex about this matter. This is unacceptable. The drivers are not reliable or honest.

I'm a disabled woman I have really bad back problems and I had ordered two bed frames and two mattress all of which was delivered by your company on three separate days. On June 10th the first mattress was delivered and brought right to my door which is great but on June 12th and 13th the other mattress and both bed frames were delivered and

instead of the drivers bringing them right to my door which is on the second floor they left them at the bottom of the stairs leaving myself to carry all three very heavy items up the stairs by myself. Again I'm disabled because of my back problems and carrying two bed frames and a queen size mattress upstairs is not a good thing.

And because the drivers did not bring these items right to my door forcing me to bring these heavy items up the stairs…

Fedex lost a 65lb box with all of our belongings. We contacted customer service when the box didn't arrive so they sent a similar box but with some women's belongings but not our stuff. They took their time retrieving the box of some women's belongings then repacked her stuff and redelivered it again to us now with our tracking number and name on the box. When we go online it is indicated our box has been delivered. It is still out there, we have never received our box and it contains so many valued possessions. Handbags, shoes, clothes contact lens and medicine

Customer service has been terrible. If you are able to finally get someone on the line, it is someone in a foreign office at a call center reading a script. No one cares and the guy who came to pick up the box of some women's…

my last package I had delivered to me was by a driver who almost ran into he was going so fast and tried to go around me and almost hitting by address marker sign. I stopped and rolled my window down and repeated my self and asking him to roll his window down, as he was throwing a tizzy and motioning me to get out of his way. finally he rolls his window down and I repeated my self to get a blank look on his face and he got out of the vehicle and went to the back and handed me my package. Fedex left a 75-pound package in my garage. This was supposed to go to someone in ANOTHER town, with the same street name and a different address. The tracking # is illegible, but the intended recipient and address is clear. I called customer service and they said without tracking # they could do nothing. They would not connect me with a manager or take note of the intended recipient or their address.

They told me that I would have to go to a FedEx store myself to talk to someone in person. For their mistake.

I am unable to move the box myself and unable to use my garage. I intend to bill Fedex a daily storage fee for this package. Really disappointing.

And no way to send an email to them.

Package was shipped from a location 2 hours and 43 minutes away from my location. It has been four days now and no delivery. I tried the "Virtual Assistant" online. It is not working. I tried the "Package tracking" and nothing comes up. I tried "Package Tracker" which is not a FedEx product, and it said the package was "on the way" but did show the shipping movements.

Artificial Intelligence could fix this kind of problem. AI usually replaces management. $++ improvement.

I had ordered product from under armour and gave them my physical address and there was a delay in the delivery of my package. It was ridiculous. I received it today 6/7/23. I did the package tracking and it showed that I received it yesterday.

I was told that there was a problem with the delivery of my package. J. I looked at the delivery label and it had a corrected address label. J. I have never lived in Newfield. The label saying Newfield was like Fed Ex was telling me that I don’t know where I live.

I tried to change it from being delivered to me picking it up. I was told that it would be an even greater delay if I did so. where it was before it was set to go back out for delivery. J. Where it was at.

I will never use you services again.

I was expecting a package thru FedEx that requires a signature. I made sure someone was home to sign for it. I guess the delivery driver stopped to drop it off but did not knock cuz no one here at the house heard him and all he did was leave a blank Miss delivery notice on the door nothing filled out on it. m. tonight.

After that time had passed I called customer service once again and was told there were some restrictions on it which nobody told me from the beginning. Every time I talk to customer service they acted as if they did not care and I was told that they are contracted through FedEx just like the FedEx ground delivery people and that they were in India for the call center.

The package arrived in my home City and did not get moved for over 24 hours so it spent a whole day over…

Two of my large 15 lb each packages were dropped off on the road side in front of my apartment complex. My apartment unit is at the end of the 5 unit building. Not only the lazy driver did not deliver to my door according to the address, leaving them at the roadside exposed them to be stolen. Especially I do not receive immediately notification of delivery. This has never have happened to me from any carrier. 3 out of 5 packages from the same shipment that were delivered yesterday were properly delivered, the other driver did his diligence as expected by both the customer and by the employer. The laziness of today's driver should be addresses and potentially saving FedEx money and potentially trouble.

I want to let you know that I was home when the package was not delivered because they did not want to carry the package up the stairs. I have been treated with great disregard and distain by the customer service agent of fedex.

I simply requested they change the fedex location it was delivered to one I could easily drive to. Why is that an impossible request? If I had known it was such a problem to deliver it to my apartment using wayfair I would have just went somewhere else.

The prospect of having to drive 10 miles away from my home just as a measure of punishment for someone elses unwillingness to carry it up the stairs is ridiculous.

I'm disabled and I've stayed in my apartment for 3 days waiting for a chair. At the end of all 3 days I've received a message that says a delivery attempt was made and this is simply false; I can see right outside my window and no one has attempted to make the delivery.

The driver is literally lying about attempting to make the delivery. I've even left a note on delivery instructions saying to just call when they arrive. I'm not sure I've ever had worse service in my life.

Fedex claims to have attempted delivery at a time that I was outside in the front yard doing lawn work. They stated that delivery was attempted, but the "business" was closed. It's a house in a residential neighborhood. When I attempted to contact Fedex, their automated system ran me around in circles.

It's a shame when the USPS has a better delivery record than a private company.

I dropped off an envelope at your drop box located at 1125 S. Tower Road in Aurora, CO 80017 on May 16, around 2:00 PM. The information on your drop box said a pick-up would take place at 5:00 PM.

As of today, May 22, the package to Mungenast Alton Toyota (850 E. Homer M. , Alton, IL 62002; phone 618/208-2400) still has not been received. This was supposed to be an express envelope. Please respond. Thank you.
