They lied about a failed delivery attempt that they already delay. I recieved no door tag. I was home and have a ring camera. No fedex truck drive came to my door. This is unacceptable.

FedEx has very poor service, there drivers are just to lazy to bring my packages down to my house, they want to leave them at my mailbox which is a ways up my driveway. I have a turn around spot at my house and there drivers are too dam lazy to bring the packages down to my house.

I think FedEx should be put out of business. Very poor service. I will spread the word that people should find a different company. I have already told Walmart, and sams about FedEx poor service. I will not order from anyone who uses FedEx. Very poor service.

The next time I have packages stolen at my mailbox I will sue FedEx.

I recently purchased a four hundred dollar wig that has been sitting at a facility for four days with no updates. I have filed two complaints, which was not easy because the operators were extremely difficult to understand. They have no idea where my package is and will not admit it and I'm out four hundred dollars.

I have called three times with no relief. The operator was extremely rude and kept telling me I just had to wait. I have never been so angry in my life!!!! I don't know what to do.

FedEx drivers continuously ignore driver note in FedEx delivery manager to deliver packages to the side door not the front door because the front door does not work well due to high winds in the area.

I have personally asked the drivers not to place packages at the front door and even bought a sign that says please deliver FedEx packages to the side door which was all that FedEx customer service could recommend I do to fix this issue.

No matter what I do the drivers continue to ignore my requests. This has resulted in damage to my door due to the wind, damage to the packages due to the wind and being exposed to the elements and even injuries to myself and my wife.

NEGATIVE STARS!! I am a site manager at Holly Tree Village in Beaverton and have filed several complaints directly with the manager of the driver's. I have been at this property for six months. Some of the FedEx drivers are lazy and keep leaving the tenants packages in the wrong location, by the front door where there's heavy foot traffic and items can easily be stolen.

This needs to stop immediately and they need to do their jobs and deliver to the tenants apt door. This facility is strictly for people 62 years of age (and older) or people with disabilities. We even have a sign on the door!

I would attach files but they are too large. Max their manager (971-713-5239) has all of them, he gave me his cell# and I send him pics when it happens but that has not made a difference as it still…

Tracking 393699861273 the buyer paid for insurance, buyer witnessed the FedEx driver mishandle the package, item was broken by driver, I filled a claim, claim denied, appealed, claim denied, supplied required photos of box and fill per Fedex request, claim denied, FedEx continued to request ridiculous uploads, claim always denied, the buyer purchased insurance in good faith, expecting coverage, but FedEx failed to to provide same.

Driver never came to delivered our package and on the tracking history he put that he attempted to deliver our package at 10:57a.m. No truck from FedEx come at all by our street, don't forget about technology ( camaras everywhere).

I tried, several times to call their 800 number; wanted to speak with a customer service person, got the runaround, all I got was the message saying my items were delivered, but they were delivered to the wrong address, the house before mine in Saint Louis, Missouri. Tried chat feature, no good, totally useless.

So, sending letters to Corporate Headquarters and Consumer section of their company. Further, griped about them on their Facebook page. No nothing will come of it but will see what they say. They're no different than the Postal Service and UPS, who I've also had, and I'm sure others too, misdeliveries from; which I get, as they deliver a lot, but I'm thinking some of the drivers can't read or don't care. ] Not all. Just some.

I have been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on 04/18/23. I received 3 phone calls that evening from people who work at fed ex. I told the guy how to get here with direct instructions.

Provided my full address once again. It was said the delivery driver could not find my address. The next day it said my package was being delivered. Once again no package so now I have been waiting all week long.

I called call fed ex over ten times this week alone. Every time I got transferred, it was an automated machine. I had to look online and find a number where I could eventually reach a manager. I found a number and was eventually able to get transferred by Hugo.

Tracking Number 397124330470. FedEx Delivery Manager Codes 886629 (business) 586748 (residence). Delivery to 172 Washington St, Boxford, MA 01921. Driver left package at approx 8:45 pm, 21 April, in the middle of the driveway near road. Package contained carbon dioxide cylinders under high pressure. Found package this morning.

Luckily our two cars were already home before the delivery---if not, good chance one of us would have hit the box on the dark driveway. This has happened before with your drivers. I want to know specifically what will be done about this complaint.

A male Fed Ex driver on 4/20/23 delivered a box to El Paso, Texas and couldn't be bothered to walk 2 more steps to put the box under the porch. The box was clearly labeled, in big bold letters, that it was from Mom's Meals.

He left it exposed to the elements and to anyone who wanted to potentially steal it. He also left without ringing the Ring doorbell. He then pushed the box from an upright position to fall hard on it's side. The recipient of this box is 97 years old! Shame on him!

I live in an Rv park. I am a disabled senior. I cannot carry heavy packages. My space is clearly marked by number. Yet every delivery is left up in the laundry room/office. The driver is too lazy to deliver it to the site. Today my walker arrived.

I live alone so I can't go up to the office myself to get it. I've complained about this issue before to customer service at the Lancaster, CA location. They said they would have a supervisor call me. That never happened.

How can you allow this poor level of customer service to continue? Or is it that you just don't care about your senior customers? It's obvious that FedEx has gotten so big that they just don't care about their customers who are not satisfied.

I have been waiting on an urgent "no siganture" required delivery for 3 days. Was told the driver did not feel it was a safe location to leave the package and no one was home. I live in. Residential neighborhood and receive deliveries all the time.

I specifically asked the shipper for no signature because I knew I wouldn't be home. Isn't that the point of no signature required? I even called after the first failed delivery to have it noted that the package was to be left on the front porch.

Still to no avail package was not left the following day even though I also have on my FedEx delivery manager packages can be left also in the back yard (no dog or locked gate). I have had this problem before with FedEx but never with any other delivery service.

We paid for prioriry service. The document was shipped on April 10. We were given misinformation. We were told that it will be delivered for sure on April 13.

However, Fed Ex cheated us and never informed about its delay. Now they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow. We are going to be losing a lot of money, close to £1000. I advise everyone, please do not ship via Fed Ex. Poor customer service.

I order a pair of shoes from Nike and they were supposed to be shipped to my address. They was not only delivered to the wrong address customer services was very rude and unwilling to give me the correct address they took my package too.

I Made several calls to Nike to confirm they had the correct address for my shipment and they assured me they did. And I tried to ask several times again to fed ex can they please go pick up the package or give me the correct address they took it to so I can go pick up my package.

And they got attitudes with me and told me it takes 72 hours to go back and pick up my package which does not sound correct to me

FedEx picked up 2 packages (I scheduled pick-ups on Fedex.com) Driver came picked up packages, never scanned, and either lost or stole the packages since there is ZERO updates to tracking. I have a video of the pick-up and the pick-up was confirmed through Fedex.com - I filed claims and was denied, which cost me $485.00 and I have since implemented a lifetime ban on using Fedex.

I put a per of Birkenstock shoes on Market place$100 and a customer asked for my email so as interested to make the payment via FedEx then I receive a email from FedEx requesting to pay $160 for insurance via Amazon gift cards. FedEx.

The customer was going to pay me $280 instead of my original asking price I would imagine it was off set the shipping costs and I was going to refunded but

however FedEx was going to pay me $1,000 which I was going to receive $1,280 mutual to do that I have to pay mandatory tax of $1,000 so I made that payment via Amazon cards by sending them the codes and they'll deliver the money To my doorstep the next day so the next day rolled in expecting a package no it sounded too good to be true instead a email I have to now $7,000 but

"Customer Service" is non-existent. Robot doesn't give option to speak with Human Being. WHY..? My package was initially scheduled for delivery today (Monday 3/27,) but tracking indicated an early delivery yesterday. BOTH were LIES! The package was in Ellenwood, not 36 miles from me, on Sunday.

Today it's in Forest Park, 5 miles from Ellenwood. And when I finally talked with an actual person, she told me that it won't be delivered today, either! Then after the 6th they apparently gave up and put a storage container at their Bloomington, CA facility. Tuesday, 3/21/2023 at 3:38 PM Shipment exception Barcode label unreadable and replaced.

I had a delivery on 311 it arrived at my address at 10:53 PM. It had Been raining all day and night. Delivery driver pulls opposite my driveway. Halfway off my driveway halfway on my grass, unloads package drops it on the grass without any plastic bag then proceeds to drive 20 feet up my road and back on my front lawn and turn around leaving to Robert's.

I don't know what goes through a damn FedEx drivers mind especially when there's no other deliveries on the road why you can't just pull in the driveway and back up evidently you can't drive because you can't see in your mirrors. That means you can't back up but I'm fed up with this now. I have two routes. I've called twice.

FedEx website auto loaded my east coast office address and put the wrong street address, I didn’t catch it and only noticed the correct city state and zip. Two heave boxes were sent Flat rate for $26/ each. South Boston substation never notified me to inquire aboit correct street address bd instead returned the boxes PRIORITY EXPRESS three days later then charged $150/ for each box plus the original charge.

I opened a case to complain , waited two weeks easwhile a $38 late fee was posted to the same invoice and then they denied it. The FedEx revenue person. Was expecting delivery of box, the item which I ordered fro Wayfair. 30. After 3 I contacted FedEx and I was told before 8 pm. 03 got message that now it will be on 20th Monday. No explanation why. Called Wayfairz and they gave me reason that due to heavy snow in Ohio.

I have shipments coming in with signature required and the day it is to arrive FedEx gives me a 4 hour window for delivery. Nice, but it is always very late arriving, so I spend the whole day waiting. This has happened almost everytime some one ships a package to me.

Get to talk to a person at FedEx, no such luck. You talk to an automated system that gives canned answers, the worst form of customer service.

I call Fedex customer service to request a rebill request. Today this morning 03/15/2023. At first few minutes was talking to the machine provide all the information :invoice number trking number and account number. after that machine tranfer me to a lady name Jennifer, and she asked me to repeat all the info again which was another few minutes and she's has bad english accent, not helpful at all.

i just provide one small mistake the company name and just hang up. I think she's not professional and should not work at the customer service. waste my time.

This is the worse company I ever deal with every single time something is send to me via FedEx is either left in the wrong addresses or left by the side walk where anyone can take it or it can get rain on. I have a VERY expensive package in limbo for what appears to be absolutely NO GOOD REASON AT ALL! I have wasted 2 days sitting here waiting for a shipment that REQUIRES a signature. I have ABSOLUTELY no indication from you all as to when or if you will ever deliver it!

It was scheduled to be delivered on the 11th. I wasted that day. It is now supposed to be delivered on the 13th, it is now after 6 pm and my property has been sitting in St. Peters, Mo since 12:44 am less than 40 minutes from my house!

It has not moved since it arrived over 18 hours ago!!!!!! So it is now apparent that I have wasted a second day!!!! Then you post that there is a delay because of the Weather at 8:03 am? Weather WHERE?

I had a problem with a shipment of life-saving medicine, Track Number 625 020 013 013 on 3-9-23. This contained a medicine that can be hazardous if not used correctly. It must be fully tracked and cannot be stocked by my medical provider (VA).

The shipment must be signed for by an adult upon receipt. For reasons not related to FedEx it was to be delivered to our other address and no one was there to receive it. I was 75 miles away. When I checked your web site for status it said the package was delivered and signed for by N Marks.

Two weeks ago a delivery was made to my home- unfortunately it was meant to for a business in the next town about 3 miles down the road. Their street address is the same as ours -the town & zip code are different.

The business is an automotive repair - the package that is leaning against my house is about 4 ft tall & very heavy. I can’t move it - it has sat there for 2 weeks in the rain, snow & ice.

They have the worst customer service- I have seen their trucks go past the house hoping they would stop here- nothing!

I sent an important package to my client. My client was waiting but I was surprise that when I track the package it says “refused by recepient” the package doesn’t even need signature. “Nothing to do the package will return to sender”

So annoying. So unrealiant and not telling the truth. Its even in the city not by recepient address but miles away. FEDEX you guys are unreliable and making up story.

Recently, because of heavy rains, our driveway has washed away near the road. It is in the process of being fixed. Today (03/03/23) your driver decided to just throw my package out of her truck onto my driveway. Near the road.

It was all witnessed by neighbor who thankfully saved my packaged from being stolen. I understand not wanting to attempt the driveway but that is ridiculous. This occurred on Grays Lane in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
