I live in a small town, Havana Fl right outside Tallahassee Fl. For a year now, myself and several neighbors have had repeated, too many times to count actually, serious delivery issues. Everything from trapping an elderly person in her home by leaving furniture on her porch so she couldn’t get out of her house to not receiving Cancer related medication.

We have tried to explain to several different people about these problems and basically have been told that it’s ALL of the various companies that are shipping to us have provided incorrect shipping information. We know what the problem is, there are 3 different roads with very similar names.

We’ve been told by local Fed Ex that 2 of them don’t exist and I can assure you that they do!. We’re assuming because we are a small town that…

My packages gets dropped of at the end of driveway by the road when it’s snowing out my plow guys road over it why can’t they walk it to my porch that’s covered I have been home and I asked them why can’t you walk my package to my porch, instead of throwing it out in my middle of my driveway by the road this is called lazy we pay good money for are stuff and shipping there’s know need for this !!!

I received an email for a package I was SUPPOSED to receive on Saturday 2/25/23. It required a signature. I waited all day at home to sign and receive this package. Throughout the day I would check my front door and nothing.

At 4 pm I checked again and there on my door was a sticker, It read, "We missed you" How was that possible? I have a working door bell I was in my house and it never rang! I then called the number listed on Fed ex web sight.

Like all business's now a days it is all most impossible to reach a human being. After repeated calls I was able to reach a human and not the useless prompt system set up to only discourage its customers. They lost my one shipment. The FedEx lost my one shipment and they failed to find it because they didn't try to find it. They never gave update on email and didn't even call. Whenever I called, they said, yours case is under progress, but till now it's been 20 days, there is no update.

A package was delivered today and appears to have been thrown over my front porch railing which resulted in major damage to my window screen. I called the customer service line and they told me to go to the Wilmington location to complain.

I wasn’t gone so asking me to provide a license plate and description of the driver makes no sense. I realize I have no actual proof but have seen drivers throw other packages on the porch. Unfortunately this time the sharp edge of the package created major damage to my property.

I’m not looking for the driver to be fired but they should be spoken to. I’m still left with a damaged screen which will likely cost me few hundred dollars to repair.

I have a package from Latvia. Paid for expedited delivery. On the 17 I was checking my tracking. Discovered “ held for clearance “. I called immediately. Gave all the information I was told to , “ all good now” is what I was told.

By 4:00 pm on the 17 my tracking still showed the same held for clearance. I called again gave the information again. Again told “ all good you’ll have it by Monday “ The 20. I continued to check tracking, same as before.

I called and this time I was told “ oh no the information you were given about ALL GOOD was incorrect. I was told I had to DocuSign. The Supervisor said he’d get it over immediately. NO HE DID NOT.

The East Point, GA, FedEx distribution center is a disaster- nothing arrives at our house on time. Wayfair bookcase-10 days late, rowing machine-7 days late, 1-800-floral Valentines flower bouquet-2 days late, bird seed-3 days late, etc.

Our entire neighborhood of upscale homes is calling vendors and telling them not to ship by FedEx because the East Point delivery service is so bad.

I used to think Fed Ex was professional and the best. Now I think it’s the worst- way below USPS, UPS and Amazon.

I ordered an I pad, and my college mail room emailed me saying they received my package but noticed it seemed very light. Realizing that the side was torn into and the iPad was missing. How the story goes is, I waited 4 days for FedEx to finally pick my package up from the store, then took 2 days sitting in one location.

When it was finally received there was no iPad to be found, and the delivery man said nothing to the mail room people about the box being torn into.

I took a framed picture to FED EX and paid for them to package it. the packaging was very poor quality and not packaged correctly. The box delivered damaged in December 2021. I understand that accidents happened but 12 phone calls later and submitting the same information over and over again, I still haven't gotten a check. I am only asking for under $ 200 to have the picture reframed. I'm not even asking them to pay for damage to the picture. In august I had the local FED EX office submit the application. Today customer service told me that I have to have letter from the local fed ex, that it was OK for me to submit the claim even though they were the ones that submitted it on behalf. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was cut off.

I guess I will have to go back to the FED EX store…

I find it incredibly difficult to believe that you have to wait from 8 am - 6 pm to have a single package picked up at your residency. FEDEX is world renowned yet cannot give a 4 hour block of time for a single pickup.

You have to wait a full day to get a package picked up. This will be the last time I will pay for a service that cannot address and accommodate a schedule that is at least customer friendly. Your pickup schedule is ridiculous!!!!

I paid on January 28 so that my package would arrive in two days at my residence tracking number 771154082494, on February 2 I call customer service to find out the status and the lady who attended me insisted that I should tell her what was inside the package , he told me that due to the weather there was a delay and that the package was still in the facilities of Memphis TN. m. m.

giving them time to look for my packages To this day, it is not known where the package is and they keep giving various excuses, the package was stolen when the employee asked me what it is and I want my package or the $700 that I paid for the bracelet plus shipping.

On 2-3 I called customer service because a package had been left at my house that belonged elsewhere. I was promised it would be picked up 2-4 between 10 am - 2 pm. It was not! I called again 2-4 and was told pick-ups are only done M-F and it would be picked up Mon between 10 am - 2 pm.

I waited until Mon (2-6) evening and the package was STILL on my step. I called again & was told pickups are done between 8 am & 8 pm. It is now Tues (2-7) the package is STILL on my step.

It is too heavy for me to pick up. It was sent "overnight, perishable" the tracking info says it was sent 1-31 and delivered 2-1 (at my house, not where it belonged). It has now sat a full week through freezing Temps at night and sunshine beating on I during the day.

I was to recieve a package Priority Overnight from AT&T on Feb 3rd, well now it is the 6th of Feb and I still have not recieved it. I called AT&T and he contacted a manager who said the delay was in Texas, well that is bull ****.

I always take screen shots of FedEx deliveries cause the lie. The manager said it was delayed in Texas, well if that was the case why was it in IN on the 3rd and on the 4th in Memphus TN.

It was not delivered on the 3rd now nor the 6th now only says delayed. I have disliked FedEx for some years now because of slow service and lies. I will not be ordering from anyone who deals with FedEx and I lodged a complaint with AT&T

I purchased a TV from Amazon. The day of delivery came, Amazon reported it as delivered but no TV. When looking closely at the picture provided, it became clear why, the porch it was on when the picture was taken was not mine.

My porch is wood, the porch the TV was left on was brick and cement. So I contacted FedEx and the Seller. The Seller contacted FedEx. The seller was provided with the contradictory pictures which is about as clear proof as you can get.

However, after almost a month, I finally get told that FedEx has denied my claim. And guess what, the picture that was on that order in Amazon is gone. My other orders still have their pictures, the one verifying the wrong house received my TV is gone. Makes one wonder.

The last two deliveries FedEx dropped the packages at the middle of the driveway instead of carrying them to the porch. Since our garage is up a steep hill (the driveway) packages cannot be seen from the car when backing out of the garage, and today was no exception since the package was run over. Tracking number is 620042518331.

I tried calling but got placed on eternal hold so I figured I'd send the message this way.

Received a text saying that my package would be delivered between 10:20 and 2:20. No one showed up between those hours.

Finally, 90 minutes later a FedEx driver stopped outside my house, so I waited for him/her to knock on my door to deliver a package. The delivery requires a signature. After waiting for a knock I checked and the truck was gone.

No package on my porch, but there was a door tag. To add to my frustration, the package was supposed to be delivered the previous day and again I had received a text stating that the delivery was expected between 10:50 and 2:50.

The Fedex driver never leaves my packages on the porch as requested on Fedex website. The driver thew my package over the fence where the gate is always unlocked then he went inside his truck a got another package for across the street and opened their gate and left it on their porch.

The driver takes all my packages ,no matter where they come from, to the same incorrect address. The address on the house is not no where close to mine and its not in my subdivision. I don't have a clue where it's delivered to.

Every other courier company comes directly to the house. Not FedEx!!

I am very disappointed in FedEx. I sent a package for next-day delivery to a recipient's place of employment, which cost me almost $100. The recipient came down with COVID and could not get to work to obtain the package.

I asked to have FedEx hold it at the nearest FedEx station for pick-up, however, what they neglected to tell me is that if you put a hold on a package for pick-up, if it is not picked up, they WILL NOT deliver it to the intended recipient. I was told by two different representatives that his business card with the name of the company, his name, and his business address would suffice. That is not true.

@FedEx I’ve had at least 10 packages ordered and delivered to the wrong address and yet when I call FedEx customer service the rep tells me at least 10 different times that the issue is being escalated and that someone will call me to resolve, only to receive a email stating that the investigation of the lost package was been closed and that I need to contact the shipper.

I have NEVER received a phone call from anyone. I can also clearly see that the package is being delivered to the wrong addresses by looking at the photograph being taken by the driver. Fed Ex’s resolution to me is for me to contact the shipper to have another package delivered to me again only for it to also be delivered to the wrong address.

Is there anyway to get off this horrible hamster wheel as no one can assist…

Aerographics is a small company that ships all over the US as well as 89 countries around the world. Over 50% of our business is shipped next day. Over the years our preferred shipper has switched from Fed Ex to UPS.

In addition to a slight cost savings with UPS our primary problems relating to Fed Ex center around customer service or rather lack of. For approximately the last 3 years we have had no consistency with our pick up drivers.

Our pick up time is supposed to be 4:30 and our drivers (when they do show up) is here about 3:30. Since we are in Colorado the weather can be an issue.

I received an email regarding a delivery of a package with a 625 number. I called the 1800 customer service spoke to an agent Garrane while sitting at a Starbucks location of store 24531 . The agent was not helpful an suggested I send the email which I believe is hacking mechanisms and apple corp.

My wife received a fedex delivery today on Marilyn Ave in Ephrata. This is not the first time that the delivery driver walked thru our mulched landscaping to deliver the package to our front door, instead of walking 2 extra steps by using the paved access.

I consider it to be unprofessional and insensitive to treatment of the customer’s property! I am surprised that they don’t just throw the package from the street!

This was a food delivery that was supposed to be kept COLD to be delivered on Friday 1/27. It arrived in Lexington,KY less than 20 miles from my home - it set there at your facility overnight without any urgency to get food delivered while it was still edible.

It is now Saturday 1/28 mid morning & still no food- the only info I can get from your automated system is that it’s out for delivery today by 1:40 pm - that is not acceptable for food deliveries. This was “heart healthy” food that I am supposed to be eating after my surgery - but you as a company DO NOT care.

I will now have to wait almost a week for a replacement shipment & hopefully YOU HAVE TO PAY for it! To say I am extremely disappointed in your service & lack of concern is a massive understatement!!

I can save FedEx Inc. because they never work. I have NEVER had FedEx deliver a package on the day their tracking indicates. My adlvice is to tell the customer that their package is arriving a day later than scheduled, so we won't be disappointed when it doesn't arrive when it actually is supposed to, the day before.

We will be thrilled if you say a day later than when it actually arrives. You will look brilliant. and I am not being petty, myself like others change our schedules around (Dr. ) so that we are home for the delivery, rather than sitting about all day waiting for you.

We put two men on the moon in 1969, took three days. Companies have lowered the bar tremendously these days, no care, no concern because no one is held accountable anymore. We would have been fired immediately…

FedEx stated that they attempted delivery to my home on the 25th and the 26th and was unable to because no one was home and adult signature was required. This is untrue because I was home both days at the times They said they attempted the delivery.

They left a note on my door earlier today and said they would deliver later on this day so I know they know where my home is. I’m led to believe that this is a bold face lie. I called the one 800 number and they weren’t much help until I spoke to the last gentleman.

I ordered a laptop computer for my work that was shipped overnight next day delivery on 01/23/2023, for delivery on 01/24/2023 by 8:00 p.m. I received an email yesterday at 11:51 a.m. CST that the package was on time with estimated delivery between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. CST. Someone had to be available to sign for the package. I was here all day and evening.

At 11:51 a.m. on 01/24/2023, I checked the shipment facts and saw that the package had arrived at the Omaha FedEx facility at 9:45 a.m I checked for updates throughout the day and saw that the package was on FedEx vehicle for delivery at 1:13 p.m. We live less than ½ hour from the FedEx facility.

At 6:26 p.m. on 01/24/2023, I received an email stating the packed "is scheduled for delivery tomorrow" with estimated delivery time…

Address 1461 Dewar Dr Rock Springs, Wy 82901. I was walking in front of H&R Block around 12:30 PM and this FedEx driver is 2 seconds away from running me over by how fast he was going. These are big commercial vehicles!

I’m glad i did not get run over. He was going way too fast for a plaza parking lot which is in a very small town by the way! Please tell your drivers to slow down!

The best summary I have is the email I sent which is to an address I only hope went through because FedEx only posted it on a site found through google.

Your driver's handling of package #771079273588 was COMPLETELY unacceptable. And complaints will be filed as per subject line and as many social media sites as possible. Further, your "customer service" options and attempts to force phone calls (what, to dodge legal documentation?) is disgusting.

Every time I check my package with the tracking number it says out for delivery but then by the end of the day it says delayed due to operational delays and that has happened three days in a row with my package which was supposed to be here since the 18th and I still have not received it.

If this was UPS I would if had my package already and it wouldn’t be damaged. I hate when FEDEX have to bring my things cuz I already know I might not get it when it say I would or it might be damaged and that’s not good.

They didn't deliver the package at the scheduled time so ended up getting the package at the facility. Customer service gave different reasons why there was a delayed delivery and can't even transfer the call to Manager though I have requested multiple times.

They disconnected the call intentionally. They have the worst customer service support.

Is it that difficult to follow instructions?? FedEx doesn’t care about you or your package. Neither do their staff. Every single delivery, never once followed instructions. Always placed in front of an active doorway. Enough is enough!!!!! FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!!

Why do I have to suffer every few days contacting a customer service rep to file a claim to complain? Why is nothing being resolved? Corrected? Why do I have to break my back in an active driveway to move contents whole when you can easily follow delivery instructions listed and provided and delivery properly??? Are you that incompetent?

I have 4/8 the 8 packages I sent out have not showed up. I tried MULTIPLE times to talk through my concern with support and have had no luck. I have been in contact with many managers and they cant locate these. Please have an executive contact me so that I can talk about my experience with. FED Ex.

I doesn't help that it sounds like your people are working from home as I hear children in the background, how can they possibly be looking for my packages at home?

I have been waiting for 4 days for my delivery and it keeps getting rescheduled they say because of weather delay but the weather has been fine. I ordered food from a company (canned food included) and it was shipped out with icepacks during winter. Yhe package was never delivered on the delivery date, Tuesday 01/10/23. I called FedEx the next day Wednesday 01/11/23 to find out why my package was delayed.

They claimed that my package was disposed of. When I asked why, I got different answers on why it was disposed of.

First, they claimed that the package was leaking, and was marked to be disposed of by the driver. Based on the tracking information, the package never left the New Haven, IN facility. Then, they claimed that the food inside was expired, which makes no sense because there were icepacks in it and its only been a day after the due delivery date.
