I spoke to FedEx this morning, they said someone would be here by 5pm. Well 5pm came and went and no FedEx guy! I called FedEx and they said someone was here at 4:11 and there was no package. I told them that was a lie because I had been standing at my front window all day and never saw a FedEx truck and no one came to the house!

So supposedly someone is supposed to be driving over now, I told the lady, I will be sitting on my front porch waiting! So here I am waiting on my front porch... This is the second time I had a scheduled pickup and they told me someone came and there was no package/no one was home. This is a lie.

We purchased art at an art auction in November and was looking forward to having it delivered today (January 8, 2023). We received an email stating it was delivered this morning at 9:29AM. It was not at the front door as the email stated.

Further, a photo showing "proof" was attached. not sure what it was, but not our package. The driver clearly was lazy. saying they're not allowed to contract the driver. I completed the report and will contact the Art Dealer Monday.

We live in Land O' Lakes, Florida. Fedex clearly does not care. They used to be a really great company, but no more! I have attached a photo "proof".

the driver go way to fast on my road. We live on a private road with a speed limit. There are dogs and small children playing outside most of the time. The drivers pay no attention to the speed limit and drive to fast.

If a dog or child where to run into the street they would be dead/.

I have health issues and order numerous items from Walmart. There is a note on my garage where to bring pkgs and also in managing my pkgs on FedEx instructions. I should not have to hope that someone finds my package and brings it to me and not steal it from the parking lot.

This is the 4th issue on deliveries with FedX I have over and over called and have specific delivery instructions for them to follow. Yet they still never follow them. I have waited 3 days since they said my package was going to be delivered and still no package.

Call customer service three different times and they've all read the delivery instructions back to me and said there shouldn't be an issue but yet I still haven't gotten my package.

Send you updates saying they're going to deliver that day you wait the whole day nothing happens spent 4 days not going skiing anywhere else waiting for a important package still waiting today. On December 12th, our Medical Spa ordered lasers and other delicate equipment and arranged for delivery to be provided by FedEx. We were scheduled for delivery on Monday, December 26th. Our practice was closed for the holidays so we arranged for an employee to be at the office between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM as requested by FedEx.

We provided the employees contact information to FedEx in case there was a delay due to road conditions. After waiting for 4 hours, and not receiving a call, our employee contacted FedEx. She was told that the shipment had been delayed in Spokane, Washington and would be delivered by Wednesday, December 28th.

The FedEx employee verified that they had our employees contact number and ensured her that she would get a call an hour before delivery. FedEx did not…

Shukri Abuhuzeima We sent an overnight package back on 10/26/2022 from NJ to Staten Island NY thinking it was a safe and sure delivery. Unfortunately, the package got stuck in Carteret, NJ and never got to the other side. My wife who originally sent the package have gotten in touch with the Fedex customer service several times and got nowhere with them.

It is over 2 months now and nothing had happened (for an overnight package no less). Fedex customer service has been condescending and very much evasive and she got nowhere. After promises of package return and compensation, nothing materialized. The CEO of the company is Fredrick Smith who should be ashamed for the company's representation in Carteret NJ.

I will think twice in the future before I use them.

FedEx has been providing photos of delivery. However, the photos I have been consistently receiving are totally useless. They seem to show the bottom of the FedEx truck, but they provide NO information about delivery. I have phoned *THREE TIMES* to complain about this. Each time, I have been told that they would contact the station manager, so that the driver can be instructed to provide appropriate photos. NOTHING has changed!

As I have explained, I would like this corrected for the future, so that in case a package is misdelivered, the photo can be of use. I am certain that I am not the only person who is receiving these useless photos. I would like to get this straightened out for future deliveries to me and other customers served by this driver. On 12-30-22 The delivery driver left our package at the top of our driveway on the wet ground. TRACKING NUMBER 609401795158 Driveway has some ICE on it but our vehicles have no trouble and a heavy delivery truck would have even less trouble. Driver should have walked the package down to our covered porch not far away. Which all the UPS drivers do.

We also have have issues with FEDEX not putting our deliveries on our covered porch, they do not feel like taking a few extra steps so they put the items on our open porch where they are rained on.

I would not recommend FEDEX services to anyone that can get another company to deliver to their home. Too many issues.

I forgot something critical at home when I left on a 2 week vacation, from Florida to Tennessee. I had a family member send it priority overnight w/Saturday delivery ($76+ to ship an envelope). It was to be delivered by 1:30pm on 12/24/2022.

Delivery was pushed to 12/24 @ end of day, then 12/27, then 12/28, etc Since I was never able to get a straight answer, I was forced to forfeit my entire trip & drive home immediately. Upon my departure from TN, I arranged to have the package returned, at no additional cost (per a Fed Ex employee).

After numerous phone calls & an additional 48 hours, I am no closer having ANY IDEA where my shipment is. Every employee has a different story (that is, on the rare occasion, when I am actually able to speak to someone.

Set up on 12-19-22 pick up pkg service for pick up 12-22 between 8-8pm. Waited 12 hours no pick up. Package is TV cannot leave on front porch fear of being stolen. Called 12-26 for pick up between 3-8 on 12-27.

Waited another 5 hours for pick up. Called 12-27 7:30 pm again no pick up. Fed ex rescheduled pick up for 12-28. Called 13-28 7;15am for a smaller time frame for pick up. Was told no scheduled pick up for 12-28.

Again now scheduled pick up for 12-29 between 8-8pm. Complaint- I am handicapped and have already waited twice for pick up and waited 17hours. Cannot place on front porch fear of being stolen. Fed ex will not cover if stolen.

Now being told tomorrow wait another 13 hours for pick up for total time waiting inside house for pick up 29 hours. Unacceptable.

These people are absolute morons, cust Serv reps do know shit and you can’t go by anything they say. I was told to pick up my wedding rings at one location when they were being hes at another. I went to the other and was told it was sent to the drop off point that I had requested earlier in the day but was told it was too late.

Now I have to postpone my wedding because I have no rings. Fedex people are stupid in every sense of the word and they should be closed down for good.

I realize we are in the holiday season and have had inclement weather conditions this past weekend.

However, it’s Monday the 26th of December and my package is supposedly still at the Indy hub, where there is no weather, and it’s destination also has no weather. But it’s been sitting in that facility for 4 days. No one can tell me when it will be delivered.

No one can apparently even contact anyone at the Indy hub, which is fascinating to me. The website’s insistence that I call someone - it’s a joke. I am fully aware that weather conditions would delay my package.

5663 Hillcroft Avenue Houston FedEx office sent me wrong packet. Although they put correct label which includes my name in receiver, inside of packet doesn’t belong to me. I put a claim via call center. They do not understand it and after 1 week they closed the case.

Their reason for close is like a joke “You received the packet” Are you really joking with me FedEx? I received a packet that does t belong to me.

Moreover Houston FedEx office are so incompetent that they want me to sent the package that I get to correct address. I did their job my self. They sent me a label and I sent the package to true address but there is no new or anything related with my package.

Zero stars should be an option. I sent my Mac in for repair using the box sent by Apple via FedEx on 12/21/22 with guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am on 12/22/22. It arrived at the Memphis hub on 12/22/22 and has never moved from that location.

It still has not been delivered and now they claim (after 4 broken promises and a bot that is programmed to lie) that it might be delivered on Tuesday, 12/27/22. I am so frustrated by their sincere lack of care regarding a priority overnight package.

This is a time sensitive repair and no one at FedEx gives an ounce of darn. They blame weather but all four “customer service professionals” said it was a busy time. I asked if all packages at the Memphis hub were priority overnight and was told no.

What is a person to do when priority delivery is paid…

I have had one of the most unprofessional experience with unprofessional customer service I have ever known . I was told I don't have a right to speak to a person that over sees the customer service personnel

I sent a package international never was I informed of C.O.D. Charges for the receiver. I was told by the customer service FED EX INTL that I would have to pay a custom fee or the receiver would in order for the package to be delivered. My daughter lives in out of state . I shipped a care package to her her. The driver for Fed Ex delivered the package but he delivered it to the wrong apartment. The package was delivered at 11:15 I got the text of delivery and I called my daughter instantly and asked her did she get the care package she said no one knocked on the door so let me go see if they left the package out side the door.

My daughter went and checked outside her door and the package wasn't there. 12/21/2022 I have been expecting a delivery from FedEx. The first delivery attempt was on 12/19/2022. The package was not left for it requires a signature. On 12/20/2022 a second attempt was made by the same driver. He was well past the expected delivery time and I had to leave for work after waiting hours for the delivery thus making me late for work.

Then this afternoon (12/21/2022) I again waited for this package. The estimated delivery time was by 2:46pm. I again waited and again was late for work. The same driver showed up at my residence at 6:05 pm. (4hrs late nearly) to make the delivery, however, this time I has my neighbor waiting to sign for the package.

I mailed time sensitive material with tracking # 392101130004 on Dec 13 and paid for 2 day delivery. It is now Dec 19 and it still hasn’t been delivered. It arrived in Auburn WA on Dec 14 so the problem is local in the Seattle area. Where is the accountability?

This has been out for delivery on a local truck on Dec 14,15,16 and 19 and still has not been delivered. Very poor service, nobody can tell me why it’s not being delivered. This is time sensitive important material required by my law firm.

On December 2nd I supposed to get a package delivery from FedEx. Tracking number #391225921336 shows the package is delivered, but I didn't get my package. From FedEx web tracking info provided picture it was not my house front door.

I contacted the seller about this issue and ask him to open a claim. The seller said he can't open a claim from FedEx because item was delivered. I'm also open a claim from my side for a missing item, but claim was denied without any notification.

There is no way to feedback to drivers that supply poor service. Today it was raining and a package was left under a group of mailboxes far removed from homes. A sign above the mailboxes asks that large packages be delivered to the house. com recognized 420193359261290272305805677009.

I have made several attempts to contact local and corporate office to inform that I FOUND two unopened packages in the middle of the road. They may have fallen office the FedEx delivery truck. Address on the packages are no where near my location. I have even call the receivers number with no response. Would like a FedEx Manager or Supervisor to contact me so arrangements can be made to deliver these packages to the rightful recipient. Very disappointed - with driver and customer service.

FedEx has gotten too big for its britches. You can not even speak to a supervisor to file a complaint. My driver failed to come by the house a second time and just said it was undeliverable after I waited all day for the package.

He did not even drive past my house on day 2 but sent a message saying I was not there. Total lie.

Why isn't there an option for no stars? I also wish that I had been given an option for a different shipping company when I bought the product - I practically begged. I knew there would be an issue - there always is when Federal Express is involved.

If I had not really wanted the product, I would not have set myself up for this failure.... Once again, no Federal Express delivery on the date it was supposed to arrive and no info. available from this major shipping company as to where it is because despite all the scanning and tracking - they do not have a clue.

I have no idea when or if I will get it because the website says it will be delivered on yesterday's date. I cannot get a person on the phone to save my life, their electronic system has hung up on me 4 times for not giving them…

I waited on 12/11 for package delivery scheduled initially for 8am to 4pm then the delivery was by 8pm. I physically watch the driver act as he was attempting to get out the truck but never exited. He opened his exit door put on his gloves took one step did about face took his gloves off shut the door as I exited my front door yelling for him he drove off.

Besides the fact of being massively late and 0 tracking updates i have 2 entry points meaning doors and not only did the driver not knock or ring a doorbell they just literally threw the package right behind my car near my tire but hey the took a photo for email proof though.

In my experience most drivers have the common sense if someone's obviously home you knock or ring a doorbell and sure as hell don't just throw the damn package at any point those types of driver's do not need to be working with peoples stuff they paid hard earned my money to buy.

At approx. 11:25 AM today, your FedEx driver was driving at least 60-65 mph on our street, which has a limit of 25 mph. You need to track your drivers' speed like Amazon does with their drivers. He is going to kill somebody speeding like that.

it was left out on the post behind my mailbox out at the highway. quite a few times. My stuff has been left in the box, on the post, in the field, in the ditch and in the snow beside my driveway.

it's dangerous for me to walk in uneven grown up ground with a cane to get a package off the box or ground. Isn't it against the law for FEDEX to use the USPS receptacle? I would really appreciate receiving my packages AT MY HOUSE where they used to be brought.

I have had stuff stolen and it's a real hassle for me to get it replaced.

I think someone needs to investigate the Henderson Colorado office as 4 managers and 4 employees were found in the men's bathroom smoking coccaine off the bathroom counters. Then these employees tried to bribe another employee who walked in on them with money to say nothing.

Is this really the type of employees fed ex hires no wonder there are so many delays from the Henderson Colorado Branch. My son had the decency to walk out and say nope not working with you people and left.

No one to complain to as his managers were part of the ones caught. As a mother it is a disgrace to know my son had to witness this but proud he left the way he did. Maybe if you get some better employees the Henderson Branch would be a little more effective for the customers.

Massive delay in shipping.

I had package delivered some time last night tracking # 6221 7660 2821 It was from a Pharmacy and clearly marked with that Information….. for anyone to see and steal. This was important medication that should not be left in extreme temperatures as it was last night.

Had I not gone out early to walk my dog would have never seen. All other carriers place packages in my front patio easy to facilitate, and Much safer. I’ve had this issue before with your company as has many of my neighbors who have mentioned about their packages being left at their respective alley garages …where anyone can pick up without designated party knowing ….
