I ordered several items from weather tec. Those items were sent to me in 4 package on September 12. I received 3 of 4 packages on September 12 at 1055. The fourth package tracking TRACKING NO. OR NICKNAME :119132215512 which is listed as being dropped off at my residence at 1249 pm.

I did not receive and I was present at my residence during this time. Your driver did not drop it off at my residence. I want my package delivered to me or be compensated.

Package tracking 707943015541 never delivered, fedex pretending to deliver package then pretending to contact us, never delivered never contacted never happened, this package contained an ipad along with 12 buetooth speakers and several wireless routers, so were valuable items in it, package was simly stolen by fedex or their driver. Was no one willing to take responsibility for this at fedex, will look fot other posibilities to take action against fedex and their lousy services.

Can't deliver to the front porch; have to set sensitive packages in the driveway for the elements to bake and then rain to soak them. Clear approach to my front porch. Maybe a spider; why be a delivery person if you can't handle spider webs? Unreal.

I have had multiple packages delivered to my door, with obvious problems. A pkg containing soup (how do you break a can of soup?) was delivered, the cardboard was soaked & falling apart, visibly obvious there was a problem, delivered anyway. Today is just another example of several. Today, a pkg was delivered clearly soaked by liquid contents. The box contained a 5 quart container of motor oil. Someone took the time to place the oil in a bag, & reseal the box, but most of the contents still leaked, I couldn't take it in the house. I exchanged pleasantries with the driver, & he had ample opportunity to note the damage, ask if I wished to file a claim etc. instead he jumped in his truck & drove away.

I have called 3 times about this issue - Fed Ex is delivering my packages to the wrong address, and showing them delivered. My neighbor about 1/2 mile away either brings them to me or texts me and I go get it.

I live at 60 Regis Circle Palm Harbor, FL 34683 - the packages are going to 60 Pembroke Circle, Palm Harbor, FL 34683. The second time I called the man that answered actually laughed at me when I said it was annoying to have my packages delivered to the wrong address!

I ordered a dresser from walmart on September 2, 2019. It was scheduled to be delivered on Sept 5, 2019. The tracking number showed it will get delivered by the end of the day but that did not happen. Again, on Friday (September 6, 2019) it showed the same thing. I spoke to the customer service representative, he told me it will get delivered by 2:40 pm. At 5pm, when i called them again, they said it will get delivered by 8pm. That obviously did not happen. On monday, a similar situation unfolded. But today (september 10, 2019) spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and nonchalant about the issue, Put me on hold without giving me a headsup for 30minutes and then hung up on me.

If you can, avoid fedex like the plague it is!! THEY ALL ARE INCOMPETENT RUDE PEOPLE

Good Afternoon. This past Thursday myself and a few buddies of mine went out for dinner to watch the football game at a place called Bubba33 here in Colorado Springs. Across from our table was one of your employees (he was wearing a FedEx uniform).

We had quite a few ppl at our table and he was sitting alone so one of my friends (African American) went to ask him if he could borrow a chair from his table. My friend didn’t know he needed all 4 chairs.

Your employee got enraged and said he couldn’t stand “you people” and continued to say can “your people even know how to count”. Now we all know what he meant by “you people”. We politely ignored him and went on with our bus.

It is quite disgusting how he acted and he is a reflection of your company since he is out there wearing the uniform…

I have had a terrible time with the fed ex driver. He refuses to stay long enough for my secretary to get to the door. Today two fed ex trucks pulled up. My secretary was in the courtyard to get their attention. She yelled , "do I need to sign something" Reply was no as he was coming out of the garage. She looked in garage and only found the door tag saying undeliverable. We cannot find any phone number to call to speak to anyone about this. Last week my secretary actually spoke to someone and it must have gotten back to driver. In retaliation he told security she threatened him with a gun which caused head of security to contact me. This guy is a lunatic!!!

Today, at 11:55 AM, I was driving the speed limit of 55 mph on NY 94 East in Blooming Grove, NY. Your driver made a left out of Tuthill Road in front of me for no good reason as no one else was coming in either direction.

I had to brake all the way down to 10 mph then he then proceeded to drive 10 miles below the speed limit all the way into Washingtonville. I wanted to take a photo of the plate but there were no stops before I turned.

It definitely ended in "ME". Something like 70563-ME. White box truck with the purple and green "FedEx"

The Fedex delivery man just put a shipment sticker on my mailbox without knocking my door, even though I was at home and the delivery was a signature required. If my camera didn't capture it, I probably had to blame myself not to hear my doorbell sound. Very disappointed with Fedex's irresponsible and lazy delivery!

I was always impressed by Fedex’s success record and efficiency in delivering packages where they needed to go and on schedule. Clearly, it was a well-oiled precision machine. I have now seen a different side of Fedex—what happens when you throw in a monkey wrench. Quite simply, it can’t handle it. The service collapses and everything done by each and every player along the way is wrong. I also experienced a serious lack of integrity among the supervisory personnel when the matter was escalated. In summary, when Fedex is asked to do something outside its normal activity it turns into one of the worst-performing companies in the world.

Hello I have had a nightmare experience with your company I was waiting on a package from your company . I would of not even have known that the package was delivered if i had not gotten a card in the mail from the united states post office .

I called Fedex on Monday & was told that it was delivered 3xs but no answer at the door of my home Funny but my husband was home & i was also home when the tracking said it was delivered the reason i know it was not delivered was no tag was on the door all 3 xs We asked if it could be delivered the next day we were told no the driver refused to deliver to our location again .

I am really tired of having to hunt down my packages. Instead of being delivered to my address, they are being set on my neighbors porches. My neighbors don't even know the packages are there until they decide to go to town. I have my address on my mailbox and I have my house number in florescent green numbers on my fence. Fedex is the only delivery company that I have this problem with. I want this matter to be taken care of so that I can quit hunting my packages. I would appreciate it greatly.

ON ME!!! I placed an order at a specific company partly based on their advertising that they ship with 1-2 day delivery. That company I NEVER have a problem with, BUT I DONHAVE A MAJOR ISSUE WITH THEIR SHIPPING COMPANY - FEDEX!

The worst courier company in Pakistan has to be FedEx. The reason is that they lie about their performance. We had a package from our client in USA. 2kg. Of course Pakistan customs marked the package for examination and issued notice.

FedEx delivered that notice to us and MARKED THEIR WEBSITE AS PACKAGE DELIVERED. This is totally fraudulent information update. The package still with Pakistan customs while FedEx showing this as service completed. Their customer service and import personnel’s response is unprintable.

Now client thinks package with us and expects action while actually it is with customs. Reason for this post is to inform all to avoid using FedEx for any sensitive packages.

I have been ordering Egg Whites for over 3 years and the driver always leaves my package at the front door. All of sudden there is a security delay and he can't leave it. I have no Idea what a Security delay is, but who's going to come steal EGG Whites off my front porch, especially when I live in a community that is tucked away from the street.

Obviously the driver never attempted delivery; and now I have perishable egg whites sitting in a Hot warehouse until the next day. Unbelievably poor judgement and lame customer service on Fed Ex's part. Driver is lying because my son was home all day and could have answered the door if it was actually rung.

Currently my wife had a package that was supposed to be delivered to our house. They ended up trying to deliver the package while we were on vacation. Our fault yes, but they made their several attempts to deliver the package when the note we left on the door clearly stated we were out of town and to just leave packages at the door.

We are willing to take the risk of someone stealing it over it being returned to the sender. Which is exactly what happened. After only being gone for a week they couldn't hold our package for 5 or more business days?

They sent it back to the sender before 5 business days even passed. Now our package that we paid for is sitting at a dangerous goods warehouse waiting for the sender, who is foreign and will not contact us back, to call and have you all resend…

I missed the first 2 deliveries. Since it’s a box of wine I took a day off work to be here on day 3 to sign for it. I sat in my house all day watching for the delivery. The truck drove up and down my street several times in the early afternoon.

He didn’t stop at my house so I figured he was being nice and would come back later assuming I was at work since he missed me the first 2 days. At 3pm I receive an email that the 3rd delivery was attempted and no one was home! WHAT!?! He never stopped!!!!

Shame on that driver for lying. I do not have time to pick this up and I am very disappointed in Fed Ex service.

Today, 8/13/19, I was attempting a left turn into my driveway at 3:11 pm in a residential neighborhood with curbs and sidewalks, I had to wait on 2 oncoming cars to make my turn and this impatient driver of yours decided to pass me on the right by driving up onto my neighbors yard over the curb to get around me and save a couple seconds.

Our LIVE ANIMAL was misplaced by your employees and was placed in a barrel in a hot truck in 90+degree weather for more than 12hrs. We offered to pick our ANIMAL up at the station that it was incorrectly shipped to and were told that we could not because it was "on its way".

We called multiple times again saying that it is a temperature sensitive animal and to not let it sit in a hot car or it will die. The reassured us that it would be ok. It was mailed a day late even though it was priority over night shipping.

When we picked it up the next day the person at our station said that our LIVE ANIMAL was placed in their 'barrel' where nonsensitive items go and was left to sit on a truck from 12pm the previous day until 10am the next day. Not only that, but when the ANIMAL was being dropped…

On 08/05/2019 I always drop at 18115 S. Main in Gardena California, on yesterday I dropped a package that I needed a receipt with a price and I was denied that receipt ……………………………...we also have an account with Federal Express , I gave her my account number and for some reason she could not locate the number or she was so frustrated and decided to no longer look for it. I ask for the charge amount and she read it off really fast to where I could not understand

Your fed ex driver with a cab address of Basking Ridge No and trailer number 901054 blatantly ran me off the road in 7/31 at 8:15 during a merge. I was two car lengths ahead of him and he came up beside me and pushed me off the road.

My FedEx package was schedule to deliver on Friday July 26, 2019 (no window of time whatsoever), I had to take the day off in order to be there for receiving and signing. Without any notification, my package was not delivered. At 9pm, I saw that my new delivery date was now the following Monday. I gave FedEx a call, they told me that the driver "got delayed" with no additional information or explanation, and my package had gone back to the facility.

I asked the agent for it to be delivered by 9am the next day, as I had to leave for work that same day. Still no show. At which point, I've asked them to keep the package at the nearest location for pick-up.

I filed a complaint weeks ago about a possible problem with delivery. I have at least half my fed ex deliveries being delivered to someone else or being kept by the driver. I have made requests to my stores delivering to me not to use fed ex because there is to great a chance I will not get my package.

I have checked and double checked, they all have my correct address, so that is not the problem.
