Good morning. I am very upset of my billing shipment and I was charge 5499 pesos for my package after the sender paid $274. Then I received it just today (November 7 2019) The chocolates are leaking all over. The box is wet and dirty inside when I arrive that made me even more disappointed.

I had the same delivery before but it doesnt cost this much! And it's not dirty like this. Things look like a garbage inside the box! I have a picture of an opened chocolate as well! I'm not happy of all of this instead of being excited having a package.

The driver of this truck was parked in my parking lot for at least 20 minutes, horizontally across the front spots in front of the building, which included the handicapped spot. There were many other location options on the site for sitting.

I am not only the property owner but a very long time business customer of FEDEX and my office is in the building. I very politely explained to this young man that I had no problem with him hanging out in the parking lot, and he could go anywhere he wanted, but not where he would be in the way.

It appears there is NOTHING I can do to get Fed Ex to correct this ongoing problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I will try to get some help ONE MORE TIME!!!!! Earlier this year my packages were being delivered to my front porch, the edge of my carport, under the carport and even on my back deck.

I am concerned about a Fedex driver who was delivering on Bellevue in Jenison, Michigan about 9:05 this morning. I am a Shipt shopper and as I was backing out of a very short driveway on Bellevue, the Fedex driver stopped his truck at the end of the driveway, blocking me in.

The street was totally empty and he had many other places he could have stopped his truck, not blocking a driveway. I waited about a minute, thinking he would notice me and move his truck. He did not. I got out of my car and walked to his truck, asking him to move.

He was totally oblivious to my vehicle being in the driveway! If he is that unaware of a vehicle backing out of a driveway, how aware is he of his other surroundings - kids playing in the neighborhood, people taking a walk on the street ( no sidewalks in…

I live in a condo building that has 12 units. All have individual mailing addresses (13-24 Apache Way, Tewksbury, MA 01876). One of the residents moved out months ago and left no forwarding address. A package for that person was left in the lobby of the building.

I tried to leave it at a FedEx, UPS parcel pickup store but the young lady politely but firmly told me she would not accept the package. She actually told me to leave it in the lobby even though I explained that the person does not live there any longer. I located an outdoor FedEx drop off bin and left it there with a label that I put on it stating that the person no longer lives at this address.

Was notified by FedEx email that my package was scheduled for Saturday delivery, and had been put on delivery truck at 5:10 AM.

Not wanting to give any roving porch pirates a chance for some plunder, I stayed home all day. At 6 PM I turned on the porch light as the FedEx website still stated "delivery by end of day"

At 8:30 PM I tried to use the totally worthless "Ask FedEx" on their website, which responds to your questions with cut-n-paste links that are of no use whatsoever.

The delivery status has now been changed to "Pending" and still shows "On FedEx vehicle for delivery".

Way to go, FedEx, you stole my Saturday. Going forward, I will not be doing any business with anyone who uses FedEx as their shipper.

Tried to pickup my package at a local facility, called to verify it was even open, was told it was open until 5 pm. Drove over an hour and spent $30 in gas to show up and they closed at 2 pm.

HOW CAN YOU NOT READ THEIR SATURDAY HOURS. You cost me part of my afternoon and a great deal of gas because you can't read and outsource your customer service!!!!!

We have been trying to get a package delivered for 4 days. We have a tracking number. We have a case number. We have called FedEx and spoken to Managers who promise to deliver our package day after day but never follow through.

The package is sitting in the warehouse on Middle Ground road in Hampton Virginia but can't seem to get to our business twenty five minutes away in Williamsburg. Such poor service.

com. The boxes delivered average 36 to 37 lbs. They have always been delivered to my apartment door until the last 5-6 months. I complained the first time directly to you and was told that the problem would be resolved.

It happened again today for the fourth time!!! Chewy has filed complaints on my behalf to no avail. One of my neighbors told them to deliver it to my door and the FedEx guy dumped it in the lobby because it was too heavy!!!

I saw the truck across the street when I left for physical therapy for a bad back. The license # was 59093MK. This has got to stop! I am going to stop using companies that use FedEx for deliveries and let them know the reason if you can't resolve this problem!

I am filing a complaint against FedEx. I have had numerous problems with FedEx in the past, and I have complained to them a numerous amont of time.

First of all I live in a very high crime area. In the past FedEx has delivered packages to me, and they have been stolen, and I have had to go to Dell, Ebay, and other companies, and I have had to explain to them that I did not receive my packages.

I was suppose to get a package from my bank within 72 hours. i paid extra 40 dollars to expedite the shipping. I confirmed with my bank and they told me the Fedex not suppose to do that and leave a door tag note.

When i again called my customer service they are also clueless about the situation. i dont know what kind of people work in their customer service. They said they will investigate and call me with the information. They never called me in that matter.

had ordered product that was put in two box from Montgomery Wards and delivered by Fed Ex on Saturday October 19th as tracking said it would be. I only received 1 box. I called customer service at wards and was told both was shipped and I should have received 2 boxes.

Your tracking said I had received ;both boxes. Today, Sunday Oct. 20th a total stranger who lives on other side of town with and address not even close to mine knocked on my door and said he had received my package on Sat.

Luckily he was an honest man who went out of his way to bring it to me.. I could have been charged for this product that I never received and couldn't prove that I didn't get it because your employee said he delivered to my address !!!!

I am handicapped, hardly able to walk. I requested my Walmart deliveries be made to my front door because of same. Worked for a few months. Then, for past six deliveries, driver leaves boxes outside fence by road, inside fence by road, and stayed delivered to front door.

Sometimes no PKG is delivered and reported delivered. I do not appreciate this treatment. Apparently the driver is as lazy as he assumes I am. I only wish I was lazy, not handicapped.

May package arrived damaged. The plastic bag was melted leaving a pick hole. The melted plastic melted on the tee shirt inside leaving a hole in the front and the back. I had no tracking number to file a complaint.

They driver did not even leave a note about the damage. The just placed it in a large clear plastic bag so it would not get wet.

Requested 2 packages to be picked up in Durham, North Carolina, The Fedex person only picked up one. This was October 14th. the package that is missing tracking number is 790989866594. I have spent 2 hours on the phone on October 15th trying to find out what has happened.

I was told that the container would be picked up. As of this morning it was not. The original shipping confirmation #RDUA72. I again call Fedex and spoke with someone who gave me a claim number of 1016914685 and told me I should get a call back.

This was at 8:45am this morning. I called back at 1:30PM to see why I didn't get a call back and I was asked for a confirmation pick up number. I was never given one. I needed the container here today--in Baltimore to ship out again.

Needless to say, it has not yet been picked…

Fedex website said that my package out for delivery and will be delivering today, but then they said that I was not available and delivery attempted for the next day. That’s not true. The reason why I wrote this review cause I was at home all day and I hadn’t even a notice from fedex.

I had a package delivered yesterday-case of wine-that was supposed to have an adult signature. I was home at the time, but the driver never came to the door. the package was just left in full view in my driveway and the driver left without ever attempting to get a signature.

My complaint is that your stupid driver is leaving my packages at another address. com because the first package was never found at the other address. I now have had two other packages coming in and they were also left at the same address.

I’m very disappointed with fedex Never brought my package , in which i paid Extra to get deliver earlier. They lied multiple times saying they were ringing our doorbell which was a lie since i later called and they said they didn’t have my apartment number ??!

i made Sure to be home all day for two days straight to get my package that i needed ASAP. I called, talked to fedex not once but TWICE in which they told me they will be coming by to drop my package around a certain time once again they did NOT show up.

Our office is in a large building with three floors. FedEx has been leaving office supply boxes (and other materials) in the mailroom. There is a sign in the mailroom posted by the building's manager that no packages can be left in the mailroom and that they must deliver it to the specific office.

Despite this notice, FedEx continues to leave packages in the mailroom. , Boston, MA 02210) You can imagine my dismay when I go to the mailroom and I find two cartons of copy paper there for me to pick up and return to the office (floor 1 to floor 3). This is absolutely ridiculous.

If this continues, I am going to have all our business delivered some other way.

It seems over the last week your driver has decided our driveway is a good place to turn around. Unfortunately the driver does not just use the end of our driveway they pull all the way up to our garage!

We find this rather unsettling. Once we could have understood but today was the second time in a week. We live on highway 11 N in Niota TN. I don't have any info on the driver or the truck however this needs to stop!

I called to verify what time is the pick up, cause I was already given a confirmation # for pick up Monday, Oct. 7. The employee that answer the telephone sounded she was sleeping and just got up, she did not know anything even when I give her the confirmation #, She said she can't find that confirmation #.

on her screen, to hold on. I hold on the phone, for 1/2 hrs. she did not come back.. I called again FedEx, The person that answer told me that he could not find the pick up schedule, and that he will request for a pick up today.

I would give it a 0 if it would let me. A package was shipped to my home on 09-30-19 requiring a signature. I am not home during delivery hours and have no way to sign for it. On the 2nd attempt to deliver, the driver called and asked me if I would be able to sign. I told him no.

He said the package would be at the Ground FedEx shipping center in Pflugerville and I could go there and pick it up. He could not provide an address and when asked their hours for pickup, he stated 24 hours, which I did not believe.

We have a private drive beside our house with 3 families living on it. All of whom have small children that ride bikes. Some of these are my grandchildren. There is a sign that says go slow, children playing. FedEx has constantly flew up and down this driveway with speeds up to 40 miles per hour.

COM application. I have called Tech Support several times as well and the Administrator for the Account has called as well, in order to give me access to the application. Several transfers to different departments and holding for over 35 minutes the issue is still unresolved.

I have no other option but to ask all the Customers that request me to ship via FED EX small Package to switch over to UPS. I have never experienced so much frustration as I have in the past few days.

Hey,

I understand the cost benefits of an off shore call center, but workers at this center often cannot speak clearly or understand English. Do you screen call center workers for English proficiency before hiring. Because of difficulties in understanding English, I had to spend a significant period of time trying to determine when a package would be picked up.

This is the second time this has happened. I get an email and a text saying package will be delivered today on 10-02-19. (tracking # 776381861054) And it was not delivered. I called Fedex at 6 pm today, asking are they still delivering only to find out it was never taken off the truck that delivered it to Ellenwood, GA. I Iive in Covington.

This caused me to miss a day at the hospital with my grandson waiting on a package that never came. Tomorrow I have a Drs appointment and I also want to see my grandson. Why do I get these emails/text saying this and I don't get any updates saying it won't be delivered.

Today I was biking home on the bike path in Madison, Wi cross of East main street and South Brearly at 12:10 pm Tuesday Oct 1. There is a stop sign on Brearly street (the street the driver was on) and the bike path has the right of way as I went through the cross the man driving the FedEx truck blew the stop sign and came within a foot of hitting me.

I swerved out of the way and yelled behind that he had a stop sign. The gentleman followed by stating " I didn't see it, fuck off". This is unexceptionable. Blowing a stop sign is a cause for a legal station on its own.

We had a temp driver come in to deliver packages and I asked him to please slow down that our speed limit is 5mph. He became very rude with me. I explained that we have children that run around and I would hate for one of them to get hit.

He asked if I thought he was going to fast and I explained again the the park speed limit is 5 mph and yes he was driving way to fast. He responded yeah right. He still did not slow down on his way out of the park.

FedEx is just straight up shit. I was suppose to get my couch delivered 5 days ago, and even though someone has been home all day, fedex claims that a delivery was attempted, but it never really was because no door stickers were given.

Today, they tell me they’ll will attempt again cuz failed delivery again.

However, it is straight up bullshit because I put a sign up for the delivery drivers, and even say outside my main door looking for a fedex truck and no truck even showed up and wa son my phone and saw that an attempt was made at 3:20. I was outside waiting for fedex at 3:20.

You’re going to tell me, magically a truck came by to deliver my order and I just didn’t see it, yet I saw every single person that came in and out do the main door and everyone that drove off since noon? Yeah…

I have to say I am really disappointed in Fed-X customer service, In the past 2 weeks I have emailed Fed-X twice and called 3 times, asking for help with my Fed-X account, I was even given a case # 48178716 that has done absolutely nothing for me, each of the 3 calls I made I was told that a Fed-X account rep would contact me within 24 hours which has never happened.

com who used FedEx as the shipping company. com and shipment information stated the package was delivered on Friday Sept. 6th @ 9:48am EST. This was incorrect as no package was delivered and I was home at the time. I contacted FedEx and issued a claim.

I contacted the Amazon 3rd party with the claim number (see below). ) and was told the driver would be questioned. I then was called and told that I (the receiver) cannot issue a claim, only the Amazon vendor could do that and the claims dept would work with the vendor.

I receive emails that my package Woold be delivered on the 18th the 19th and then 21st and the the 23rd and now it been cabbages to the 24th. I am very dissatisfied with what’s going on with my package.

This is 2 shipments in a row that I paid for 10:30 delivery and it is now 1:40 and still no envelope. I have called numerous times (which in itself is most trying) and get no where. Same lies over and over that someone will call me back (never does) stories about traffic, bridges - you name it... all lies.

I got the same exact BS story 2 times in a row. My shipment was on a truck not far from me first thing in the morning..... I cannot understand why it still is not here. Our Board Members and others were patiently waiting for its' contents and had to do without.

I had purchased (QTY 2) OF A BBQ cover from a supplier on ebay. FEDEX was contracted to deliver those items. Failure to pick up package at least once a month if not more. Pick up location is noted to pick up in shop at front of building. they continue to go to back of the building and unable to locate package.

When I call to complain, I am told I can drop it off at different locations. I do not want to drop it off nor should I have to do this. I requested a service and I expect to get good service. FedEx service is terrible.

I am also told they will pick up by 2:00 pm. I do not want to wait till 2:00 pm, I want my package to be picked up now. FedEx needs training in keeping there customers happy. I give your experience a 0 stars.

m. m. my package has not been picked up yet. m. I had not been contact about this changed people have thing to do just like FEDEX. My problem is this is a government agent that has a contract with FEDEX to pick these packages up on time and when they say they are going to get them.

I am sure UPS would have gotten them and it would haven't been a problem. I called the lab to inform them that they are paying for services from FEDEX and not receiving it. I am going to report this to the Better Business because FEDEX aren't doing what they inform the customer they will do.

FedEx tried to deliver a package that I didn't know was coming while I was on vacation. Evidently they claim to have made three attempts to deliver said item but left no door tag until yesterday. When I tracked the package online, I saw that FedEx posted re-delivery dates but not one of them happened as we were home by then.

I called and spoke with three different customer service representatives who assured me that the package would be delivered on Tuesday 9/17/2019. It wasn't. Just got off the phone with a supervisor named Kevin who told me they only make 3 delivery attempts so I would have to go pick up this item at the freight location.

I asked him if he had a record of the 3 calls I made (which allegedly are recorded for "quality assurance/training purposes"). Of course, he did not.…
