I was scheduled to have 2 items delivered today and only received 1 item . I was home when the driver dropped off the package on my front deck , I opened the door as he was getting in his van .

I realized right away that I was missing one Item so I called FedEx to see if they could get in touch with the driver and get him to check his van for the missing item and was told no . S.

they could have contacted the driver but they blamed it on the company I purchased the items from . This is the second time in the last 2 months this has happened with FedEx deliveries . They claimed it should bee in the box with the other items but the other item is in its original packaging .

Received two packages today 2/11/2020, but had a problem that I didn’t know if it was on my front door step where everyone can see it and possibly still it.

I would like to recommend to the CEO and Board members to take up a policy change on having their drivers to ring the door or knock on the door, that way customers will know they have a package outside. Everyone do not have computer and iPhone to check for delivery. Thank you.

I'm a police officer in Madison Al. and on 2/3/2020 around 11:30pm, while I was conducting a traffic stop, a FedEx truck pulling two trailers came by me at a high rate of speed while I was exiting my patrol unit.

My unit had all its emergency lights activated. The driver passed by me with disregard to my safety. The state of Alabama requires passing emergency vehicle's which are stopped on the roadway to either slow down the speed by 15 mph or move over to the next lane, which the truck didn't do.

If I hadn't been on a stop with a subject that had an active warrant, I would have stopped that truck and issued a citation. Whoever the driver may be, he or she needs to be reprimanded. I don’t tolerate that type of driving from a professional truck driver.

I've not seen such a clusterfuck organization in my life - I call to report that there should've been a refund for errant charges/transmissions of one parcel sent back on 5 August 2019; the long-and-short of this scenario is that my 80YO auntie in Georgia sent a box of highly important documents to us in the Philippines - she was quoted one price ($20.00), but paying nearly $140.00, all-told...simply because (as it was explained to me) she was charged an additional fee for cancellation and the return of the box to Atlanta. What a bunch of hooey.

My address is 1894 Madison Rd. Dumas Ar. 71639. Yesterday I spoke with your driver that runs out of Mississippi about a very important package(my wifes cancer med. which we been waiting 2 weeks for). I explained to him that I have had problems in the past with Fed ex and UPS packages not being delivered here.

He explained to me there were 3 different drivers that delivered out this way. m. central time I saw a Fedex truck pass the house. Worried my wife's meds may be on truck I hopped in my veh. to see if I could catch the the driver before he left area which I did.

My tracking number is #142918005523. If you look at the history on line of this shipment, it will be clear what the problem is. It will speak for itself. FedEx has been totally incompetent in this shipment and almost every FedEx service rep I have spoken with regarding this shipment has been as well. FedEx is a disaster and created quite a problem for me and my business.

I'm just wondering why my delivery driver puts my packages in front of the garage out in the weather instead of putting them on my 40 foot covered porch. One package would have been ruined because of the rain, box was soaked but the curtains I ordered were sealed in plastic so they were dry.

I ordered boxes to ship items in and they were placed in front of the garage as well, luckily it did not rain that day before I got home. UPS and USPS always put packages on the porch, which only makes since to me.

Yes you must walk a little bit further to get to the porch. At this point I'm not happy at all with FedEx service. Denise Pelz

I am now on the 5th day of waiting for Fed Ex to deliver a package to my home address. The driver keeps marking the package as undelivered due to "local weather delay". This is a complete lie. UPS and Amazon have had no problems delivering during this time. On the 4th day I called Fed Ex to find out why the package hasn't been delivered. After several hoops the customer service rep said that they didn't know why and that the driver should have delivered it. They opened a case and gave me the case #0120454685.

On the fifth day we noticed that the Fed Ex driver drove through our small neighborhood and delivered a package to our neighbor two houses down (100 foot away). Later that day the package status was again updated to "Delivery exception - Local weather delay - Delivery not attempted."…

Package was scheduled to arrive today, waited and kept checking the fed ex line and at 4 i was told that they tried but would have to redeliver in 3 days. Called customer service but no help. The driver did not show, no notice. I was here waiting.

Concerning TTM Technologies at 4 Old Monson Road in Stafford, CT. FedEx drivers refuse to obey our safety rules. When delivering/picking up packages, they do not chock their wheels or shut off the engine after backing to the dock. Besides the '5 Minute' idling rule, the exhaust enters the building making an unsafe air quality situation.

We have explained this to several drivers but they refuse to stop their engine. The drivers also refuse to chock their tire once parked even though the dock is on a slight slope. We have had a delivery vehicle from another company actually pop out of park and crash into an adjacent building recently.

The driver was in the back of the vehicle and was injured in the incident. Our building was also damaged. We were fortunate an employee wasn't in the path of…

I was expecting a series of deliveries from the same source, Connection Enterprise Solutions. FedEx makes it difficult to schedule deliveries even when we know we will not be here. I am on the FedEx Delivery Manager and get notices that a delivery attempt failed.

" I suspect most customers have more important things to do than wait for FedEx to show up. Some of the shipment was delivered on the second attempt. e. 9194140805585187 and 9194140805585194. 5187 was delivered today (Sunday, 1/2 @1:56), dropped on the wet mulch versus at the garage door and I got a text message confirming delivery.

I stayed at home for 12 hours waiting for a delivery. It never came. When I tried to track the delivery, it said an attempt had been made at 6:40 pm, but no one was home. I was home standing at the front door waiting for them.

I called and was told that they could deliver it to a Wallgreen Drug store 40 miles away, but not to one 1/2 mile from my home. NOT HAPPY.

com was delivered today, and I only discovered it by accident when I went to my storage house. Instead of placing the package in the home carport, it was placed under the edge of a portable carport away from the house.

Luckily no one took it, and it had not yet started to rain. Drivers should be instructed to deliver packages to the home carport, porch, or door--thus HOME DELIVERY, not anywhere on the property delivery.

on 1-7-2020 a package was to be delivered and required a signature,we had a phone to text as delivery was made, so on 1-7-2020 at approx. 12:41pm the text came thru on package delivered with signature and we never had the package, so i watched on video and saw where the fed ex driver parked in front of house next door and

For 2 consecutive days a Fedex driver has made fake delivery "attempts" and then claimed that no one was here to recieve my package. The driver didn't ring the doorbell either day. The second delivery "attempt" the driver didn't even get out of his truck. The customer service individuals that I talked to didn't seem surprised to hear this and seemed generally disinterested.

I got the sense that this is commonplace.

I spend big bucks to get an important package delivered to me via 2nd day air with a 10:30 am arrival. At 4:30 pm some mutt driver shows up and acts like he's doing me a favor for delivering it at all!

And this after 5 calls to a "consumer care advocate". A whole day wasted! Worst service ever! No wonder UPS and Amazon are eating their lunch!

My experience with FED EX is a big fat 0. I called fedex on the 18th to find where my package was I was told it was suppose to be delivered the next day. That was a lie. I called the next day the 19th and asked again where my package was its in route they said.

Then I asked to speck to supervisor and that man said its in route. I had at this point looked it up it was in Kentucky. It was picked up in Indiana and went to Kentucky not Chicago. Now its delayed another 1 1/2 days.

I tracked it this morning the day it is suppose to be delivered to my house like i was told. well that's a lie also it just made its way to Chicago and now wont be delivered until the freaking 24th of December.

Why is it that FedEx constantly uses "weather exception" to not deliver my packages when UPS and USPS both are able to deliver on the same days that FedEx seemingly cannot make the delivery. This past Saturday had clear roads but a slight drizzle and occasional light rain and yet my package was once again labelled with a weather exception. A week or so prior, I was waiting for a delivery of dog food for my pet which was delayed day after day and took four days before it was finally delivered to my house.

I realize I do live in a snowy area and that there are times when it is impossible to deliver packages, but when only FedEx seem incapable of making deliveries, then I have to assume the fault is with FedEx.

I have had terrible terrible experience with fedex finland. I am never using this courier service ever again. UPS and DHL are far more professional and reliable. These guys were supposed to deliver a fedex priority package for which the delivery guy never turn up at my address and then setting the order to 'customer was not available' and this happened for 2 days when I was sitting at home waiting for it.

These guys apparently give you missed calls , maybe to act like they called and you missed and then say customer wasnt available. I reported this to customer care and they send me same template message to retime it and are nnot helpful at all.

Never ad a problem with Fed X but tonight this guy really was some thing else. He drive al the way down my driveway ( app 60'), wen he get to the house there is only one vehicle park there so plenty of room to park next to it, but he decide to go out of is way to park on the grass.

I know I was talking to the wrong person but I didn't know how to get the right number to call. So I talked to a driver and he said they had moved the driver to another location but today I have the same problem.

The driver keeps leaving my package at the abandon house at the bottom of the hill. I don't know that it is there till I check my email or just happen to see it there on the porch, I don't want someone to steel my package.

we had a package delivered on November 29, 2019 at 12:25. (Actually it wasn't our back door but behind our detached garage in a storage area) It took us 4 days to find this package. In the 30 years we have lived at this address both FedEx and UPS have delivered packages to our front door. at the front door.

This package was delivered to the rear of our detached garage down an embankment where there is no access to our house. Our garage has a basement which is nothing more than a storage area with padlocked shed type doors.

No one in a thousand years would ever know there was any door there at all. It is not visible to passers by. If the driver was trying to put this package in a protected area he could have tossed it over the fenced in yard which you can see from the driveway.

For the second time I did not have a package delivered for a false reason. False reason = A lie. The first time was months ago and the reasoning was no one was home. Well my wife and I were both home all day.

The only one that was never here was the Fedex driver. Today on tracking number 778270886153 I am told they are unable to locate my address. Now I have lived here for 16 years, I have received countless packages not only from Fedex but UPS.

I am telling you today if a merchant requires me to use Fedex I will no longer make that purchase. I will not deal with a company that hires untruthful people. I know, do I really think Fedex gives a damn about my business... obviously not.

Hello Sir Or Ma'am I'm going to try to make this complaint as nice as possible but your company royally sucks I received confirmation by my payroll dept that pay roll checks were dropped off to you all on Fri a shipping label was created and you had Estimated your day of delivery to be Mon why it was Mon and not sat when it was to be overnighted they paid extra for this overnight shipment.

This is the District Transportation department for Broward County Public Schools located in Oakland Park Florida. Your driver, Zack Williams delivered three boxes from Sharp Marketing and left the boxes in the middle of the floor by the elevator. He had the boxes on a dolly and the boxes are very heavy.

I asked "politely" if he would move them to the side wall out of the area of applicants coming in and out of the office and he said that he could not due to time restraints. In the time he answered that, he could have easily put the boxes next to the wall.

This is the second time that FedX has done this. The first time the lady got very loud and rude and said that she could not accommodate us. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!

Fed Ex makes it almost impossible to get a customer service number, and when you do, it is useless because they will tell you their system won't tell them a location where a package can be held and that you will have to call Fed Ex the next day. The shipper, So Clean Products, put the wrong street name on the package and they will not call Fed Ex (said they can't) to change the delivery address which Fed Ex said they can do. You are better off using only UPS...not Fed Ex.

I had heard about FedEx award winning customer service. I was try to start a business and this was my first time shipping anything with this company. So a major curiosity I mailed two packages with FedEx to go to New Jersey.

I get a text indicating that my package was delivered at 10:32am and left on the front porch, I leave work to get home some package is not sitting on my front porch, no package. I call Fedex and they say oh it went to the wrong place we see it was scanned at 3:00 pm that same day.

On 11/21/2019 in the mid-afternoon, one of your trucks was westbound on I-70 approaching Columbia, MO. I have a video of one of his trailers taken after the incident was over. His trailer number was #835466. Your driver was one of three drivers apparently engaged in road rage.

Two drivers, one of them yours (right lane), blocked both lanes of traffic at high speed for many miles, keeping a third truck from passing and incidentally backing up traffic for at least 1/2 mile behind. but I do not know what transpired before I became aware of a problem.

Every time my order has to be delivered to my job thru FedEx I always have trouble receiving my package. They always send a email the day its supposed to be delivered stating that the address is incorrect. I call in to customer service they verify that the address is indeed correct and they send it back out to receive ANOTHER email the following delivery date stating that once again they can not find the address.

Have the drivers ever heard of GOOGLE MAPS!!! Because of the failed delivery not only is our presentation at our program for the kids is ruined, they are sending my package back to the sender. I am completely disappointed in FedEx!!

And I don't recommend them at all. I never ever ever have this problem with UPS!

Fedex charged my bank account $429 for a package that had a return label provided by the manufacturer. The bill should have gone to the manufacturer not me. It took 25 plus minutes of my time on the phone to get FEDEX to admit it was their problem / their mistake and submit the rebill request. Do you think thay went ahead and refunded my money? No! I have to wait may be more than 30 days. Am I getting paid interest? No.

Fedex your customer service sucks. I am not your bank. You should have refunded my money the moment you realized it was your mistake.

Please tell contractor to tell it's drivers NOT to park in driveway. My drive is old and the weight of multiple large vehicles are damaging my drive. To add insult to injury the packages were left on the wall near the garage door not on the steps by the front door.

If the lazy a$$ had parked on the street the front door is a direct line up the walk. Looking at your delivery ratings your contractors suck at their jobs!

My package was supposed to be delivered on 11i/16 before 8pm... So i waited around the house the entire day for it thinking that it would be here when they say it would... Well 6pm rolls around and I get nervous so I check the app which has now changed the delivery date entirely to 11/19...

Fed Ex was to deliver a package with signature required on 11/12. Notification had been sent via text the package was to be delivered on 11/12 by 8:00 pm. Throughout the day, we had followed up via their tracking system for status.

I was supposed to receive 2 packages yesterday, but the FEDEX driver in PITTSTON, PA never rang the doorbell and just put a door tag. I was home the whole time.
