Had been gone putting flowers on my Mothers Grave for Mothers day. Came home and could not get in my driveway without driving thru my yard because a Fed X Truck was parked in the middle of the road blocking traffic in both directions my driveway.

Waited for over 5 minutes and the driver was apparently in side the persons house. I was standing in the yard when he finally came out. I asked him to please mover the truck out of in front of my driveway so I could park in my driveway and out of the middle of the road because traffic was backed up in both directions.

He immediately told me that he could park wherever he wanted and it did not hurt anyone to wait for 5 minuets or so. I told him I was going to report him and then he became very nasty. Truck License plate number was West Virginia…

Two issues: Driver confuses our address with a neighbor. This happened at least 5x in the last year. We repeatedly take their packages to their home when it is the Fed X drivers job.

Secondly, despite a visible note on the door to deliver to the side porch where there is a roof to protect packages form theft and weather, the driver disregards the nite and leaves the packages, cardboard - in the rain. Reading correct addresses and common sense delivery to a porch with a roof should be basic job qualifications.

I ordered 2 packages from the same place I always do one package took the rout in usually does the other got mixed up and took another rout and the tracking has said for 3 days is in Valdosta Ga. I called and called always put on hold for at least 30 mins this package is in limbo in Valdosta Ga.

or so they say the 1st package 2 of 2 came on time the other 1 of 2 is in my opinion is lost or stolen in Valdosta Ga. they wont admit that it is lost so I can get them to pay for the lost package.

I mean really still in Valdosta for 3 days now and nobody know anything about where it is . I am going to ask next shipment from the company I order from to please us ups this is so crazy I know covert19 is around but 3 days and no one knows really where my shipment is and they really don't care .…

FedEx drivers refuse to deliver packages to the state park even though they can call the office and someone will meet them at the gate. There is also a large lock box that the management provided for them to leave packages in since they refused to call.

The state park is temporarily closed due to covid 19. But there are residents who live here as well as all personnel who are still working. I find it outrageous that FedEx refuses to deliver packages and parcels to the park.

Keeps rescheduling my package delivery when they have my packages at the delivery station. They were on the vehicle for delivery today but got rescheduled again. I have contacted fedex several times about the delivery issue and just keep getting hung up on or put on hold for extended period of time.

Now saying delivery rescheduled for next week when they were suppose to be delivered Thursday april 30,2020 then Friday may 1,2020 then Saturday may 2,2020. these packages are gifts and medicine for my daughter which I need.

The shipper notified me my purchase would be delivered by 4/30. I was notified 4/25 that the package was to be delivered by Fedex that day and that it required a signature, so I stayed home all day. No delivery was attempted and I was then notified it would be delivered on 4/28 and needed a signature, so I stayed home that day too, but it was not delivered . It was then labeled "pending" and that delivery would be the next working day. That was 4/29, so I stayed home to sign for it, but no delivery was attempted. Same thing happened today, 4/30. From 2/5 to today we received three other packages from FedEx but not this one. Plain lousy service. I have contacted the shipper to get a refund of my purchase money.

This company calls our home phone an average of 3 times a day. They are not calling for our home number but for some package we know nothing about going to a place we have never heard of. Nothing we have tried works!!

We have tried everything to stop them from calling our home phone land line but no matter how many complaints we make they still call EVERY DAY. Nothing we have tried works and we still get the calls EVERY DAY!!! THIS MUST STOP NOW!!!!!

Your driver ran a stop sign and ran me off the rd with my motorcycle and almost killed me. When I called the customer service #, Tenisha told me they weren't interested in the complaint and hung up on me.

Your company was responsible for almost killing someone, shouldn't that be important to your company? I will spread the word through social media, but you really need to add some class to your business , unlike Ms. Tenisha. Maybe keeping your driver's off of their cell phones while they are on the roads would be a nice start.

I schuduled a pickup with label tracking # 1171 7044 7883 . Your rep said the number was not valid . Then she wanted the number below the barcode . I told her there was no number below barcode .

She argued with me telling me there was a # below barcode . She went on and on & got mean and rude . I told her there was a # above barcode she said no she wanted number below barcode .

There is no number below any barcode.

I placed an order through my insurance for medical supplies which were not due to arrive till 04/30/2020 Yet they arrived today 04/24/2020 which normally would be great service had the delivery driver who delivered package in a u-haul truck hadn't dropped my package over my fence like it was trash which my security camera cought I'm expecting more packages from FedEx and if this is how my packages are going to be handled by FedEx employees it's unacceptable and FedEx needs to hire better employees

Your driver purposely drives off our driveway leaving 2 foot wide tracks in grass. This has happened more than once. The last time was 4/21/20. These marks are more than 100 feet long. No attempt was made to get back on the pavement. Enough!

Item shipped 4/1, received at local FedEx office. Two delivery "attempts" were reported stating the the "business was closed" despite the delivery address being an apartment building with a reception desk manned 24 hours daily and apartment residents under lockdown and at home. As of 4/16, despite the shipper requesting repeat delivery, the item is sitting in a FedEx site without listed further delivery time.

STOP ALL deliveries to my FRONT door!!!!!! Simple right! I'm tired of readdressing the same issue! Just STOP ALL deliveries to my FRONT door!!!! There is a large sign on the door stating NO FRONT door deliveries. UPS, Amazon, the mail lady, everybody gets it right but NOT LAZY fedex employees, simply can't take the small walk down the driveway to my back door.

My house sits very close to the road. With many walkers, bike riders and a middle school down the road, my road gets much activity and package snatching is at an all time high. SO one more time. NO, ZERO deliveries to my FRONT door!!!!!!

Ordered some color match paint, supplier shipped via FEDEX driver never came to my address to deliver, they said business did not exist, I live at a residence not a buisness, claimed they tried to deliver on three different days but they never came to my house, was home all day on each day, they never left a note, or rang door bell. Called Fedex asked what they were going to do to remedey, was told they were gong to do nothing, ask to speak to a supervisor, they said they would check if one was available, and then hung up on me.

UPS, Amazon, DHL and the postal service never have a problem making deliveries.

Last Friday about 8:30 AM a male Fed EX driver pulled in front of my house. He was driving a big truck not a van. He dropped off the package, stayed a few minutes and left. I went outside to get my package and noticed something in the street.

The driver took off his gloves and threw them in the street. Guess he hasn't heard of the virus going around yet or just doesn't care.

Also called Fed Ex by phone to complain but they were overloaded with phone calls to take my complaint. Call next week she said after I spent over a half hour waiting. My address is 28 Burbank Street Cranston RI 02910 Thank you James Shanley

The delivery lady in my area is not pleasant or ladylike at all. She is rude & extremely lacking in customer service skills. There are 3 houses on my property. The 1st tan house is my daughter's, the 2nd white house is mine, & the 3rd tan & black home is a rental.

No matter which address is on the package they get left at my daughter's even though it's been explained numerous times to the delivery lady. When I caught her doing it yesterday I politely told her where the package belongs she got in a huff, mumbled curse words at me, then slung gravel as she tore back up the hill, & then

I just received a text that a package was delivered to me. I am home and there was no delivery or a phone call. My apartment office is not accepting any packages currently due to the virus so it would have to come to my apartment.

No delivery was made to my apartment and I can't seem to get through to a live customer service rep. All I get is your automated service which is worthless because they can't understand what you want. I guess this is by design because you must get a lot of complaints.

All this does is piss us off more. Where is the package that your driver said was delivered. My address is 18551 Timber Forest Dr #N36, Humble texas 77346. I do not have a tracking number because I think my other packages I ordered are coming from the USPS or UPS.

Attempts were made to deliver my package. They weren't willing to work with me after telling them the apt. office was closed for deliveries because of the corovavirus, and that I live in a gated community. They told me they didn't use codes to get gate access.

Since the office was closed for deliveries, I had no other option, including picking it up. The only way I would still be able to get it was if it was rerouted through the USPS, which they refused to do.

They ended up shipping the package back out of state. This is the 2nd time FedEx screwed me over! I will remember this and never use this service again! The fact that they won't work with you tells me they only care about profits, not people.

He damaged my screen door, all glass-front, and the merchandise is still blocking my front door, I am disabled, I cannot get out of my front door, it is blocked.

I need someone from the fedex company to contact me asap, I have a small dog, and I cannot even let her outside because my entire front door is blocked.

FedEx delivered heavy boxes from Chewy's. I have a gated porch. Instead of putting the boxes on the porch or a few feet from the gate they were stacked directly in front of the gate so I could not get out.

The same thing happened yesterday so I went to the porch and asked the delivery man to move the boxes back a few feet so I could get out. He cussed me out told me to move them myself well I could not open the gate to get out because he blocked me in.

He cussed me out when I asked his name. FedEx apparently does not take customer complaints. I waited on the phone to speak to someone over 40 minutes no one ever came in the line. 1. The boxes were heavy and I could not open the gate to get out due to them being stacked right against the gate.

I received a text a 7:45pm saying my package was delivered and left on my front porch. There was nothing there. I went down to the end of my driveway ( which is 450ft from my house) and he just left it inside my mailbox.

A $400 item I ordered. Putting anything in the mailbox is against the law. Apparently he just couldn't be bothered to drive up to the house

It seems every time I get a delivery from you the driver backs into the potted plant I had to place at the beginning of my retaining wall to deter just that. I actually put the plant there because of your drivers running over it and breaking off the rock.

This time they knocked it over and broke the pot. Dirt was all over my cement and the plant was broken. None of the other delivery companies do this. I'm about to the point of not ordering something if it's going to be delivered by Fed Ex.

My package was suppose to arrive today before the end of the day, I tracked the package and shows it has been transferred to the USPS which will make my package at least a day late but knowing the USPS it will be more like 2 days late. This does not make me a happy customer and in my opinion make Fed Ex look pretty bad and extremely un-professional.

I would like to know why this happens and why Fed Ex can not or will not complete the job it has been paid to do, and why I have to postpone plans because if a late arriving package.

On March 3, 2020 @ 1836 I was informed by a Fed Ex customer service representative that my 2 day ground package would be delivered by 2000. I informed the representative that I had two contractors waiting for the package as the item being shipped was very heavy. Again after asking several times to confirm that the delivery would in fact be delivered on time at 2000 myself and my contractors waited. At 2006 Fed Ex was contacted a second time questioning the whereabouts of the package. At this time I was informed that the drivers "often get a little backed up and have been known to deliver packages as late as 2030. Calling their 800 customer service line gives you grossly inaccurate information and then when you call the branch regarding the wrong information you are told - they can't help what is said on the phone. Do not deal with Fedex whenever given a choice and the Oxnard CA branch supervisor is rude and unaccommodating.

Every time I have a shipment scheduled for delivery through Fed Ex. it never ever arrives without drama and much frustration. It is never delivered when scheduled. I am currently waiting for 4 packages to be delivered that have been here in the city for a week.

Delivery schedule changes every day after I wait for them to be delivered. They will post that the delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day or they can't locate the recipient, or delivery exception. When I call to inquire about the deliveries I get lied to and get the run around and blame gets shifted to someone else.

So of course the saga continues for another day. I have 1 package that has been here since March3rd, 1 since the 4th, 2 since the 5th. This has been an ongoing situation for months and I am truly tired…

Ordered ticket for a concert 200$ value. Fedex delivery fee ~20$. The tickets got lost. Opened claim with the fedex, the representative confirmed that tickets are lost and she even was not able to reach the driver for some reason for 3 days.

Even though I asked to change the status from "delivered" to "lost/missing" it was not done. Ok, opened claim with the seller. The started investigation with the Fedex and fedex denied the whole claim. No explanation provided... Well keep looking for the ends, since loosing 200$ and even paying for it to the fedex 20$ sounds ridiculously unfair.

I ordered an exercise machine from the DB method which was supposed to arrive on March 5th. I got an email stating that it had been delivered on March 5th, as scheduled, at 1230pm. Problem is that the package was nowhere to be seen.

It was supposed to be a decent sized package, so I knew that it couldn't just be hidden somewhere and that the driver had probably delivered it to the wrong address. I reached out to FedEx through phone and let them know what was going on.

Someone named Jennifer called me back and left me a voicemail telling me to check the neighbors houses, etc. I checked with my immediate neighbors, no one had the package. I wasn't about to go all over town trying to find a package that should have been delivered to the correct address in the first place.

Tracking info stated a delivery today between 8 and 11. I got a text at 10:58 stating delivery was attempted but I was not home. That was a lie. I was here all morning watching out for the package. FedEx has done this with the last 2 deliveries so I was very vigilant so it would not happen again. It did.

Nowhere was a FedEx truck to be seen. I called customer service and after the agent looked at my file, he proceeded to say an attempt was made but I stopped him in mid-sentence and told him no attempt was made.

No one approached my door or rang my bell. I believe the driver just didn't want to make the delivery as it was Sunday and just wanted to go home. He said he would call dispatch and they would call the driver and send him back.

Move ahead 4 hours and still no delivery. I called…

I have now filed my 5th complaint in 2 months with FedEx regarding my driver's apparent inability to deliver to the actual address on the box. I live in an apartment complex and she delivers every single package to the management office.

Obviously I have the tracking number for things that I order myself and can pay attention to when they're listed as delivered, but I don't have that information for things I didn't order... Like the flowers that were sent by a friend for my birthday that I didn't know were coming, let alone delivered, until he asked me how I liked them late that night and I had to go track them down.

My apartment office isn't responsible nor do they have time to notify every resident that a package has been delivered to them. That's why they installed a HUB by Amazon.…

I purchased a item online It was suppose to be delivered by 3-2-2020.

However I received a phone text from FedEx advising that delivery would be 2-29-2020 and a signature would be required ( I had no problem with that) The text also suggested that I setup an account with FedEx Okay sure why not. The setup process way not smooth as the site was not very user friendly and I could not figure out how to get around and set up preferences.

I decided I would just wait for delivery the old fashion way. I received a phone call 2-29 AM advising that my package would be delivered around 4:00 PM I adjusted my schedule and waited At 5:05 PM (according to FexEx) delivery was attempted I did NOT get a door bell ring or a knock at the door I only know that the delivery as happening as I heard a truck…

My order from Blinds.ca was supposed to have been dropped off on my front doorstep order number 124903589701 on Fen 27th. My son was working on his camper in the driveway that day and we were home most of the day. The package has never been seen by us and or our neighbours. We have looked all over our yard plus up and down the street. I have called Fedex twice and did not receive a call back either time which they said they would call back. When I called the second time they said it was delivered and that was it. I am very disappointed and upset with the service I have received and still have no parcel.

This is very shoddy service and I will not use Fedex if I have the choice.

I live in a rural area and work part time in a small town. I placed a vaccine order (in the thousands of $), the driver left my packages at the office in town where I work, but I was not at work that day.

Two of the three packages were items that needed to be refrigerated. He did not have the courtesy to call me and get permission to leave my packages there. He should have delivered them to my door, isn't Fed Ex getting paid to do so?

If I receive a package that does not need immediate attention, I do not mind if he leaves them there, but he never does check with me on this. UPS has much better service! Just saying :(

I am so extremely upset with FedEx and their shipping policy. she entrusted to the employees of FedEx to package and ship it properly. She was not informed of priority shipping which evidently would have ensured the mirror would not have shown up in pieces and then be throw away in a dumpster without her consent.

of $500 and her cost back, after she was told by 3 separate people to look up replacement values for antique mirrors on line submit a claim and reimbursements would be made accordingly. I can tell you this I pray to God she contacts a lawyer about this for pain and suffering and the fact that they didn't show her any pictures NOTHING, in hopes of saving a piece of her grandmother's mirror.

00 box ofCheryls Cookies for Valentines day. The delivery date was Feb. 13. It is now 3 days late and he hasn’t received them although it shows they were delivered. My son said they CONSISTENTLY have problems with FedEx deliveries at his apartment building.

There is a delivery box at his building specifically for packages, they just are not delivered. All of the residents talk about this. I’m a single mom and every penny counts so this is just unacceptable. Although the driver says they’re delivered they aren’t!!

FedEx is a profitable company but they are robbers and crooks. I am truly disappointed and disgusted with their lack of service. they DO NOT.

I am a proud 71 yr old , disabled senior and today, February 15th 2020, FedEx delivered a package and the only way I knew it was a sticker on my FRONT door window. I looked out on the patio, the patio gate was left wide open, but no package. I walked around to the parking lot, and there sits a package. I have up a sign that says "Not a Delivery Area, Condo Rules". The deliverer walking around to leave a "We Missed You" sticker on my window but leaving the package in the parking lot does not make sense. I do have a doorbell and it works!!!!

I've been having a problem with FedEx for a long time, and maybe the deliverers have my address "on their list" but this is it for me. From now on, when I am ordering on-line, which I do all the time, I will be asking the seller what is their means of…

there was literally 20 cars backed up , and he would not move his truck, he went from one building to the next , with parking available on both the north and south side of the street and would not pull in to a spot ,he made everyone wait , people were getting out of there cars an yelling at him , and

Not a first time, we paid for a FedEx Priority Overnight delivery which never arrived when it should. Special for a customer who had to have the items by 2:30pm EST. We want to know where the heck our packages are!

the drivers are supposed to make all deliveries in front of my front door instead of leaving it in front of the garage. I have already had a theft with your company...I have it registered where to always put my packages.....very disappointed in your service and I am frustrated....I buy a lot and this has to be fixed. please get back to me

When my wife and I got home from doing our grocery shopping, our Chewy order was left about 30 feet from our door where our packages are usually left. They were left in the middle of the walkway. With snow piled on each side, there was no way to get to the house except to move the very heavy boxes.

I am 87 and my wife is 85 and quite feeble. We have a hard-enough time getting our groceries in the house without having to fight our way around the obstacles left by a Fedex driver who was too lazy to bring the packages the whole way.

For the second time this month, FEDX has not delivered an order from Walmart at the scheduled time. Both times there was no notification or change in status until I called. The first time I was leaving town to attend my little sister's memorial service who had died suddenly, and I needed the Walmart items to take with me.

Because I did not receive the Walmart order, I had to try to replace the Walmart items when I got to the location of the service, which is in a rural area with no GPS or cell phone service, much less any place to purchase the items I needed. I have a spinal injury and needed a grab bar among other things.

The order was scheduled for delivery by FEDX two days before I left. On that day the FEDX truck pulled in front of my house and sat there for 12 minutes. No one got…
