FedEx often delivers to the wrong address or simply throws packages down in the weeds by our gate. Right now I am trying to have them pick up a large box they mis-delivered to our neighbor and bring it here. It's too bulky for me to handle myself.
This is a frequent problem with FedEx deliveries. We never have problems when deliveries are by UPS.
I sent the complaint in eArlier. I'm doing this to let you know that a lady whose name was Tina At Corporate in Mem phis, I think, talked to someone in Humboldt, I think named Amber, and they were out on the truck and delivered today.

A approximately 10 AM today a FedEx delivery person was rude to several residents in our condominium lobby when we asked him to wear a mask when entering the building. There is a clear sign on the entrance door requiring everyone that enters must wear a mask.
When asked to put on a mask to make the delivery, he said his mask was in the truck and he refused to return to the truck to get it. We told him to leave the building immediately and get his mask, but he refused and continued to drop off the package.
Our Association President and two Board Members were present and told him to leave the building immediately. He refused and only left after he had dropped off the package. His responses were very rude and upset several of our residents who were present at the time.

July 28,2020 my package arrived at the Jacksonville Ground Terminal. A next day delivery package . It was then placed on a van and sat at the terminal until I cancelled the package today. (6 days later) I have called, filed a complaint, called and never received a call back , tried to change the delivery address. Nothing.

Last two international inbound shipments from factories were horrible experiences.
First shipment sent by international priority service was delayed and delivered in parts with last packages delivered after 7 days. No refund, no discount, no compensation of any kind was provided since FedEx stopped their money back guarantee service. The delay resulted in $1,000 penalty levied on our company by the customer due to late order delivery.
Second shipment was even worse. Shipped by Priority Overnight service it arrived to our local station in 3 days but was then recalled back to Memphis due to customs non-clearance. Then without any update, 2 packages were delivered 5 days later, while remaining 6 packages were still in customs, according to tracking.

FedEx is the most unreliable shipping company ever! We were shipped a package from NH to GA. It took the package 2 days from NH to GA. For 5 days now it has been bouncing all over Georgia. The last 3 days the tracking has said out for delivery.

On 7-14-2020 at 11:30pm I received an email from FedEx saying my package was delivered at my door. There was no package at my door (residence). Then on 7-15 tracking (394712982260) shows duplicate tracking numbers. One for the false delivery and one for a pending delivery with "deliver exception" status, and "no action required".
Today is 7-18-2020 and still no package, or good reason for the exception. This order contains a special order product ($240) that took 6 weeks to make before being shipped on 7-10-2020. I called FedEx and the shipper, who both keep saying, your package is "on a FedEx vehicle", with no delivery date extimate.
This is totally unacceptable, and if the order has to be redone, will take another 5 to 8 weeks to be redone according to the supplier.

I couldn't understand him . He just pointed towards the house I thought he said the package was by the front door. I looked but no package. I walked toward his truck (being hard of hearing) I ask what he said.
That's when he got real nasty about it. I told him I'm hard of hearing and he got even nastier. I'm retired from FEDEX air after 23 years. I would have never treated any customers the way he treated me.
This guy need some training on how to represent FEDEX be it ground or air. If this guy has an attitude. like that He needs to find another line of work fast
We live in a mobile home park . Signs posted everywhere 10mph . I am tired of hollaring at your drivers to slow down. Kids and animals live here they dont need to go 30 mph or more. stop it now or they can park on road and walk in there deliveries. enough is enough.

My Mother and I both receive monthly shipments delivered to our home: Mohnton PA. We have seen a decline in the handling of the deliveries. Your driver throws the boxes, sometimes landing in front of our door, sometimes landing in the grass or close to the neighbor's front door. Mother is in her late 70s and I am also a senior. We have walking and lifting difficulties. The inconsideration in the handling of our packages is unacceptable. The driver does not even ring the door bell letting us know we have a delivery. Is this the "new FEDEX" delivery procedure? I would be happy to give you our name, address and phone number if it will help to monitor the outcome of this complaint.

FedEx continues to fail us. We receive our medication by mail order from Express Scripts. Your company employees are uncaring and fail to delivery to door. 00 for a 90 day supply. It is in a styrofoam container packed in ice gel packs and overnighted.
It is important to receive package in a timely matter. Your employees will not walk to my front porch and ring the door bell, my medication was placed at the garage entrance against a brick wall, in the blazing sun and then the evening sun hit it also.
When package was discovered it was ruined. I contacted pharmacy and the said it could not be used in that condition. I had to contact doctor for refill. I have experienced problems with deliveries in the past. USPS and UPS can get my deliveries to front door why can’t you?
Hi - your delivery person has bad habit of just throwing our deliveries over the gate onto our driveway - too lazy to drive up to the house. He/she has gate code, it works. Couple days ago they threw a soft package about 15' up the driveway.
In April they dropped a tall box over the gate - something we just opened to install and I think they damage the sliding rails on the item. We now have to return the item. We set up an account with Fedex with all instructions, etc. Unacceptable "service".

On Wednesday 6/24/20 Received notification that my package had been delivered, but no package. I called customer service and asked if they could check with the driver and see where he left the package. I live in a log house up a long driveway and I suspected it was not delivered to my house and he would certainly recognize if he had been here.

I get deliveries of fresh produce every two weeks from Misfits Market. I have BEGGED FedEx to deliver the 15-20 lb package to the FRONT, not the back of the building. Every time I call, the assure me that they will instruct the driver.

A TNT/Fedex contractor from Faro, Algarve Portugal came to my house to pick up an urgent notarized POA to be sent to the US. He was a nice guy, no problem with that part. He came with the little machine for me to sign.
He had no Fedex envelopes and no papaer to fill out with the mailing address. When speaking with the gentleman on the phone yesterday, he told me that the driver would bring the envelope and paper. He went to his truck and found a very dirty envelope that looked like it was run over the white printing was scraped away in some parts showing the gray cardboard underneath.

I order from Chewy instead of grocery shopping because I am older, live alone and have a difficult time dragging kitty litter from my driveway, up a flight of steps and another 50 feet to my door. Received 3 boxes today, averaging over 40 pounds each.
Though, according to tracking info, they were LEFT AT MY DOOR, the truth is that they were just dumped in the driveway, leaving me to struggle with each box. It's difficult enough, when left at the door and I plop, plop into the house.

I’ve been trying to get my packages from them for over a week. I requested my package be held at one of their locations to avoid any problems and it was to no avail. Everyday i get a notification from their app saying my package is on the truck out to delivery and by the end of the day i get a message saying delivery not attempted rescheduled for next day.

I met a FedEx driver on a one lane road, and he refused to move so multiple vehicles could get around him. He said he had nothing better to do but sit in the middle of the road until the other vehicles could figure out a way to get around him.
Customer service is terrible! I was on 'instrumental ignore' for over 30 minutes and still nobody answered. Only the stupid recording about serving others and staying on hold. I do not have time like this to wear my battery usage on the cell phone down.

I have no control since the company from whom I ordered from and had the contract with FEDX had it sent with no signature required. Currently I have a problem with the same thing, package not delivered and recorded as delivered.

In the past few weeks, Fedex has not been delivering packages to our house. The driver has been dumping boxes on the side of the road where the mailboxes are for the residents of our road.
Fedex has ALWAYS dropped packages off at our house. It is unacceptable that the driver is dumping them at the mailboxes, in the rain, along a busy roadside, where they could be damaged or stolen.
