Package Tracking #785841753632 was said to be delivered on 4/5/21. after not finding it at my address, It was found at a neighbors house. This has happened several times since last fall. Some times they are left in a snow bank near my mail box, that is 500 ft from my house.

I pay shipping to come to my door. I have complained about this before and it keeps happening. I don't think I should have to go looking for my deliveries!! If I had a choice when I order from some one for a shipping carrier, It would not be FedEx.

Our neighbors at 718 Georgetown Rd. Paris KY 40361 received our packages yesterday 4/15/21. , 2 doors away. These were 2 time sensitive styrofoam coolers from Colorado Prime. Our good neighbors called us and we picked them up. This has never happened before.

Instructions were given to delivery packages to front of house door and packages were not. Packages were delivered to back door were it was unsecured. All future packages must be delivered to front of house front door!

I am an African American who lives in Public Housing. I had a package delivered that read, "Signed by CCOVID" as well. My problem is, because of this protocol, lazy Fedex workers are leaving Customers packages in a "Public Lobby" or in front of their door...

and sometimes these packages are stolen by Criminals. This is not a Lobby with an Attendant or Doorman on duty! So, if my package gets stolen, I'm going to expect a full refund or replacement. This has happened to me once already.

How is this protocol going to protect Customers from the Delivery Worker handing your package to the wrong person??? If they are so worried about Distancing and limiting contact, why not at least take a photo of the person receiving the package?

I purchased online 3 pairs of Nike. The package was meant to be delivered on 04.05.2020

However, when I got notification that the package was delivered, I went downstairs and there was nothing.

1. In order to get in the building, you have to be buzzed in. A carrier that day did not call my apartment. It was 9:49am and I was home. 2. We have a security camera in the lobby of the building. I spoke to the property manager and upon checking, at that time there was no delivery. 3. It says that the package was left at the front desk/reception and my building does not have a front desk. 4. Delivery driver has thrown my last 2 deliveries onto my porch. The path is not blocked or gated and damage has occurred on one Delivery. I caught her the first time and told her to not do that again. Got message it was on truck Tuesday 7th of April to be delivered - so i waited all day. That evening it said the package would be delivered on Wednesday the 8th. Wednesday morning i get a notice it is on the truck to be delivered - just like Tuesday I wait all day - then Wednesday evening i get a notice it will be delivered on Thursday.

FedEx claimed they delivered my package but did not. Called the Fayetteville location they stated that the package was brought back to the office waiting to be delivered again. 5 days later still no package. I called back they tell me to call the shipper.

The package must of disappeared. Never had this problem before and the first time my package is shipped through fedex, I receive no package. The last time I called they told me there was nothing they could do. I hate FedEx, worst delivery service ever.

Stayed home all day Friday 4/2 for delivery as I had to sign for it. Car in front of front door which leads to my kitchen. Doorbell at door never wrung. By 7pm I got worried and went online and it said FEDEX tried to leave but NO ONE at home at 2:40 pm. I was!!.

I stepped out of house on and off to make sure no "note" left on door. Called your 8oo number. Young man said he would schedule it for Sat 8am to noon. I got up at 7 am to make a sign to put on door telling driver I am here and Ring the bell.

I was here all day Friday and you never came to door or rang bell. I stayed by front door and by 9:30am I decided to go online to check delivery time. Called 800 number again. Young man said schedule time is Noon to 5:15pm. What the hell.??????????

I ordered 2 sets of golf clubs from dicks sporting goods I received my first set 2 days late box open and 3 clubs gone. I called dicks they are expediteing me another set order dated cahaged to later date.

I'm a customer of Walmart but that's not the problem it's your disrespectful driver or drivers that deliver packages to my apartment building. I have spoken to a rep of yours and manager put notice to them to buzz apartment and deliver directly to them but instead let's packages at entrance where anyone can steal it.

Please help with this issue. Not all drivers are like this. One delivered to an apt and literally just left package fall to floor and took off. Address is 302 E. 10th St Greensburg, IN 47240. Thank you!

The fed ex driver arrived to deliver our package. He then asked if we could move our vehicles, so that he could turn around in the driveway. he then pulled into the turn around, drove beyond the driveway onto the lawn.

got his van stuck and began spinning the tires full throttle spraying mud all over our house, deck, grill and windows! leaving 10" ruts in our lawn as he finally got out. then, without a word he speeds off leaving us just staring in disbelief at him.

I want to be compensated for the property damage and clean up from his blatant stupidity!

All my packages clearly state on label side door delivery, this is 4th package that was pitched up on my front porch and I am trying to get properly delivered. This is also 4th day wait for a response to my calls.

I really don't know why they didn't deliver this one to the side because I was not home and the driver loves to throw it in the middle of my driveway so I will have to move it before I pull on. Fedex, please properly train your employees and get my package to right door.

Where Do I start? I ordered something off Ebay and the package was picked up promptly and made it to the Fedex facility in St. Peters Mo. That's when the problems started. As you can see from the tracking history the I still haven't received my package.

I am very disappointed because they haven't come to my house at all. I am at the house all the time and my wife is housebound due to home dialysis. We are both elderly and retired. That fedex would say I wasn't home or business closed and made no attempt to leave a tag is extremely sad for a major shipper.

Ordered new phones, and they were shipped 2-day, a direct signature is required so I or someone had to be home to receive the package, I waited all day on the day it was supposed to arrive, no updates to the shipping info, sat around all day waiting Fed Ex never arrived. That was on a Friday so now I had to wait all weekend as there are no options to get the package on Saturday or Sunday.

Come Monday morning, my shipment info Finally updated and the package was scanned locally and on a truck, scheduled delivery for Monday by 8PM. at 7:18PM (42 minutes before end of day) I got an alert that the shipping was updated, when I looked the new date was now on Tuesday by 8:00PM.

I sent a computer to France from the United States, and at first, they told me that because the package was a gift, I didn't have to pay duty tax in France, so I believe them. Then, once the package arrived in France, I wasn't contact or anything to inform me that the package was hold by customs, but instead I found out when I check online the tracking number.

I contacted customer service in United States and they told me that I have to pay 20% in duty tax for my package, so I was in shock since the person, who received my package at the Fedex location, told me that I didn't have to. com accepting the charges or if I wanted to sent back the package to United States.

Because I just wanted my package to be delivered, I just accept the charges, which was 400 Euros. com to accept the charges…

Customer service and supervisors are clueless. No way to place deliveries on hold. As a small business requesting to hold a package and additional week is not an unreasonable request do to circumstances beyond our control (quarantine because of close contact tracing). Don’t have the same issues with UPS & USPS. They work with you!

FedEx needs to get their priorities straight... Health and safety or putting people at health risk because they can’t handle placing shipped items on hold for a week or so. SMH

This is a condominium property and from time to time FedEx has to deliver packages. The residents and I have also witnessed drivers driving excessively fast and reckless. This is a dead end street and the speed limit is 15mph. There are kids playing outside, people walking dogs and your drivers are being dangerous here. Stop this immediately

Complaint against FedEx in Port Wentworth, Georgia. I have problems getting my packages delivered. This has been going on for over two years! I have also seen complaints from people in my area and all around the Ridgeland, SC area.

I do not have any problems getting my deliveries from FedEx in Savannah, Georgia or from UPS. I have filed complaints over the years, I have spoken with the supervisors at that location but the problem has not been solved.

I ordered products more than once thy were delivered FedEx and within the past month 2 separate packages went from delivery on promised date of which I paid shipping, to the next day then the next day all the way to the next week because of weather. I know what the weather is like in the city that my package sits to my town.

Maybe be honest and inform customers that you are short staffed. I understand that you are busy but honesty would be greatly appreciated. Please consider that customers pay to have their packages delivered on a specific date. It costs more and yet you still don’t get your package.

I wish you all the best. Perhaps your drivers need a raise for all the extra work they are doing for lack of employees.

I ordered a perishable product (a premium aged cheddar cheese) from Wisconsin on March 16 and paid for 3-day delivery, with target delivery date March 19. On March 19 (yesterday) I received a text and e-mail from Fed Ex saying that the package was out for delivery that day.

Later that day I received a test and e-mail saying there was a “delivery exception”, that “no attempt was made”, and that delivery was rescheduled to today. No attempt was made? Really? On Sunday February 28, 2021 I received an email from the Package Concierge service, which is responsible for the package lockers in my building (A series of lockers drivers put packages in if one isn’t home) that a FedEx driver couldn’t use them so left my packages in the office.

It was before 8am.

First, the office is seldom open now because of Covid and never on weekends.

I have been waiting for a package for nearly 2 weeks now. Everytime I call I'm told to not worry it would be out for delivery that day or the next day but nothing has delivered. They have lost my package twice and have failed to have a manager to call me back after I've made the request at least 4 times.

I just want my package to be delivered and to for them to stop misleading me with false status updates. I've had 2 packages that were scheduled for delivery after this package by FedEx and they both were delivered. These packages were also heavy items, so I dont understand the delay.

Live in an apartment building which has a lock on the door. There is a call box at the door with simple instructions. I received updates that my package was delivered on a Sunday, I was at home and never received a package. I phoned the 1800 number to report & the representative told me that sometimes the driver Mark delivered before it is delivered and to give it 48 hours Well here it is Thursday and still no package.

This is very frustrating not to mention my package is paid in full. The package has been delivered to another address completely different from my own! Spoke to the homeowner, she states that my package & a different neighbor’s packages are delivered there often.

I would give a -1 rating if I could. UPS, Portland Freight, individual delivery services all do what they can to find my house and so how succeed.. I have given FedEx my phone number, tried rerouting my package, called and tried to get help on line.

By the way the customer service line is nothing more than an automated recording set up to respond only to programmed questions. Same thing with the online virtual chat. I’ve been waiting for a delivery all week. I complained and someone actually callee me. Huh!

My father sent a document from Brazil to the United States that I need with URGENCY through FedEx PRIORITY on 08/13/2020 with delivery on 08/17/2020 until 10:30 am.

The type of service indicated by the FedEx attendant (FEDEX PRIORITY) was used to arrive on time, without risks, and what is my surprise, today is 08/18/2020 and so far the document has not been delivered. To register, sending a 1.1 lbs envelope costs US$76.00.

Where's the priority in the service? Do they charge priority and deliver when they want? The document is urgent and needed to be used this morning. Now, I missed the appointment to deliver the documents, I missed the amount paid and also the deadline!

The Sparrows Point location in Maryland should be shut down for the amount of packages that are considered "lost," or never even delivered and FedEx should be ashamed of themselves for doing absolutely nothing about it. I have contacted FedEx over 20 times about my package that has been "pending delivery" for over a week and a half now and every employee has told me a different excuse.

It has been a weight issue, a truck issue, an influx of packages issue, lack of employees issue, a shipping label issue, etc. My package is 160 pounds and yet it has mysteriously disappeared from the warehouse after a week and a half of being told it's there.

FedEx either lost or stole my Nintendo Switch and other items, purchased online from GameStop. Via their customer-facing apps and their customer representatives, FedEx lied to me (on multiple occasions) about the delivery date and status for two packages separate packages -- which were shipped by GameStop.

Their tracking apps and sites displayed vague information about the status of my packages -- they even appeared to be automatically updating the same status at a set time of day. I believe their was foul play with my packages, due to the demand of the contents contained within.

I wish i could rate zero stars. I ordered something through Amazon, and the seller used Fedex as the carrier. Didn't receive my package on time, but was showing the package was delivered. Reached out to the seller, and the seller showed the package was delivered on their end as well and there was nothing else they could do, so i reached out to Fedex.
