Had time sensitive documents that needed standard overnight shipping. Fedex driver never picked up the package at the walgreen's onsite dropoff/pickup location (four days passed before I realized it). I had to pick it back up, print a new shipping label and pay again, then dropped it off at an actual fedex brick and mortar store.
Upon finding out that the package was still at the original drop off spot, Fedex blamed walgreens. I went to walgreens to find out why, and it turns out that the driver doesn't consistently pick up envelopes even though that's his job. Walgreens has even made complaints about the driver to fedex. So, I called for a refund and two of the customer service reps were needlessly difficult b/c I was annoyed that they continued to employ an irresponsible driver. I was…
