Had time sensitive documents that needed standard overnight shipping. Fedex driver never picked up the package at the walgreen's onsite dropoff/pickup location (four days passed before I realized it). I had to pick it back up, print a new shipping label and pay again, then dropped it off at an actual fedex brick and mortar store.

Upon finding out that the package was still at the original drop off spot, Fedex blamed walgreens. I went to walgreens to find out why, and it turns out that the driver doesn't consistently pick up envelopes even though that's his job. Walgreens has even made complaints about the driver to fedex. I've been waiting on my package to be delivered for two days now. I never received this door tag they keep generating because they never come to my address. The driver just drives past and does not attempt to deliver my package.

No knock at my door at all. I just hear a truck and when I go to look it's going down the road away from my home. Then 5 mins later this door tag is generated and I'm sitting in my residence the entire time.

I have yet to receive one. I feel as if they are trying to get me to sign for my package ahead of time so that they can claim they delivered it so that they can steal my property. I refuse to do that!!

Why even give a delivery date if you have no intention of every actually meeting it? The last SEVEN packages I have had to be delivered via FedEx has been the same story, I wait til the date of delivery, at which point suddenly the package is delayed and I’m alerted sometime that afternoon that will take additional time.

Two of those packages were after I paid the ridiculously exorbitant prices for NEXT DAY SHIPPING. Two of those of packages were also after I created an account and went through the, apparently useless, process of setting up delivery manager.

I have paid extra, I have jumped through all the fucking hoops, and a company whose main, and sole, service they provide is to ship and deliver packages, is utterly unwilling and unable to do just that. And god help you if you try to…

I have had three packages that fedex has said was delivered but unfortunately they did not arrive at the delivery destination. Nothing but excuses and no help from them. All three were to be delivered to the same address in St. Petersburg, FL.

I have had other packages received but there is something wrong with delivery driver or where this address is located or they are just being dropped off wherever. Can’t afford to lose packages any more so I will be looking for another way to ship my packages.

Local FedEx has had package since 5/16, have scheduled delivery three times, but never delivers, just reschedules for next day. Now scheduled once again for 5/20, but doubtful I'll ever receive it. Ability to contact FedEx regarding this is nil.

I live in France and ordered a special muffler for my classic car from a specialist firm in England. This was sent to me by FedEx using their International Priority service. Reference number Fedex 7736 4795 2560. Today is the 19 May and it was sent on 7 may.

It has not been delivered and I have been promised delivery on 5 different days and each day it has not arrived. The FedEx France customer support just cuts out when I ring. I am at a loss what to do to get my parcel delivered.

Never again will I promote this company as a competitor of 21st century shipping. Fedex does not even come close to the quality service a place such as UPS offers. I ordered two of my car parts via RockAuto which unfortunately used Fedex for its shipping.

The first shipment arrived successfully in front of my mailbox. I was relying on my second shipment to arrive as scheduled Tuesday (today) in the same manor. Unfortunately, Fedex has no respect for its customers and their human error. You see, as I recently moved into a new apartment I made the simple mistake of forgetting to include my two digit apartment number with my shipping address.

The first delivery driver used their brain to find my name on the apartment complex mailbox matching the package. As the apartment number was left off…

My parcel was del-signed for at the wrong address TWICE ! Took me a full day to get something done about it. Took them 5 days to tell me they’ll pay senders claim I’m to take it up with sender.

Made a complaint and heard nothing. Then received a bill through the post for import duty on the miss delivered parcel. Tried to contact case handler 3x and not had a call back yet

Tracking said my package was delivered at front door. I couldn't find it, contacted neighbors and no one had it. Almost 2 weeks later I found it in our old truck that doesn't run. This is not the front door and not even close to the front door.

So FedEx really cannot get its act together. Their website tells you a package will arrive today, and that "Delivery scheduled via FedEx Ground, not US Postal Service", then even though you are home all day, will issue a delivery exception with "Customer not available or business closed". Then their phone customer service refuses to connect you to a supervisor to look into the problem.

FedEx is the WORST and I will use UPS for LIFE!

Tracking number 787052641440, dropped at Visalia FedEx store on Mooney Blvd 5/11/21 , Visalia CA. For delivery 5/13/21 to Fresno CA. Package was held two days in Fresno CA before delivery. Poor delivery service to a city 40 miles distant.

USPS can deliver faster and cheaper. I will not use FedEx again!

I was given a delivery date of May 7th, May 11th, may12th, may13th and still no package. No one can tell me when I am receiving my package. I am not making income due to me not having my package.

I have to pay someone everyday to drop/pick up kids, after school activities, etc so I can be here to get package so it is not stolen off my porch. So I paying out money everyday and still not getting my package and they won't let me pick it up either.. HORRIBLE!!!

I received poor customer service from FedEx employee, Arlene, at FEDEX, 6220 San Mateo Blvd NE Ste E, Albuquerque NM 87109 on 05/05/21 at about 2 pm. I needed assistance with sending an email. She waved me off impatiently in a rude manner to a computer without explaining the process, yet, a male customer who she knew by name came in after I did and she waited on him immediately.

She was very courteous and pleasant to him. I waited to ask for more info from her and was told to social distance although I was more than 6 ft away from them. Arlene needs to be trained on courtesy and patience.

A great thank you goes out to Melody, Store Manager, who saved the day for me and patiently assisted me.

A 35 lb box was dumped on the bottom of our driveway yesterday instead of the driver coming up the driveway and leaving in the motor court. It has to sit there until I can get a neighbor to bring it up the driveway. # 9819 3604 6028

I have experienced ridiculous things with packages shipped to me - I live in Spring city, TN, north of Chattanooga. One package came from Massachusettes by Smartpost which is the worse! It went passed me over to Memphis, sat there a while then was sent to south of Atlanta and then went BACK to Memphis before finally being sent to our post office - no reason - just incompetence.

On your website you have a map and a way to say how long a package should take - so on Monday, May 3 the large package left Southern California by Home Delivery which was supposed to come Friday - it first said it would. Then it gradually made it's way across the country, apparently by pack mule, taking 6 hours to get from one city to another that has driving times of two hours.

Each city it sat for half a day…

Sure this will never reach anyone who gives a care…… we paid over $300 to ship semen for breeding our horse from Texas to Alabama over night/ on truck for DELIVERY/RETURNED TO STATION/ CALLED & explained how it’s no good after 24 hours……. PROMISED MORNING DELIVERY…….

Employees don’t take the ownership of delivering the parcels to the recipient. The delivery drivers leave the parcels in public areas.

FedEx supposed to have delivered 3 packages From 3 different companies on April 8 and guess what neither package made it to my address. Now I’m requesting FedEx to refund me the money I lost due to the driver , never showing up to my house to deliver the packages.

I’ve call FedEx almost every day regarding this matter and I’m getting nowhere. The sender will not do a claim because in their system it says delivered. This is the worst company I ever dealt with. At least Amazon take pictures when they deliver your packages to cover their backs, maybe FedEx need to learn from Amazon.

Since the delivery driver , delivered my packages somewhere else, so I loose. Meaning I haven’t received my items that I paid the sender for, and I lost my money and fedex don’t want to reimburse me my money for…

Customer help line does not help if you are trying to get axpackage picked up because it was delivered to wrong address. The loop only deals with wanting to change an address, not dealing with a wrong delivery.

A large percentage of FED EX packages sent to my address, mostly from Amazon/Walmart, are returned as non deliverable. I have lived here over 20 years and not have any issues concerning mail or packages not being able to be delivered, until recently.

I paid for an overnight delivery of real estate funds to be delivered. It was urgent! Im at the end of day 2 & NO DELIVERY. Instead I found a note that said "we missed you. Ive been here the entire day working on paperwork, no music or tv.

This deliverer did not even ring the door bell. Ive made complaints about the driver in the past so I have no doubts that he's being vindictive. Well I call the 800 number before 12: 30 in the afternoon & I'm told he can swing by again anytime up until 5pm. He never came back.

I call the customer "care" number again & I'm told that I wont get my envelope until MONDAY. IT WAS SHIPPED ON THURSDAY Fedex lets employees play vindictive games, damage things, and decide whether they will deliver your packages. There is no management what so ever!

1. I was promised delivery by 16:30 on 28 April 2021 for this package: 786466870497 2. The system changed delivery to "end of business" or 20:00. 3. I received a notification that a delivery attempt was made at 15:01 and NO ONE had rung my bell, nor was a notice left. 4.

At 19:01 an "exception" was made and rescheduled for today. 5. At 19:11 I received notification that delivery would be made the following day by 10:30. 6. At 9:10 today 29 April 2021 the notification said delivery by 20:00. 7.

The package has been on the truck since 8:15 today. 8. I have been waiting for GODOT all day. 9. This is the second month in a row that FedEx fails to delivery on time. 10. SHAME ON FEDEXZ.

Driver will not deliver package to my address. Driver wants to get rid of all packages quick so the throw them out at park office even after being told not to do so. I called fedex and nothing was done.

My package was originally scheduled for delivery on Saturday April 24. At 7:00pm that night it was changed to pending. I called customer service and was told my package would be delivered Monday April 26. My package still shows pending and they cannot tell me where my package is at or when it will be delivered.

Customer Service is of no help and will not do anything until Wednesday.

My name is Juan C. Melendez Jr. tracking number 507237243146 and I would like to know where my package is. I was supposed to receive it last Saturday but the driver failed to ring the doorbell and my mother could not sign for the package while I was at work. Then on Tuesday 4/20 was when it was rescheduled to be left at a Walgreens to pick up myself it never came, and when I called that evening the customer care rep told me it would be coming on Wednesday 4/21 (even though it still showed as pending on the app). B318755 Arkansas tag #. The truck with this tag number I called and made a complaint on for the drivers wreck less driving. He was speeding and following way to close to the back of my car. So close in fact I could not see the front bumper of his truck in my rear view mirror.

He passed me In a no passing zone going up a hill on a street named Atwood. I tapped my brakes several times to signal him to back off and not follow so close. He ignored and got closer to the rear of my car.

The speed limit on Atwood is 40 mph. I tried speeding up to 45 to get distance between me and him he only sped up to stay on my ass. I know you have ways to track your trucks so hopefully you'll look into it and see I'm telling the truth about the speeding and riding my ass.

Complaint on service! Update to below. The chair was left in my front yard on 04/23 in the weather! Why not on covered porch! Sorry service! Below is first complaint! Overnight priority arrived a week late ($13 part and $36 for shipping), Fedex is useless and won’t refund any of the shipping even though they didn’t deliver the service that was paid for. This isn’t the first Fedex problem for me but it is the worst experience.

For THREE successive days I have had my packaged loaded on vehicle for delivery only to have 'exception', then back to the Mablevale facility and schedule for the next day. One day should have been enough. THREE says there is obviously a problem.

Called 'customer disservice' and told it is scheduled for delivery the next day. I can SEE that thru my tracking - do you think I'm an idiot! It's a good thing this package is not my meds or I'd be driving to Memphis to knock on Mr. Smith's front door.

For at least 5 years Fed Ex delivery drivers have misdelivered a significant number of packages. The driver has left valuable medical deliveries at an address different than what is listed on my packages. My address is 2503 N Pearl St and a delivery driver leaves my and my mothers packages (who is deceased) at 2515 N Pearl St.

This is not an acceptable mistake. They are not even close to leaving packages at the right address. This does not happen all the time, but it does happen a lot of the time. As such I believe there is one driver that can not read or just doesn't care.

Either way this really needs to stop. Both myself and my mother have submitted verbal complaints for many years regarding this but no action has been taken and obviously the situation has not been addressed. After…

There seems to be in issue with the North Canton Ohio FedEx experiencing delivery exceptions. The last three items that I have ordered from Walmart have shipped quickly to North Canton, were loaded on the truck, and then it showed that they were out for delivery.

Around 12-1p, each of these items experienced a delivery exception and the website indicated that it would be two days more until delivery. What is happening in North Canton around lunchtime and why would these deliveries be delayed two days every time?

Packages used to be delivered to my door. Now they are being left at the end of my driveway next to my mailbox. This wouldn’t necessarily be a problem except that we live off a busy road where anyone driving by or even walking can see the packages and very easily take them!

After repeated guarantees that my text updates were misunderstood I was given unhelpful information from rep at 2pm. 1st: my 2pc shipment got separated and coming in on different dates, 2nd: informed NO way to contact anyone to find out surity about my package, 3rd: lost an ENTIRE day total waiting on something that I was informed later at 8pm that it never made the truck.

I'm disappointed I have to complain twice, but that's what "Hissing Kitty" instructed me to do. On Thurs. , Paris KY 40361 were expecting a frozen food order from Colorado Prime. We received a phone call from our good neighbor at 718 Georgetown Rd.

that there were 2 styrofoam boxes on their front porch for us. I checked all the labeling and they all read 704. Our 2 packages were delivered 2 doors away in error. Thank You and again my condolences to your employees and their families in Indianapolis.
