I called in to find out why I didn't get my shipment today and I was informed that my shipment is at best going to be 12 days late. They set an appointment 9 days after it was suppose to arrive and didn't manage to keep that one.

It would have been a simple for them to call me and everyone else waiting on that trailer and say it was going to be delayed. Instead I get to waste a day (again) waiting for something that is not coming.

And now they want me to call in on Monday and make sure they are sending the truck/trailer out, if not I guess it will be Friday...

I ordered a desk over two weeks, and the package was initially quoted to arrive a week ago. I've been tracking the shipment since the beginning and saw that it only arrived in a local sorting facility earlier this week, so there's already been a delay from original quoted date but I didn't stress too much about that fact.

The real issue is that even once it reached the local facility, the package still has not been delivered. I signed up for text updates on the shipping status and every morning of this week, I've received a text that the package would be out for delivery and each day, the delivery would be rescheduled for the next day.

Finally yesterday, I received a text that they attempted delivery but no one was home to receive it, even though I was home and near the front door the…

Had an order shipped from LEWISBERRY, PA to Idaho falls, ID. When it got to North Salt Lake City, UT, which is close to my address, it was shipped to Las Vegas, NV (the wrong way). It was shipped back to Idaho to be delivered a day late.

I watched the driver drive by my house with no delivery. Tracking showed it was in transit early that morning from Pocatello, ID and back at the depot in transit Later that evening. Why do we pay shipping charges if the drivers are not going to deliver when they drive right in front of your house and not stop.

At 1:11 pm a female tractor trailer driver was driving through an industrial parking lot. which has a lot of vehicle activity. (1139 Lehigh Ave. Whitehall pa 18052) She was holding her cell phone up and laughing. Looked to be on a video call.

My package has been sitting at the local center in Phila. PA since June 22,2021. I have called twice and spoken to very ignorant people from out of this country one of whom told me my package would be delivered the next day. It never came.

The second time I was just told they were overwhelmed. I asked for a supervisor and was denied. I want to speak with someone here in the USA not to a foreigner who can barely be understood because of deep accents.

I need the rod it’s that I ordered on 6/16/2021. It is now 7/1:2021. This is unacceptable.

I got an email saying my package was delivered and left at front door. I go to get my package and it was not there. Spent a half hour looking for it. Found it in my mailbox which is not even at my front door.

It is illegal for you to put anything in a mailbox. You are not the mail carrier or the person who owns it. If the email had said left in mailbox that would of been different. Your driver was just to lazy to pull into my driveway and actually leave it at my front door.

Then I call to make a complaint I am told that because the package was delivered that I couldn’t file a complaint over the phone. Talk about poor customer service you take the cake on that. I should be able to file a complaint over the phone weather the package was delivered or not.

For 12 days I have called everyday no one can give a straight answer, these people do not care my items were very much needed for my household the packages were suppose to be next day delivery but I just keep getting told it will come and the package is in Davenport and has been there for several days.

Three months ago in March I had just plugged my Samsung Galaxy 19 into my car charger and was about to pull off when suddenly my phone began smoking. I frantically pulled the cord from the phone, burning my finger on the hot surface.

I am writing to worn everyone who has this model Samsung phone to be careful when charging the phone while you are asleep, bathing/showering or if children are left unattended while it is charging. Beware!!!

I have been waiting for a package from them for a week now the package is still at the final delivery hub and has been there almost a week and they have made no attempt to deliver it it was supposed to come on 6/26/21 at the latest or one to two days before that and every time I call them I get no help the package has been scanned in at the same hub 5 times between 6/24/21 and 6 /25/21 and the hub is about an hour or so

from my house they are Purposely holding my package for no reason what so ever as I write this it still not scanned as out for delivery and Iam tired of waiting for them to deliver something that should've been delivered days ago this is the worst customer service I have seen and I thought ups was bad if I could sue them I would this makes no sense to not deliver a package…

driver of truck #462212 was at a business at 83rd ave & Deer Valley road, Peoria az - he parked completely on the sidewalk (leaving very little space to walk by) and was also in a fire zone - as in NO PARKING - when I saw him I said "you should not park on the sidewalk were ppl cannot get by" and

Service is getting worse and worse by the minute. Paid for overnight shipping so a legal contract could arrive to our business partner's home Wednesday morning and guess what didn't arrive? And it gets even better! It didn't even arrive later that day or Thursday - it is set to arrive FRIDAY.

Not even sure if it'll arrive in the morning or later that day. We paid $100+ to have this delivered immediately and obviously this didn't occur. Ready for the kicker? This was the SECOND time this happened. Considering shipping my company to UPS because this is absolutely ridiculous at this point.

Hi - The driver refuses to wear a mask. We see him several times every week and 3 times I have told him to please wear a mask and he says he doesn't have to. We cannot have the risk of him bringing anything in our commercial kitchen where food is prepared and sold.

Please have another driver come deliver our packages to our location. We have several items delivered every week from many different companies at our kitchen and cannot risk it. The first time I asked him to wear a mask he was even coughing after he told me no.

I live in a condo with a secure entry door. When I receive a shipment marked “no signature required”, the package is left outside for anyone to grab. We do have a buzzer to let people in the building. When packages are delivered, the driver is not even pressing the buzzer to let me know they are here.

If not for the text alerts (which aren’t always received - separate issue) I would not know I received a package. The driver should be at least buzzing the door even if they drop the package outside and immediately walk away.

I am so very tired of having to deal with this. FedEx has no compassion when it comes to making sure you receive you packages. My medications are delivered by FedEx and each time I am expecting a delivery I get the same bull, that they were unable to deliver my medication. Why is it that they can’t follow simple directions. The apartment building front door is locked and I have to go down stairs to get my medication. All the have to do is call the number that I put in my FedEx account. And I don’t want to hear about they don’t have phones, they have phones, they are always on them. I see them on them while they are driving, walking from their vehicle etc.

I was suppose to receive my package 2 days ago. I have been getting the run around everytime that I call to find out where my item is. Yesterday I was told that it was attempted to be delivered but no one was home, that was a lie because I was home all day.

Today I call and was told that my delivery was not attempted on 6/21/21. And today they did not know where my package is. Your customer service and delivery are horrible. No one has any answers for me. And I guess if your delivery driver doesn't want to even try to attempt to deliver a package that it is ok.

I have had nothing but problems dealing with FedEx. It is to the point, that if a business is using you, I cancel my order. Seriously. I have been trying to get a package delivered now for over a month! Tracking number currently 280489952228.

Delivery times changed several times. I change my schedule to be home and the date gets changed again. WHY?! UPS does not give me this problem . I got home June 16 and package was sent back. I had it re delivered and the dates changed twice.

It has a signature required and I left the house for literally 15 minutes. WOW , I missed the delivery. Imagine that. I called right as I got home to maybe chase the driver down to get package. NOPE, can't to that.

Waited all day Friday - nothing. Last scan was at 2am in Memphis (70 miles away). The next scan was 2 pm Saturday (12 hours later ) still in Memphis with NO Delivery Date Set! Every TIME my wife or I use FedEx it's late, never received . . & with no detailed reason from FedEx as to why. This time in particular is regarding tracking # 519214098070. This is a package from what I understand as supposed to be OVERNIGHTED Wed. / 6/16/2021.

The event the package / dress is for is 6/19/2021. So it had plenty of time to get to us. But now it's delayed for 6/20/2021. I know I'm a voice in the woods, but quit claiming your fast / overnight guaranteed because in my experience, every time FedEx is LATE!

I have spent the last two days trying to get a pack delivered by FedEx. I finally gave up and I am letting FedEx return my package to the shipper for a refund.

I live in a retirement community which uses Luxer boxes for package delivery. I placed an order which required a signature for delivery (I did not request this). The FedEx driver refused to deliver the package to the Luxer box and also refused to take the package to the reception desk of my facility even though there is a notice posted on the Luxer box directing drivers to do that.

You can be sure that I will never order another package that uses FedEx for delivery, and if I the order shipping confirmation shows that FedEx will be the carrier, I will immediately cancel the order.

In the past 2 weeks, I have had 2 packages delivered to the wrong address and a week or so before that they sent a package back to the vendor because they couldn't find my address. I want to complain to someone higher up the fix this systemic problem, but you can't get past the 'GoFedex' phone number.

You wait on hold for a long time, and then they take the complaint but nothing happens. I'm going to start cancelling any order if I find out it's being sent by FedEx and let them pay to take it back.

Arrived home, found Fedex Ground blocking driveway. Politely asked driver to move truck to allow me to enter my driveway. Said "can't do that, my rear would hit a pole" and second driver, coming back to truck, said "we can block driveway", was discourteous.

Fedex delivery just dumped two boxes weghing 100 lbs each on my lawn. No knock on the door, no offer to at least put them in the garage. I'd been home waiting for a text message from Fedex with a delivery tine frame. Nothing. Just SUCKS.

FedEx app gave me a delivery date for 6/14/2 for 10:30am. They delivered early 6/11/21 at 10:30 instead. I requested on the app 6/10 for package to be delivered at back door. My email not the app confirm the delivery when I checked the door at 11:40 the package was not there.

I live in a townhome , my door is very close to the sidewalk. FedEx said they knew the package worth and did not need a signature. The hole delivery is TRASH!

I gave it 1 out of 5 because there was no 0 out of 5 choice. Package sent two day shipping, now 4 days and package status unknown. Last scanned in facility in city 2 days ago, now having to do trace but won't have answer until 3 more days. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

How can you not be able to give zero stars? The customer service and poor delivery of the last 7 packages that I was to received, just shows that FedEx does NOT even deserve 1 star. I still have a packaged that was delivered to the wrong location and I am still waiting days for an update. I also do not understand how multiple packages thst come from one location, cannot be delivered on the same day or close to the same day. Waiting up to a week or two later just proves thst FedEx has no real clue in their main job duty. How they do not see this as an embarrassment to their company is astounding to me.

And having to contact their customer service over 8 times on the same issue is just crazy. How does no one that works there in any type of a position, not address this? Astounding...just…

I got notification on my phone "Hi. We were unable to complete delivery of your package. Adult Signature Required". I was sitting next to my door waiting for the driver from 8;30 am at about 4;13pm I got notification on my phone. I called customer service and told them that i got this notification and there are no tags at the door and i see no driver. So wondering driver didn't even come.

I got home and found a "missing you" tag, I call the number in it and was told to pick the item at the Mc Arthur Rd. Office in Reading PA. I went there 2 day later. The attender took my tag and went inside to look for the package.

When she returned out she told me it was delivered and that S Logro received it. I told she it could not be because I live alone, and there was nobody at my house at that time of the day.

My Husband ordered an Air Conditioner from LP Company in California he order this item on May 21 2021 it arrived in Watertown NY on May 27 2021 We live about 30 miles from Watertown we called them on the May 28 to ask when they would be delivering it They told us not until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. The FedEx driver who delivers to us in Stow, MA, is consistently rude. When I have witnessed a delivery (without him noticing me), he tosses the packages to the ground. I have taken to trying to get to the bottom of our driveway as soon as I see the truck on the street, to prevent him from trying to enter our driveway (it is narrow, and once he knocked against the retaining wall at the bottom).

Overall, if we had a choice, because of him we would not have FedEx deliver anything. " This guy has a real attitude problem, and shouldn't be in a position where he deals with the public.

We purchased a new mattress. You informed us this morning that it would be delivered today. As a result we discarded our old mattress. Earlier today we watched as the FedEx truck briefly stopped in front of our home and drove on.

We then received an unexplained delivery exception. We now have no bed for the night. We can't speak with a customer service representative and we can pick the mattress up tonight.

We expected much better of FedEx whose service was much better in the past.

tracking # 3052 6956 7469 I have to say I am really disappointed in Fed-X customer service, In the past week I called 8 times, asking for help with my Fed-X international shipping, I was even given a case # C-262 595 87 that has done absolutely nothing for me, each of the 8 calls I made I was told that a Fed-X rep would contact me within 24 hours which has never happened. Shipments requires a Commercial Invoice, Customs clearance delay.

My mom has stage 4 lung cancer and was looking forward to getting her recliner today for comfort. She is so sick because she started chemo this week. The driver reported business closed unable to deliver. Now it will be Tuesday before they attempt again.

I do not live in a business so they are lying. I have been here all day with my mom and nobody showed up to try and deliver her chair. She's in extreme pain and it breaks my heart watching her be so uncomfortable.

She doesn't ask for much but this chair is something I wanted for her as quickly as possible. Will never use FedEx again. I'll find another company if they use them for shipping. Awful, awful heartless company with liars on the payroll.

I will never use FedEx or recommend anyone using FedEx. I have been trying to get my package since Monday & everytime I call they say they are sending it out for delivery tomorrow. D. I confirmed with her if the package would be there as I live 45 minutes away.

A FedEx Ground vehicle was driving without a license plate (I have photos), and the driver was extremely reckless. In addition, he called me a "ugly ass bitch" to my face because I wouldn't illegally run a red light. He honked at me to go... even though the light was red. My son was in the car.

I called and spoke to Diego 20 minutes or so after the incident and was given this reference number for the complaint: 0526640725. I was assured by Diego there would be a follow-up phone call yesterday but there never was.

Tracking a package for a car part and was telling me out for delivery by end of day. I took my car apart expecting it. I called and spoke to on offshore rep who told me the package never moved and would be delivered tomorrow.

I asked why it told me that it would be out for delivery. He just kept repeating the same info. I asked to speak to someone who could answer my question and he transferred me to a survey. He got a 1.

I called back and spoke to another offshore rep who told me the same thing. I asked for a manager and someone got on the phone and said he didn't have any additional information. No apologies, nothing. While I was speaking to him, my app updated and told me delivery between June 1 and 4th.
