this package contains perishables, omaha steaks. should have been delivered 9/17/21,delayed to 9/18/21 then to 9/20/21. i called on 9/18/21 and they said they could have it delivered to local dropoff today 9/19/21 at dollar general, now after talking with someone i couldn't understand it still is tomorrow. now i have to drive to that location when i could have just have it delivered. this is the second time omaha steaks has attempted to get this package to me. first one was thawed and ruined. now this one will be to, since it has been.

I was scheduled to get a package that I was never informed of my the sender or fedex and thus missed the driver. I called to confirm the door tag was for me as there was no information on the tag and was told it was for me. I requested it be sent out the next day and be notified (roughly) when the driver would be delivering the package. I was told I would be getting the package the next day and would get an email telling me a time frame when the driver would be arriving. I did not receive any email so i called fedex and was told they did not have to tell me anything about this package, in arguably the most smug argent way possible. Now, I did not have the door tag number, but fedex did give an overview of my last call at the start of the process.

RE: 946790992410 and 946131022687. Both times, this package was redirected to the seller, notwithstanding the fact that that I have given my correct address to FEDEX "customer service" three times. It has now been over a month since the original shipment was misdirected.

I have wasted hours speaking with customer reps for whom English is a distant second language. I have received (3) promises that this matter would be rectified and that I would be receiving phone calls confirming such. From start to finish, I have systematically been lied to and mislead by CSRs who could care less about me and my package. maybe.

not sure how FedEx is still in business. Ordered a product from Amazon. They foolishly used FedEx to ship the package. The package originated in Carlsbad, CA. From there it went to Memphis, TN which caused the package to be delayed.

Why isn't someone watching this type of shipping behavior? How can a company be effective and stay in business when they use these types of business practices? That's why they're #4, behind the post office. Too bad I couldn't give a zero rating as that is what is deserved.

just to give some context, this isn't the first time this has happened.

I have recently purchased several things from different companies that use FedEx to ship their items. While I understand it is not directly their fault I will be more cautious in shopping with anyone that uses FedEx to handle their deliveries.

In both instances, my packages were stuck at the Perrysburg facility for several days. The latest one has been there 9 days. When I first called to speak to someone in customer service I asked if I could just go pick it up from the facility. I was told no but they could ship it to a FedEx location in my town. The further delayed my package. I finally go package #1

Should be able to give Fedex a minus 10. My friend had Covid. I sent prescription meds via express overnight. I was told they changed the address but wouldn’t tell me where it was sent. I fought with them for a week.

I couldn’t get another prescription. My friend just died. I know it was stolen.

I was Suppose to receive my package on 9/2 however it was delayed due to weather. I called Fed ex and was told I would get a call back with an update on my package. The package was redelivered on 9/3 however they stated no one was home and a doe tag was left. I was home.

I work from home from 7am7pm cst. I didn't complain I stated II'll wait until the next attempt which was for today at 9/7 in which I checked on lone an a suppose to be attempt made. I've been up since 6:30am no one came to my address if the driver did he or she did not knock or anything.

I'm not able to tell if someone has come to my door if no one knocks.

I dropped off a package at the city of industry in ca, on Aug 31 the package was sent to another location there it sat for two days then it was sent back to City of industry saying that they could not read the label that I had printed and then it sat their for two days.

FedEx is complete and utter garbage as a shipping service! I cringe each and every time I make an online purchase and that is the only shipping provider available. They NEVER get it right. Why are they still in business? The company government-owned.

They falsify the updates, stating there were delivery attempts made, say that customers signed for packages that were never delivered, the timing is always off, etc. I would rather use Pony Express than FedEx.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I tried to complain about a driver running over new grass and damaging it, and it's impossible. I need the truck's license number. Really? Does everyone stand outside all the time anticipating a driver might come, then write down the number?

They know who delivers the where. Then I tried an online chat with a representative and you have TO PAY to be connected. Are they kidding. So suppose I should just accept that they will run over the new grass areas, and there's nothing I can do about it. 37.

I sent this package via Fedex Ground on August 6th. It was initially to be picked up on August 5th but no one came. Then, we went and dropped it at the nearest location. This was to reach Chicago on August 7th. Maximum with delays August 10th. It has been in the Chicago Warehouse since August 7th. No one has made any delivery attempts to the address given. I was supposed to receive a package on Thursday and since that day the order status is 'Scheduled Delivery Pending'. I have tried calling Customer Service and they have no inkling when will I receive my package. It was my wife's birthday and I wanted to give her a present.

Customer service is a joke package has not arrived after 6 dates being changed for delivery. All customer service representatives lie to you and give a different story just to pacify you they take your number to call you back but never do. Any company using FedEx for shipping should seriously reconsider, using FedEx is bad customer service and tells your customers they don't matter.

It took 18 days to get this package.

First the suite number was missing. Once corrected it still took 2 weeks to get this package. While checking the automated system everyday it said unable to be delivered due to incorrect address. I've spoken with several people on several occasions and explained that Suite 106 is not on the 2nd floor or to use the back entrance.

Still I had customer service telling me it was brought back because the driver was unable to find it. On the 9th, I got a phone call and the fed ex driver asked for me and asked what suite number I replied "106".

I received my packages delivered by FedEx today but one horrible thing is that they just left the package at the lobby of my apartment without telling me. Until my landlord called me, I finally knew some of my packages were delivered (I had total of 11 packages but only 6 of them were delivered.

The other 5 in on the way). There are several causes of this terrible mistakes.

Firstly, one reason that I didn’t know my packages were arrived is that FedEx provided me with wrong tracking information. Until I called their customer support, I finally knew that the reason I got the wrong information is because fedex split my shipment in two parts without updating this information to me.

Driver THREW 2 boxes down in the middle of my front yard instead of sitting them down gently on my porch or even in the yard. Yes they were heavy boxes from Chewy but even more reason to not throw them from a waist high level.

The boxes tape broke opening both of them and damaging some content because of the impact. I have requested that Chewy ship lighter boxes multiple times for the benefit of the delivery drivers as well as mine as I am physically disabled.

When I notice the driver's arrival each month with Chewy shipments I ask them to leave the boxes by their truck at the end of the driveway as a convenience to them. I have to open the boxes and use a wagon to bring individual items into my home.

I'm guessing the driver was mad because the boxes were so heavy but it's his job to…

My order through Dicks Sporting Goods was to be delivered Tuesday. It did not arrive. I got a communication through fe that it would arrive Wednesday. Potentially delayed/ updated delivery pending. It didn't arrive. I got another communication. Potentially delayed/updated delivery fir Thursday. It didn't arrive.

I am requesting reimbursement for expenses incurred due to the delay of my legal documents. My documents were mailed "2nd day" on Monday, August 16th; however, as of today, Thursday, August 19th, the documents have not arrived. Upon further investigation, I found out that the document is currently "locked in a 53ft trailer" in Ocala and according to your rude employee, Edie, there are thousands of packages in there and they are not opening it up for one package. Hello! Sorry for this complaint. I’ve had 5 recent deliveries since July 22. I received each one. The problem we are having here is, the delivery person is not bringing packages up to our door. They are being left outside at the usps mailbox in the middle of the parking lot.

They are being scanned as delivered to front door. Again, they are left outside in the rain, or on the ground or on top of the mailboxes in the middle of a parking lot… This has only become an issue recently… I sent a complaint via email, and

I have posted professional made signs at each end of my circle driveway at my residential home at 901 South Holly Avenue, Collins, MS 39428, Signs read "NO TRUCKS IN DRIVEWAY". I have personally asked the various FEDEX drivers why they won't observe and respect my property. Why does FEDEX Express and especially the FEDEX GROUND DIVISION deliberately continue to drive there heavy trucks through my circle driveway? My once beautiful circle driveway is continuing to be destroyed from delivery trucks. I put these signs out a month ago in hopes, that it would get delivery companies use to not driving through my circle driveway, before I invest $28,000.00 in replacing a new brick driveway.

Due to an unforeseen medical problem, I was unable to accept personally a package and requested that it be redirected in transit to a FedEx OnSite location near the original destination, a seasonal residence. My 33 year old daughter agreed to retrieve the package in my stead. An adult signature, along with a government-issued photo ID and tracking number were listed by FedEx as requirements for pickup.

My daughter's attempt to retrieve the package was refused by the FedEx OnSite personnel at the designated location, despite meeting all listed FedEx preconditions.

Ordered a new mobile phone from Xfinity on 7/31/21 and was supposed to be delivered via Fedex on 8/4/21. On 8/5/21 after numerous phone calls to fedex no one can tell me when the package will be delivered. Has sat in Memphis for two days and have no idea of the delivery date.

My son was returning meds to me that I had left in Denver CO when I went to visit. He shipped via FedEx. Tracking # 280368358310. My package was opened and retaped after my meds were stolen. A weight was put in the box.

I buy a lot of things online. My stuff gets delivered by Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, and Amazon delivery. Fedex is the worst company by FAR when it comes to delivering on time. My package would show it has arrived at a city near me, but it would stay there for a couple of days before it shows "On Vehicle for Delivery".

This was not a one-time situation but has been consistently ongoing. What makes it even worse is that sometimes I had to stay home for the delivery, the delivery person would say "Resident not home to sign package" when they NEVER SHOWED UP and package never needed a signature!

NO FEDEX DRIVER TO BE SEEN! Then they would deliver 2 days later. Once I had a desk delivered by them, also late by a day, two idiotic Fedex workers damaged the box, dropped the package, and literally…

I was told my iPhone would be delivered 7/01 before the end of the day . I stayed home all day not leaving the house. Today , Sunday I left house for 30 minutes and come back to a message on my door .

I have been tracking my package since the 22nd of July. It's been saying that my package have been a sitting with no update for over a week! I feel that this is not acceptable. Considering I'm a delivery driver as well.

I take pride in my job and we deliver all packages received daily. I have called and checked online over a dozen times for my order . I eventually decided to try to pick up my item and not even ready for me to pick up.

I've ordered to have for a event 2️⃣ weeks ago and still nothing. Why pay for shipping if can't even receive my item on time or even close to delivery day

FedEx lost my $42,000 market value Hermes Crocodile Handbag, and nothing has been found for 8 days now. I used FedEx Ground to ship my Hermes Crocodile Handbag on July 16,2021 from New York, NY, last scanned tracking was in Maspeth NY same day.

This is beyond unacceptable. I receive an update on my BUSINESS package that it is to be received on Friday July 23th. No problem. At 1:46 PM they drop the package off.

HOWEVER… at 2:07pm they come back to my house and TAKE IT. Now my delivery says updated for Monday July 27th. I call customer service and no help at all. He claimed my package was never out for delivery as I am attempting to tell him they delivered it but came back 20 minutes later and grabbed it! The next day.

Saturday July 24th, I receive a text message that I am to contact that shipper all of a sudden. I check the tracking number through fedex and now they claim my package has been DAMAGED. Honestly, this is ALL SUSPICIOUS!!!

we received a email saying it was delivered, but wasn't,because we have a camera in front of our house showing fed ex driving by. My husband and son went to the local fed ex office and spoke with the manager.

Who gave us his number and said he was coming by our house but never did. This is not the first time this has happen. These driver need to be reprimanded for their actions. Not paying attention to the address and delivering it to the wrong address.

I sent a package to my niece. Fedex tracking number 514295919660. It was supposed to be delivered on July 19th 2021 but it was not received. The next delivery date was July 20th and Fedex showed that is was delivered, only she never received it on that day either.

In following up the driver explained that it was left at the garage. My niece has no garage! It was clearly marked unit B4, which would suggest it was a complex and not a single family home. I am very upset as the package contained necessities that my niece and her children needed immediately.

Impossible to file a claim! They tell you it was delivered and that's that. If you didn't get your delivery it's not thier fault no matter what. You have to track down impossible to get information from the company shipping the package, all info they have btw.

You can't get a real person on the phone. The automated call is very limited. This is not the first time I've had problems with them. I'd give them a 0 if I could. I won't do business with any company that uses fedex for shipping ever again.

They claimed to have delivered a package that was never delivered. To make matters worse, No one will reimburse us the money that we are now out of. I went to Lowe's, I spent 2 hours in Lowe's trying to sort this mess out.

Because I had ordered it online rather than in store they say its the shipping companies fault and Fedex claims it is not their fault. That they had delivered it. But I never received it. Had me file a claim after a week of running around, then a couple of weeks later denied the claim.

I will make a note to all companies delivering packages to ship them either UPS or Postal service. To only use Fedex if absolutely necessary. I will not use them to ship anything with. They will not take responsibility for their actions.

I recieved notice that my item would be delivered on Saturday July 10. On that day recieved another notice that delivery was attempted at 11:22an, and was not delivered due to security issues. I called to complain, the someone told me that he would report it to the proper department.

On Sunday July 11, I received a notice that my item would be delivered today. Later in the day, recieved another notice that my item would be delivered on July 13. Why was my item not delivered on July 10 or 11th?

I need to complain about a recent delivery. On the label it clearly states "Put inside side door". When I got the text message that my package was delivered, I went outside to get it and found it inside my carport. We had a lot of rain recently so the ground is wet. The package was wet and it fell apart before I got it inside. Thankfully the contents were not damaged.
