If I could give both FEDEX AND UPS a big fat zero I would. Fedex has sent me messages for the past 3 days telling me that my package will be delivered today by end of day. I have yet to receive this package.

It is a television and therefore I am waiting to make sure it is brought inside and not left outside. I am also disabled and dependent on delivery to my house in order to obtain items. My family tries to be able to help me with my deliveries but cannot keep being told today by end of day.

YESTERDAY my package was 2 hours away from me and for some stupid reason was rerouted BACK TO ITS ORIGINATING HUB! Now instead of being here today like I was yet again told, I have been told that it's still in the sorting hub in GEORGIA waiting to be resorted and sent back down to ALABAMA where it…

Ordered three advent wine calendars 11/23 from sip and savor & set up delivery for 11/27 or 11/28 as I am a nurse-not always available for delivery. Started tracking FedEx delivery 11/26 on 1st shipping date. Delivery date was originally 11/27, shifted to11/28.

NEVER notified of an address issue. Checked tracking at 8 AM 11/28 & package on time for delivery between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Checked tracking again at 9 am-suddenly a delivery issue because FedEx did not have my condo number.

Called to give them the condo number immediately. Checked the shipping label from the company and the condo number definitely on there, so FedEx messed up.

I am a senior living in a retirement community. I do all of my shopping online. Your services are horrendous from them not delivering to correct addresses, to cutting through landscaped areas, throwing packages and the list goes on.

My primary complaint which never gets addressed when I call the 1800 number, I'm always given a speech, I'm sorry and someone will call you back, which NEVER happens.

The delivery person who delivers on Sunday, has over the past year or so, just left packages at the front office steps when they are closed. They are too lazy to find our homes and continue to leave the packages on the steps on a main highway out in the open and in direct contact with the weather and potential for theft. A man came over and brought it to my house because he said that I was look like it was medicine because it was packed a cold pack. This is not the first time FedEx has messed up my deliveries.

Had an order that was to be delivered by FedEx. Received tracking number and time of delivery as 11:30 am on 11-19-2021. Paid for Priority overnight. Requested time was 9:30 am 0n 11-19-202, FedEx posted notice that all packages would be 1and a half hour later.

Was fine with 11:30am as still had time for service. At 2:30 pm on 11-19-2021 package had still not been delivered, was told by the end of day. Suffice to say that on one of the most saddest days of a family's life FedEx managed to make it even worst.

The package contained item needed for wake of family's loved one. I would give FedEx no stars but it won't allow it. 08. Do not use this company, you will be disappointed.

I have a package that needs to be delivered. The fedex driver that has my package claims he "attempted" a delivery now 3 times....However, his attempted delivery involves him getting out of his truck and putting a sticker on my mailbox. He DID NOT EVEN COME TO THE DOOR, TO THE FENCE, TO ANYTHING!!!!!! I was home, I was prepared to sign for the package... I watched his ridiculous "attempt"!!

Obviously, to make a delivery you actually have to come to the door!!!!!!!!!! I will never be at the mailbox......

I've set at home 2 days in a row waiting for FedEx to deliver my package cause I dnt wont to just leave it sitting on porch if im not home. Instead of alerting customers early in the day that you guys are not coming I have to check when its 7pm to find out.

So thats 2 days ive waisted at home waiting on FEDEX. A no show. This has happened numerious of times. Get it together or find better workers that wanna work. I will start asking the retail shops if they have other shipping options beside FedEx. This is ridiculous.

Filing a complaint on a supervisor. My husband gave notice as soon as he knew that Wednesday would be his last day. Supervisor laughed in his face and proceeded to cuss and yell at him. Told him he spent so much time training him for nothing.

Yet it took him 2 weeks to even get his computer training set up. Then proceeded to walk around and tell all the other employees what was happening came up to one and said dont bother helping him he's quitting and told my husband that he was on his own so don't fuck anything up.

Once my husband completed a task he went to ask for another door to load and he fired him. Told him to just turn in his badge after his shift.

My address is 1753 Cowper street, Palo Alto, CA 94301. 29pm the Fedex delivery driver rang my doorbell and then pasted a delivery note on the door in less time than it took me to walk to my front door.

She did not wait even 5 seconds. By the time I opened the door she was already in her truck and driving away. An Amazon delivery man who was right there, delivering next door, said "she rang your doorbell and took off".

I looked down the street and saw which direction the truck was headed. So I got in my car and took off in that direction and caught up with her two blocks later. I told her exactly what she had done and demanded my package, which was a shipment of wine and temperature sensitive.

I have had two packages in roughly one week where my package was not delivered to the correct address. This is a problem when calling the customer services line. They are of no help at all, they are all robotic.

Why can't I be told where my package is and who was the person that made the incorrect delivery? Surely you should be able to track the driver and find out where a certain package has been dropped off. Customer Service is lousy and I am so disappointed in this establishment right now. This is so unacceptable.

Packages continuously left outside upper garage or in lower driveway since Sept 11, 2021. Multiple complaints to fedex, all documented. I was just informed by Michelle at fedex that there is no way to complain because Home Delivery is allowed to leave packages anywhere they choose on the property.

Two deliveries were left out in the rain and the packages were soaked. Up until Sept 11, 2021 packages were being left at the front door, where all other delivery services leave packages. Fedex has recently chosen not to do this.

I have pictures of delivery and video of deliveries. Fedex very unresponsive. Instructiion in Delivery aManager online are ignored.

The Fedex Driver was extremely rude and delivered package to corner of road! He refused to bring the package to the front steps. He said it should have stated that in the delivery. And since it didnt he would leave in the driveway near the street. NEVER in my years of receiving packages have I heard such a thing.. His reason was because he is having a bad day. As we all aren't having bad days here & there during a global pandemic!! If this guys keeps his job, it deserves to be in back office where the public is far away from interaction.

I placed an order with a retailer, your was company assigned to deliver it. There was specific instructions to deliver to the side door. There is a Huge sign that is chained across the front steps stating DELIVER TO SIDE DOOR.

The package was delivered on 10-15-21 your driver put the package on the steps under the sign. Do your drivers know how to read??? After supplying Fedex with very specific instructions on how to find my door, a 100 lb freezer was delivered to the wrong door. I would have to have an appliance dolly and a lot of strength to move this thing the distance of 1/2 a city block to my door.

I am 61 years old - it is NOT happening! I called Fedex 2 times the morning it was delivered to the wrong location, I called again the next day, called again today, and also called Walmart (the shipper). Walmart's Lanie called Fedex's Jessie who spoke to the support team supervisor and was told they would be calling me/coming out today to fix the problem.

I ordered a Samsung phone in September of 2021 in while I was checking my emails. I got something regarding the phone saying it had been shipped and that it would get here around October 13. Today's the 17 October and my package still hasn't come in yet because it's still in Texas.

I received a delivery from Liberator Medical Supply this morning. TRK# 5360 6665 0960. Your delivery person did deliver the package. But he just tossed it to the top of the stairs on our porch, a great distance away from my front door.

This person has delivered to us on several occasions. Every time we see him deliver to us, we cringe. We have asked him in the past to take more care with our packages and to please deliver them closer to our front door.

I order from Chewy's as they promise door delivery. The last two orders have been dropped off 1. in the road next to mail box, 2 five feet down the long driveway. Everyone else delivers to the door. I am 72 years old and an asthmatic and can not lift these boxes.

I just finished carrying the 40 lbs of cat litter bag to the porch where the old FedEx driver used to place. I now have to go back up and get the boxes of dog food and break down the shipping box.

I have complained to Chewy's. I will not be ordering from them.. It will be easier to get from grocery store. At least I have a grocery cart to lug it around with in the store, can then place in my car and then I am only carrying from car to house, maybe 10-12 feet rather than the 60 feet from the road.

Fedex driver delivered my package to the wrong address. I got an email from the store the package came from saying that your package was delivered. When I went to my front door, and there were no package at my front door.

There was no an app number on the package, and they did send my package to my old address. I dont live there anymore. I think that is not a smart.................................... idea........................................................... A kindergarten student will tell that that is not a good idea.

Today, in Norfolk, VA a neighbor who lives half a mile from me, delivered a package from Chewy to me that he found unopened in his trash can. It is trash day, so the large trash cans were on the street.

He was checking to make sure his trash was picked up and saw this big box. He was at first mad because he thought that someone had put trash in his empty trash can so he went to remove the box to fold it up and put it in his recycling when he realized it was not open and

was quite heavy (2 dozen cans of dog food). The delivery name and address had been blacked out with a sharpie-like pen but if you looked hard enough, you could still read it. So, they brought it to us. We believe FedEx driver apparently threw it in the trash..

Our home system cameras do not show any deliveries from FedEx…

Fedex has lost my package 2 times (All in the same location Kernersville, NC! It has been over a month the shipper has been attempting to get this package to me, and has recently sent a 3rd replacement because fedex has lost previous 2!!

The customer service is not helpful at all because they are very unaware of anything to do with the packages. The shipper is going to send a 3rd replacement but I will not be surprised if for some reason they are lost again.

I will never personally use fedex and will recommend anyone else to steer clear of fedex as well.

My medical supply is being held from 10/01/2021 at a facility in Willing, but I keep receiving text messages that is in a truck for delivery and the web site was telling me the same. On Oct 5th I called because at 5PM when i checked the status , it showed "delivery exception".

I am writing today to outline the worst shipping experience I have had in my professional career. ALL of the phone conversations had during this experience were recorded for quality assurance purposes, so all of the below information can be verified.

I have attached all the relevant case information at the end of the text. On Tuesday, June 22, while working remotely in Santa Monica, my laptop broke. I immediately requested a new one and chose FEDEX to ship this laptop to me.

I paid to have a package delivered to my aunt that lives and Tallahassee, Fl. My aunt works from home and stated that no one ever attempted delivery nor was a door tag left. Fedex claims that the package was attempted to be delivered and Fedex again never attempted delivery not even once.

I am a disabled Army veteran. I had a phone shipped to me from my provider. They sent it by way of FedEx. The driver made an attempt to deliver this package on Saturday September 18. He never made another attempt to deliver my package after that date.

I ordered a love seat from Wayfair. Fedex driver has been going to the wrong condo and falsely claiming that the buzzer was not working and recipient was not at home. The Fedex tracking online website clearly says - you need not be home; the package will be delivered''.

The driver needs to go to the delivery area of the condo and press the buzzer and someone will always let the driver in. The driver has not done that. I am now told to go and pick it up from 985 Moodie Drive.

I have not had a ground shipment delivered anywhere near on time since July. They have not delivered a package my wife ordered in July as of today. Ot is the 20th of September and the retailer has shipped the package a SECOND time!

The post office handled 30 times as many packages in 2019 as FedEx did, yet they are early about 80% of the time. It only increases my frustration when their excuse is COVID and moving a processing facility. USPS and UPS must not have COVID problems, because they are able to deliver items.

And to top all that off I passed the ground delivery truck one block from my home 2 hours ago, yet I still have 4 packages that are SEVERLY late from multiple shippers.
