Dear Mr. Smith,

Dealing with your company is like a roll of the dice. Half the time you get your package the other half you don’t. FedEx used to be a decent company and you could expect reliable service but not any more. Now when I deal with companies I beg them not to ship my merchandise via FedEx. This particular package was supposed to be a “OVERNIGHT EXPRESS “ delivery but again your driver lied and said I was not at home and I currently WORK FROM HOME!!! In the past FedEx has done a fairly decent job of actually leaving our packages at our house - instead of in a vacant field or the middle of the road or some other undesirable spot (as has been the experience of many of my neighbors). Today however we got emails to tell us 2 packages had been delivered.

Yet we checked all around the house and porches - no packages. A dog walker in our neighborhood found the boxes along the road near our driveway - and where other vehicles could easily have run over the packages or thieves could have stolen them. What?

Did your driver suddenly forget how to turn into a driveway and bring packages to the house? com so they would know what kind of service you were providing their customers. My hope is that the businesses who use FedEx will pour on the…

Bought items on line, Seller used FedEx to ship. After 4 weeks, still waiting for my items. Tracking system is useless. For 4 days my pkg was ‘on for delivery’. FedEx site kept referring me to tracking site. Ritual chat was even more useless, kept referring me to links that the website already suggested.

If they addressed my concerns I wouldn’t need to ‘chat’ with anyone! Tried to phone but automated system gave even more useless info. and unable yo connect to a live person. FedEx is the most incompetent courier service I’ve ever experienced.

I placed an order with Lakeside on 1/1/22. Received email that it was shipped on 1/5/22 and received by fedex in Aurora IL and scheduled delivery of 1/7/22 by end of day. Did not arrive but I got an email at 7:59pm 1/7/22 that delivery updated and pending On 1/9/22 at 10:22 pm email update that it had arrived in Bloomington CA and new delivery date of 1/13/22.

I finally got a human on the phone at 9am 1/10/22 and asked why it was sent to CA 1943 miles from Aurora IL when Memphis is where my shipments from them usually go. After listening to a lot of BS he filed a case # C51892005 and set me up for text notifications.

My name is Calvin Jackson from Seattle Washington. My niece in Los Angeles shipped a very important package with medical supplies to my sister, Delphine Jackson, in Seattle. She paid $68 on Tuesday morning to get these supplies here in the Seattle by noon today (12/6/22.

We've been calling since noon to find out what is wrong. It is now almost 8:PM and I'm being told that they don't know whether we will receive our package today. This isn't the first time that FEDEX has screwed us.

As a matter of fact, this is the norm. If they can not deliver packages when they say they will, don't you think that they wouldn't charge this exorbitant fees? Everyone puts down the USPS, but they are usually on time.

Driver failed to deliver package. Made several attempts to contact Customer Service until I could speak to a live person to inform them that my street was closed and that I wanted to driver to contact me when her was on the next block, and I would walk down to meet him.

Customer service logged the request and confirmed a message was sent to the driver. I received a text message stating my package was not delivered due to security issue. The driver never attempted to contact me. I then made several more attempts to contact Customer Service until I was able to speak to a live person.

11/1/21-1/1/22 FedEx has repeatedly denied my insurance claim for a lost shipment in the amount of $2000. 83 in shipping and insurance charges. The shipment was marked return to shipper for reasons unknown as the recipient never received notice of scheduled delivery and a signature from him was required due to the insured value of the package.

Now FedEx claims that the package was returned to my old NY address and signed for by me. I haven't been in NY in almost 4 years, so that's clearly not the case. I contacted the gentleman who purchased my old NY property and he has not signed for, nor received a delivery from FedEx addressed to me.

I am supposed to be receiving a medical equipment delivery. It was supposed to be here on Sunday January 2nd. When it did not arrive I called and was told they would prioritize the delivery and it would be here on January 3rd in the morning.

It is now 6:25 pm. The package has not arrived at the local FedEx center and I am not being given any delivery information other than it is in transit. I have cancer and I explained to them that I go every day for radiation treatments.

Fedex delivered a package today and the driver drove in my front yard and marred it all up. Plus left tire marks all the way up my driveway. It's rained here for 2 days so you know how it looks now..

What pisses me off is that I have a drive way big enough for a tractor trailer to come down.. And a circle drive and a 3 car garage.. NOW tell me what his issue was.. HE did NOT have to get in the grass.

I had a delivery that REQUIRED a signature, It took me 2 days to get the delivery to be held at the facility so I could pick it up as I knew I would not be home to sign for it. I went to Fedex Express, it was a 2-day shipment however they claim they did not have a package for me, I was then told me to go to Fedex Ground they would have it.

Nope Fedex ground didn't have it so they called Fedex express, got someone to actually look it up, and found out the Fedex driver delivered it that morning, left outside, and the tracking printout says "signed by" and my name. I did not sign for it, I was at work all day, I requested it be held for pickup and it wasn't.

My package was lost and then located at the Troutdale Oregon warehouse, where it sat for over a week before being scanned as received. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. I do realize that it is the holidays, but it is so unacceptable.

It has not been struck at the Burlington WA location for 5 days with it first showing as received, then out for delivery, then as received at warehouse. I'm in the customer service field and this has to be the worst customer service experience I have had.

Delivery Driver continues to drive off of my driveway and in my yard causing ruts in the yard when delivering packages. On 12/24/21 at approximately 1045, I tried to ask the driver not to back in or pull off of the driveway into my yard when she was trying to back out after a delivery.

The driver and passenger attempted to pull up all the way down the driveway and turn around in the yard near my house. I asked them to roll down the window to discuss the issue, once I asked them not to continue to pull in yard, they started talking about a dog in the yard, which had nothing to do with the issue.

I had a critical medicine shipped by UCSF Walgreen’s on 12/15 that was scheduled for an overnight delivery to me in Oro Valley, AZ. Unbelievably, the package was routed to Indiana before routing it back to Tucson, AZ. At this time, there is no scheduled delivery date for this critical medicine.

What is wrong with FedEx that the company would not place priority on an express package and send it to a hub thousands of miles away from the destination? This is unacceptable.

I dread using Fedex as the few times I used them my packages were either lost stolen or damaged I have yet to have a good delivery with them. once again a thing I bought was sent by Fedex which really concerned me.

Once again the package did not arrive and no one knows anything.

First I was told it was still at the shipping hub where it originated, then I was told it was in transit and they don't know why there is a delay. when I asked if they were concerned that the truck did not make it to its destination all I got was silence so I guess that answered my question.

Nice to know they care about their employees. at least they are batting a 100 for packages that never arrive really sad customer service.

I have had a package at a FedEx facility since the Dec 9th with no delivery as of now. On the 10th it shows it was out for delivery but never received nothing. I have call 1-800-463-3339 almost everyday and nobody know where the package is and not very helpful. This is upsetting because the item is worth $400 and in a big box. Delivery on front porch, in plain sight, not on secure side porch where deliveries are requested to be made. Made no notification that delivery was made, no photo verification of delivery. Delivery person did not bother to knock on door. Just dump and run.

I am so tired of FedEX. Because of Covid (& my having to have open heart surgery) I order all my Christmas gifts online. This morning I got up and I had an email from FedEx stating I got my delivery yesterday. A photo was included.

I jumped up and ran to my front door to check as I’m ALWAYS HOME and no one knocked. There was no package!!!!! Then it hit me. My front door is brown. They delivered the package to an yellow/orange door.

For the pass week the Lorton Home Delivery brach has sent me text telling me that my pack was out for delivery. The first package took 4 days to deliver even though each morning I received a text telling me it was out for delivery.

In the late afternoon I would get a text telling me that the delivery was being push back a day due to operational issues. Now I am not even getting the push back notifications with the second issue in delivery in less than 7 days.

7 boxes shipped out together were scheduled for delivery December 1, rescheduled for the 2nd & today 3 we’re finally delivered. These are 1 week late and the rest, scheduled for delivery today as well, are again scanned in Sacramento, now saying delivery tomorrow the 9th!

All scanned Sacramento on the 1st and any scan since. If you know how to do the job, all the boxes sent together, from and to same destinations, arrive together. I can’t even start on the sitting in Sac. Or the customer service reps who changed “policy” and when a time frame begins.

FedEx driver keeps leaving my packages in front of the gate instead of the front door! People walk by my house and can easily reach over the gate and grab the packages. The FedEx driver marks my package as "delivered to front door"when in reality they don't even open the front gate to leave the package at the front door.

Your driver left two larger packages in the middle of the sidewalk instead of putting them on the front porch where they should have been placed. These items were not terribly heavy, they were only small office task chairs for my grandchildren.

I am unable to us my front door as the stairs are quite steep and there isn't any handrail. I had to go outside through my garage door, over to the sidewalk, and pick up each package and lift it up to the porch/door area.

Then in so doing, I had to walk back down the sidewalk whereupon I stepped on a small stone or something similar and fell on the concrete driveway. I was unable to get up due to age and weakness. I crawled across the concrete with bare knees, and into my garage where I could find something to assist me in getting up.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with fedex. It’s about 70% of the time they carry my packages. I’m sitting here waiting for 3 different packages right now that were shipped from 3 different companies in 3 different areas of the country.

All 3 of them were expected to be delivered on December 2nd and now it’s the 4th. I know it’s only a couple days but when you’re waiting for parts to get your truck back on the road and want to stop paying for a rental car it’s extremely frustrating.

It would be more acceptable but it is 3 packages and 3 out of 3 aren’t here yet. And as I said it’s at least 70% of the time. This company has made it nearly impossible to put in a corporate complaint because they don’t have a corporate email or phone number to contact them.

Every winter my insulin is left at the bank of mailboxes at the end of our road. This is out in the open so anyone could com along and take the package. Our road is plowed as well as our driveway so there is no reason for them not to come down the road especially since UPS has no trouble.

It is also my understanding that you could not leave meds out in the open like that. I’m hoping something can be done about this because the cost of insulin is not something that I can easily replace. Thank you for hearing my complaint.

The drivers delivering our package’s continue to leave them on my husband wheelchair lift even though there is a sign asking to please leave all deliveries at the side door. This is a safety issue. In case of an emergency he would not be able to get to the lift to use because package would be blocking access.

I asked the delivery driver to please move his truck from the entrance to parking lot into the spaces in the parking lot. I told him his current location created a bottle neck for the flow of traffic into the parking lot.

FedEx driver left "Priority Overnight" critical meds on a remote neighbor's doorstep, so two weeks later I had FedEx deliver critical meds not only "Priority Overnight," but "(Adult) Signature Required."

When I received the "Out for Delivery" text this morning I struggled to be outside waiting this time. Nothing. Then a text saying package was delivered, signed for by [my first initial + last name].

Drivers from FedEx, Amazon, UPS, and USPS deliver here regularly, every. single. week. In fact, FedEx delivered a different package here the same day they bungled the critical meds/overnight shipment.

I have a package that is "stranded" in Memphis. I called on 3 separate times to customer service and they said that they cannot help me. Why? Because there is an issue with the package and they will not tell what the issue is.

Suggest have the shipper Express Scripts call them. Express Scripts said they are not allowed to call. So 3 times I have called I have asked for a manager and have been told there is "NO" manager I could talk to.

Our address must not be on the delivery driver's GPS. Consequently, for the past 2 1/2 years when our packages are finally delivered, they have been on and off a truck for a minimum of 10 days, some never get here.

Those that have been delivered weere loaded on and off the truck so often they are severely damaged and in some cases, parts have been lost due to holes in the boxes. Others because of dents and tears. We have tried several times to get this corrected by visiting the facilities here in Ocala, FL located within 3 miles of where we live.

We can not get packages delivered to our address. 225 Maplewood Dr Cabot Arkansas 72023. They keep telling us that we aren’t home or business closed. They come by our street on New Country. We are off new country Rd. We can watch them go by. I have tried every way to try to talk to someone and explain. Our packages are attempted to be delivered until they are returned to the sender. I want to report FedX driver, crossing the double line driving on the wrong side, in front of me. (Nov 29 09:45 in Sacramento County, corner Rio Linda Bl. and Main.) I have it on Dash cam. I will keep License No. for when I may need it later.

Calling the 800 number is a joke. If that signifies how FedX values Customer Service with a robot, they would be missing valuable information. The message I get is, they really don't care. If there is top-down Corporate culture, long-term customer loyalty is slim.
