After my package arrived at a FedEx station just 50 miles from my home, they sent it to another state! Then, when it was promised on another day, it didn't show up. The tracking number showed that it spent tge bext 4 hours leaving that shipping facility--and arriving right back at it!

I called to ask what was going on. After listening to a robot refuse to connect me to a human, I finally got a woman who speaks perfect Chinese. I speak English. She asked if she could "put on hold one second please," then hung up on me.

I called back, went 15 rounds with the robot again, then got another Chinese woman who hung up on me without a word! You can't file a complaint with FedEx. Their website has a link to do so, but it just takes you in circles.

The Fedex delivery driver is just dropping our packages at the end of the driveway, instead near the garage. 00) and she left it in the middle of my driveway, while it was pouring rain. My neighbor saw the box and called me.

When I arrived home, the box was mush. Meat was okay, but what if I did not come home that night? What a waste of product. The Fedex driver also just drops my boxes from Chewy and often I have to call Chewy for a new product because it is damaged.

She also has a poor attitude when approached. I have great difficulty understanding the poor attitude and sloppy delivery. If you can't do the job, find another job! Use a hand truck or other piece of equipment if you can't lift the boxes.

Terrible experience with Fed Ex. Three times they claimed they tried to deliver and all three time I was here. Being in a multi unit complex at the door is a phone box for anyone to call a tenet (very common here in San Francisco).

Had they ever attempted to call, it would show on my cell. Had they ever been here, they should have left a door tag - but never did. Called and they said the best they could do was leave it at the Walgreens near my house.

Waited several days for an update on it arriving Walgreens so I could pick it up, called back and they said that option wasn't available and I would have to pick it up at South San Francisco. For those that don't know, South San Francisco is entirely a different city.

Why pay for shipping if this is the service you can expect?

hello i want to inform you about a driver ,i had a very bad encounter with, i was a my dr office for a visiting waiting to speak with my dr , and one of your drivers walk into to office , animated saying something i think he though was a joke,but not directed at anyone but odd, so he goes behind the receptionist desk , and

begin to complain about a black bmw parked infront of thr dr office, saying that the driver of the bmw was a asshole because he parked on the lines in the parking lot as if to say someone was taking two spaces, and that he though they were assholes for doing , so i was the one he was speaking of because the car was mine , also my wife was sitting in the car so

There is only one phone number to call for help. They are in some other country. They recite the same explanation of how things work over and over. My package was supposed to come within 48 hours. It was six days late and had to be signed for.

Working people cannot sit home for six days waiting on them to come between 8 am to 8 pm. When I was not there to receive the package they said they would make a later attempt that day but they did not.

Then the automated call said they will come the next day by 12, BUT they had until 8 pm. Again, working people cannot sit home! There is not option to receive a phone call 30 min or even an hour before delivery so we can come home to sign for the package. POOR POOR customer service!!

i have now had family members take time off work three days in a row to be able to sign for a fedex package. three times i have received a "no one at home unable to make delivery" notification. knowing it is not true because of security cameras that show anyone entering my driveway.

at first i was irate thinking the driver is flat out lying and besides there was no failed delivery notice left on any of the three times. after doing some research it has come to my attention that it is company policy to blame the customer when there is a mix up and there was never any attempt at delivery.

its a very sad way to run a company and i will never deal with fedex again or do business with any one who uses there services.

I went to the Munster, Indiana location at about 8:15 a.m. on March 12, 2022 to pick up a package. I was the only one waiting. I waited quite a while. I basically was asking the security guard if he could check on what was going on and finally if he could have the person leave it at the front desk and I could pick up the package later. I told him I had my 90 year old mother waiting in the car. It got heated between us and he escalated it to the point where we almost came to blows. I've never had an experience like that in my life. All he had to do was give me a few words that he would check. However, he kept telling me it wasn't his job. I'm sure there was a camera in that area. If he worked for me I would place him as far away from human beings as possible.

Over half the time FedEx delivers to me they will lose the package or experiences significant delays. FedEx seems to not care ever about it. I feel bad for the customer reps as they must get bombarded all shit long with the amount of poor work FedEx does.

Packages are not delivered to door, left at curbside. This tends to help eliminate "Porch Pirates"-they can just drive up to the curb to snatch package. This is about FedEx ground in the White Marsh area of Maryland.

Needed to ship a package from San Francisco Bay Area to El Paso Tx. The agent at the counter assured me the best way to insure the package would arrive on time and in good shape was to opt for FedEx Priority Overnight insured.

The package did arrive 6 days later. Contacted FedEx with a great deal of difficulty. The 1st attempt, I was disconnected after 35 minutes on hold. 2nd attempt the agent finally answered then after explaining the problem either the call dropped or failed.

I expected a call back as the FedEx Rep asked for a good call back number. She then repeated the number back to me. No call back. On my 3rd attempt I finally got an agent who tried to help, she however was unable to do so and referred me to another dept.

The gentleman answered with a polite tone. Then proceeded…

Once again this sorry behind delivery service Did Not deliver my package to my deck. Not only are these people retarded and lazy but I'm inclined to believe the owner of FedEx is as well because they are not any better than their workers. I made a complaint to them last month and have not heard a word from them. I will tell all of my family as well as friends to use UPS instead. I am so livid with company until I could spit fire.

Daily texts telling me my item was on the truck and will be delivered that day this went on for five days before it’s finally delivered on a Friday afternoon which was the deadline. I’ve complained to FedEx talk to the people who are very agreeable but I could tell aren’t going to do a dang thing.

this exact same thing happened three years ago to a buddy too. Iit concerns the broken Arrow Oklahoma shipping facility. My item was on the truck all five days they just never delivered it the box was beat all the hell.

I saved all the texts and I have pictures of the damaged box. I will not ever use them again .

Unfortunately, today I am highly concerned on the safety and quality of the process from initial contact with customer to delivery to destination. I sent out a piece of furniture using the suggested ground shipping process but have experienced 18 handoffs from the east coast across the country and now stuck in Tracy Ca, and not close to making it to Hawaii. From a lean perspective, the process has experienced the following wastes: transportation, motion, movement, wait time, overprocessing. Consistently deliver packages to the wrong suite number. Deliver to a residential unit not the business that they are addressed to. You call their complaint department and all you get is "I'm so sorry". Sorry does not fix this problem.

You cannot speak with anyone higher up in the company. You have to wait until they call you back, which is usually never! It is hard to believe that this company is still in business when they have no regard for their customers.

I filed a complaint with Tracy in customer resolution on 2/18/28 complaint # C57553537, who intentionally manipulated my complaint is all of the reason why Fed Ex has poor customer service problems. Her refusal to report what she confirmed was the problem is gross customer service, and she should NOT have a job in consumer resolutions. Most importantly, the complaint with Monica was manipulated to condone Tracy inaccurately reporting my GROSS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

On Wednesday February 23, 2022 at approximately 3:38pm I called into Customer Service to inquire about why my package keeps getting delayed and delayed.

First my package was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 21st, got a text stating 'now my package will arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday the 22nd my package failed to arrive and I got a text from you all again stating 'now my package will arrive on Wednesday.

Wednesday the 23rd came and went with, yet again, no package. I called into Fed Ex Customer Service at approximate 3:00pm and was told by one of your reps he was sorry and he would begin a trace on why my package keeps getting delayed.

He stated the trace department would be in touch by way of a phone call that same day and he "Promised me" not matter what they would make sure my package…

I have waited home two full days for delivery, I gave entry code and my phone number 4 times so the driver had info to deliver. Fed Ex stated they will attempt to deliver a third time then I can go to FedEx to pick up.

How do they get away with this? This is 2022? I KNOW THAT THERE ARE MANY MORE COMPLAINTS FROM OTHERS, GUESS WHAT ? FED EX DOES NOT HAVE A COMPLAINT DEPT.

I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday 2/23 I went online to have the package delivered to fed ex onsite instead. Somewhere in between that time fed ex delivered it early. The package was signed for by a person whom I have no idea who they are.

I’ve asked around everyone is saying they don’t know who it is. I called customer service got a lady named Theresa who was rude from the moment she answered the phone who basically said oh well the package was delivered they lost $400 worth of products and let someone sign my package who’s Name wasn’t on it.

It’s hard to get someone on the phone the Ivr system loops you around and won’t let you talk to anybody as if the situation isn’t stressful enough.

I pre-ordered a collectors edition box set game from GameStop, and the courier they're contracted with is, unfortunately, FedEx. GameStop did their part, they sent out the box set early to assure it would arrive at my house at the promised release date of 2-18-2022.

The day came and went and my package hadn't arrived. That in itself wasn't a big deal. The issue came when the package reached the distribution warehouse near Atlanta. I live in S. Georgia an the warehouse for my area is about 4 or 5 hours away from the one it was at in Kennesaw, GA.

Today, I watched a fed-ex driver leave my rug delivery at my mailbox which is very far from my house. I saw someone walking by pick up my rug and start walking toward a car. I had to run down my long driveway and get my rug before it was stolen from the street then I had to carry it up my long driveway and up 10 steps to my house.

I got a keyboard from Amazon US, value of Keyboard is Rs 14,040. Fedex India has charged me a customs of Rs 7,667.

Customs duty on keyboard is 18% and HSN code is 8471-6040. So customs should be Rs 2527.20.

It has been 48 days I have been emailing FEDEX India asking them what is the HSN Code that they have used to charge customs on my item, but there has been no response. My item now shows as lost, and the seller cannot initiate refund as the window is closed.

My package today was so poorly handled ! Driver didn't even wait for me to run downstairs and left. He had instructions just leave a item in the lobby of condominium, I don't have to sigh for it !!! Whole day I waited until it was dropped in 1101 Clint Moore location.

When I finally could, had to wait another 20 minutes with unfriendly FedEx employee - who ignored me for first 10 minutes !!!! It happens here all the time with FedEx Driver don't even wait and leave quickly - ALL THE TIME.

Bad experience today. Literally watched the truck pull up and waiting in doorway only to see driver drive away as I was yelling at them where are you going! The driver did not even attempt to get out of truck while I am standing in doorway. I even had a post it note on door telling FedEx I am home. I have called customer service multiple times and never can talk to a supervisor. I have been waiting over 2 hours to talk to a supervisor and no one calls me back.

How is it that you can run a company like this with this kind of drivers and customer service!?

I have informed the business that mailed my package never to use Fed Ex again and I for sure will not be either.

Fed Ex leaves packages at the end of our driveway by the set of mailboxes on the main highway road! They don’t leave it on my porch!

Sooooo………….packages are left on the main road. Well, I did not get 2 of my packages because they were stollen (wow……..imagine that). Lazy people wont drive the truck up our driveway.

Only FedEx does this…………all other delivery companies leave packages at the door!!! Common sense…………….”Maybe I should not leave this $500 vacuum by a mailbox along the main highway”

Today I received a package and it was left at my end of my driveway in a big snow pile, 5 feet from the road. This has happened like 10 other times with FedEx. I had a bunch of deliveries in December and they were All left at my end of my driveway right beside the road.

It’s disrespectful and I don’t appreciate it! The lack of common sense knowing that anyone could drive by and steal it. Then I get the text saying that my package was delivered and you guys put that it was put by the door or the garage which is a complete lie.

Do you do this with all your customers because you their to lazy to put it in the mailbox or drive up to the house?

Had a fed ex delivery driver here this morning that would not delivery to a storage unit. In over 20 years of being here there have been no issues with fed ex delivering packages to the storage unit. This guy refused to do it without someone going with him to the unit.

Fed ex has a delivery with a specific unit # written on it and fed ex is responsible for that delivery to the unit without us touching the box and delivering it ourselves. This would make us responsible for the item not fed ex.

In this instant the combination code is on the box to get into the unit and we open the gate to let them in. Your driver's need to be aware of this and do their job of delivery.

FedEx made a delivery on Friday Feb04 2022 instead of delivering my package on the deck it was drop off on the ground. Soon after discovering this I made a call to their customer's support line. I was explaining to her how my package was delivered and that that was completely unacceptable after not getting any satisfaction I requested that she have their delivery person come back out and

pick my box up off of the ground and put it on my deck like it should have been delivered in the very beginning. After telling this woman that I had to leave for an appointment she started that I needed to answer the phone when FedEx called that was nearly impossible if I'm in the middle of a doctor's appt.

After returning from my appt I called FedEx and spoke to someone different told him everything…

Fedex office on Atlantic Ave in Raleigh has no lucite to separate staff from customers AND staff do not wear masks. IN 2020 I asked a staff member where their masks were. There is a mask mandate in city of Raleigh.

Staff member said it was too hot for mask but she would put one on if I wanted her to do so. Since then there have been no masks on staff and none in sight. Why do they not even have lucite panels to protect staff and clients?

Fedex is not delivering my Adidas Yeezy shoes. I filed a complaint and a supervisor contacted me. He started reading a script about how to subscribe to shipping alerts blah blah. I told him I suspect one of his employees is sitting on this package on purpose.

These are not readily available shoes in the market and this employee must be waiting to see if the issues dies it’s own death and then he or she can run away with it. I also suggested instead of giving me BS best practices in tracking the package, he should be spending time investigating the last person who got the package according to the scans.

I will contact Fedex ceo as well via email and report.

Fed up with fedex. Package left in snowbank across the street from my home. No attempt to deliver to house was made. Left a complaint and had no response. Now expecting another pkg. and wanted to manage delivery but this is impossible since website is not able to do this.

Called and virtually impossible to speak to a human and when I did got the run around. Businesses should not use fedex but instead UPS or Amazon or USPS.

I was waiting for my package noting as of yet my neighbor rang my doorbell which I have a camera when I open my door she tells me my package was left near the elevator they just threw in front of the elevator I call FedEx and supervisor call me and I told him that I leave in a big complex 21 floors and we have 7 buildings they have been stealing packages in these complex the have to do something about these FedEx delivery workers they don’t care where they leave your packages this is not the first time I had this problem.

I am very upset about fedex delivery of 2 of my pkg on January 23,2022. UPShas never had a problem bringing my packages to my house. And I am not the only recipient that this happened to on sunday. My neighbors across the road package was laying on ground beside of mine covered in snow.

Was waiting on my mom life insurance check that I had overnight service and suppose to been here Friday 1/21/22. Now its Monday and the delivery driver stated that he been by my house and attempted to deliver and left a dog tag now mind you I have camera all around my place and

there is no footage of any driver by Fedex, USPS showed up no problem UPS showed up no problem, but FedEx rather lie about it. This life insurance check suppose to been in the bank by today before checks started to clear so now I'm going to have fees out this world because of your lack of empathy and just plain rude and unprofessional

If you live in an apartment don’t even think about choosing fedex as an option. They are one do the worst services I have seen in my entire life. I have ordered so many times and they keep changing the delivery dates and say that I was not available or business is closed just because they do not want to come upstairs and leave the package on the front door.

It has happened all the time. I wait for my packages the whole day by the door and they claim that there was no one available and thus they took it back. They just don’t want to come all the way inside and climb the stairs to leave the package.

UPS is soooo much better.

Pick up drivers do not stop for pick ups when they are scheded too. They just drive by and say no one was home. I purposely wait by the door to hand off my package. And it really pissrs me off when the drivers lie and same that they stopped when they do not.

I have cameras out front to prove it.

Really bad experience getting a delivery.

First 2 times the same item was reported missing and a third replace was sent by shipper. Even that one has not been delivered and the delivery date keeps moving. Customer service is zero help.

This is literally the reason I refuse to order with fed ex. Sadly this package I didn’t know was going to come from fed ex. It’s a 900 dollar package and everyday now for a WEEK it’s “attempted” delivery but I never got a rang at my door.

Every day there’s “door tags” created. But again, nothing at my door. I’ve talked to customer service 7 times and all they do is lie and beat around the bush to tell you anything to get you off the phone.

I honestly have NO CLUE how fed ex is still in business and why anybody would ever use them. Just Google stolen or missing packages and 9/10 times it’s about fed ex.

FedEx Ground Driver put my overnight FedEx envelope in a big clear plastic bag, raised my mailbox rod into the up position and tied it to the rod instead of delivering to my front door. It was a replacement debit card.

He sat in his truck for 5 or 10 minutes beforehand. He could have walked it up during that time. So irresponsible!

I order my replacement device on the Jan 9. Today is 12 and it said they attempt to delivery the package which is false. I do have camera. Now this 5th complaint in 2 days. Now they're stating that driver is delayed in traffic with item and it want be until tomorrow which I was told the same thing yesterday.

This ridiculous and not good business behavior at all.

my delivery that are made by fedex almost always get delivered to wrong address and i never receive them. and most of the time when i try to get repurchase the item its out of stock, very frustrating when its a special gift.. why cant my local driver seem to get my delivery to my house!!!
