Waiting on an very important package that was overnighted. Saw the fedex truck out my window went to the door, he never came to the door went across the yard, because my house was being pressured washed. So when I open the door I ask the pressure wash guy where did the fedex guy go , he said he went to another house.

So I then look at the tracking it said that customer was not home. I have it all on my doorbell camera.. Now I have to wait another day, for a package that should have been delivered the correct way…

Important meds that need to keep cold with ice packs delayed a day or more because driver doesn't understand simply instructions posted at security gate controls. Fedex faults receiver. Fedex live agents say per driver it is not possible to enter community.

(Not true since ALL delivery companies have no problems getting thru the gate. Attached is a picture with my notes showing two options to access entry. One is for those looking for a name, but have no address; the second option (easiest) is for drivers who have name and address.

) It will ring residence mobile phone. If not picked up by residence, then it defaults to another person or system to open gate. I have no records of missed phone calls from gate on my mobile device!

If it was possible to leave a zero star rating that's what I would give you! I am so completely LIVID with your company! I will NEVER choose FedEx again! FedEx used to be the standard for shipping when you wanted to get something delivered by a guaranteed time.

My refund claim was denied due to "weather" which no one informed me of until I called to find out why my refund hadn't hit my account as I was told it would within 72 hours. A week later NOTHING! No notification or anything.

After multiple calls yet again and being hung up on by Rudy (manager of Revenue Services) which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE I called back and was connected to Carla in Revenue Customer Advocate Chain and she was very helpful. She at least downgraded my overnight fee to a 2 day delivery so that I got a partial…

FedX gives me a delivery window of time that is ALL DAY UNTIL 8:00 PM. Package must be signed for so I stay home ALL DAY and EVENING but NO DELIVERY!!! So PISSED! Now they want me to do the same thing AGAIN TODAY TIL 8:00PM and I STILL MAY NOT GET MY PACKAGE!

I am complaining about the driver for FedEx that delivered our new vacuum cleaner to the sidewalk in front of our gate. The package weighed 12 pounds the gate is easily opened and could been placed inside. If we hadn’t come home within the hour and discovered it outside, it would’ve been an easy target for any thief walking by.

This is the third time that the driver has been unwilling to bring the package to the front door which is only through the gate and down a few stairs. This is an unprofessional driver who should not be working for the company.

All the other delivery people do an excellent job of placing the packages by the front door so they can’t be seen from the street.

I bought somethings online and had it shipped to my cousin's home. Fedex took upon themselves to return the package to shipper without any VALID REASONS! When asked they lied over the phone stating the shipper requested it, but I communicated with the shipper and say they would not do anything like this because the order was already paid for.

It seems Fedex needs to figure out to mind their own damn business. What fedex is doing is violating my rights as a consumer. FEDEX do not touch my packages and deliver them as stated!!!! You people should be sued.

FedEx lost my delivery of six critical medications. Their "virtual assistant" took my information, and and then dropped me, saying "You're all set! We'll contact you." All I have is a lousy case number.

A day later, I tried to reach a human because none of the options worked, but the virtual assistant said "I cannot connect you with a representative." I was furious.

I repeated the process and this time got a living, breathing person on the line, although it was difficult to understand her accent. She took my case number and said it showed my package was delivered. Back to square one, booo. She said I have to wait three MORE days, then contact the pharmacy who shipped the prescriptions to resolve the issue. No responsibility.

Amazon, UPS, and USPS deliver here regularly. Only FedEx…

Ever since our National Representative Ryan Linstroth left back in 2021, our new rep. Stephanie Stevens and/or her Supervisor Dusan Friga have been ignoring our account. We send email after email after email, with most times not even receiving a response. If and when we do get a response it is a canned response stating it is because Stephanie is relocating and things will get better once her move is finalized. Well she has been relocating for about a year now, for that is how long I have heard this as the excuse for the poor service, I think you should call Guinness.

The other response we will receive is that she has escalated and is waiting to hear back and to give her 2 to 3 weeks to follow up. Needless to say, those weeks come and go, we write her again and she just tells us the same…

FedEx tried to deliver twice in one day and we were not home. It was a MacBook so understandably they did not leave it. I called the customer line the same day and the automated system said that the package was at the warehouse.

With great difficulty I spoke to a nearly incomprehensible person who give me the address of the warehouse. I drove there and called back and was told I could not go in. Several calls latter I was assured the driver would be at the warehouse at 7:30.

I drove to the warehouse again and called the number (I could not figure out how to get into the complex which seemed a labyrinth of automated truck gates). They kept me on hold and transferees me around each time assuring me no one was answering at the warehouse on Texas Longhorn in Ft. Worth.

The driver drop off my package next door the house # was right above his head. I’m glad Alexa told me I was the next delivery. I saw the truck dive up and down the street. Once the driver drove by I looked out my front door and saw my package sitting on my neighbors door.

And you wonder why packages go missing.

Seems the FedEx driver can't read or doesn't know that even numbers are one side of the street and the odd numbers are on the other side of the street!! Outrageous!

I shouldn't have to go get a police officer to go with me so I can retrieve my packages because the driver leaves them wherever they see fit!! My address is 335 Sharp Street HALLS TN, she left Monday and Tuesdays packages at 326 Sharp Street HALLS TN.

Paid huge sum of money to have package delivered next day. It arrived 24 hours later ... that's pretty rotten service, if u ask me. And all calls to that 800 number provided on several websites are useless. Those agents promised a response within 24-36 hours and I heard not a word.

The world should know that FedEx does not live up to any of its guarantees and promises.

I got a text saying my package had been delivered. I looked on every porch and steps and couldn’t find it.

Finally, I saw it precariously balanced on top of a single fence pole by the front gate. Before I could reach it, the wind had knocked it off. The package should have been delivered to the front porch. According to the delivery notice it was left at the front door. This is not true.

Please be sure packages are delivered to the front door. This is not the first time a Fed Ex delivery person has dropped it over the gate or left it at the gate instead of opening the gate and walking up to the porch. trknbr=272534832552&trkqual=12023~272534832552~FDEG

For the past 3 packages I have had being delivered through FedEx, I have received a delivery attempt failed text message saying the business was closed or no one was home. Each time, I have been sitting on my balcony with a clear view of the parking lot and entrance gate to our building, and have not seen the FedEx truck even near our street.

' No door tag was left, as the driver never actually even attempted these deliveries. This needs to stop because these packages are fresh food that need to be delivered on their scheduled day. Drivers should not be faking delivery attempts.

I had an online order with Fedex as the shipper on 4/22/22. For the past 7 days, in their tracking tool, shipment states on time and will be deliver by end of day today, 4/29/22. Shipment was from GA to TX.

I just received a status update from Fedex stating my package will now be delilvered 5/1/22. Put it on the wrong truck and now I have to wait for my package. They do this unorganized crap alll the time. Hire people that can read labels, JFC. I cannot stand Fedex!!!!! Awful.

Billed my cc twice for 2 different amounts. Hidden charges 2 different charges to deliver to residential, and I have never dealt with customer service that was so rude. I got hung up on called back and even the supervisor Debra was rude talking over me and no help at all .

I want my money back on my card. I will NEVER use fed ex again. And will make sure my friends and family know about the double billing, hidden fees and the poor customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star.

But that wasn’t an option.

I live in Virginia and according to tracking box was in PA about 3:30 am, so i doubted id get it but i was obligated from 8 am til 7 pm to stay close to front of house. I have Parkinsons and when ny meds start to wear off i need to lie down for a couple min. m.

Theres alot of elderly and disabled people that have to go down to lobbies or front offices in apt buildings and they dont stay open all night, and in some areas its dangerous to be signing for a package after dark. There really should have been a Sat.

I'm a business Owner that has a grievous complaint with fedex delivery of one package that has been delayed since April 8, 2022. I've spoken to several supervisors, each one was useless, and none beneficial, gave a report of on the truck for delivery, and it hasn't made it yet.

I paid for priority overnight shipping to ship my son’s medication. It was not delivered because of a “sorting mistake”. My son becomes very I’ll without this medication. I can’t get an answer as to when the mediation will be delivered.

I have two package sent from Humans Pharmacy that shows they were delivered and they were not a FedEx truck at my house . We have a camera. March 24 the tracking said it was delivered and no delivered. Called customer service very rude.

Fedex delivery service sucks. They could at least knock on the door instead of me finding my package on the front lawn like they just threw it there. Whatever happened to knock on the door and getting a signature for packages.

There was only a $30000 check in that envelope that was delivered on my front lawn and the wind was blowing it down the street. Your company is such a f****** joke you don't know how to deliver s***. Learn how to deliver packages the proper way.

I was getting a package delivered to our business and the fed ex driver backed into a telephone pole and knocked it down. It was a contracted carrier company name Aced Management Fort Wayne IN Contracted Service Provider. there was no Police report because it was on private property.

We LOVE our regular normal driver that drives a real fedex truck, Let me make that perfectly clear. It is the smartass jerk that drives a white panel truck none of can stand or tolerate. He leaves where ever he wants including outside, doesnt notify the tenants that theres even a pgk there or even myself.

Signs are posted through out the foyer NOONE can leave pgks in the foyer and what MORON would leave anything outside. com, so now did the support addy, if no response from them I will contact the CEO and have my tenants boycott fedex period and fins another way to deliver their pgks..

FedEx has the very worst complaint department and frequently service as well. I received a bill which was increased inappropriately. And i never received the initial bill so another charge was added to it. There is no real complaint department and they claim no escalation department.

The fedex store i took the 3 packages for this shipment employs female individuals who should never be dealing with the public. After refusing my boxes initially, they reluctantly accepted them when I called 1 800 fed ex who agreed they boxes were appropriate.

They were being sent to another business. I discovered that these women added extra charges for a residential delivery. Then still extra charge since the weight was less than the box size.

This whole week I have had packages delivered too my house and for some reason the packages can't ever get too my front door there always put in front of my garage door or my car and it has been raining this whole week!!! I got and talked too someone lady on the phone and she said she would make a note too tell the drivers too put it by the front door but here we are 3 days later there still putting the packages in front of the garage and

I was supposed to recieve a delivery from fedex tracking number 270975723244 and did not recieve my package and when i checked on it via tracking it said that it was delivered and signed for at delivery so for starters why would a company deliver a package and have someone sign for this package and not verify that the person signing for this package is actually the guys name on the reciept of the person that purchased this item not just any tom dick or harry and

A package was supposed to arrive March 21, 2022. While the shipment was international, it arrived in the US on March 15. It sat for 6 days while waiting to be cleared by Customs (according to FedEx). The delivery date listed "By 12:00pm on March 21" until 11:59am that day.

It then changed to "By end of dat on March 21" despite it still being a four hour flight away. Around 6:00pm on March 21, it changed again to say "Delayed" and "Delivery Date Unknown". Apparently it cleared customs on 3/21/22, it then traveled across the US to another hub, where it has sat for 30 hours without movement.

FedEx's phone system would not connect me to a customer service representative so I had to message through Twitter. Representative refused to provide any assistance because I am not the shipping party…

My complaint is that I just recently opened an fed ex account I have never used my fed ex account. When speaking with the new accounts Dept. they are telling me that my account is on hold because of another family member that has an account with them that does not live at my residence. I don't have a dam thing to do with other relatives that has an account with them. And they can not hold me accountable for my other family members accounts with them I can only be held accountable for my account. I would highly appreciate it if they would remove the hold off of my account or they can just close my account and I will ship threw another company.

I personally put the note at the front for fedex driver to give my package to my next door but I not work ( why ? Can't that driver read ) I try to call customer support for the delivery instructions and is no help on that ..
