My complaint is about rudeness of a FedEx Driver. m. on 9/29/2022. I was transporting my wife to that pharmacy to pickup her pain meds which has to be picked up in person. She had a total hip replacement three days prior to the incident.

The 3 handicapped parking spaces were full upon our arrival so I pulled around to the front of the store where there is a gradual grade walkup to the store entrance. The FedEx driver starts blowing the horn at me while I was assisting my wife's exit from my car, and proceeded waving me to move so he can pull in the space I was parked in.

I informed him my wife had just had surgery 3 days prior (she was on a walker). He pulled directly behind me and proceeded with his pick up, ,or delivery and I approached him and asked him for his name or FedEx employee…

I have an expensive delivery that requires a signature scheduled for today. My boyfriend took off work to stay home because this delivery is for an Executive RVP whom I work for. My boyfriend informed me while sitting in our living room that shows our front door that he saw the Fedex driver stop in front of the house and leave.

No door tag was left, and now my delivery is scheduled for monday. I needed this delivery this evening for an event, so I called FedEx who informed me that they were unable to return today. I requested to speak with a Supervisor-Michelle who informed me a door tag is scanned in the system ALTHOUGH NOT LEFT ON MY DOOR!

and that they were unable to attempt another delivery today as it's after 1:00PM. Mind you the delivery driver was there at 2:30P and I called FedEx…

Well first let me say I gotta ask what’s the point. I have made so many complaints to Customer Service at FedEx about my packages not being delivered because I live down a country road and the driver just refuses to come down the road.

He leaves my packages at the corner of the dirt road at a crossroad and many times they disappear imagine that. Always marks the package delivered and notes delivered to Front door the driver just flat out lies. I’ve asked numerous times help from FedEx yes Mr.

Rivello we’re sorry will call you right back, right back is been never. I’ve lived in the same place for 15 years and in 15 years UPS has never had a problem finding me or coming down here and delivering here.

Believe it’s a problem based on a driver who is just so sorry he doesn’t want to drive…

My shipment was supposed to come yesterday and I took the day off but it never came . Today is september 15 next day and still it has not came. I call to ask and everyone hangs up on me in the philippines.

I talked to one lady and she said there was a fire and that's why it was delayed. I tried to resolve my case but nobody helps! They finally transfer me to dispatch and she was extremely rude! Fedex had attempted delivery one day and said would try next day. 8am to 8pm. At 9:20pm still no package. Their overseas service center said I could pickup tomorrow at location. no one opened door till 8:24. no one was at counter Then we were told system running slow and that we should all come back later.

couldn't find it and then said it was out on truck for delivery even though I was told it would be available for pickup at Choteau location.

Had the rudest delivery driver called Mitch. He put my delivery in the middle of my dining room where my customers line up to order. I asked kindly if he could move the delivery to my delivery area please & he refused told me it was not his job as he didn’t work here.

He created a tripping hazard.

Also an absolute terrible example of customer service & a bad example to your company. I would like to request he never steps foot in my business again.

Waited all day for delivery of 2 packages. I track delivery via text messages. Received a text at 7:02am, packages were out for delivery. At 5:43pm, received text stating FedEx was not able to deliver 2 packages due to address being incorrect.

I called FedEx @5:45pm but am u able to speak to ANYONE since I did not ship the packages, I’m just the person that bought & paid for the shipping. Placed call to merchant (Parts Geek), opened a ticket for help & waited for a response from them by opting to receive a call back due to high caller volume creating a 40 minute hold time.

In June of 2022 we had a package sent from San Diego to us using FedEx overnight or 2nd air. We kept on getting package delayed, will be delivered next day. Next day same and so on for a week. We call and we ask what is going on. They ensure us that the driver will deliver next day. We tell them to call if they can't find the place. It's a new address. Next, we get another message that the driver tried to deliver but no one was there which was not true since there's always someone here, 24/7. So we have to drive 4 hour round trip to pick up the package ourselves.

I give them a bad review on Google and vowed to never use them. Unfortunately, I we have a package sent to us again a couple of months later with FedEx.…

I am a disabled senior citizen. I cannot go out and hunt for packages. On all my deliveries it is posted "Deliver to Front Door", yet I have had no luck with that happening via PedEx. All my other packages that are delivered (Amazon, UPS, etc) come to my door.

why can't FedEx accomplish the same courtesy? I have called and complained several times now. I need the merchandise that gets delivered by FedEx, but I am going to have to stop ordering from companies that use you to deliver their merchandise.

I hope none of your people ever have to depend on such a small request. I sincerely hope that you don't treat all of your handicapped customers as "well" as you have treated me.

They say package delivered but don't deliver. They don't care about us. They should call or contact us if they can't find our address. Their delivery people aren't hold accountable for not delivering and lying about marking as delivered. This should be a federal crime.

Usps is just as bad. I never have issues with Amazon. And atleast if I do I can contact customer service and it's resolved quickly. Local authorities need to step up and investigate. The ceo needs to step down and lazy management.

How are these drivers not charged with theft? That's a federal crime to steal from consumers.

So today FEDEX arrived at my house. They pulled up in the drive way never rang the door bell or knocked on the door. By the time I walked out to the driveway the driver had pulled out and was heading down the road.

I chased the driver but they just kept driving. It was apparent that this driver had no intention of delivering my package. This is the second time that I have had this happen from the SALISBURY MD location. I talked to customer service but they really did not provide a remedy other than I need to wait until next week for my package.

It saddens me to see supposedly educated appointments running the logistics at FedEx. Obviously theorist and not practitioners, picked up in Martin-Nashville-Memphis-Dyersburg, for delivery to Covington. Another coming from China - Anchorage - Memphis, 4 days, then taking over 3 days to go 50 miles for delivery.

I believe FedEx needs to stop equating a degree with intelligence as these individuals are costing the company millions in labor-fuel-fleet management repairs-customers due to the inability to apply commonsense. FedEx driver left my package sitting on the side of the road by my mailbox. My mailbox is quite some distance from my house, but I just happened to be looking out and caught him before he left. It is unacceptable to leave packages on the side of the road.

I told him to never leave packages on the road. They can be stolen or cause an accident. My address is 439 Cedar Creek Road NW, Cartersville Georgia 30121. This incident occurred Saturday, August 20. It was also raining and he was just going to leave box in the rain and on the side of the road.

Frequently the drivers don't make an effort to deliver items. They sit in the truck,then drive off,then your email comes up saying they'll try again tomorrow. This is unacceptable service. If they can't do the job they were hired for,they need to look into something different .

This has happened a lot. Our parking lot is being paved,but not the driveway at this time,so there's no excuse for this except for pure laziness . I even stood outside our side door and waved,but he just drove off.

House at end of a tenth of a mile driveway, about 176 yards. Boxes consistently left about 20 yards from street, or about 150 yards from house. Some are very heavy. Part of driveway toward house is uphill. I'm 71.

Am I supposed to carry these boxes to the house? THIS IS NOT DELIVERY. Really really sick of it. I have complained to get ex customer service two times. Nothing changes.

I share an address with a business that's nextdoor and because the business isn't open on Saturdays and Sunday's FedEx won't deliver my personal packages to my house on these days and I have called and tried to get them to understand that I don't have anything to do with the business nextdoor and the driver still automatically puts in the email " attempt made, business closed, will deliver on next business day" and

There is always someone in my home. Whenever Fedex is used as the shipper I have problems getting my packages. Your drivers never ring the bell in the front of the building. That's the only way to know when a delivery is here.

I called customer service and asked for my package to be redelivered. m. But of course that didn't happen. My package was left at a drop off location. Fedex at one time was the best. Not so much anymore. My tracking number is 276210994380.

I ask companies to use the USPS or UPS when I order products. Because I'm sorry to say Fedex is unreliable. And really doesn't care at all about customer service.

Their customer service is about the worst I have ever seen. Roda who refused to let me speak to a manager was rude, didn't care and said there was no need for a manager. They push the blame to 3rd party people as if they have nothing to do with the shipments and its all 3rd party.

I have called the headquarters and i am waiting for a call back from corp office. I plan to push and push the issue till i speak with the ceo. I have the time and money to make an example out of this company and I plan to do so.

i would like to submit a complaint regarding a delivery done today at 502 Morton Ave Absecon, NJ 08201. The delivery guy left the 100+ pound package in my driveway and not on the porch or near the porch. Also, he did not ring the door bell or left a note. It happened that I went outside and saw the big box by my car.

I'm a disabled woman and encountered lots of problems bringing the package inside. I would like that future packages will be delivered at the porch and NOT in the driveway.

The FedEx driver disregarded my note to return my shipment to sender and left it at my door on 7/25/22. I phoned Fed Ex to complain and the first FedEx customer service agent gave me a return verification number but failed to issue a Call Tag, so there was no record of the pick-up he claimed to have scheduled for 7/26/22.

I found this out when I decided to check on the status of the pick-up. This second agent I spoke to could barely speak English. Understanding her was terribly frustrating. At least she did issue a call tag and gave me a new verification number, but she mistakenly told me that the delivery tracking number would be the same one used for the return.

In the past month we have experienced horrible service! Our packages, the last five things that we ordered that were being delivered by FedEx, are repeatedly delivered to the wrong location. We have a development right across from our home and, even though the number is extremely visible on our mailbox and on our house, the packages are being brought to the development mail shed instead of to our home, so

we have to keep going there to pick it up, whenever we receive a message that the package has been delivered. This has been since June, and every time we are notified that our package has been delivered, we know where to get it but it should be brought to our home like it is supposed to be.

Regarding Package Delivery from Chewy labeled “leave at front door”. I Could not locate. Pulled groin tendon and 104 degrees in Florida, I walk to end of my driveway, 1/8 mile, to find package outside of property line, in a recycling bin I had curbside.

I would give FedX no stars. The last three deliveries were left blocking my storm door so I had to walk from the back to the front of the house to clear the door and get my delivery. Mind you, I am an 82 year old woman with serious lung and spine problems and walking is difficult.

That is why I prefer deliveries rather than shop in stores. UPS and USPS leave packages on table next to door. Why does FedX need to do otherwise and block my door? I already complained to Chewy. Made it clear that if it happened again I would refuse further deliveries from FedX.

I ordered an item for overnight shipping and waited all day at home for the item to be delivered. I was checking the delivery tracking ever few to see when the package would be delivered. Around 5:00 pm, i checked again to see when my package could be delivered, FedEx site stated that a delivery attempt was made, which i found hard to believe.

I live in a apartment complex, we have a leasing office, package lockers, and plus i was at home when the attempt was made. We have a security call box to get entry in my building which the calls is setup to go to my cell phone.

Without exception, every food order I place is not delivered but always tracks that it has been. I'm at home all day and even check the entire condominium premises before notifying the sender. One of the companies I use switched to UPS after several missed deliveries.

Tracking number 585489601207. Shows on travel track it was scanned 5 times in Montgomery Al. Then after paying for early delivery it shows as delayed because wrong address. Lies! I have lived at this address for 18 years and anyone with a gps comes straight here except fed ex.

Fed Ex Delivery Drivers here in the South Western Pittsburgh, PA area CONSISTENTLY do not deliver packages to the door. My packages are either left at the bottom of my outside steps. (I live in a 2nd floor, 4 apartment house) OR more recently they have been THROWING them (YES, Throwing them) IN THE STREET and leaving them there.

I even taped a sign by my garage to please deliver to the door. I KNOW they saw it; they had to walk right past it this time and they delivered it to the downstairs neighbor because they are TOO LAZY to walk up the steps.

At least it got THAT far, I should be grateful. My address was clearly marked too - "2nd Floor".

ALSO: I am aware now of what companies I order from who use Fed Ex (Target, Sams Club, Walmart and Home Depot) and I will NEVER AGAIN order…

Shipped and expensive item sold on eBay,paid for insurance and packaged it very well and marked it fragile. They destroyed it it's in 30 pieces and it's sturdy plastic they crushed the box completely to the point they had to put it in another box.

They refused my claim and said it was my fault lol. They literally destroyed it. It wasn't just cracked or dropped it was crushed and in pieces of pieces. I'll never ship with them again. They are dishonest and so cheap they just didn't want to cover the damages because they were 600$ but that's why I paid for insurance they even refuse a refund for shipping lol they're a joke

I got a confirmation email stating my order was delivered. But I have not received any delivery from FedEx at all. I tried to submit a claim, and it says my tracking number is through FedEx SmartPost so I have to have the company that shipped the package submit the claim.

That is horrible customer service! If your driver did not deliver the package to the correct address or suite number that has NOTHING to do with who shipped my package.

There should be an option to talk to someone at FedEx or email them no matter who sent the package.

If your delivery driver does not deliver the package to the correct address, that is on FedEx, NOT the company that sent the package.

This is not the first time that this has happened at our address for deliveries. My co-worker also did not receive her…

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. Out of the last 8 packages companies using fedex to deliver products 6 have been screwed up with one being lost (an overnight that i almost lost my job for) and

the rest being multiple days late, conflicting updates and customer service who don't give a shit about any of it. I have been requesting that companies i do business with, use usps or ups and to drop fedex and i suggest others do the same. They don't care!

My package was delayed a couple of days. I arrived today 6/13/22. I received a text notification that the package was left at my front door. I live in an upstairs apartment complex. I peeped out of my door, no package.

I went downstairs, no package in the lobby. I went outside (public area) and saw the package. The female driver was driving off while I was left to struggle bringing the huge box upstairs. I am 68 years old and it was an ordeal!

My complaint is that I was expecting a delivery from FedEx on 6-6-22 but ended up having a family emergency missed my delivery a doortag was left saying it would be delivered next day. 6-7-22 I stayed at My resident all day at 6pm I received a alert saying my package couldn't be delivered because no one was home or business was closed which wasn't true at all.

I shipped two separate packages two weeks ago and they are still being held at the FedEx Security team investigation department in Memphis right now. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to assist me with getting them back to me or sent to the people.
