I am paying for their mistakes!
First of all, they are unable to wire rollover funds and, instead, must MAIL enormous sums of money, like my entire savings, "overnight" to your home and you must then forward the check to your other account - as a result, they are making money on your funds that are no longer in any of your accounts. In addition, their errors have caused this time to stretch to two weeks for me to get my own money.
After an agent mistakenly updated my new address too soon, I had to have it corrected before a check was sent to my current address. At that point, the system saw it as a new address. Then, because they can't wire the funds, they used UPS, which went on to temporarily lose the check!
