I am complaining about the executive service at Fidelity. My first meeting was a zoom meeting and I had to notify Fidelity to get the info for meeting and the person that I was supposed to meet with was out.
So Susan Kim took the meeting but was not familiar with the account. My second meeting was with Susan Kim but she was a no-show. When I called they said she had an emergency but failed to cancel our appointment.
I am very disappointed in the executive services at Fidelity. You would think they would treat their clients better. I won’t be using them again!!!
