I am complaining about the executive service at Fidelity. My first meeting was a zoom meeting and I had to notify Fidelity to get the info for meeting and the person that I was supposed to meet with was out.

So Susan Kim took the meeting but was not familiar with the account. My second meeting was with Susan Kim but she was a no-show. When I called they said she had an emergency but failed to cancel our appointment.

I am very disappointed in the executive services at Fidelity. You would think they would treat their clients better. I won’t be using them again!!!

Fidelity was sent 2 checks for deposit totaling over $130,000. Fidelity refused to accept the checks that were made payable to my sole proprietorship business even though they had done so previously. Fidelity did not promptly return the checks to me.

A Fidelity representative provided false information about the return of the checks. Prior to this, I always had received excellent service. My impression of and confidence in Fidelity has been greatly diminished and I intent to move my assets to another financial broker over time.

The worst website I experience so far among all financial institution.

First , I want to clarify all associates from Fidelity are very kind and tried their best to help me go through the challenge. The real issue is with their IT. I don't know what's going on with the website.

Simply adding one more owner is not an issue in any other sites. But not in fidelity. Even I visited their financial center, associates still can't achieve it through internal website and I have to go through the manual process.

The silly thing is my account lost certain features after change. I have to give calls to handle all these issues. Fidelity management, you need hold your IT department accountable and test the business processes properly. Without your nice frontline teams, I will move all my accounts out.

My son William, who does not have power of attorney for finance for me audited my accounts. He discovered what he thought was fraud. Fidelity Did not check if he had Power of Attorney. He processed to report fraud and have my cards and accounts frozen.

What he thought was fraud was actually not as I authorized the transactions. I had a stroke, cancer and ear surgery during Covid. I already signed a paper for Fidelity fraud investigation but have received no reply. My caretakers account has been frozen for 90 days.

i was transferred to a gentleman identified as a supervisor. i explained my problem and told him i had paperwork to backup everything i was telling him and would be happy to send it to him. His response was his phone would not take incoming calls, he did not have a email address, there was no way to contact him.

Basically go away, that was the end of the conversation. If you are interested in dealing with a company that has zero concern for resolving a problem or issue, or at least explaining there side of the issue, Fidelity Investments should be #1 on your list.

I recently linked my bank accounts to receive money from my 401k and make loan payments. I connected my account to obtain a loan from my plan on October 31, 2022. I submitted a loan request the same day. I should have received the loan via my linked account.

Instead, I was mailed a check that I'm unable to cash. I've tried several banks, Walmart, and mobile apps. I called customer service early today and told the woman I couldn't cash the check and tried explaining that the money should have been sent to my connected account.

I asked if the check could be voided and the money sent electronically or the loan canceled so I could redo the whole process. She kept telling me that the option would be to issue another check. This was after I repeatedly told her I couldn't cash the original…

I was trying to move money from a Rollover IRA to my TPMG plan 1. Got transferred to a representative called Logan.

I am unable to tell you how unhelpful he was. I have been on the call for 1 hour and 22 minutes and he has been unable to get the job done OR get me to a supervisor inspite of repeat requests to do so.

I told him I did not have too much time but all he does is tell me it will be another 10-15 minutes and disappears. He then returns, just as clueless and is not able to explain why this is not being done or how much time it will take. .

Is this what TPMG is contracting with Fidelity ? The customer servcie is unacceptable. I will write to my HR too.

I am the executor of my moms estate which is invested with Fidelity.

First of all on 3 separate occasions my address was updated and not one person told me I had to wait almost 2 weeks each time before funds could be distributed.

Also Fidelity has all my bank account information as well as the Estate account information and they MAILED a CHECK to the wrong address! I will never use anything associated with Fidelity again!

Our accounts were penetrated and funds of $3.000 were taken. This happened three weeks ago. Sinc then and including today, I have not been able to view my accounts due to the accounts being frozen by the fraud dept. Several 45 minute wait calls to the fraud dept says they are not finished. According to my brooker, everything was completed last Monday. Seems like the Fraud Dept is trying to capture the people who took the money and will not release my accounts. They, the Fraud Dept. ssid they would call me today but no calls and I am not going to try calling and waiting over 45 minutes to get through to them. There must be something to require Fidelity to get my accounts back to me.

Spoke with 3 different CSR and was given conflicting info. from all CSR. They are the worse. Not sure who provided them with training but clearly they have no idea of the rules and regulations or guidelines. Not one Rep.

To make a long story short Merck transferred my pension to Fidelity in July of 2022 after I had already submitted the proper paper work with Merck to start receiving my pension in October. That's when it all started to fall apart.

Fidelity had no information on my pension in my portal for over a month. Then the form I had filled out in May with Merck some how never arrived at Fidelity although I was told in September by three different advisers it was being reviewed but I should be on schedule to receive my pension on time. Never happened.

On the Fifth of October a new form was mailed out to me that arrived on the13th. Now I am told by a supervisor I must still wait for another form to fill out in witch I will receive in Seven to Ten days.

Right after my husband and I requested to replace our financial advisor Jess Perez for kept pushing us to invest (and pay large commissions) our few million dollars held in Fidelity accounts, instead we invested some in buying a house in Nevada to be close to our family when growing old and are now in process of moving there, Fidelity, (we strongly believe Jess Peres is behind this) restricted and blocked our accounts without providing a reason.

I personally spoke with a couple of Fidelity supervisors requesting a reason for blocking our accounts, but none of them could provide the reason why they restricted and blocked our accounts. At the same time, they took my Durable POA away restricting us from moving our funds to our Familly Living Trust.

I have been sending documents after documents for a claim since June 2022, and here it is the end of September and I was told only one document to verify address doc was needed and that was the final doc needed, I send it and now being told they need further docs….

Come on, legal docs have been sent and now additional docs, and nothing can be faxed only mailed out… I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company and leave anything to love ones…. They are full of games… the claims department never talk with you, so you really don’t know what’s going on…

I spent the ENTIRE day on the phone with a clearly unqualified customer service rep which btw happened EVERY time you call in to walk me through getting my sons college 529 account closed because he needed books for his 4 classes this semester. I was verified, then told I needed to go to the bank and get a notarized statement in order to wire the money instantly into my account for him to use for class this evening.

I did a mobile deposit on my Fidelity personal account ending in 9656 on 8/23/2022, The check was a loan proceeds check similar to a cashiers check for the sale of a vehicle. In the amount of $18,000 It was supposed to be available to withdrawal by 8/30/2022. The check was issued by grand savings bank in Fairland Oklahoma. Good morning I am contacting you on behalf of my father's account Jack Groff who is deceased. Fidelity sent me a letter which in response I had sent all of my information. Two months ago. Now I have spoke to Ryan and Lucas in the 401k department.

Both men said info was received and my claim was being processed. Now I'm being told bo paperwork received. I have to start over. I have never dealt with such irresponsible service as I have from Fidelity investments. The employees you have working have lied to me.

I had an annual review appointment concerning my account with Nick Cooper on 8/11/22 at 12n. Nick did not present himself at that time. I waited until 1215pm and made a call into Fidelity to question why there was not a meeting. Another agent answered the phone and placed me on hold to find Nick. After waiting for 3 minutes, the agent returned and told me:" Nick was not available and that someone would call me within the hour. That did not happen". I am very unhappy about the services from Fidelity. I have not heard anything or nor have I received any emails. Question: Will someone email me and explained what happen? Will someone make another appt so that I can get an annual review of my account?

After have been worked for IBM (in France and in US) for more than 30 years I decided to retire in August 2021. Since then I've been struggling to get my pension plan paid by Fidelity. ) as I worked for IBM France between 1989 and 2000.

In 2000 I signed a US contract and worked until August 2021. Taking more than a year to try to get my pension plan paid is definitely not a normal situation. How could we get this issue fixed?

I was referred to Louis Carrillo, an investment agent with Fidelity in San Antonio, Tx. I was given his extension and left a voicemail. He never returned the call. A person named Will Gerber did call me and after getting some pertinent information told me he would call me in about 30 minutes.

I emphasized again that I wanted to speak with Louis Carrillo. He confirmed that I would be able to get a appointment. Will Gerber called me back a day later and explained that because Louis Carrillo had recently been promoted, Mr.

Carrillo was not able to speak to me. Mr. Gerber then informed me of other personnel that could assist me. This is very offensive. I will go to a different company with my money.

I called Friday and was told that I was going to be getting a check today considering I paid $25 for 2 to 3 day delivery. Now after much run around and talking to multiple people at the office we're told it could be as late as next Monday.

W are facing eviction and we're counting on this check and although they did acknowledge that the customer service rep did not give us the proper information they will do nothing about it what can we do to make this right immediately? And we were also not told that it was business days not calendar days.

You idiots froze my wife’s password meaning no one ,including her, has been able to access her account to protect her assets or change strike prices on selling covered call options to give her some downside protection plus you bought 17 small positions in one day unauthorized in her IRA. This is the worst place to try and deal with your 401k Fidelity does not follow my employers plan. It clearly states in my employers rules for a 401k that we are allowed 1 outstanding loan at a time. I already had one and just paid it off to take out another one.

My employers rules are there is to be no waiting period to be able to take out another loan. Fidelity decided that they would make me wait 3 days for some unknown reason. Isn't this against the Law going against an employers 401k rules?

I applied for a hardship withdrawal from Fidelity Investments through my employer. My bank information for an electronic transfer was available and my funds were supposed to be electronically transferred on June 14, 2022. I started the process on June 8th and informed my landlord that I should definitely have the funds on or before June 15th.

According to the information on Fidelity's website and my portal, it states that the funds would be available on June14th and deposited into the account provided. Again, they had all of my banking information and STILL mailed the check out!!

I called on May 31, 2022 and took out a withdrawal for the total amount in my 401(k) I have in my receipt email notifications as well as a confirmation number for the withdrawal that I made on 5/31 confirmation number is 22150919W753. Was working with an investment consultant in the Denver office, Robert Vollenweider. He set up a 1hr telephone conference on 5/31/22. On. that date and time he did not call or contact me to reschedule, I lost 1 hour waiting for the call.

I got a person named Andy for my call about issues with an HSA transfer. You don't have a way to send commendations for employees or a survey so I wanted to send this so that he is recognized for helping me figure things out.

My call was answered quickly, he seemed knowledgeable about the entire process, and kept me on the line to call the company. I greatly appreciate his help and wanted to make it known to the company.

I just called to ask how I can convert to a fidelity go advisor option and the rep was so darn rude. He was of no help at all and was getting frustrated with me for no reason. He needs more training.

I spoke to a Fidelity advisor over-the-phone last month. I thought we were on the same page as far as needing tax advice and advice on investments. After a month of work, when I met with the advisor at the Cherry Creek office last week, I still didn't get what I needed.

My experience in working with him was disappointing. The advisor didn't make the initial appointment or let me know that I would be working with a team member first. He didn't let me know he needed the actual contracts behind the Trust or Annuity in order to move the accounts.

My mother passed away in January of 2021. It took me from February of 2021 until May of 2022 to get an inherited 401k rolled over into an inherited IRA. I have spoken with at least 30 different people that I thought was helping me that didn't help me with anything.

00 even tho I didn't want to take a distribution until I had already had this rolled over into the IRA. As of December 2021 I spoke with someone at Fidelity and was told that the money wasn't invested in anything and was just waiting to be rolled over which I thought I had started the process in February of 2021.

I recently opened and funded a savings and broker account for myself and some custodial accounts for my kids, after providing all the required account opening documents. My own accounts had restrictions and was asked to call a 1-800 number, the first time I called after trading time, the rep told me there was no note he can find, and advised me to call back during normal business hour.

I had a phone call today April 5 2022 around 4:00pm with a customer service rep to talk about my 401K and he was very unprofessional when I had questions that I honestly wanted answered because I wanted to understand more. He would moan and groan and even muttered profanity’s in a low voice that I could clearly hear.

I did not get his name unfortunately but his behavior does distance me from the company and makes me feel belittled for having to ask for help at all. I would appreciate if he was spoken to so that the next person will not have to deal with such a child like attitude when they have questions.

Verification for any old accounts is impossible and when asked for alternative ways to verify by speaking to a manager was told " we can't transfer you until your verified". The only solution is to continously call everyday to somehow magically know the verification question they ask you.

Knowing your social security number, address, birthday, username and password along with beneficiaries and account type, phone number or offering photo ID to be sent to an email or providing alternative proof is not allowed. I didnt even know I had an old fidelity account as it was employer who set it up over 8 years ago as a minor and I clearly do not know a hire or start date and

my complaint with fidelity is that i got my income taxes deposited into my money market account and since i got that money its been a hassle to use my debit card not just that the risk department closed down my account and has a two week hold on my money like i said MY MONEY!!

When using the application to check on my accounts it seems more and more that it takes forever for the app to let me in and sometimes not at all. It's especially difficult during peak hours but I have had problems connecting during off hours as well.
