On 12-21-2021 I rollover $209,815.68 to Roth IRA 7585.

On 12-28-2021, I called Fidelity Investments to help me transferred money I Rolled over to Roth accounts. I call Fidelity and I explained what I wanted done--two accounts was for 10%, one for 30% and one for 50% that just should have stayed in the 7585 account.

MY QUESTIONS ARE: Why couldn’t the 50% account just be left in the Roth IRA 7585? Why did I have to open up another account? Why was my accounts sold without my knowledge? Why would I want to sell accounts only to purchase them again at a higher cost? It was a Rollover!

Fidelity had the gall to send me a message on my account that I owe $5,562.66 to pay for two accounts they sold and now want me the pay for the same stock they sold! I have only talked to Fidelity employees…

My Dad unfortunately passed away recently. He left my mom as the beneficiary on his Fidelity Go account. My mom had no accounts with Fidelity. The first thing they did was make my mom create an individual account in order for her to receive my Dad's funds.

They would not mail a check or send her an ACH.

Secondly, they have only given my mom 50% of my dad's Go account value. It has been over 2 weeks since they got my Mom's paperwork and even getting the 50% value was a slow process. Now my mom is trying to see why she has not received the other 50% and customer service says the person in estates who spoke with my mom is the only one who can help her.

When I added my new 401k plan to my existing Fidelity account on 02/07/2022, my user was unblocked suddenly. I called Fidelity to unblock my user, they connected me to the Fidelity Fraud Customer Response Team at 1-800726-0217. I have explained that this situation that I used the company VPN network to log in my fidelity account to add my new 401K to Fidelity account.

They said that they would review and got back to me with 24 hours to 48 hours. After three days, they said they need more time to review, Fidelity continues to place additional restrictions on my accounts up to now, 02/27/2022 for over three weeks.

During the three weeks, I have called Fidelity every week to ask the updates and when to resolve this issue. They said it would take three or four days to get the new accounts…

Called in about a letter I received that Fidelity had a check to send out to me. Customer service wanted me to verify an acct. that I did not set up, the previous employer I had set up the acct.

I did not have answers to verification questions based on what previous employer set up. ICustomer service reps and manager were unwilling to help. I was told call back try again, I stated there was no way I could give answers to an acct I did not set up and I no longer work for that company, it’s Been two years since I worked for that company.

I asked for a manager, spoke to Kendy Morales, she was of absolutely no help. Refused yo let me speak to her manager, she stated she did not have a manager, she also refused to give me any other way to file a complaint other than mail in.

I closed my 401k account (rolled it out) after my employer released the funds. After closing the account, the employer sent money to Fidelity, re-opening the account. Fidelity refuses to acknowledge the problem. When someone closes an account, that means close it.

Don't allow some automated system to force it open again. Especially when you took the terminated account fee. Fidelity hides behind excuses to justify this. They have no respect for people.

Tried to process a simple IRA roller and closing out my fidelity accounts. To open an IRA at our local bank and was under the impression that I had done so was waiting to receive 2 checks for the full amount instead found out the agent had sent me part of my money in stocks.

I gave the name and address for the bank explaining how they said the check had to be made payable to keep it as a rollover then the agent asked if I had verified that they would accept in kind, I assumed he was asking if I had verified how the check had to be written so I said yes, not once during the call did I ask for the stocks to be transferred,I needed checks payable to my bank for benefit of myself so that it would not be taxed at this time, and

Fidelity processed a duplicate recharacterization form for a retirement account and by doing so had to transfer stock over from that account to the new account. Now they’re telling me there’s no way for them to get that stock back into the previous account but I can sell what I have and buy new shares at a higher price in the original account.

It is very frustrating for me because it is their mistake and I’ve been on hold for over 8 hours total dealing with this issue. I’ll be writing a letter to the CEO Abigail Johnson because there is no way of contacting a manager per Travis Nelson in retirement services.

I was given my ex 401k and retirement and I was told I couldn't touch it until he retired now that he is retired the 401k is missing I've been told I took it then no I didn't was told it was rolled into his account. But the money is missing and noone will help with finding it.

My company was bought out by another company therefor I had to close my Fidelity account to go with the new company's 401k provider. I was at the same time in the process of buying a house. As we closed the account, the company sent the funds via mail without advising on the final account statement.

I have called 3 times to obtain a copy of the last account statement. On January 14th, 2022 the customer service person told me that it would take up to 30 days for me to receive the statement. Then proceeded to say that the system was down it would take 30 days or more.

We asked to received the statement. I made a second phone call to verify that the document was on its way. They couldn't find anything related to that request made on Jan 14th. What is interesting is that as soon as the funds…

i am so frustrated with Fidelity's incompetent staff; they can't solve a simple problem. i can't get a security code, after so many phone calls and sometimes going through a long integration, but I still can't get the code. the only way i can get it is by changing my password, which i have done so many times.

my account was locked before due to being comprised by a third party and other reasons. they solve my problem very fast with one phone call. all my financials are tied with my Fidelity account since 2008 and i am paralyzed and can't do anything.

this is absolutely unacceptable and poor help from Fidelity's staff. I am not happy with this situation and astonishing with the lack of expertise of their staff. i hope somebody helps me to solve my problem.

I have been trying for the better part of 3 weeks Jan/2022 to move my investments from Fidelity to MassMutual. The first attempt I was stopped because of a QDRO hold on my account that was actually paid out in full in May 2021.

The hold still exited because Fidelity did not remove the hold in a timely manner after the pay out was complete. Today on 1/24/2022 while waiting on hold I was continually misrouted. I plan on filing formal complaint with the OCC and will contemplate a lawsuit for the stalling that Fidelity rather intentionally or unintentionally is causing.

Fidelity locked my account over a month ago without notifying me. I only found out after a scheduled payment was missed. When I called Fidelity they were unable to unlock the account or find out why it was locked. Currently I am unable to access any funds or make any payments.

I have a retirement account from the University of California handled by Fidelity. I went online today, 12/16/21, to make a required minimum distribution from the sources of money. Could not find on the account how to do this so I called Fidelity. I was told that because I didn't do this before December 1, 2021 Fidelity has sent checks to me by mail.

This is a disaster. Was told that little or no taxes were taken from the account. Have not yet received the checks but they were mailed out on 12/13/21. I thought no matter what 10% would have been deducted for State and Federal. Where was this listed that RMD were needed to be made before December, 2021?

I don't care what reasons you give for this change but Fidelity has computers. How could Fidelity not send an email certainly by or before…

No one there has a clue to what they are doing. For 2 weeks I've been trying to cashout my IRA to my bank account and I'll the info is correct. But they told me had to change my cell number and update it.

Then my address which was already the same and still to this day says their is a restriction on my account. And I've called 3 times asking when the check will be to me. 1st lady said 3 to 5 business days.

2nd said 5 to 10 business days 3rd said 5 to 10 business days but Holliday so prob 10 days. Everyone keeps giving me the run around and says nothing they can do about it. I want something done about this.

I've been wating 3 weeks as now and today told at best will be next Fri. So im going to have to wait a month to get my own money by check because everyone said they can't deposit it…

They send my POA paperwork with the attorneys notary seal on it saying they can’t read the seal. Sent a second copy highlighting the seal and they said it wasn’t clear enough but if they could interview my father, the beneficiary and he was lucid, they would send his money directly to him.

He did that and no money so called again, they want to see the seal on my being the DPOA. Sent another copy, they say they don’t have it but can’t guarantee they won’t lose the original if I send that.

Returned to the topic of its my fathers money and he “passed” the interview so just pay him. Asked to talk to a manager and he said “that’s not possible, ma’am. ” They want to keep his money is what it boils down to since I foolishly told them he has no more money for attorneys.

I have been Fidelity customer for over three years. I have two accounts with Fidelity. A margin trading account and an IRA account. I am extremely disappointed with your services. For the last one and half week my account has been restricted from trading

I have called customer service representative multiple times. Each time, they kept me on hold for about 40 minutes yo reach out yo the margin Rep who restricted my account.

The answer I received from them is either 1. He is not there abd he wants to speak with you directly. or 2. He is very busy and will reach out to you soon

Trying to set up new account. CS rep wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. Was told to send a copy of my social security card via mail or fax (I don't have access to a secure fax machine - working from home) to verify, even though the company I work for verified this before setting up my account.

Unable to access my account until I do this. Unacceptable in my opinion - SSN's should be kept as confidential as possible and asking me to send this information in the manner suggested is inappropriate. Told no other options for help. Infuriating!

They are withholding information on my husband’s pension benefits. Lying, claiming he chose an annuity over the lump sum benefits. Yeah, right. They sell annuities for a huge profit. They don’t make a dime for just paying out a lump sum. Hmmmm, makes sense.

Look at all the one star reviews. They are crooked as a dog’s hind leg. They should be in prison. They are also stealing from my disabled son by stealing from me. I’m not about to let that go. With my last breath I will give them hell.

Opened a Fidelity Trading Account on August 3 and funded it. August 10 and I still cannot trade on the account because their computers bungled and forced an edit to my my name I did not enter. A week later and they say it may be five days to fix it ... what a crock.

Meantime I opened a TD Ameritrade account easily and have already traded $25K on the account. Nice. Fidelity looks like fools.

Opened an account for my daughter. Deposited 5 figures. Got deposit slip that has amount on it. After 2 days account balance shows 0. No reply from fidelity advisor. Fidelity has either misappropriated the funds or is incompetent and cannot open an account. Dissappointing.

All of my financial assets have been managed through Fidelity pension and 401(k) for over 20 years. Since I have retired and actually started to contact Fidelity for rollovers pensions etc. I have found Fidelity to be totally incompetent. My advice is to stay away very far away.

I've been trying to set up a business account for my company for approximately a month now. Each time they ask for a document that I've sent that they keep losing. If I send that document in then I have to wait for another week to hear back.

Case # W192346-28May21 My ex wife and I have been waiting over a month for a transfer of assets due to divorce. Getting wring info repeatedly, and then Frank Cutler doing nothing he has supposes to have done for the past 9 days.

This has EASILY been the worst experience as a customer I have ever had. It’s ridiculous and pathetic.

First: no problem, it’s just a quick phone call. Then: no, it’s a “transfer due to divorce form”. Then: nope! It’s also a letter requesting equalizing the accounts and it’ll be done in four business days (9 days ago).

My mom, Margarita Kamyshnikov, who is 89 years old has changed her bank recently. Fidelity administers her pension of $52 dollars/month from General Dynamics. She needed to change a routing number. She has been recently in the hospital twice, not feeling too well and is staying with me as I am helping her.

Her English is not too good besides basic information and she asked me to help her with her her finances, medical, documentation etc. When I called Fidelity to change a routing number , my mom and I encountered a "security procedure" that was designed in hell to torture, deride, bully, and/or maltreat the caller.

My mom wants me to be with her most of the time if not all the time, her English is not getting better with age, yet Fidelity department is demanding that she calls on her own…

As a customer of Fidelity for many years, I had never been displeased with the service I received until now. As a nurse and caregiver, I understand that mistakes do happen and most times people honor their commitment to those they serve.

I left the organization that I had been with, I began taking care of Covid 19 patients with another company in another state for 7 months. When they no longer needed the extra staff, I had to move across the country, be out of work for 6 to 8 weeks, buy a new home, and continue to be able to buy my medications for my Rheumatoid Arthritis (which is $7,248 per month with out insurance).

Unable to talk to anyone at Customer Service. Extremely long hold times. My advisor is not responding to my emails. My emails to Fidelity are acknowledged, but I have no response to my inquiry. Very frustrating experience. Fidelity used to be very good, but now they rank among ghe worst.

40. I told them I did not want to have to wait a year to get my money back. So they told me that they would issue me a check and it would be mailed to the house, but they only issue checks once a month.

I waited over a month, and now they deducted 2 months live insurance on 8/1/2020 from my credit said I was paid up til October. I did not agree to this, I wanted it all returned in full. They never told me, they just went ahead and did it this way.

Plus I'm afraid that after the money is going will it revert back to paying my premiums from my check or will it somehow drop my life…

My father passed away 2012 2013 time frame. We me and sister have tried to close out a stock account with GE which is now held by fidelity.

We asked them to close the account in 2014 sent all death certificates ect. to them to get the account closed and receive the funds.

It is 2020 and we are still trying to get it closed but now fidelity wants to pay us out at the stock price today not at the stock price in 2014 when we had originally requested the account to be closed. What a rip off company you call them and all you get is very rude people who refuse to transfer you to someone who might be able to help you and of course the will tell you we don't see any info on that account.

I have filed a SEC complaint but I am sure that will come to nothing. They keep sending us little 8 dollar…

STAY AWAY FROM FIDELITY! THERE ARE VERY GOOD REASONS THEY ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER REVIEWS. all investments, credit cards, debit cards, bill pay, checking accounts etc. etc. Why? Because some employer decided I was not competent to run my own financial affairs.

This person has no credentials listed, no last name but is given the right to close me out completely from my accounts. completely! I was asked to be on the investment advisory committee also. Do these seem like what would happen to a person who was incompetent to take care of his own funds?

Within a matter of hours I went from everything was fine to a call from Mr Jerk saying I need to be kicked out ASAP. That was minutes after receiving an email from the Attorney General's office indicating that I was fine…

I activated auto RMD to begin via EFT on 01/01/2020. I got an email confirmation. The funds transfer did not occur on that date and I was told by Fidelity that was because the RMD was not calculated for 2020 and the funds would be transferred by end of the day. That didn't happen.

The next day, January 2nd, I was told the funds were not transmitted because Fidelity doesn't do EFT on a holiday and would be transmitted the end of the day and that didn't happen.

I expect an explanation as to when MY money will be transmitted!

For over two weeks now I have been receiving a message from Fidelity about my address being changed. I have lived in my home for over 10 years now and have never changed my address. I have called to inquire about this numerous times and have even spoken with a supervisor, the response I am getting is don't worry about it!

I wonder of it was their money would they worry? At this point I want to withdrawal all of my money and put it somewhere else. Can someone pleas help because when I call their is nobody that is willing to look into this and help me.

I called and had the worst representatives. Nancy and Edgar the manager on 7/10/19. Edgar refused to get me a manager. He stated he would not transfer me to someone else that could help me with the transaction. I told him he was making my very uncomfortable multiple times and he still stated the only person I was going to get was him.

I’d like my calls listened to and reviewed. They were very disrespectful, biased, and all around made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable even calling. I downed my 401k to 0% after this call. Never will invest in a company like this again.

I’ve contacted your company many of times about an issue with my pension . With directv (aug 2014) we were fully vested after 2 years. Att merged in 2016. I left the company in Nov 2016. My pension balance showed they entire time of my absence with the company.

I return to the company Dec 2018 and ask about the balances and no they disappear. Ask for documents showing the balance was forfeit to the company and still no reply in writing . I’ve requested documentation of direct s pension summary from 2014 and also they can’t provide any of that documentation.

I would just like help getting documents about my pension plan from 2014 with directv from the record holders.

Also something in writing about the funds in the account.

I feel that Fidelity is NOT abiding by the DOL fiduciary rule and it double dipped my IRA account for a so called advisory fee, once on 5/10 in the amount of $402.15 and then AGAIN just a short 5 days later in the amount of $434.21. OUTRAGEOUS! My account was opened on Feb 15th and closed on May 24th. My IRA was only there less than 4 months. And yet I get charges for 2 so called advisory fees. An account that is ran my a computer and not looked at but MAYBE once a quarter by one of your people. Again, OUTRAGEOUS!!

I would like to have the so called advisory fee which was taken out on 5/10 in the amount of $434.21 refunded to me please.

I went to your branch office in Naples Florida three times which amounts to 60 miles in order to close an annuity. Your representative, Nick filled out my information incorrectly so the bank kicked back the request. When I called your customer service representative, Jordan Back he told me they could not Verbalee amend the account number so it had to be sent back to me and resign as part of a process that would take over a week.

00 ( Ten thousand dollars and no cents ) On may 7th 2019. 00 ( one hundred thousand dollars) was made to my fidelity checking account. 00 fee charge by Bank of America. I pay my bill thru on-line banking and have several bill posted to be paid from this account this week.

I have a copy of the check that CLEARLY shows the Ten thousand dollar to be deposit. We call and talked to several people at fidelity and said nothing could be done and to call back Monday. This is incompetent behavior of some employee on fidelity and Bank of America part and should be fixed immediately .

I do not have any confidence in Fidelity as they cannot read numbers and could care less about the problems they are causing us.
