I received my new auto payment book after the late date. I tried for 3 hours to contact someone at 53 bank to setup an online account to pay amount due. they would give me a temp acc ID, then would transfer me to another line to create a temp password.
this would put me on hold for 20 min then phone line would disconnect. tried this 8 times. no other option to contact anyone that could help. I had to pay $15 extra to pay amount due by phone. very poor service.
