The worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced. The agents do not listen and will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. They are trained to repeat scripts and place you on hold. That is it!

They are incompetent and outsourced jobs is the reason this company doesn’t deserve my business. I’m closing my account immediately!

My name is Catherine Johnson I paid my monthly bill on website and had one payment page open. After clicking on make payment, 2 payments pulled from sme glitch. I was told do to their system issue, I have to wait 12 to 14 days to refund my money.

This was Fingerhut issue not my fault. The double pull of payment is messing up my payments of my other bills. Then the Customer Service Supervisor tried to justify by telling me it was for August payment. Which is inaccurate because I've paid August and was only paying Sept.

I was very pissed that he is telling me I was late and they just auto take extrA money from your account. I need my money put back in my account asap. My number is 513-331-8007.

I ordered a Anne Klein watch two times and both times I received the wrong watch. I feel this is unexcusable and I want the shipping fee's for the watches plus the amount of both watches be added back to my account. This os very poor customer service.

00. that was on August 4th. On August 8, 2023 I got a notification from my bank that Fingerhut was trying to process another $30 dollar payment. I called Fingerhut and removed the card from my account and the male representative said they weren't trying to take another $30.

This morning I got a notification from my bank that Fingerhut processed another $30 payment. I tried calling and the representative kept getting nasty with me so I asked for a manager and she refused. Trying to get ahold of their corporate is not possible.

I did not authorize Fingerhut to take that $30 dollar payment. I have paid $90 dollars on my order that was supposed to be $30 dollar payment. How do I get my money back from the $30 dollars taken out this morning?

00 in February 2023. 00. The representative that took the payment said it would apply to the payment would apply to April payment that did not happen. 00. Customer Service was horrible and this affected my credit score as showing late payment when I paid early. No accountability whatsoever.

Whom do I speak to about this urgent matter. This was so wrong and because of this they lost my business.

I received several emails that someone opened up an account under my name, another email saying that the security questions have been changed and a few smaller emails reminding me about my credit. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS CREDIT CARD.

What makes this even worse is when I call Fingerhut, their system was down and the agent couldn't look anything up. Told me to call them in a couple of hours. I called the next day, and now they are saying their fraud department is closed-before 5PM.

This entire thing sounds like a SCAM.

99 but they sent me a box of mask. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he had them pick it up and he then placed an order for the gloves again and I would get the credit when the package was received.

The new order which the supervisor made for the gloves came and it was wrong again, I got the mask again. I called and spoke to a supervisor who said they would have it picked up again and I would get credit once they receive it.

I accidentally double paid my balance, immediately noticed, so I called to get my refund and they said they couldn’t do it that day. 5 weeks later and countless calls, and I still haven’t gotten my money back. The ONLY thing this company is good for is building credit.

The management can’t make decisions, the customer service team is a bunch of incompetent phone jockeys that can’t do shit! 5-thumbs down.

I was faced with an hardship. Got behind in about 4-5 payments. Balance with Fingerhut then was roughly $765. Dollars. Fortunately was able to pay demanded amt of $406, in October 2022. , on time since 10/2022. then I was in a car accident 6/22 and suffered a heart attack, rendered unable to work, now living on a fixed income.

Called Fingerhut to see about having some compassion by getting payments reduced and the request was denied! I am again requesting for a lowered monthly payment Amount and i would like an itemized statement of my purchases and the cost please. Thank you Sadonia A

I'm on disability and my payment of check changed from the 4th wed of every month till the 3rd day of the month now before when paid on 4th wed of every month I always paid my account early and also a lil extra to my payment...because I had no control over disability changing check date I asked Fingerhut to please move my due date from the 1st to the 3rd when my check comes and they refused and have said I'll be charged late fees ...I've been a great customer...not right

Since the beginning of July 2022 I have called repeatedly trying to get help to resolve a payment issue that was made in full. Every time I called no one, for some unknown reason could fix the problem. The company merged with another company and when I paid my only account off On July 7, 2022, they transferred the balance to their other company without transferring my payment made in full.

For months they reported on my credit negatively even though there was a zero balance, despite the numerous times I called. " I shouldn't have to dispute anything! I have had my account with them for years and they could care less.

The website said my card was declined. The transaction went through. $30 was taken on my card for a down payment. 46 was taken off my card for the difference of credit line. I called Customer Service and was told that the order was "cancelled".

I made my last payment through my bank's Bill Pay system to my Fingerhut Advantage account onformation (acct # 6369921079427091). When checking my Fingerhut Fetti account due to numerous calls regarding a late payment, I see the 11/18/2022 $100 payment is not reflected.

I spent nearly two hours with two different representatives telling me they could not verfify the payment. I was "advised" to send my bank statement via USPS to Fingerhut for them to see the payment, which I flat out refused to do.

I offered to have them on the phone with me and my bank in order for the bank to verify the payment. They refused to accept that offer. Now, I am spending additional time to try to resolve this issue.

Worse people in life ! I made an order through these people and the order was lost and I never received it ! I reported it to fingerhut 3 months later and I'm still filling paper work to prove I never received my package and they are constantly keeping me on hold over an hour each time I call and losing my paper work every day .

4 months later still haven't got my situation fixed ! The worse kind of people!

I returned a package to Fingerhut using their return label on October 29th, 2022 and the package was picked up from USPS on 10/29/22 and picked up b UPS Mail Innovations on 10/29/22 and UPS Mail Innovations has it in Minnesota where it was supposed to go but can't give me a delivery date, so I called Fingerhut and they had me fill out an affidavit and now they are telling me I need a receipt from the post office where I returned it. I used their return label so I just dropped it off, I told them to use the tracking number and follow the trail, this is so frustrating that I have spent 8 hours so far on something that should take 5 minutes. I will never use Fingerhut again. I am an elderly woman on a fixed income and this is outrageous.

That's you guys are a well known company for many years, and now I have to babysit customer services support cause they will never finish what they started with my issue and fix and get it done. I sent a check from my mortgage company and it's been 3 weeks and you have not posted toy account. On 18 August 2022 I sent check #19656 from D.R. Horton DHai Mortgage dated 17 August 2022 in the amount of $261.15 via US Mail.

Since then I have been charged late fees and interest. This account would have been paid in full but someone at Fingerhut failed to post to my account.

I have called the morons in your customer service a dozen times to be put on forever hold or transferred to nothing. I was also hung up on 3 times.

Your customer service sucks and I am at the end of my rope.

My account should have this check applied immediately and all interest and late fees removed and account closed. This has been a horrible experience and I will never do business with Fingerhut again.

S. Marine I purchased a gaming computer for my son birthday around 07/2021 in the box headphones came in the box. June 2022 less then a year the headphones stop working so I contacted Fingerhut who sent a return slip to send the headphones back to Fingerhut.

Fingerhut received the headphones back around 07/2022. Today 08/2022 I called Fingerhut and they told me that my warranty I paid for do not cover my headphones, but why did they send me return slip and not informing sooner and having do all this .

I am disappointed with Fingerhut do not care for the customers, paid for the headphones but gets no replacement

My Fingerhut advantage credit has been turned over to collections. Once the name change . I was told the name was changing but my account information and credit etc. would remain the same. Several times I accessed the account it showed no payment due.

I’m now in collections because I was never told I have two separate accounts to pay My payment History speaks for itself . This is negatively affecting my credit . I have been on the phone over 3 hours now trying to speak with a manager, have been hung up on 7 times by agents .

I was offered pre-approved credit via catalog mailing of up to $500 and when I put in my offer code, I actually received a $700 limit. I want to use a separate shipping address because I have had packages stolen from my residence that were delivered by various carriers from other companies lately and have had to make claims on the stolen packages.

All I want is for my billing address to be my residence, but my shipping address to be my office. All other vendors have complied with this request...... Fingerhut, however, insists that the billing and shipping addresses be the same..... Period.

I contacted a manager to explain my situation and the only remedy offered was to have it delivered to my home and make a claim if I don't receive it. The firm obviously couldn't care less for customers…

I ordered an Igloo countertop ice machine from Fingerhut. I was then called away to deal with a family emergency, leaving a friend behind to care for my home and to accept packages. When I returned home, the website for Fingerhut indicated that UPS had delivered my package, but it was nowhere to be found. UPS could not help me because the driver had no memory of the package, and no signature was required. UPS suggested that I contact Fingerhut, but I was told that I cannot be helped because more than sixty days have elapsed and they cannot offer a refund. I do not want a refund. I want an Igloo countertop ice machine.

I placed an order on June 8th and never received the items. Pilot freight is the shipping company and they kept sending me emails with shipping dates. I spoke with Pattie at Pilot freight and she said they couldn’t locate part of the order.

I asked Fingerhut to cancel the order because it wasn’t here when I needed it. They tells me that the order couldn’t be cancel and I needed to wait until the items are delivered and send it back. I felt so disappointed, because in other words they was telling me I would have to pay and send the items back, which weigh over 250 lbs and would cost a lot to ship back.

I am a dissatisfied customer, I am reporting this to the better business bureau and I will be closing my account and I will not recommend Fingerhut to nobody.

The swing set has fallen apart and put back together 3 times since I've gotten it, the bolt keeps falling out And the legs fall apart. My granddaughter was on the swing when the playset flew backwards. She had a bloody nose and her lip is swollen and bruised and bloody from the swing set.

I have tried to contact the customer service department at Fingerhut. I have called and spoke to numerous reps, I have also sent my complaint via email to them. They will not respond, and only seem interested in a missed payment that was no fault of mine.

Their new site keeps saying $0 balance due. I have always paid them on the 3rd of each month without fail. But when I tried to make a payment for May, the site would not take it. But my main concern is, I have contacted them numerous times regarding a purchase for a gold name plate chain.

I was charged $376 for the item and can not wear it due to the damage that it has done to my skin, and the pain it is causing. It has burned my skin on my neck, should and seems to be spreading.

Checked by Experience creditvreport saw Fingerhut listed as new acct with credit limit if $400. Upon calling Fingernut, customer service told me acct was opened because was part of new merger & they were opening accts based on prior paying history and without my knowledge and if I told them to close it would affect by credit report.

Fingerhut notified it's customer cardholders of the following:

"Important Changes To Your Account take a moment to review the recent changes to your Fingerhut account. Fingerhut Fetti Credit Card 1 New Credit Account. Same Great Fingerhut. A new Fingerhut Fetti credit account has replaced your previous Fingerhut Advantage credit account in My Account."

What they failed to tell us customers is that this new Fetti account would be reported as a new account to the credit bureaus. I have worked hard to raise my credit score the past few years. The new line and closing of the old account ruined all of that hard work because it dropped my credit score considerably.

And this from a company that advertises that it can increase your credit score. There should be a class action lawsuit for this.…

Good evening, I am submitting this complaint to Fingerhut, because there has been a serious error made by your organization that has impacted my credit scores preventing me from purchasing a home. I have always paid my Fingerhut Advantage plan on time, and have always paid more then the minimum due.

However there was a change made from Fingerhut Advantage to Fingerhut Fetti, which I was not aware of this change until I learned of the error reported by your company to the Credit Bureau. It is pathetic that your organization never educated me on this change.

I have two different accounts at Fingerhut and I expected to have only one. Someone from Fingerhut explained the situation to me. I'm getting phone calls everyday about another payment. I don't appreciate calls every day, and I believe my account is not in good standing.
