I have tried to contact the customer service department at Fingerhut. I have called and spoke to numerous reps, I have also sent my complaint via email to them. They will not respond, and only seem interested in a missed payment that was no fault of mine.
Their new site keeps saying $0 balance due. I have always paid them on the 3rd of each month without fail. But when I tried to make a payment for May, the site would not take it. But my main concern is, I have contacted them numerous times regarding a purchase for a gold name plate chain.
I was charged $376 for the item and can not wear it due to the damage that it has done to my skin, and the pain it is causing. It has burned my skin on my neck, should and seems to be spreading.
