com which I use to monitor my credit that my fingerhut account closed. I called Fingerhut and the first representative told me that my Fingerhut Advantage account closed on April 12th and a letter was mailed out to me on April 16th.
I never received an email or letter in the mail prior letting me know that my account was closing. The representative then told me my account closed because the Fingerhut Advantage plan ended so I would need to apply for new credit with Fingerhut Fetti.
I explained that I had that account for over 10 years, and I wanted to know what will happen with the 10 years I had with Fingerhut prior. The representative said rhat he thinks I’ll keep the 10 years but he wasn’t sure.

Ordered a catalog so I could do business. They sent a credit card that I didn't use. My credit score dropped 83 points. Contacting Attorney Generals office Monday morning and file discrimination and abuse of power. My lawyer said this is going to be interesting on how you handle it.
Want my 83 points back on my credit score or were going to find out how much money I get for those credit points plus pain and suffering along with loan turn downs caused by your actions. Your company action is in peril.
They have a scam where they stop your direct bill payment and hope you don't catch it then they charge you late fees. They also scam you with the credit card protection.

I could barely understand the CSR's, their accents were very heavy. I presume Fingerhut does not employ Americans? 3. In this day and age companies that can afford to turn down money are few and far between.
When I tried to order I got a letter saying I had to verify certain information info , Ok,no problem ,They accepted 2 of what they wanted ,,but would not accept my cable bill because the mailing address went to my payee, but my mailing address was still on it,they refuse to accept it!

I set up auto pay for my order. My auto pay lasted 2 months then something occurred. As soon as I received an email I immediately setup another auto pay. I received a letter that I didn’t fulfill my obligation but have an opportunity to try again. You’re a scam!

My due date is the 20th....my balance went up $40 on the same day..like u charging me $40 for what...im not late dude...im done! I made an expensive order with them and had thought I was going to get deferred payments at least until march. I used a coupon code from a catalog but because i used the catalog code from the one that was in my husbands name, same last name as mine, they wont honor it!

Very upset with the way your customer service representatives has treated me when I called about a refund I was lied to several times by five different people. It was Christmas time I didn't with a question want 2extra payments taken from my account!!!
I filled out a fresh start application with fingertip and received $250 credit. Placed an order and the order was incorrect. I called fingertip to complain and requested the $30 that they took out of my acct be returned. I spoke with at least 10 different reps.
My money was never returned even though they said it was. I would like my money or the correct items I ordered.
My fingerhut account was closed recently without any prior notification and it has greatly negatively impacted my credit score which I've spent thousands of dollars trying to repair. " This took 50 points right off my credit score and it remain on it for 10 years.
I tried to reason with fingerhut customer service but they refused to reopen my account. Fingerhut said it closed earlier in December of this year but not just a week prior the last email I received from them was stating my account was in good standing.
Then a week later they closed it ruining my hard work trying to build up my credit score? It doesn't make sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Order a before Christmas product , they charged my card 3 times , I asked for a return the customer service rep did a credit cancel on my order so my son's gift wouldn't arrive before Christmas , they never would allow me to talk to a supervisor an the other customers service rep knew that the rep named Paul credit cancelled my order an noone gave me any explanation , my money is gone an all this going on in this world an these people actually will not deliver my son Christmas gift till next year an no explanation , no money back. This is sad .

I placed a order on Dec 19 , spoke to a customer service rep about a order my husband placed that stated will ship before Christmas after being charged twice for a fee that was needed the customer service rep named Paul would not assist me or my husband because he didn't have his phone number correct we had the account number right , the customer number right , we were logged into our account an he hung up the phone in my face.
My account was cancelled an reordered by this representative now the new rep says my order should have been expedited yesterday when I ordered the labtop I choose the one that was labeled delivered by Christmas. Now my son will not receive his gift until after Christmas. Next year .

Just had the worst customer service experience. The guy I spoke to didn't have a clue about anything. I kept repeating myself over and over and he could not give a clear answer that demonstrated he even understood anything I said.

I ordered a Barbie doll styling head for my granddaughter and I received a 18” doll carrier nothing close to what I ordered. I called customer service and they told me that I had to return the doll carrier and wait 2 billing cycles for it to get credited to my account and reorder the product I originally ordered.

I ordered a convertible couch for my son's apartment, he just moved out for college. I was contacted by the shipping company that delivery would be Sept 1st. It is end of day on Sept 2nd and no delivery was made.
The item started in MN , went to OH, then LA where the delivery contact went out but instead of going to TX decided to take a detour back to MN. I'm sorry but I must have failed geography because last I checked LA and TX were next to each other.

I called the phone number to complian about billing calls and messages sent to me all night long (a violation of the law, I believe). I made over 10 calls. Many times I was cut off when the call was transfered to the real agent. The agents I actually spoke with were obviously foreign and could barely speak English. No matter what I said, they only offered to accept a payment on the phone. When I said that I was complaining about the all-night phone calls and texts, I was hung up on an had to start the process over again. Had a credit account with this terrible excuse for a company just to build credit. They make you buy items to keep your credit limit or they take the limit away. I had a security breach were I needed to change debt cards so 1 payment was not being processed.
