Last month I called 4 times because customer service kept disconnecting the call when I asked for a supervisor. I was trying to paid the bill minus late fees as I was told. I left my phone number for a supervisor to call.

No call and now another late fee has been added. I called again and left my phone number for a supervisor once again... Now another late fee. I feel like I am being scammed on my bill to pay late fees.

This issue need to be addressed immediately. #3873253182 Please and thank you.

Hello. I really wanted to put down a 0. My problem has been going on for months. I have good credit with Fingerhut and I have been with them for years. Some how they gave me another account number and I would have to apply for credit again but I can't because of my SS number, it will not let me.

I did not get names but have sent plenty of letters and calls and they just don't get it to look up my old account. Then they pass the buck to someone else. There was a lady that did say see sees my old account and I asked her to put it in the computer.

I thought maybe she did but did not. I just don't understand these people. They just will not HELP ME at all. I hope someone can help me with this matter. I sent nice letters out the first time but as this went on for months I did get very ugly and…

I'm disabled on SSI and even amidst the pandemic they still harassed me and brought my good credit way down... they refuse to communicate and have zero understanding at all the attack even put me in hosp. they pick at disabled people.

1 cu ft. 1000watt microwave oven (Item #NOXFG, order #ORD0101978323). It was delivered on 04/01/2020. It worked up until 06/14/2020. I was informed by customer service there was nothing they could do about it. 00 for a defective product that worked for approximately 43 days????

I called the Fingerhut number,they were having problems trying to find stuff on there and in their computer they wanted my full social security number which I would not give them since I gave them the last four two times. I was trying to get onto my mobile app and it says you get three attempts on the third attempt I tried to redo my password and it automatically lock me out of my account and

they are of no help trying to help me so if I don't hear from back from you I won't use a mobile app with you people anymore.

I ordered and received a countertop dishwasher. The shipping fee was $70.00. The product is not what I am in need of. I called to have it returned. I took the item to UPS to have it returned. I am being told that I am going to have to pay $148.00 to have it returned.

This is too much for shipping of a product that cost $320.00 which was paid in full.

Got approved with fingerhut never received any sort of card or email giving me info to use the credit and they closed my account with out notification and lowered my credit score by 30 points when I called them they had no answers for me it's like there mindless robots reading a script

My complaint starts with customer service. Y. I had been calling creditors to see how they are helping right now. All helped including Fingerhut, I thought. Taking my revolving payment down that was taken out of my checking for 3 months I thought was great.

As my Wells Fargo account did the same. But Wells Fargo stuck to their promise. Fingerhut did not. Just got a call that I have to pay because its 2 days due. Well I set another payment schedule up. I had no choice.

You all need to realize we all need help right now and no money is coming in at this time, I am not alone. Shame on your company!! I will continue to pay you and cannot wait to pay you off!!

Many will know about this as you probably are not helping many more. Good luck, stay safe.

00. 00 monthly pmt. I kept noticing after I made the big pmt my balance was still going up. 00 pmt and paying ahead doesn't erase the balance. still pay. It makes no sense to keep paying you more than what the balance is.

I'm due money back . 00 over the total balance. Not one rep or supervisor will assist me to clear this up. I keep being told I'm in the wrong even tho I have paid in total more than what I owe.

I asked to have the acct closed in December of 2019 given a confirmation number it was closed but guess what still getting billed. I'm not taking this to civil court.

Fingerhut in the pass two years start adding temporary credit increases to you account close to the holidays if you refuse the temporary credit is removed who’s is ok but at the same time it affects your credit score the first time I called regarding they said it does affect your credit either way again they add a temporary credit Oct 2019 for $1000 I used $600 on Jan 2020 my credit score dropped because $400 balance was removed so

I brought a Nintendo switch in July for xmas gift for grandson, found out later it wasn't the one he wanted, so I ordered another one in December got that one, I spoke to someone letting them know I had sent back the all black Nintendo switch hoping for a refund, well I found got that because it was only 30 days when you can send it back and they would return it back to me, I got a email around Dec 13th it was on it's way so that was fine.

I called and called and emailed waiting for it to give to another child never got it. So finally I spoke to manager after ever customer service rep was very rude to me, I was told that they disposed of my item!

May 21, 2019, I paid in full for the last item received from Fingerhut. and Fingerhut made no request for any money. On November 4, 2019, I bought a Xmas tree in full using checking acct 5487 because Fingerhut stated that they would discontinue sending catalogs.

On December 4, I purchased 2 Spirographs and 2 Fingernail & Manicure sets totaling roughly $150 dollars that I also paid using my checking acct 5487. Today, I was billed for $305 roughly when I paid in full for everything.

The billing lady name wa$15s April and she stated I paid $15 dollars roughly since those orders. I paid in full SO EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CREDIT?

Less than a 1. My first experience was the worst. I purchased a ring engraved for my husband that faded two weeks after receiving. No shipping return label included.

Also purchased a bridal silver set where after a week the silver begin to chip on the side again no return labels. I received both items at different times returned them to the address on the return forms these items came back contacted customer service and was advised to go online for labels but was not able to bc did not have a printer to print the labels.

These items were returned 5 times after sending the last time the items have not been returned back. I had spoke with customer service several times concerning this issue and they never helped or showed any empathy to my experience.

Sent my payment back to my bank after I had already pay my balance off want happy at all someones at. Fingerhut need to be held accountable for their actions thaey had no business sent my. This what happened I was going to get a refund of $20 back to my card for over payment. At first I didn't no my bank had cover the whole thing until I call my bank and I was to cover the money to pay them back can't do that now because some idiot work at finger hut sent my.

Whole payments of $ 149 which would left my balance of 0 because is was pay off I do not no who I was talking to. But I no I had said to sent 20 and keep 149. At my payment they put me in a spot now I have late fee.

No fault of mine and got to start all over again can. Ruin my credit. Not happy when my account was pay off. They had no business what so ever to touch my payment that was stupid all they had to do was leave 149. Sent.

Your app took more than I was going to send. I at first hit too many zeros, and DELETED all of them to start over. I hit minimum payment, and they took my balance! I have to buy my groceries!

I have to pay other bills! I have to fix my mom's truck! I can't wait 3 business days to be credited back. When I asked to be forwarded to the department that would credit it back, she claimed she couldn't.

When I asked for a manager, she claimed none was available! I work customer service! I know when someone is lying to a caller to get her to hang up! Your App messed up! and I have to pay for it!

You have the worst, most Unhelpful Customer service dept I have ever experienced! And I want satisfaction! I shouldn't have to pay for a glitch in an ap!

I have been a customer of Fingerhut for about 6 years I had never been late I always pay my account off early recently Fingerhut allow someone else to place an order on my account when I contact customer service about the charge since then item was returned they wanted to charge me a restock fee that I never authorize anyone to use my acct to place that order.

After talking to an agent I I end up only have to pay the balance of $15 which I was not notified so they decided to report that I was late with a $15 balance to the credit bureau what cause my score to drop I was Furious so I am but I put a dispute in what the credit bureau I'm waiting on the results now but I will no longer be a Fingerhut customer

I purchased an Acer Aspire computer for my husband who needed one to help with our fledgling business as well as to play games on. The computer I purchased was advertised by you as being a gaming computer but when my husband tried to play a game on it couldn't run it.

The game in question was almost 10 years old! I called the customer service line and was told the quarantee I purchased wasn't in effect yet and to contact Acer. Upon contacting them, I was informed that this was NOT a gaming computer at all.

In October 10 2018 I received my Samsung Blu-ray player we were told you have 30 days for inspection if anything is wrong send it back. The Blu-ray player would Not play new movies and would skip and shut off.

I ordered 2 items for Christmas. I get paid on the 3rd of each month. I kept making double payments and you still reported that I was late and had the nerve to charge me a 14 dollar late charge.

I know I am part of the fresh start payment, over the last few months I have paid more than my monthly payment, I got sick a few weeks ago and did not have the money to pay before my payment was due in march, my payday is 3 days after my march payment was due, I tried explain about my payday when I called on march 4, also I begged and

pleaded to borrow money from a family member and tried to go ahead and make the payment only to be told my card was expired even though the expiration date on the card is 08/2023 so the payment did not go through so I have to wait till the 8th of march and now I'm being told I have to start all over again on the fresh start program, no credit to me on the fact that I had been paying more than the min payment due each month.

I ordered two bracelets from Fingerhut. When UPS delivered my package only one bracelet was inside the package (I work from home so I was able to get the package). However, when I called Fingerhut and inquired on my order, I was advised to complete an affidavit form. The case was supposed to be investigated. I received an email back from the investigation department advising the case was closed and I need to submit a report with my police department if I disagree with the findings. The investigate was verifying that the package was delivered by UPS. Duh, I told the representative I've received the package (SMH). So much for an investigation. 99... It was due to some insurance i signed up for, which was supposed to been free for a year, i had only been signed up for around 4 to 5 months... 00 like always and told them to cancel that insurance.

Desiring to order three toys for a four year old, I contacted Fingerhut customer service to ask a question. After navigating my way through their contorted automated system, which, by the way, has never accepted my “prompted” last four social or 10 digit phone number ever since I became a customer, I spoke to the first of four actual humans.

Three additional calls later, as well as 52 minutes later, I was no closer to placing my order than when I started. Some of the “lowlights” include one agent telling me that there was a Black Friday discount for shipping if ordering online. That was a lie.

I am submitting this complaint because I placed an order on October 23, 2018 for some earbuds. I had intended to order the earbuds along with a $350 scanner but the scanner was unavailable so I could only order the earbuds.

Last year I opened a Fresh Start account which I proudly paid on time until my last $10 payment. I had to be rushed to the hospital around that time and ended up being admitted for almost 2 months. At age 32 I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.

Ordered a 3 piece occassional table set back on 9-03-18. Was suppossed to be delivered on 9-12-18. Hasn't even left the shipper yet, nor been picked up by UPS. Called today to cancel the order and was told they can't since the item is in shipment status and due to be delivered even though it hasn't left the warehouse.

Now customer service is blaming the delay on Hurricane Florence which only made landfall this morning and is nowhere near to their shipment centers. Love being lied to right in my face. Won't cancel the order and won't cancel the Fingerhut account.

I have called for assistance regarding my new computer 1st time last night 09/06/18 and I was told to call back today, I called 9 times today 09/07/18 and I was hung up on twice. The last person I spoke with said I was calling Manilla and I will have to call back again.
