Last month I called 4 times because customer service kept disconnecting the call when I asked for a supervisor. I was trying to paid the bill minus late fees as I was told. I left my phone number for a supervisor to call.
No call and now another late fee has been added. I called again and left my phone number for a supervisor once again... Now another late fee. I feel like I am being scammed on my bill to pay late fees.
This issue need to be addressed immediately. #3873253182 Please and thank you.
