Work order: 276377 Store #: 028444 Service Advisor: 13 PARKER I’m Derand Lee, and I have lost trust in Firestone Complete Auto care. I don’t believe they have been truthfully and they have been extremely deceiving. They have had my car 4 days going on 5 now.

I booked an appointment for my 2010 Audi A6 with Firestone Complete Auto care located at 10553 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32257-6208 for September 3rd 2023 at 1200 est. I booked the appointment because I suspected a small leak of antifreeze from my vehicle.

I say small because it didn’t leak on to the ground. I only noticed it because every 4 or 5 days for 3 weeks, my low coolant alert would come on and I would add more coolant. I made my appointment with Firestone and explained the same.

I had a bad customer service experience I have been using Firestone for over ten years for all my vehicle service.

However, Firestone 6386 York Road in Towson MD really disappointed me. I was having Alternator replaced on my vehicle my original appointment was 11:00am at about 12:30 I was told Alternator needed to be replaced. It was approaching 5:00pm did not receive update on my car so about 5:10 I called, and then I was told that the part was not going to make it in, and the mechanic was going home for the day.

As I was waiting all day to get my car back, I believe courtesy call would be appropriate to customer let them know their car which they use for their everyday life was not going be ready and held overnight. I had to call location to get the information.

I had a very bad experience at this Firestone Center on Pat Booker Rd Universal City I took my vehicle in when they open to have Freon , my car sat there all day till the end when Closing nothing had been done , there a lot more , it sat in the Firestone Garage and was Also told because of the bad service.

They would give me an Oil Change for the Bad service . I paid $300 for the AC and it still doesn’t work , And I had to take the car back for the Oil Change For the Bad Service , and when I went to pick it up the Assistant Manager wanted to Charge me Or the oil change even when I showed the Assistant the Business Card that the Mgr gave me that had His name and signature on it .

WTH???!?!! I am so angry it's not funny! I had an issue with my 2009 flex, first time ever!

First time in 14 years! I had my car towed to firestone to fine out I had a blown head gasket. To my dismay, they were unable to fix it but that's not where my complaint begins... It begins where the car was there for 2 days.

I finally called them to get a prognosis. They told me I had a blown head gasket. There my car sat whilst trying to figure out what to do. I called them on the 7th day to say: "Just wanted to call and let you know, I was not deserting the car, and that I was in a dilemma as to what to do".

This is for the firestone in Edison, NJ. My son's car was brought to here to get an oil change, wheel alignment and tire rotation. The appointment was for 11am and the car was not complete till 5pm.

Secondly, the manager had said my son's rack and pinion seal was leaking when the car was just inspected top to bottom with pictures from another mechanic for another issue he was having as there were no leaks at all just 4 days ago. This is the second time at this Firestone center that they make up bogus claims of work to be done.

Another time we brought the car for an oil change they said that over $800 of work needed to be done to the car. Upon bringing it to our mechanic none of the work needed to be done. The manager Ron was condescending in thinking that a women did not know the process…

This company employee backed up into my car while he was under the influence driving another customer car while I was coming there to get my car service. This guy was high which he should not have been at work but he was.

the employee after admitting he didn't see my car, went into hiding because I had to get out my car and go in the bay door area and ask what was the hold up and he was nowhere visible which definitely confirmed him hiding from me and the police because he knew he was under the influence.

They need to resolve this issue asap

I had my brakes and rotors replaced on June 20, 2023 at fire stone located at 7035 East Chase Parkway. The brake pads and rotors squeak very loudly and was taken back on multiple occasions to be told that brakes squeak and there was nothing they could do about it and

I informed them that it didn’t squeak when I brought it to them and finally, I had to take it to the dealership to have all of that replaced Fire stone is a rip off and something should be done about it.

Honestly location matters. 5 hours later waiting on a tire rotation and the attendant wants to lecture me about how her system works. I was a walk-in, but as the individual signing me in telling me an estimated wait time is important.

I’ve now waited more than two hours and they estimate another thirty minutes. Customer service in this Corpus Christi location is poor. Sadly the reason I chose Firestone was because of a positive experience in another community. Rude front personnel!

On Thursday, August 17, 2023 I had an appointment with Firestone to replace 4 tires for 4 brand new tires, and an wheel alignment I was charged $754.75 I am upset and very angry!

The tired that was placed on my car was not new! I sat in Firestone from 11:45 am til after 5pm the associate did not check on me or update about my car! I was so upset when I left there cause I was tired they took my whole day and cheated me out my money giving me these reused tires.

I am a woman who works very hard and I don't mind paying for what I need but I won't allow and I don't appreciate your establishment taking my money and giving me used tires! The tires that was placed on my vehicle and the tires on the show room floor looks different!

Bought 2 new tires July 2022 Bought 2 front tires plus alignment June 2023. Paid 350$ Front tire went flat so took it in today. Was told they’d get me in in 5 minutes. An hour later they took my car in.

Turns out this two month old tire has a hole in side wall. 3 hours later they tell me it isn’t going to be replaced bc I didn’t have road hazard. Side wall injuries are strange, so I asked what about the possibility of manufacture defect since there was no nail or anything found.

Guy said he didn’t want to argue with me. They also told me my rear tires were shot, the 40k mile ones I just bought a year ago. So within a year’s time I’ve paid for 4 tires that should have 40k miles and I’ve only driven 15.

I’ve bought the alignment, done the rotation and all the things I’m supposed to do,…

I had to make an emergency stop because my car started to vibrate. I pulled into a Firestone service center that was open on Sunday in Jonesboro GA. I told the person at the counter what had happened. She said the guy who checks that wasn’t there today.

I went back to my car and found loose lug nuts in a front tire. I told her what was wrong a she told me not to jack ip my car in there lot, when asked to use a lug wrench she said they don’t loan out tools.

I will never buy or go to any Firestone place again.

I received poor service! I was first to sign in but an employee had a friend or relative come in a little later for the same type services and allowed her to go before me. I voiced my frustration that I was being put off.

I was told minutes later that I had a tire sensor broken off and needed to be replaced, yet my sensor light was not on. Seemed very suspicious. I only came in for an alignment and to have a tire replaced that had a knot.

This is the 2nd tire that I’ve had to bring in for this. I bought the tires from Firestone. I knew this store had horrible customer service but my husband chose to come here anyway. I refuse to come back!!

I have now been here for over 2 1/2 hours (first one in when they opened this morning). I am still waiting on my car!!

On 7/17/23 I picked up my 2018 Toyota Camry from your Visalia mooney location . I have the thermostat housing and sensor replaced. I had a coolant flush because the car was overheating. I was recommended to change the water pump because it was still overheating.

That time I notified them that I wasn’t able to pay the money so I was going to pick up the car. If they could please just make sure there was coolant in the radiator, when I arrived home at Patrick hood and come to find out not a drop of coolant was anywhere in my wood radiator not only that, but

the radiator wasn’t even secure so I had to secure the radiator, drove it to a new mechanic, and it was there when I learned that my radiator was messed up from not being secured and I had to get a new radiator

00. Had to come back for a switch part for the dashboard. I live 45 minutes away. Came back the next day, for switch. 00. Halfway home, light backnon, and now the tcl light is on as well. Sat for anotherc2 hours, all set Left.

Nect day, windows would not work, had to go back, on th way there, carcwould not accerlate past 40, tvl light still there. 00. 00. Which, i don't understand, as they just had inspected my car and passed. Yesterday, car would not turn over, had ti pay for a nee battery, because the brake lufht that was replaced, stayed on all nigjt, draining my battery.

They serviced my brakes. Upon leaving they kept making a whistling noise when braking. It kept getting louder and louder. Took it back. They said it was normal, maybe dust between the pads. Weeks went by, it was shaking upon braking.

Took it to another brake place where they found problems with the back brake rotors. The car still kept whistling upon braking...took it to my dealership, they stated that the brakes were misplaced and asked I take it back to Firestone. I have had a Firestone Credit Card since 2005, however I cancelled today because of the crappy service I received from your financial service of CFNA. When I tried to pay for my tire purchase, for nearly two hours of trying to process my new Firestone Credit Card with the tire dealer (Burt BothersTire and Service) my Credit Card serviced by CFNA WAS DECLINED. Your financial no resolution as to why I was declined.

I have cancelled my Firestone Credit Card, CFNA provided the worse customer I have ever experienced!

I have a multitude of other Credit Cards, I have maintained a credit rate of nearly 800 for many years, going forward Firestone will not be one of my Credit Cards. My phone number is 801 243 5641.

On June 3, 2023 I took my black 2013 Honda odyssey van to fire stone to get a wheel alignment. While I was there I had them also do a fuel system service. Once the fuel system service was complete the vehicle started running rough and smoking.

They told me they did not know why. They performed a second fuel service, thinking it may help resolve the problem. It did not. They kept the vehicle for four days, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. In that time, with various different mechanics , they could not figure out why the vehicle was running rough.

Firestone then had a flatbed tow truck, take the vehicle over to the Honda dealership to figure out why it was running rough. Honda diagnosed the problem as the injectors and told me that Firestone had done something to cause the problem.…

Horrible service. After allowing your employees 3 attempts at doing a simple tire, balance and alignment it is horrible (April 2023). Wasted my time, my money for horrible service, word service used extremely lightly! It shook less Before The tires your location decided to put on instead of the ones I actually came in for.

I needed two rear break lights and I usually go to the above store for any repairs needed. I was told the cost $89.00 for EACH which includes labor..I was shocked..the only reason I said ok was because I was very scared it would cause an accident not having them replaced. Needless to say with a little research the light only costs anywhere from $7.00 to $15.00.

I ended up going to a reputable service station which the owner said it should have cost about $92.00 for BOTH light s And LABOR INCLUDED for my 2011 Elantra. I was totally ripped off! I have been a Firestone customer for years and also recommended friends. I am truly done..how many other time have I been taken advantage of with repairs in the past? Never Again. So disappointed by this company you should be ashamed!!

I recently used the Myrtle Ridge location in Conway SC I dropped my vehicle off for oil change and alignment at 830 in the morning there was no one there so I expected car back that day. I called for update and all they did was tell me what they thought it needed and haven't even done anything to it.

I finally got them to get oil change done and ended up going to a different firestone store for alignment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought a different vehicle in for a tire repair I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and I picked it up on Sunday just before they closed because I needed my vehicle.

They never even looked at it. They are the worst place that I have ever dealt with.

they forgot to write down my appt. fit me in but i let them know it needed to be finished by 4pm it was not finished till 636pm. i was charged a 594 shop fee a 21 vehicle inspection fee even though my vehicle is inspected plus all the labor.

i disputed the charges and was told this is normal and standard i showed my last receipt from that shop with none of those charges on it and still refused to remove. I also had to have a flex hose fixed that was already fixed a few months a go.

That fee was removed but they refused to write the bill of sale the correct way showing that the work was completed incorrectly the first time. I have been going to this shop for a while now and have never felt as though i was being ripped off.

I asked for my brakes to br done by Firestone at 37th and Topeka Blvd in Topeka, KS.

My brakes still squeak and grind. Worse service and worse Customer Service ever. I asked to return to get them fixed right and I'll Ive gotten is the run around from every person there. They are to busy to get me in, just drop my car thry eill try to get back to it, my brakes shouldn't be grinding drive it for awhile and see.

I paid over $500 and my brakes still grind. Get these people to fix my brakes right or refund me my money and I can go elsewhere. I'll never recommend anyone go there.

Ive spent a good amount of money and time at Firestone and every time ive gone its been an issue. Most recently i took my Girlfriends 2014 Vw jetta in for a simple oil change and had issues from the beginning.

The car never had a leak and never had any issues prior. 2 months later the car had a weird knock in the engine. Come to find out there was no oil in the engine. I called a firestone rep and he told me its most likely burning oil.

I do understand cars burn oil at one point in its life but NOT 5 QUARTS of oil in 2 months. I dont know if they didn't add enough oil or if they left something loose. This oil change was $100+ dollars that ended up costing me way more.

I went in because I heard a loud grinding sound when I pressed my brakes. I went into Firestone and asked them to check my front brakes the technician after some time in the back came and told me that my front brakes were fine and I will need to replace the rear brakes soon, however not today.

I proceeded to get an oil change and some other minor things completed. I left and still heard the horrible grinding. I reached out to some friends we took the tires off and looked at my front brakes 3 out of 4 of the brake pads were completely bare and metal on metal.

To say the least I was beyond disappointed and angry ~ I could have been on a serious accident had I not followed up on my own and simply believed the technician.

I made an appt for a wheel alignment and instead the manager gave me a courtesy inspection with a fix price of 2900 dollars . The manager said my suspention was no good, rusty and corroded. I took it gor a second opinion and the mechanic said there was nothing that would prevent a wheel alignment and the vehicle is safe to drive.

I have a 2012 Ford Focus that I took to the Firestone located at 8016 Liberty Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244. My vehicle has been to this location four times due to my air conditioner not cooling. I also mention one failed attempt to bring my vehicle in for a scheduled appointment. When I arrived at the location, I was informed that no technician was available to service my car. I received no notification prior to my appointment, so I missed a day of work. I did not receive an apology or anything else, just another date to bring my vehicle in. As of today, I am still paying for the repairs on my Firestone account.

My son went into your store on North Walton in Bentonville Arkansas and bought a new tire to go on the drivers back side of my car. It was in his name Joshua Stewart. It kept going down low on air.

We would air it up and then not long after it'd go right back down. Last night it was pouring rain when I was coming home and I drove it probably less than 20 miles. The dash light came on saying I was low in air.

I was told to come back the next day. 9am appointment about a low tire. They found nail in sidewall,ok Now they had to go to another store to get tire. Ok I was told 15 minutes there and 25minutes back.

They have been back 45minutes and still aren’t done yet. I think I will be looking for another tire dealer next time unless someone can convince me otherwise.

I would like complain about how this company that replace my tires before all 4 of them and i told them i wanted to keep my other tires too after replacement they never gave to me. Everytime i ask for the parts they replaced they never give to me.

I took our car to Firestone on 620 because it was leaking. It took them two days to provide me with a diagnosis. And they gave us their report, and we authorized the repair through our extended warranty company, American Auto Shield. It's been seven days, and Firestone is still telling us that we need to approve the repair before they can begin working on it.

And this is terrible; they misquoted the price three times now, and they don't offer us any updates or information on what's going on.

We need to contact them to acquire updates and take this process further. I'm about to take my automobile and have it towed somewhere. , 7/1/23. My issue may not appear important, but because our temperatures each day now are close to 100 degrees it is important to stay hydrated. I walked into the Firestone at that location and noticed the bathroom out of order.

Whatever happened to taking care of the needs of the customer? People are suppose to find a nearby restroom. I usually take my car to a dealership but decided Firestone would work. I suspect there is a reason I’ve gone to the dealership.

I had an appt to come into F.S. Monday the 26th. There was a large straight line wind storm that came thru Memphis the previous night. Needless to say I arrived at the store Store #29378 was out of electricity. I wanted to get my front rotors and pads replaced before I went on a road trip this weekend. I own a 2015 Mercedes C300. So, the next closest was #912086. I talked with Justin who was swamped due to the situation and some mechanics had not made it in yet although it was around 10 a.m. by this time. He said they couldn't get parts due to the storm. I left the conversation with Dustin telling me that he would "call" me when he could get them in!!! I understood his situation.

On numerous appointments on FT Liberty customer service is never great. The whole point of making appointments is to not wait all day for vehicle service. I'm currently in military spending 800 to 1500 dollars everything make a appointment and I waiting to had a 11 it's now 2 and vehicle has not made I side the bay then they what to charge the military high rates for poor service.

I would like to file a complaint with Firestone. I originally made an appointment with Firestone on Hanson Blvd in Coon Rapids, Mn for 5-26-23 to fix my AC. On 5-24-23 my car broke down - wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Firestone as I already had an appt scheduled for 5-26.

The compressor had locked up so they fixed that. Plus several other things they said were needed - tie rods, new tires, spark plugs, etc. 99 AC check, which was the original reason for my appointment. I picked up my car on 5-27.

It cost over $3000 so I opened a Firestone credit card & maxed it out. Plus had to write a check for the balance. I drove home & didn’t think it felt as cold as it should for just being fixed.

But it was a bit cooler than before I brought it in & thought maybe I didn’t have the vents opened…

On 6.24.2023, My Car was brought into Manchester, NH, Firestone because of a flat tire. I elected to replace all four tires as the remaining tires were close to the end of their service life. I selected tires online and paid for them and the complete installation before arriving at the shop. My Car also needed an alignment and a steering angle sensor recalibration. When I arrived at the shop, the staff informed me that the tires I had selected and paid for were out of production and I would need to select a different tire. I agreed to upgrade to the better tire at a 30-dollar per tire increase in price; the price rise would be paid after the service.

Upon completion of my tire replacement; I had to ask twice was my paperwork handed in; the 2nd time Keanna stated I have your paperwork here I have not gotten to it in a rude tone. 5 minutes later she called me ready to check me out; so unprofessional with attitude.

I said thank you 2 times Keanna did not respond but Matt did acknowledge with a thank you and have a good day. Keanna also stated she emailed my receipt which she did not; I called back to the store & Matt emailed my receipt to me.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FIRESTONE AT MARKET PLACE IN HAMPTO, VA.

2000 miles, 2 months later my rotors are warped. i paid for the best rotors available and was told i woud get them. i am not happy. the front end shimmys when i apply brakes and they pulse. i took the vehicle to a local repair shop and i was told i need front rotors, they are warped!! im not happy. Fire stone representative is currently attempting to charge me three times more for some work that I asked to be performed I was told they would not do any work to my vehicle, unless I agreed upon extra replacement parts in order to make it easier for the technician to do the job.
